without plates and pulls all the usual
right to travel nonsense and drags a
five or ten minutes stop and a possible
warning into a 40-minute stop which ties
up many state police officers including
a sergeant and lieutenant and results in
two tickets one for no plate and one for
not producing his license right let's
get into the video

this car now have you placed on here I'm
sure there's no plate on the back of the
vehicle this is your driver's license
proof of insurance please well
is there you can't hear you out there an
emergency real low is there an emergency

call this a vehicle
um why are you calling it a vehicle it's

so we are not even one minute into this
stop and he's already deflecting the
officer's questions with his own brand
of stupid The Sovereign citizen script
no there doesn't need to be an emergency
for him to use his lives citation
required and you can call your vehicle
anything you like you can call it a
conveyance private property or even a
pleasure craft yes a soft set
unironically referred to his vehicle on
a traffic stop as a pleasure craft I
should have to think what went on in
there but either way it will still be
legally classed as a vehicle and a stop
like this should not require a
supervisor but seeing as you are a soft
set and they are labeled domestic
terrorists I think he should call for
one

I'll give you my name if I write your
citation or whatever you know yeah in
due process but right first and foremost
you have to give me your driver's
license and proof of insurance on this
vehicle well actually according to the
police manual you have to give your name
and according to the state of Illinois
you will legally be quiet to have a
registration plate on your vehicle the
difference here is you will get the
officer's name because it will be on the
tickets you receive if you decide to
keep this nonsense up you however can't
produce a license plate out of thin air

you don't give us your driver's license
approve of insurance
it's very likely that you're going to
get into even more trouble no that's

where we've heard a cop recognize all
the clues and call them out on being a
soft sit which I like to see so I'll be
honest with you I know what I'm gonna
have to do is very likely right you say
to you okay and you could be on your way
if you want to contest it you can do
that yeah it'll be a court date on the
citation okay but I'm listening if you
can't provide me with your driver's
license the proof of insurance or just
say you don't have insurance
you're going to end up having this
vehicle towed you can possibly be
arrested this is the truth of it man

that because you're assuming that this
is of like under the vehicle uh Illinois
vehicle act or something like I'm not

well until you can prove otherwise in a
call then it's not an assumption on the
office's past is it everybody is subject
to traffic laws and no amount of word

vehicle a conveyance doesn't exempt it
or you from traffic laws even 25 in me
at this stuff he's asking for some
questions

which is what the state police and the
Municipal Police has to go about
it doesn't say anything about someone I
need your driver's license

that he wants your driver's license and
insurance you're the one calling it
identification and we know why he's
pushing this identification narrative
it's because he's referring to his
morish ID card which is not worth the
money he paid for it

wait for the supervisor he's about his
uh agreeable as I am but to a limit okay
yeah and to be honest with you at this
point we're probably within our rights
of just ordering you out of the car but
why is why is that it didn't it didn't
do anything wrong I mean I said yeah no

no he's not giving me any employees

are that thing that you keep denying and
because you're refusing to comply with
officers by not handing over your
license
I just heard him radio for supervisor
which is fine okay um can we just wait
for a supervisor like what's up with
your flashlight

and then he was assuming that I'm a
sovereign citizen I don't even know what
that is what is that hang on how do you
know you're not a sovereign citizen if
you don't know what one is or ever heard
the term earlier you were certain that
you weren't one when the officer asked

your driver's license because the
vehicle code specifically states that
Illinois and you know what you can bring
that to your court date maybe you can
beat the ticket but at this point

haven't given me your driver's license

the supervisor seemingly happy that he
did identify himself sounds like yet
another fail for the Moorish ID card
the vehicle so you don't get bothered
again I mean I know it costs money
because I gotta pay the same things too
but you are using tax paying money tax
paying roads that are funded by
taxpayers and we all have to pay our
certain point I don't like taxes anymore
than you like taxes right yeah it's not
about that okay I get what you're saying
I get what you're saying that and stuff
but in this day and age we just we have
certain rules right to follow by and we
can't by going off off skew of 10
different rules so I can really agree
that you have your own
stuff that you're following and that's
perfectly okay but at some point but at
some point
we have to have a common ground okay yes
that's the Constitution I think we both
agreed on uh well we do but the
Constitution can be interpreted a
hundred different ways by 100 people
yeah that's why I have the Supreme Court
decisions which is which governs also
but I'm gonna tell you here on the road
arguing with officers about Constitution
stuff we're not constitutional lawyers
we're not even lawyers
that's why this vehicle code that
governs over the I get the police rules
and we're all trained under that vehicle
code to issue citations and warnings you
