officer and wants to be arrested this

gonna make them break into his car to
affect that arrest or because he watched

so after all that He did apparently have
a driver's license which means he signed
a form which states you are to comply
with an officer's request during a
traffic stop what an idiot also he must
have had all the charges dropped because
apparently he won a 113 000 settlement
well that's if a YouTube comment of him
claiming this is evidence which of
course it isn't and surprisingly no
other evidence was provided when other
commenters asked him for this evidence
