yourself the direction that this inner encounter goes is a hundred percent in your hands if you don't step out of the car hate streams for events not enough response Fox 13 News heard the first call of shots fired over scanners around 3 27 yesterday afternoon now Farmington Police have identified the victim in the officer-involved shooting as 25 year old Chase Allen generally speaking cops are a scared and skittish cowardly and unstable Bunch we know this we've seen it and because we know this there are some steps we can take armed with this knowledge that will help take the edge off of these scared skittish cowardly unstable reactions and maybe just maybe enable us to walk away and Live Another Day first and foremost if you feel like things may be going south let the scaredy cat cop see your hands they love to see hands if you're behind the wheel 10 and 2 Works nicely do what you can to calm their fears if you can if you think it's necessary let them know that you're bearing arms according to the second amendment that they swore to uphold just in case you're not up to speed or you're not familiar with this incident 25 year old Chase Allen was fatally shot on March 1st during a traffic stop in Farmington Utah north of Salt Lake City no chase didn't rob a bank he didn't shoot up a school he didn't just mow down a group of parade goers Chase was just driving down the road not for hire and minding his own business and while there's gonna be a lot of pontificating about what happened and why it happened the bottom line is that Chase's life was ended because he didn't have the kind of metal plate on the back of his car that the policy enforcers thought he should have if you don't immediately obey their rules which they constantly break themselves they reserve the right to violate you man handle you threaten you beat you and even murder you and get away with it and what exactly do we call that when a person operates above his own law and is immune from prosecution that's right we call that a sovereign citizen or The Sovereign citizen movement the true Sovereign citizens are the law enforcers who always operate above their own laws like 18 USC 241 and 242 and I know they like to turn things around and start victim blaming saying things like you made us do that but nobody would buy it if a rapist said you made me rape you or if the thief said you made me steal your stuff or the murderer said you made me take your life so we shouldn't buy it when cops say you made me pull the trigger here's the body cam footage from March 1st 2023 when the Farmington Utah police department pulls Chase Allen over I'll leave a link in the description for you so you can watch the full version yourself my purpose here is to break some parts down and add some commentary foreign Davis Fox 21 can you have a couple more heading my way so the cop is already calling for backup in other words because of a simple traffic stop where compliance isn't immediately to the liking of the initial officer more men with guns and government molded mines are about to arrive on the scene escalating a situation that doesn't need to be escalated he couldn't just issue a ticket and move on he's got a call for backup is this back window roll down I just want to make sure that you're the only one of the vehicle so here's the deal man I'm stopping you because there's no registration on your vehicle and I'm requesting your identification okay you are detained at this time and you are not free to leave are you going to provide me your identification okay so I'm gonna take that as a no that you're not going to provide me your identification is that is that the route we're going or would you like to provide your identification to me and we can have a conversation we can discuss the laws that you're breaking and then we can go from there you won't be responsible for any debts that you're trying to occur here okay so I'm not trying to incur any debts or anything I'm trying to investigate why your vehicle doesn't have any registration and legal action for something okay not allowed okay so 18 seconds traveling is a federally protected I understand what you're saying I understand what you're saying and what I'm telling you is that you do not have an option to identify yourself I do you are lawfully required to identify yourself so you can provide you can provide your identification to me and we can have a conversation about the laws that you've broken or you can fail to identify to me and we can go that route too I'm perfectly okay with either way you want to go but the direction that this inner encounter goes is a hundred percent in your hands now the way this encounter goes can't be 100 in Chase's hands because Chase didn't ask to be pulled over and wasn't violating the rights of others which is the only reason he could reasonably be pulled over Chase didn't want to interact with the Farmington Police Department in any way the only reason there's an encounter at all is because it was initiated by this cop do you want to identify yourself to me or do you want to go a different route wonderful do you have a driver license as well okay you are not allowed to stop me let me see that I didn't see what you just tried to show me can you show that to me again what's this this is the passport on the first page okay it says United States hereby request all he made concerns okay here's here's what I'm telling you here's what I'm telling you okay will you hand that to me so I can read it you want me to look at it through this tiny crack in your window you're not going to hand it to me if I hand this to you accept trustyship and Surety and you're obligated sure I'll accept I'll accept trusting ship if you're just hand me the document so I can identify who you are because you're required by state law thank you so much Mr Chase Allen that is not me that is a piece of plastic paper so you have a fraudulent passport no wonderful that's what I'm hearing okay step out of the car for me no sir step out of the vehicle right now I am not required to step out of this vehicle right now right now we'll step out of the car we're gonna break the window and pull you out now it's at this point that Chase loses his life the cop who yelled Gunn seven times which was the one who made the initial stop basically signed Chase's death warrant how do you think a gaggle of cops is gonna react when somebody yells gun let's take a look at another body camera angle the window and pull you out wow step out of the car some people claim here that chase is reaching to remove his seat belt others say his right hand is reaching for his gun I don't know how anybody can claim either I can see his left hand but his right hand is obscured he could be reaching to unlatch's seat belt or he could be reaching for his gun I don't know what I do know is that he's being swarmed by aggressive men with guns and everybody on the planet has the right to protect themselves before we look at some other angles look at this cop's actions he fires a shot before he aims foreign here's my question about this empty holster if the gun was in The holster in the first place how did it come out did the cop who went into the car pull it out and drop it on the floorboard did Chase attempt to draw it or was it already on the floor when he was pulled over or could it have been caught in the seat belt when it was unlatched seems to me these are the only four options so step out of the vehicle right now I am not step out of this vehicle right now the car we're gonna break the window and pull you out slip out of the car okay step out of the car for me sir step out of the vehicle right now step out of this vehicle right now sir step out of the car right now don't step out of the car we're gonna break the window and pull you out step out of the car if you don't step out of the car we're gonna break the window and pull you pull your car God God that's what I'm hearing okay step out of the car for me third step out of the vehicle right now step out of this vehicle right now step out of the car right now don't step out of the car we're gonna break the window and pull you out step out of the car step out of the vehicle right now step out of this vehicle right now step out of the park if you don't step out of the car we're gonna break the window and pull you out flip out of the car one more thing about this tragic incident is the ridiculous number of shots fired here's the audio wave file from three of the body cams this is camera C and I'm only gonna count the Peaks blended into some of these Peaks or no doubt overlapping shots thank you on this one I counted 23 Peaks not counting the overlapping shots this is camera d on this one I counted 27 shots including this crazy one almost two seconds after everybody else stopped firing this is camera e [Applause] on this I also counted 27 shots my guess is 35 to 45 shots were probably fired and that is insane here's the deal what's happening every single time innocent people encounter policy enforcers is that two totally different worlds are colliding your world where you want to be free and left alone and their world where they don't want you to be free and can't leave you alone you're not hurting or threatening anyone nor are you jeopardizing safety or stealing property you just want to live your life free from Intervention and infringement that's not the way the cops see it they wholeheartedly believe that you must not be allowed to live apart from their policies laws rules ordinances and codes if they see you attempt to live that way they reserve for themselves the right to end your life life it's as simple as that when those Two Worlds Collide bad things happen and it's always dangerous to be right when the government is so wrong in my opinion the Farmington Police Department needs to be held 100 accountable for this incident leave your
