Yo, what's going on? So, today we got a video from Crime on Body Cam and the title of the video is Enraged Mom snaps over baby daddy drama. So, now before we even get into it, listen, your boy Sha got pulled over yesterday. Cop pulled up on me was like, "Listen, let me I got to get you together. You feel me? Cuz you doing something wrong." And the thing that I was doing wrong was I was jaywalking, man. I was jaywalking. I wasn't even in a car. I was walking to the store cuz I like to go for walks. Um either early in the morning or at night. Um you know, I I like to do my little walk and then towards the end of my walk, I'll go to the store and then I come on home or whatever. Right. So, I was walking. um it helps me clear my mind and stuff like that, whatever happened throughout the day or to get ready for the day. And um I I made it towards the end and I was the the store is across the street. So, you know, I just walked across the street, cop pulled up like, "Hey, let me holl at you." I said, "Oh, what's going on?" He like, "Look, you got to walk at the crosswalks. You can't just walk in the middle of the street." I said, "My bad, sir. You got it. It won't happen again." He said, "All right, be safe. Have a good night." That was it. You know, you got to show the cops some respect, man. But anyway, I told him, "Check out, you know, Sha got him." You know what I'm saying? We do body cam and all that. You know what I'm saying? I had to chop it up with him a little bit. But anyway, um, any let's get to the video, man. Let's see what they talking about, man. I know I've been yapping, you know what I'm saying? And that's typically for my little subscribers. You know what I'm saying? The newcomers, you know, that's watching. They don't know me yet. So, you know, we bonding, right? Me and you, we bonding, right? All right. Let's go, man. Let's get into it. >> You're going to be placed under arrest right now. >> I didn't Gemini. What the >> Dude, I did not hit anybody. Go. On April 14th, 2024, police were dispatched to a woman's home after she got in a dispute with her baby's father after he tried to take their child to another state. >> Hey, Kendra, do you want him taking Somaya? Kendra, do you want him taking Somaya? What's that? >> Hello. >> Yeah. Do you want him taking Somaya? >> No, I do not. I have >> Okay. Can I speak with you about it? Cuz I would agree. He's trying to take her up to Chicago. You guys aren't married. I don't know if he has I don't know if he's can do that. >> I'm sorry. I was just in the bathroom. But you said Yeah, we've already met. Um >> What the [ __ ] going on? Why can't you being belligerent? because I went to my boyfriend's house. >> Okay, I I get that. I get that. I I talked about that before. Why are you not opening the door for me so I can speak with you about the situation? >> Also, I was literally just on the phone with my sister telling her about the situation pounding on the door. >> I was in the back. I was all the way in the back of the house. I'm so serious. >> I could hear my pound from AC from like around the corner. >> But, >> okay, I'm not going to argue with about Kendra. That was kind of stupid. And I know you heard me. So, don't don't [ __ ] me cuz I'm not a bullshitter. Okay. >> Okay. If you think I'm a [ __ ] bullshitter, then I'll walk away right now. So, listen. >> You You I don't think you want him taking >> I do not. That's child. >> Okay. So, when did he get in town? >> He got in town to babysit her while I go to work. >> Okay. >> So, now he's saying that he's going to take her because he keeps making up all these false allegations. >> So, has he been staying here for like a couple days babysitting her while you're at work? >> Basically. Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, do you guys have any kind of parenting agreement? No, we have no type of court, anything, >> right? We just had a child together and basically I said like you can basically come here and babysit when you feel like it. >> When I need to go to work, so when I need to pay my bills. Okay. >> So yeah. >> So he could come through. You know what I'm saying? They basically had a child together. This is the breakdown right here. I'mma tell you the real fellas. This is the real. We all know the fathers of a woman's child is like whether they get along not whatever whatever they tied together forever right and that person is always going to have a special place in their heart doesn't matter right ladies I know you listen this for the fellas though there's going to come a point in time where she may be single or whatever or she might even have a dude or whatever, but the baby daddy could still come through and crack. I'm telling you, he can still come through and beat up them walls. That's what I'm saying. Listen, don't be messing with these baby mams, man. These single mom, man. Yo, listen. They can still crack, man. That's all I'm saying, man. And the same goes in reverse. You know what I'm saying? For a man, the woman that has your child is always going to have a special place in your heart. Whether they together, whether they not, whether they co-parenting, whether they hate each other's guts, whatever the case may be, especially if it's your first child, you know, hey, listen, the first child is a special one. You know, all children are special, but the first one, come on now. you know, cuz it's your first time becoming a parent. You know what I'm saying? So, it hit different. Y'all going through the learning process together or single, depends on whatever. But look, do you believe that he could come over to her house, babysit, and he ain't beating up them walls? Come on now. Listen. He ain't he ain't rearening no guts. Come on, man. Yeah. Listen, listen. We know what's going down, man. >> And when you guys got into it out here, I understand it was over the child. >> It was over me getting my baby. We didn't really get a conversation that he wanted to make he did, but I'm not the type of person to do that. >> Well, like I said, I'm not a bullsher. Okay. So I he has video of his phone on his phone >> of you of you going at him and grabbing his hair and pulling him grabbing his hair and pulling him because I was trying to grab my child because he would not give me I sat for almost over 30 minutes asked not even 30 minutes maybe 15 10 or 15 asking him for my child. I was just at my boyfriend's house and came all the way back because he said that he's leaving with my child. Okay. So, I get that. >> He said to quit playing with him because I'm going to my boyfriend's house. We are not together. I am a single woman paying my bills by myself. >> You shouldn't be having him in town then living at your place. >> And my You make your own decisions. That's the only reason. >> But you're opening yourself up for a can of worms. I'm not a counselor. >> Which is why I'm not doing this. But that's not smart cuz then all of a sudden all this happens and now he has the child in his arms and it gets complicated. >> Exactly. >> Okay. >> So I understand the situation was >> if I can recap earlier right when we were out here earlier you were upset with or you came you came home from a barbecue. He was upset with you because you were like I'm going to my boyfriend's house or whatever. >> Exactly. >> So he's upset at you. Yeah. >> How did the car seat get thrown? >> He said that I threw a car seat. I threw no car seat. >> Okay, sounds good. >> Why did you say I'm going to kill you? >> Why did I say that I'm going to kill you? >> Cuz you were upset with him about >> Exactly. >> about the baby. >> He was doing a lot. And as a matter of fact, when I just said that I was leaving because I changed my clothes. I said, "I'm leaving." He said, "You know what? You're going to go blame me. I'm going to kill you." I was like, "For what? What are you?" cuz I'm going to over his house. Like, what is wrong with you? Okay. >> Something has really got to be wrong with you for you to really >> But you were also saying I'm going to kill you if you don't give me my baby back or or whatever because you wanted your baby back. >> That was just a hyperbole. I have no intention of killing anybody. >> Okay. What exactly did you say though? >> What exactly did I say? I told him to give me my child back. >> I told him, "Give me my child back. Give me my child back." Over the course of multiple times, over maybe a You're skipping over the killing part. Okay. And I might have threatened that randomly out of anger, but that is about it. >> Well, that's exactly what I'm getting at. What did you say when you threatened out of anger? >> That is it. What you exactly just said is what I said. Okay. I'm You know what? You going to make me kill you. Like, give me my child back. But obviously, I would never do anything like that. I know the consequences of that. >> Okay. And then you left. We arrived. >> Mhm. >> Right. Mhm. >> Then you came back and you guys got into an altercation. >> He was sitting on my porch and I told him, "You can just hand me my child and go." And he said, "No, I'm not going to do that." And he was, "I'm going to start recording you." I was like, "What are you doing all that for? Cuz I'm asking for my child." >> Yes. >> So, of course, he tried to provoke me again. >> So, you followed him out there and you >> to try to get my child and he said, "So, I'm like, "Dude, are you serious?" So, I did kind of grab his hair, but he overexaggerated. He overexaggerated. I didn't You see the size of me? I did not pull that man to the ground and be like, "I'm not going to do all that." >> But he fell to the ground or he put himself >> fell to the ground and he tried to say that I put his child in danger to obviously escalate to this point. >> Okay. >> So, >> Okay. All right. Well, what I'm gonna try and do is speak with him and figure out the whole baby situation because um >> and I just told him like you're gonna make it to the point where they're going to take my child. >> It gets a little it gets a little dicey because you guys aren't married. So technically by Illinois state law, you have more rights than he does. I'm just being frank with you and telling you the facts. >> I'm not a bullshitter, so I'm not going to lie to you. >> I would rather him give you my child. He doesn't He doesn't even have a place. >> That's what I'm going to try and facilitate. >> He has no car, but I I can't snatch the baby out of his hands. >> I wouldn't want >> I will try to have a conversation with him about that cuz I I don't feel like it's right for him to be threatening to take her up to Chicago or just leave up to Chicago, >> especially at 12:00 at night with a one-year-old. >> So, I'm going to go chat with him, okay? When I knock on the door again, can you please not, you know, ignore me, okay? Cuz I'm trying to treat you decent, okay? And but I'm trying to help you out, but I need your help, too. >> Thank you. >> Okay. All right. Only thing is with the child. >> What do you think before we get into what the officer about to say? What do you think? Do you think the mother should have more rights than the father? We talking not no court involved. None of that. Just boop. Two people have a baby together, baby come. Automatically the mother has more rights to the child than the father even though it takes 50% him 50% her to make the baby. Right? So let me know what you think. It's both their children and um uh he has been staying here for several days watching the child. So in my then he has residency he's allowed to stay if he wants to stay. >> I can't necessarily stop him from taking the child and going up to Chicago. Although I don't really agree with that because I feel like >> and that's a custody issue though. It >> I mean both are mutual parents so it's like if there is a custody issue they got to do that in court, >> right? The one thing I'm The one thing I'm wanting to do is is talk with >> The one thing I'm wanting to do is talk with her. See if there's a third party that will that like a mom or somebody that will take the child. >> Yeah. >> If she's going >> cuz he said that he would give the child up and he'll leave. >> Oh, he did say that. >> Can I chat with him? >> Yeah. >> Give us one second. We're going to get it figured out. Okay. >> Okay. All right. So, you're going to be placed under arrest right now for sick matter. >> I didn't freak out. >> Gemini, what the [ __ ] dude? I did not hit anybody. >> Bro, Gemini, what the [ __ ] >> Gemini, bro. >> Knock it off, bro. >> Stop resisting, >> bro. Stop. What the >> Gemini? Stop. >> Stop, >> dude. What the hell? >> Stop it, bro. >> Stop it. >> Stop it, bro. Gemini, what the >> what the hell? Why would you >> Gemini, bro? >> Literally, Gemini, what the >> What's that for? >> I like that name, Gemini, though. I ain't going to lie. But yeah, that attitude coming out. She was talking all nice, calm, da da da da. But oh yeah, she she can flip that switch, boy. >> Oh. Oh my god. I told him not to. >> Gemini, what is wrong with you, >> guys? I swear I did not, >> dude. I did not, >> Gemini. >> The video don't lie. He got video footage. >> I didn't do anything. What is wrong with you? Oh my god, dude. Can y'all just >> I got to turn this up a little bit. after. >> Yes, we will. >> We will. We would rather have not done this. >> God, please. Please let me go, guys. I have another child. Please, I have another toe in the house. >> Okay, >> we're going to make sure everyone stays safe. >> Okay, >> I got to make sure these aren't tight enough cuz I'm >> She's screwing over. Stop scratching me. I'm not scratching. >> Okay. Yes, you are. >> Gemini, do you see what you just did >> for no reason? >> No, you did it. >> No, I did not. >> Your actions did it. >> No accountability. >> To my boyfriend's house. >> I went to a barbecue. >> We're walking this way. >> My shoes, please. >> I'll get them for you, >> bro. My Can I get my shoes and my watch? >> No. >> Bro, >> we're going to go here. Your car if you're okay with that? >> Your car. Okay, we'll fix it. >> Go ahead. >> Hang on. >> Yeah, let's not do that. >> Okay, fine. >> Father only good to be a babysitter, huh? And what boyfriend is going to allow the baby daddy to live with? Come on, man. That [ __ ] sound crazy as hell. All right. >> Domestic battery for what? >> I We got to make sure you don't got anything on you. >> Domestic battery for what? >> Do you know what domestic battery is? >> For what? >> What am I getting arrested for a domestic battery for? >> Do you have any Are you good? >> I'm asking a question. I'm fine, guys. I have nothing on me. I was just going to make sure. >> Listen, we're going to sit We're going to sit in my car. I'm going to explain something to you. Okay, go ahead and have a seat. >> Sit down. >> Keep your hands to yourself. >> You beating on that brother, man. >> Domestic battery. Unwanted physical contact, right? That's That's >> I didn't have unwanted physical contact with him. >> Listen to me. >> He doesn't. He's homeless. I'm the one that rents the house out. >> Will you listen to me, Kendra? >> He's um >> Guys, listen to me real quick. You admitted that you pulled his hair, right? >> Oh my goodness. Okay. >> I said I touched his head. I did not pull his hair. I literally touched his head. He threw himself to the ground. He's lying to you guys. >> This is why I'm so upset now. He's literally lying, guys. So he can have my child and you guys >> based off what we No, based off of what we have, that's what we have to do, man. So sit tight. We'll grab your stuff. My >> sit tight and we'll grab your stuff. I got your shoes real quick. Swing your feet out for me. >> Y'all going to need to take me to the hospital >> for what? >> I'm so serious, y'all. >> Okay, swing your feet out here for me. >> I'm about to have a whole mental breakdown. >> I'm soing serious. Please take me to the hospital. >> Swing your feet out for me. All you're going to do is make things worse. >> I'm not trying to make [ __ ] worse. >> Okay. So, just sw your feet so we listen so we can get this process done. >> You might not want to say that because they going to put you on what they call suicide watch. And uh listen, I've done plenty of them. Okay? Listen. When you're a rookie in corrections, all you doing is either suicide watches or you doing uh contraband watches and they're no fun. Okay, they they sound chill, whatever. But especially a contraband watch. Okay, a contraband watch is when Well, first let me explain what a suicide watch is. Is when somebody says, you know, I want to kill myself or whatever they got some mental or they try to do a suicide attempt or anything like that. They're going to strip all your clothes and you're gonna have like a It's like a uh imagine like a wife beater. Like one of them wife one of them white uh white uh wife beaters. Imagine that. But a it's thick. It's like it's mad thick and heavy. Kind of like a a weighted blanket in a way, right? They going to put that over you, right? And that's all you going to wear. And you going to have a light on all the time. There's going to be officer watching you. It's cold in them rooms, right? The room that you going to get put in cold as hell. You ain't going to have no blanket, no nothing. You just got that that thing that you got on you. You know what I'm saying? Because they can't put nothing in the in the room with you because you might hang yourself, cut yourself, whatever, cuz you suicide. Your mental is off. So don't say that unless you really jacked up. Don't say that cuz it's going to be you going to be it's not going to be a good time and then you got to sit there until like a psych or somebody like that clears you. Now a contraband watch a contraband watch is very similar but like let's say you went on a visit or whatever or they they suspect you of sneaking in some type of contraband or whatever and you swallowed it or whatever. Like let's say you you let's say you had some drugs or whatever and you swallowed it. Well, what comes what goes in your mouth comes out your ass. Okay. So, it's the same. It's similar to a suicide watch, but instead they're going to keep you there until the contraband comes out. So, every time you [ __ ] an officer got to watch you. You piss, officer got to watch you. Like, you know, stuff like that. And then the officer goes through the [ __ ] you know what I'm saying, to see, you know, whatever if the drugs or anything like that came out or whatever the it's horrible. And when you a rookie, that's all you doing cuz the old-timers don't want to do it. Especially a [ __ ] watch. [ __ ] watches or contraband watches, whatever you want to call them, you don't want to do them shits. So, she need to relax. Relax. Unless she really feel like that, then that's one thing. But they going to keep you there and it's going to prolong the process. Like it's going to prolong the process. You know what I'm saying? Whether they do it there or the hospital, whatever the case may be. Like and she going to be cold. Get them handcuffs off. Can't blame nobody but yourself. You did it to yourself. >> Keep your hands to yourself. Stop beating on that man. >> Walk on up here for me. When we get in here, just sit on the bench on the left. >> For what? You need to talk to somebody. >> I need to psych you back. >> I'll let the jail staff know. >> This is too much. Also, people also pull that type of stunt because they know it gets them out. So, like if they got problems on the dorm or you know, whatever or they trying to run from something and they can't get PC or whatever, they'll say something like that because they scared and they know it'll get them out for a couple of days and stuff like that. >> Come on here. Sit on the bed. She probably never been to prison or jail before. So she >> Have a seat and I'll try to get it done so they can get you in and out. Okay. >> Hey, >> but I don't want to be here. I don't I don't I do not. Send me to the hospital, bro. Send me to the hospital. Please send me to the hospital. I I do not want to be here. Please send me to the hospital. I need to fight you by wish ASAP immediately, please. >> Damn. >> She was charged with resisting arrest and domestic battery. I don't know what she was thinking, but yeah, I know people gonna be like, "You talk too much this video. You talk too much." And it's my [ __ ] reaction. Okay. you react to how you hell you want to react. You know what I'm saying? This my [ __ ] reaction. All right. But anyway, yeah, man. Cuz I don't think with if it was just resistant arrest or whatever. It's like whatever. She could have um uh you know, something real minor like that then, you know, typically they just bring you down, sign the paperwork, they'll release you or whatever. Or you might have to see a judge or whatever the case may be. But I think with the domestic battery, she was definitely going to have to see a judge. And since it was late at night, she would have had to be processed, you know, over there or whatever. Then they probably take you to the county jail and then you'll see the judge in the morning or whatever. So, but yeah, man. She probably Yeah. Yeah. Don't Don't say that unless you truly mean it. Don't say you suicidal, you got mental health. Don't It sound good. It sound good. you just prolonging the process, you know, going to the hospital or going to see some, but you really dragging it out. You you you you Yeah. Yeah. You think you better off doing that. You really not. You going to be sitting there cold as hell. You might as well get up in there, get acquainted with Big Shirley and them. You know what I'm saying? Get acquainted with the other uh guys that's sitting there waiting to go to see the judge. Go up in the county. You know what I'm saying? You know, if they press you, you know, set it off. Oh, crack. Oh, yeah. You know, cuz they going to test you in there. You a go, what? Oh, fresh meat, boy. Oh, yeah. No, don't do that. But I'm just saying, man, don't don't say that type of stuff. If you ever get in trouble and you got to go, don't say nothing about no mental health cuz they going to they going, man, they going to start sub uh prescribing you type of pills and have you in there looking they going to have you like you going to be you going to be an experiment. You it's like they they they testing the latest and newest drugs on your ass. You hear me? You you the guinea pig. You feel me? So, I'm going to give this officer, man. I think he did a pretty good job. Um, I get I give him three out of five. Um, three out of five. Pretty good. Um, satisfactory. You know what I'm saying? Uh, how well do you think that the officers did? Let me know in the comment section below and I'll catch you in the next video. [Music] No FaceTime. Shoot my shots.
