This new dad is being separated from his child just as they leave the hospital. >> They trying to take my son away from you, >> bro. You had to shoot me, bro. >> Bro, you about to hit the like. The man is clearly angry and upset, and the cops are concerned his threats may turn violent. But for now, they have to figure out who has custody and can take the child home. >> The baby, he's adamant about the baby coming with him. Guess they want to go on separate vehicles. >> He's been making a lot of threats toward us with physical harm. >> So, we need him. We need him. >> Hello. >> What's going on? What's going on? >> They trying to take my son away from you. >> Who is trying to take your son? >> Mom, look. Look what they doing. Briana, what what is you doing, bro? >> Hello. >> Hello. Talk to me. >> Brianna, don't get in that car. I'm telling you, bro. Don't get in that car. Why the [ __ ] is you doing that? >> Sir, lower your voice and talk to me. >> Briana, what are you doing? >> Sir, talk to me. Quit shouting. Quit cursing. Okay, you're in a public space. These people don't need to hear the f- word. Okay, tell me what's going on. >> They are trying to take my son. They in the car right now. >> Who is trying to >> Her mom? He I'm I'm the dad. I didn't I signed the birth certificate and everything. The car seat. They don't even have the car seat. >> Okay. >> You want to hang that phone call up and talk to me? They can't help you. They're on the phone. I'm the law enforcement officer here on scene. I need to know what's going on so I can get my son. >> I can I can try to help you, but I need to know what's going on. Okay. >> Can you help me with that, >> bro? No, I can't. Cuz look what they doing, bro. >> I don't know what they're doing. You won't tell me. I can't help you if you don't tell me. >> I'm talking to him. He not listening. I'm saying they trying to take my son. I'm the dad. What is What are they doing? How does she have permission to come up here and do that [ __ ] >> Sir, hang up the phone, >> bro. >> Hang up the phone. I'm >> not hanging [ __ ] up, bro. I'm talking to my mom, my stepdad. >> Okay, that's fine. You can talk to them in a minute. Let me help you. I can't help you if I don't talk. >> I When do Hurry up and get here. I'll call y'all back. >> I know. >> Okay. So, tell me what's going on. >> Her mom is trying to take my son. >> Her her who? I don't. >> Her mom is in this white car. >> Who? Who is her? >> Her mom. >> Who is her? What's her name? >> Rihanna. Mom is trying to take >> It's not that difficult. Okay. Now, why are you why do you think they're trying to take your son away? >> I don't understand what they doing up here. I don't understand. Her mom ain't even been a part of nothing. >> Okay. >> Did you just your wife just had the baby? Her girlfriend, whoever. Did they just have the baby? >> Baby two days ago. >> Okay. Two days ago. So, it's time for the baby to go home. Am I right? >> Yes. And she don't live with >> Okay. Okay. She who? >> Briana do not live with them. >> Okay. So, what's wrong with the mother trying to take her child? >> I don't That's not her [ __ ] responsibility. That's what I'm saying. Live with them. >> She's the mother. It's her responsibility to take the child, is it not, >> bro? Y'all not understanding. They trying to take my son away from me, right? >> Nobody is going anywhere until you talk to me. I can't help you if you don't talk to me. >> Take Kaden, bro. I'm going to lose my [ __ ] bro. You had to shoot me, bro. >> Y to shoot me, bro. Come on, bro. I'm telling you. Y, bro, I'm telling you. >> Y not going to take my son, bro. Do what you got to do. Y'all not going to take my son, bro. >> You're not going to take my son away from me. Get out the [ __ ] car. I'm telling you, get out the car, bro. >> Stop it now, >> bro. Listen. >> What is this going to accomplish? >> What is this going to accomplish? You acting like this. >> You're disturbing everybody in the hospital and all you going to do is end up in jail for disorderly cond. Listen, listen to what I'm saying. >> My son, >> that's cool. But how are you going to take care of your son when you're in the hospital for disorderly conduct for acting like this? Answer me that. Can you answer that question >> since you won't tell me anything else other than she is trying to take your time? >> Trying to leave for two days. We just been trying to get out of here cuz this crazy. It's our first baby together. I want to go, bro. >> Okay. So, what's the problem? >> Evil. Who is >> I never want to see you again, bro. >> Okay. Listen. Here's the deal. I need you to stand right there. Do not move. >> Okay. >> Do not move from that spot. I'm going to go talk to them. I gave you an opportunity to talk to me. You didn't want to talk to me. You're more concerned with talking to whoever's on the phone. I'll be right back. >> Okay. >> Tell me what's going on. >> Okay. This is my >> This is uh this is this is a a unique situation that we got going on here, right? Because typically you see um you know the fathers, you know, as society likes to put it is that the fathers are distant from their kids and stuff like that or whatever the case may be, right? And this guy right here, he just wants to be with his child. And I can understand that. Um, you know, so shout out everybody that's on uh kick. Cash Mo was good. E was good. Um, so yeah, this is um this is definitely a unique situation here where the guy is pretty much crashing out. the father is crashing out because he wants to be with his child. And you know, I don't have any kids, right? But I could feel him on that. You know what I'm saying? If if this is a a newborn and he wants to spend time with his kid, but the mom just wants to take the child. Um you know, it's a it's a sticky situation, especially if the two people are not together. So, um yeah, that's my take on that. Let's see um what continues to go on here. her. Let's see what her side of the story is because he is very very emotional right now and like the cops said, he could definitely go to jail for disorderly conduct. Okay, >> that's my daughter. >> Yeah, >> that just had a baby. >> Okay, let me ask a question real cuz I'm getting a whole lot of she's and he's and hers and there's there's a lot of people involved here so I'm trying to get names. Who is Briana? >> That's my >> Okay, so neither one of you or Briana. So, where is Briana riding with you guys with the child? Okay, sit tight. I'll be right back. >> Tell me what's going on. >> I just It's just It's just too much going on. He He did too much. He got um escorted outside the um >> Okay. >> And then I just I I don't want nothing to happen bad to him. I just I just want to go. >> I understand that. But do you understand his concern as well? >> He doesn't want the child going with your mother apparently. What? I don't know what his beef is with your mom. Apparently, he doesn't have a problem with you taking a child, but he doesn't want the child going with her. Okay. I don't know why that is. I don't know what y'all got going on. Is there something else you could work out where maybe someone else gave you a ride instead of your mom? >> No, there's no one now. Right now. >> Okay. Are you guys married? >> No. >> Okay. Um, who has primary custody of the child? Have you do you have any directives from a court stating that one or one or the other will have primary custody of the child? >> Do you have a court order? Yes or no? >> Okay. So, that leaves primary custody with the mother at the moment until he gets something changed. Okay. I'm going to let him know that. You're free to go, but I need to get some information from you before you go. Okay. >> Can she? >> Yeah. Just a minute. Okay. >> All right. You guys, you guys can go ahead and go. Okay. >> Going on, man. >> I'm going to let them go. I'm about to explain that to him. He's going to lose his mind. >> Isn't that Isn't that wild? Without a court order, primary custody automatically goes to the mother. Right. The baby is 50/50. Right. Right. It's a sperm and an egg. That's what makes a child, right? But um primary custody automatically goes to the mom if there's no court order. So for a father to even, you know, have a say so for real, um you got to go to the court. So having a child, you're already you're already in a losing battle if you're the father. That's pretty uh pretty uh interesting there. >> Hey, sir. All right. Here's the deal. Do you guys have a directive from a court given primary custody to you or your wife or to your girlfriend over the child at this moment? >> Okay. With the way the law works, she has primary custody of that child. So, she is allowed to take that child. She doesn't need your permission, your consent, your agreement to being with the mom or not. Okay. I asked her if there was anyone else that could come take her home besides her mother because you have such an issue with the mother and didn't want the child to go with the mother. She said no. There's nobody right away that can give her a ride. >> Yes. He is my stepdad. >> Okay. Well, she said no. She just had a child. Bro, >> Brianna, what? What are you doing? >> She is leaving with the child. Okay. >> Sit down. >> Just sit down. Okay. >> Take them to [ __ ] Now you need a DNA test. >> Listen with >> one more one more one more loud outburst with a curse word and I'm taking you to jail for disorderly conduct. Be grown. >> Be a wise person >> and roll yourself up right now. >> When do they take Kaden from me, bro? >> Listen, >> bro. I'm not play with that ass, bro. Y not to take my son, bro. Y not to take my son, bro. Y not my son, bro. >> Okay, look. But you ready to take You got 5 seconds to step out of front of that car. 5 seconds >> and you're going to jail. Okay, >> I promise you about to hit the lightning. >> Get over here now. >> Get over here now. >> Quit being trying to take over. >> Get over here now. >> Listen. >> Get over here now. You did not need to go to jail. >> Hey, make lock. Come on, man. >> Lock them up. >> What did I tell you? >> Turn around. >> What did I tell you? >> I didn't. How is that? >> Because I heard you if you curse again in an outburst, you were under arrest for disorderly conduct. You understand? >> Man, I'm trying to give you every benefit of the doubt. >> And let you be a grown father and you're acting like a little I promise you I'm not coming back, >> bro. I can't believe you guys, bro. Don't touch me >> because the law says that we can. Okay, >> bro. Don't [ __ ] touch me. Officer, bro, don't touch me, bro. You going to take me to jail for cussing? Y'all >> disorderly conduct. I warned you several times and you kept trying to act like you knew better than me. >> Y'all just let them take my son away from me. Bro, >> it's not y'all just let them take the law. The law the law says >> that the mother can take their child from the hospital. Okay. >> Not going to take me to jail just for cussing. Uh, how many times did I tell you, sir? >> You're in a hospital situation. >> You're in a hospital, bro. >> You're in a hospital setting and you're shouting and cursing and I told you several times to stop and you kept doing it. >> You her mom don't have rights to take my son. >> Bro, >> she said because her mom is already up here. >> Listen, mom is just playing taxi for the wife, for the for the mother of the child. She is perfectly entitled to leave the hospital with her own child unless there's a court order in place that says that she cannot do that and there is not according to you or her. So therefore she can leave with her baby. >> No Ricky got to take you to jail. >> Absolutely. >> The man was charged with noisy, unruly conduct. I can't find any records on the case which suggest officers may have used the charge simply to remove him from the situation, let him cool off, and later drop the charge. That blue line body. That's That's so stupid to go to jail over over that is pretty idiotic. I I don't know what else the officer would h would have done would have to do, you know what I'm saying? To calm him down. He He did it to himself, you know? Now he's calm when he's in the back of the the cop car and stuff. You taking me to jail for cussing, but you wasn't calm when the officer was telling you to stop cussing and you're yelling and you're outburst and you're trying to block the car and all that stuff. I mean, I feel for him. It's bad because, you know, the a father is automatically at a disadvantage as soon as you have the kid. Boop. Automatic. Automatically. You know what I'm saying? A mother has more authority than you. You know, even though it takes both of you guys to have to have the child. um crazy situation. Uh I think the officer did the best that he could. I think the officer treated him with as much as respect as he could. Um and yeah, so for that I'm going to give him a four out of five. And um you know, however, you know, how how do you think the officer did? You know, let me know in the comment section below. And I'mma catch you in the next video. Watch when I get in the mood. >> No time for the fakes. When you see me, I see you. Shoot my shot. Green beam shigan.
