active videos on his channel but he sent me this for us all to see justin was at his home when he noticed multiple men in full battle rattle and a casual stack a few houses down from his own curious about why there were men with more militarized gear than i had during my iraq deployment as a mechanized infantry medic justin began filming stay down there don't interfere i'm recording i don't i understand i understand i'm 52. i said i understand i'm 52 years old that's fine i just for your safety i don't need i don't need directors but go back to your own private property oh that's fine please step back so you're putting yourself at risk you understand i'm 52. i don't care i made it this far i'm good i'm good i don't need your directives thanks so be safe you're good you're you're well protected the unidentified officers of the pennsylvania state police are worried about their location being given up as though the sirens vehicles drones and various explosions haven't tipped off any possible suspect that they're after not to mention their cavaliers stances standing out of cover hands and pockets weapons slung the scene doesn't show that are really concerned with a significant threat in fact this man wanders into the scene but he isn't recording and nobody asks him to move or go inside and moments later the officer who initially made contact returns to justin sir please no you're compromising your own situation i'm doing nothing i have a first amendment as news purposes i have a first amendment right sir sir sir please please hey sir sir the officer grabs justin's camera resulting in it being shut off and breaking the selfie stick it was attached to a few seconds later justin restarts the video you just broke my shirt you just broke your what's your your name your name your name sir are you are you police who are you i want your name i want your name please get back in your house i am fine here on my perch i have every right to be here you don't have a right to tell me where i can stay you don't have that [ __ ] right with all due respect i'm on private property and you just trespass i want your name you just racked up dude you have no right to treat me like that say germany you're supposed to protect my rights not violate them you think you are your camera on your video camera on i want your name and rank everything your id everything from you boy come up here put your hands on me that's assault that nothing 52 years old i don't need you coming up here tell me how to be with all due respect you just broke my two how dare you supposed to protect my [ __ ] rights not violate them this is the disconnect buddy this is where it comes from your bully tactics you have no [ __ ] right how dare you staying on this porch because of threat of arrest from you you compromised your situation you did you put all those guys next to you at risk by playing your games tell me what to do first amendment i am the press right now you supposed to protect that not violate it and all you other ones just stood there and did [ __ ] so you're all just as guilty where's the good cop where's the good cop outta here show me just one bit of apple huh no you did nothing so that makes you all just guilty putting your hands on me and breaking my hat telling me i'm compromising you your [ __ ] compromised all your guys are you troopers are you military your state police guys ought to know better none of the officers identify even though they've damaged justin's equipment none of the officers have identifying name tapes or badge numbers the encounter carries on as more troops arrive and other neighbors begin coming out to film i'm not your threat you want your one buddy down there he's the threat you guys just come up here put his [ __ ] hands on me what's that one cop come up here come up here broke my put his hands on me and i'm coming out the back now huh for filming what are they doing i don't know they're [ __ ] raining so i don't know what they're doing [Music] then you need to put up tape bud you know the rules i guess you need to put up tape and i'm on my property okay that's fine but i'm telling you you need to get inside for your safety and you're not listening i am 52 years old take this out of my hands or anything i don't i'm not i'm not a threat i'm not a threat i'm just videotaping that's all i'm doing and i have a right i have a rightness gentleman here i need his id i have a right i have a right for this i have a right to do this it's the first amendment right you guys are supposed to be protecting this right right how dare you i explain to you you don't have i have a right the first amendment gives me the right to do this i understand and you just violated you put your hands on me i did nothing all right i have every right you're calmly you broke my friend tell me calmly when you when you stop talking i can explain to you you're done i'll be done when i'm ready to be done how dare you dare you film this film yeah keep filming this please somebody keep filming this please what's your name none of your business right now i'm under arrest am i being detained you are being detained huh you are being detained for disorderly conduct disorderly conduct that's a secondary charge what's the function inside your house i'm not going in my house you have no right to come in my house there is an active police scene you're in danger we're just sitting outside i am the supervisor you know what you want your house locked because you're coming with us sure do you want your house secure yes all right i will do it where are your keys i will do it that's fine where are you don't worry about that i walk how dare you [Applause] [Music] the other resident that was filming caught some footage of the arrest no she said behind the sign the next other cops head behind here so i did follow up get me out i'm legal right i'm look at this holy dude is he going to like take over america the corner that they're now standing on was considered the danger zone but now justin is handcuffed and in the middle of it both men that happened to be filming were arrested and cited for disorderly conduct unreasonable noise justin fought it and just had court on april 8 2021 where he learned that the local chief of police is married to the district judge presiding over his case of course justin was found guilty but this was all a coincidence absolutely no conflict of interest here justin has filed his appeal and attempted to request body cam footage he's contacted internal affairs the attorney general's office and the governor's office but all have failed to return his communications overall it seems as though justin was assaulted on his own property for filming and arrested for speaking louder that the officers enjoyed it is my personal opinion that these officers violated many of justin's rights and that susan day should recuse herself from any and all cases involving law
