pretty intense video where the Sovereign
citizen gets the attention of law
enforcement for allegedly threatening
Park workers for the heinous act of

tornado damage

he was taken into custody and
transported to the Pulaski County Jail
where he was charged with second-degree
battery on a police officer obstruction
disorderly conducts fleeing and
resisting and his car was toured to this
city impound so I guess the Little Rock
Police Department did have jurisdiction
over him after all what a surprise
