attempting to file his assumed business
name for the second time
using his own made-up form but this time
he claims to be an attorney to try to
give his claim some weight and not
surprisingly it goes as well as it did
the first time he tried to file it
because they know who he is and what he
is trying to do

i i think we're pretty clear this is the
only form this is the only form we're
going to accept you you won't accept a
free form we're not going to accept this
form so this um what what's missing from
this form we're going to accept this
form but not this one that's all i can
help you with what what's the problem
with this when it's it meets all the
requirements as if you have an attorney
you can have him contact them
i am the attorney
representing yourself badly in court
doesn't make you an attorney scott so
stop giving real attorneys a bad name by
claiming to be one
that's what i'm at that's why i'm asking
you to explain this to me because
it's been done properly so you can
contact the department of justice
and then they can help you with that
part of it well i'm here trying to
register businesses and we're trying to
tell you that this is the form that
we'll accept you will only accept your
form it cannot be free form not for
instance
but even though it states it in here
that free form is allowed

sovereign citizens they cannot accept no
for an answer

shall be registered
and that's the point right there it
doesn't satisfy their requirements you
hand wave that word away like it doesn't
apply to you

assume business name unless it's on this
form our director already told you that

that it was a he or he i talked to two
people
it's not what he told me he said that it
it had the hat be done differently that
my address had to be changed i suffice

he said that this the last time you came
in he said this form had to be completed
but that's it says in here it's allowed

and you were told the same thing

so he tried and failed three times to
file that same form
i mean he added a bunch of subset crap
to it so what did he expect it was
inevitable
anyway scott only ever posted four
videos that i know of and three of them
are now on my channel but there is a
courtroom video where he argues with the
judge and refuses to leave and the whole
courthouse gets shut down for the
afternoon because of it and i do have
that video in my archive somewhere so
look out for that one when it drops and
subscribe so you don't miss it

so he either realized this sovereign
citizen stuff was all nonsense or moved
to another platform with a pseudonym
but hopefully it's the former
