welcome back to the lackluster channel today's story was submitted by az unfiltered who on july 31st 2021 was with direct d every camera counts and arizona auditor driving what is eerily dubbed the superstition freeway when all traffic came to a complete stop multiple law enforcement vehicles were blocking the road and other drivers began exiting their cars to investigate the interruption of their travels one woman walking by was talking on the phone and can be heard saying he was in the middle of the street he was on the phone with me i'm gonna get out and go film oh this god that so she knows him that was the first indication of why the roads were currently closed with nowhere to go az unfiltered exited his vehicle and began walking towards the scene to document he eventually found himself on the scene of a vehicle vs pedestrian which was left unguarded by officers and is too graphic to show here out of respect for the deceased az unfiltered backed away from the scene on his own and began walking back to his vehicle when deputy mcclung of the pinault county sheriff's office confronts the men shining her flashlight into the camera in an attempt to block them from gathering footage oh my god alright i'm backing up whoa that whoa all right no no oh my god [Music] i'm normally okay for filming like dead bodies but oh so she's she admit openly admitted that it's not in his face that it's in his camera so prior restraints not a thing with these people [Music] they're just pissed because they're just really pissed because of the fact that we got past them like they didn't we just walked past deputy after deputy what the [ __ ] you bringing that for at this point you just need a shovel and a [ __ ] bucket [Music] the [ __ ] children we employ i know what you're trying to block i already got the footage jesus christ it's good for you bro yeah so try a little prior restraint [ __ ] child i take shits with more integrity than you got what's your name and badge number i already gave it to him no no you're going to tell me because i'm asking you i'm [ __ ] i'm walking i'm following all the orders so why don't you abide by your policy and id yourself [Music] yes keep walking i'm walking you don't get to tell me how fast to walk deputy mcclung seems to have a condition that makes her hostile against cameras this ailment causes her to lose all professionalism sourcing her aggressive behavior it seems as though she loses control lashing out at the public for exercising rights protected by the first amendment this affliction urges her to refer to citizens with vulgar language as she self-admittedly uses a flashlight in an attempt to blind the camera and prevent it from being useful some may argue that her intention was privacy for the victim's family others are confident that it is prior restraint censorship imposed by government that prohibits particular instances of expression similar to the contents of california's bane act which forbids the interference with a person's constitutional rights this is how sour they get when they realize they didn't preserve a scene and you walk right past deputy after deputy so you gonna id yourself yet to me not to me i asked you you barked orders i asked you for name and badge number yeah they're pissed because we walked past deputy after deputy hey hey you didn't preserve the scene not my [ __ ] fault not my fault she won't idea herself either we're kind of busy right now sir mcclung my vehicle is right there i'm standing right next to it where's your vehicle she said she gave it to you tried to tell me some disorderly [ __ ] [Music] and then we got a boot licker over here in the dodge hey where can we get turned around so we can get out of here [Music] so we're here until then the video
