I got a man trying to steal my property he tried to take my property for my hands you have no Authority whatsoever oh we're making I've committed no crime go away Road Pirates give me my property back you you see this you're about to be arrested again for resisting arrest so you're pulling me over for what because you actually had your fingers for putting my middle finger up that's right welcome back to the lackluster Channel if you were named John sent me this video showing that on March 11th of 2022 he observed multiple Delaware state troopers conducting what is commonly referred to as a speed trap and after finding a safe area on the side of the highway John stood next to his vehicle and held up a sign to warn the passing drivers subsequently Corporal Douglas arrived in an unmarked vehicle and confronted John shutting down his protest and threatening to confiscate his sign it's at this point that the video begins I am engaged in a First Amendment activity that is attention are you detaining me what are you detaining me for what what are you doing I'm not disrupting you know I am engaged in his first amendment I am not you're a liar you are alive I have never been in traffic never so you can shut that up I'm on the side of the road legally parked with a sign which is protected by the First Amendment so you can on this one nothing I'm gonna do it right here where I'm at oh I'm not I have drivers coming up to me telling me that you're jumping out in traffic Trooper Gallo asserts that multiple drivers have told him that Jon was obstructing traffic by stepping into the street but none of the witness accounts are documented and thus cannot be used as evidence against John neither of the Troopers witnessed Jon stepping into the street either absent of reasonable suspicion this is an unlawful detention so not I have drivers coming up to me telling me that you're jumping out in traffic because apparently they're erroneous I don't give a what somebody else says what did you witness nothing of the sword so keep your bull to yourself pal you're very angry why so hostile because you people to come up here I got a man trying to steal my property telling me he's not gonna let me do something that's constitutionally protected no I'm not standard What's the statute for that what's the statue I have armed men coming up threatening to steal my property you're not taking [Music] them you see this man he tried to take my property for my ass you have no Authority whatsoever oh we're me because I've committed no crime you're not saying you committed crime so you should also I you're not saying I committed a crime and you just tried to steal my property I didn't try to steal it yes you did you said I am taking you have nothing you're not gonna not allow me because you have no authority to stop me period no authority to stop I'm not I'm not gonna let you do it you have no authority to stop me you wanted our attention you got it I mean I don't want your attention go the away Road pirate you wanted our attention go away Road Pirates go away just by attempting to stop Jon's protest and prohibiting his speech Trooper Douglas has violated the First Amendment rights of John opening himself his agency and municipality to a federal lawsuit but the Troopers don't stop there and continue to dig themselves into a deeper hole you're standing here witnessing a man that just tried to attack me it's a shame you got to bring your kid out here I'm teaching my kid not to respect pieces like you guys are you're jumping in traffic you keep saying jumping in traffic when did you witness this offense no you came to me you came to me you came to me you came to me so they want to lick your boots let them well obviously they have a problem and you know what I have I know right over here on the road sir I'm not on the road I'm not on the road we were on the shoulder oh the shoulder is not the road it is not part of the road I am not blocking the roadway I am not in the roadway I haven't jumped in the road oh so when you pull people over with radar you're disrupting traffic because they're slowing down that's your Lodge you get the out of here eventually Trooper Gallo grabs his sign and rips it up put your hands off you see what this did you see what he did oh put your hands on me do not give me my property back you piece of give me my property back you see this you Tyrant pieces Tyrant what are your badge numbers step back okay no you stole my property did you see anything in my hands I really have a nice day I want your badge number you piece of that is assault you assaulted me standing right here you pieces that you'd even understand that's not a song you attacked me forcibly removed my brother what statue is that it's called all right could you stop playing in traffic now I'm not playing in traffic and you're getting a complaint and you're getting a complaint and I'm going home making a new one up and coming right back here okay okay and then we'll come back instead of robot if I wasn't roadway you pieces so you you [Applause] matter of fact I'll just go to Walmart make a new one up you just stole my property John now documents the license plates of each vehicle and the Troopers Retreat to their Cruisers qualified immunity has gone away you won't make a retirement I want my property back I want my property back as if things weren't already bad enough John leaves the scene and as he drives by the Troopers he extends a raised middle finger as a final Act of protest and is alleged in the complaint in retaliation for John's exercise of First Amendment rights Corporal Douglas and master Corporal box execute a traffic stop on his motor vehicle [Music] the reason I stopped to is you had your your window would so what so what's constitutionally protected speech is the reason why you're doing it is the reason why you're doing that you're stopping me for constitutionally protected speech right because you had your finger your hand out the window this is what I did you got a problem with that listen to me no no no all right let's go away condo no it is not that is called freedom of speech Republican people don't see you no it is here's what's going to happen no license please no that's what's going to happen I want your supervisor please I am the supervisor and that's why I'm here I'm going to reach into my pockets you're fine and I'm going to take you to court here's what I'm gonna take it to court that's what I want you to do that's where I would I want you to take it before we go any farther you're pulling me over for what because you actually had your fingers that's what's about to happen you're about to be arrested again for resisting arrest what bro what are you talking about man you're about to be arrested again for resisting arrest no I'm not resisting anything yeah yeah right now you're right now you're you're being detained for why you're paying to tell you why I stopped you already sir for putting my middle finger up exactly right you extended your arm out the window no I had my middle finger out the window okay let's get your let me get your ID you got your middle finger out the window okay yes and that's what I said you had your middle so the next thing to do we're going to take you in we're going to tow the car and we'll call uh Social Services for the kids oh so now you're threatening not threatening my job it's a promise you're threatening my child now I'm telling you what's going to happen thank you very much thank you very much you're welcome thank you bro I'm gonna set this camera here to keep track of you I want to be on camera but make sure you also record yourself so you can see how you're acting they stole my property I was alongside let me get you the idea because I'm going to take you to court and sue you okay you think you've done something here please so I want to get this clear one more time you pulled me over for a constitutionally protected activity right I pulled you over because you had your finger because I flipped you off because you stole my property okay registration Insurance please can you close that door so the dog doesn't get out please you had no right to open my door yes well how are you going to handle I can hand you the paperwork so you John provides the Troopers with the requested documents and they return several minutes later you open my door with no justification to do so all right sir us decided you for improper use hand signals finally in March of 2023 John filed a lawsuit against the Troopers for First Amendment Fourth Amendment and due process violations after being maliciously charged with failure to give a right-hand turn signal which was dismissed a few months after its issuance at the time of writing this the lawsuit has just been filed so we'll have to wait to see what the outcome will be it should be fun as the actions of Trooper box gallo and Douglas are
