Do you have a wallet or >> Uh, but I do I usually do like money clips or whatever. >> All right. This is just my feeble attempt to try to bring back a truly groundbreaking and innovative auditing channel. This channel gave an entertaining new perspective on how different people view and react to public photography and to a very different photographer. The name of the channel is Tu Pri, and he's obviously free to do whatever he wants with his own channel. But after reading many comments under his recent videos, it's clear that a large percentage of his audience wants to see the old to a pre again. If you agree, leave your comments. I'm going to highlight a couple of his old videos in an attempt to revitalize the old to a pre. And just as a suggestion, maybe he can invite his new workout buddy to help him do some new audits. So, with the accent of some of my New York friends, let's get started. >> Can I help you? >> Oh, uh, yeah, I'm just doing a CO sweep. >> Turn that off, please. >> But I have to do my SEO sweep. >> Turn that off, please. >> I'm with clandestine operations. >> Turn that off. >> Step outside of the building. >> No, I'm I'm with clandestine operations. >> Step outside the building. You're in a courthouse right now. >> Turn it off. >> You're doing a what? >> A co sweep. >> This building is a lock down. >> Isn't this the public like lobby part? >> This part right here is Yes. >> Yeah. Step outside the building, please. >> Get out of the building. I kind of wanted to do >> some security. I'm I'm telling you to leave the building or I'll call the cops. >> Okay, that's fine. But isn't this a public area? >> There's no public nothing. It's a courthouse. A private property. >> Isn't this a public? >> You got too many recordings on you. But I'm not inside a building with a courthouse. >> All right, perfect. He granted me permission for a separate and I'm telling you to leave the building. >> Oh, but he he granted me permission for the CL button. >> Take your finger off the button. >> No. Do you mind if I do my CO swe? >> I mind very much. I want if you leave the building right now or I will call the police department. >> Oh, no. No. Don't Don't I'm going to do that if you don't leave now. >> I'm above them. I'm >> I don't care what you are. >> And then he granted me permission to do my seal. >> The police. No, he didn't. Cuz I was listening. You're going to be arrested >> for what though? >> For trespassing now. Leave the building right now. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. I I will confiscate this from you right now. If you don't leave this building right now. >> No. No. >> Leave the building. >> If you got me on tape, I don't care. >> Okay. I have good news, sir. I've actually approved the whole place except for underneath >> here. We're already out. >> We're about 98%. >> We're already out. >> I just got to check underneath your jacket. I love how persistent he is and how easy it is to push these guys buttons >> real quick just to see if there's anything clandestine over there. >> You do one more thing. I swear to God I'm get out of here. >> Oh, you know how guys I'm just doing quick see. Oh, one second. He's been here three times already. >> There's something clandestine video. He does not >> We're just going to check out the clandestine activities going on in the building real quick. >> Pictures of He keeps saying the same thing. He's been here three times. >> I can't come in. >> Are you open to the public right now, sir? One second. Do you mind if I just go in and do my seal sweep? You can't. >> Oh, no. I won't. >> Uh, you're open to the public. This is a public area. Okay. So, I'm going to do my CO sweep. The clandestine operation sweep. >> What do I do? Cops on. >> No, because what I'm doing is legal, sir. Let's just check out what clandestine activities going on here. >> What are you doing? >> Oh, just doing a quick CO sweep time. >> You guys are really chill. You mind if I just get in real quick? >> No, you can't. Who the hell is clandestine operations? We're operating as a free press and we're doing a clandestine operations investigation on the publicly acceptable lobby. >> I've seen videos on this. I know what he's doing. He's not going to do it. >> Have you seen other clandestine operations officers? >> Get your foot out. >> Get your foot out of the door now. You've been >> I'm going to call Nassau County cops. >> That's what I told you. >> You're going to call the [ __ ] what? >> Nassau County cops will be in 2 minutes. You don't get that foot out of the door. >> Why? Why? They're not [ __ ] cops. >> I said Nassau. >> Nassau County Police Department. >> No, I heard you said you're going to call [ __ ] cops. >> No, he did not say that. >> Sir, that's not that's not nice to law enforcement. Something clutch's going on in here. That was a That was a clandestine foot kick there. So, we're going to continue investigating due to the >> kicking his foot, blocking the door, and ejecting somebody from a public space. This is classic >> clandestine activities that are going on in this village courthouse here. What's going on in here? >> 10 minutes. >> That's enough time for him to cover cover up his clandestine activities. >> I can't let you close. >> I'm just doing my SEO sweep. >> Back off. >> I'm just doing my SEO sweep real quick. >> Isn't it open to the public or >> No, it's closed right now, though. It's closed. temporarily closed. >> Oh, it's the hours on the door or whatever. >> It's temporarily temporarily closed, >> but that's only to cover up clandestine activities. I can't accept that. >> You got to back off, right? >> Just squeeze in. >> Back. Watch. Just watch your foot. I don't want to knock you down the stairs, but you got to move. >> So, toss that in there real quick. >> No. >> My name is Officer Ryan. I'm with the fifth precinct. >> Officer Ryan 4166. Nice to meet you. >> What seems to be going on? >> We're just doing a CO sweep. >> You say CO carbon monoxide. >> No, that'd be CM. Is it a government agency? >> Oh, we're operating as the free press. >> Okay. That does not offer you free reign of government facilities. You understand that? Correct. >> Um I understand that it doesn't give me access to restricted >> many. Yeah. Many Well, it's at their discretion so that there's not uh interference with the operations of the day. Uh I do you have a press pass? >> Oh, yes. I thought you'd never ask. Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Take a look at it, sir. >> Yes, sir. You may. >> I'm Sergeant Ser from the fifth prio. How do you spell that, sir? S U R I L L O from the fifth. >> Sergeant Slo, nice to meet you. >> Yeah. So, there's my press pass there. >> Okay. So, obviously this is not an official press pass. >> Yes. >> I love how he nonchalantly just passes over this just ripped off piece of paper as though it were legitimate. >> Yes, it is. >> It's it's or whatever. I'm going to consider it a whatever. >> No, no, no. That's or whatever. >> So, the point is >> this uh piece of >> that legitimate trespass. Yes. that >> I'm just going to make a mark of >> this. This is >> And you want to keep that copy? I have I have other >> You're agreeing with me that this is a ripped off corner piece of notepad. >> No, it's a >> ink in handwritten ink. It just says press or whatever. Is that what this says? >> No, that's a that's a >> Does is that what this says? >> I I'm not uh >> Read that for me. I'm going to put it on your camera. How could you ever verify that this is not an official press pass? I mean, is there some kind of standard for the way official press passes are supposed to look? >> Camera. I put it on my camera. Just read to me what your pass >> Okay, I'll start. Okay, I'll start reading this. Official press. No, you're not letting me finish reading it. >> You got any ID or anything, sir? >> Uh, no, I don't, sir. I I Is my press pass good enough? >> No. Do you have any ID on you? >> No, I don't. >> Did you draw like how did you get here? >> I I did like random stuff. You what? >> Random stuff. I got you. >> We just want to make sure that the uh you know, nobody's right stepped upon, but it's it's iffy on reporting within government buildings also. You know what if you're trying to eye up to do something wrong? >> That'd be clandestine. So, I'd have to investigate myself. >> Right. Well, we don't know that since you won't give us any information. Now, you see you see our impass. >> Your press pass. >> No impass. >> Oh, I thought you said press pass. I was about to say, can I have that? >> Forget the agency that issues presses. Uh >> yeah, the one I went through, it should be on the back of it. If you see on the back, the bottom right next to the barcode. Yeah, right next to the barcode. >> There there is no barcode. This has no barcode. >> You covered up with your thumb. The bar code. >> No, I'm still still there. >> It's like a QR code. >> I did it with, you know, I held it from the left side. I held it from the right side. There is no barcode on this. I mean, government facilities aren't just free willy-nilly to the public. >> You can't walk into my precinct and just start filming. You're not allowed. You You may not do that. >> That's not necessarily public. That's a government building. Certain buildings have certain rules and regulations too. That's all it is. It's for the safety. It's not for secrecy or government building. It's not a public building. >> So that's what I trying to find out. So it's not a public building. >> It's a government built. It's it has its own rules and regulations according to, you know, their internal rules and rights. People are allowed in. I'm going to use that store across the street. >> Yeah, it's open to the public. You can go in, but if they have the right for refusal, >> but wouldn't that be like privately owned as opposed to publicly owned? >> It's not open to the public. like that, you know. >> So, is it publicly owned though? I I'm just trying to >> I'm sure the taxpayers at some point or another own it force a policy. >> We're in agreement with that. >> Okay. But technically speaking, officer, are we in uh the public levy? >> You No, this because of the elevator situation and coming. This is the courthouse. >> We're in it now. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Hi, how are you? >> Good, officer. Inspector Diploma. I'm with Clinton Operations. We're just doing a CO sweep operating through the free press. >> A CO sweep? >> Yeah. Yes, sir. >> What's a CO? I don't know what that is. >> Oh, just a basic sweep of the building for a clandestine activities. I'll just kind of get a clandestine vibe over here. >> Clandestine vibe. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, we're just super quick CO sweep. Then, uh done some other business and then I'll be out of here. >> All right. Why don't you take care of your business? You're good to go. >> Oh, yeah. Appreciate that. All right. Awesome. >> Thanks. All right. >> Heck yeah. Appreciate you, officers. You sure nothing clandestine's going on over here? >> Blink. Blink twice for clandest time activity. >> I think we're done now. Okay. You got your information you need. >> Oh yeah, I'm just doing >> Make sure you get a picture of this, too. The rules. It says you can't record on this floor. >> You have a good day. >> You too. >> And uh good luck with whatever it is you're trying to accomplish. >> Yeah. See, I'm with Clandestine operations. >> Yes. I >> Yes. >> Okay. What exactly are you doing? >> Oh, just chilling. Just city videography stuff. City videography. Okay. Do you have any credentials or ID? >> Uh, just like my city videography like street cred kind of thing. >> Like what? >> This is my city videography like street cred kind of thing. >> I need your ID is this go-to thing for most law enforcement agents. They want to make you insecure in your person. And you have to understand when a state agent, which is what a cop is, comes along, he's asking for your ID under the implied threat of force, it's an armed state agent asking you to relinquish your ID. >> Street CR don't work for the city. >> Oh, yeah. I'm uh doing city videography. >> City. Okay. Who Who are you doing it for? Like who specifically gave you >> Oh, so I'm I'm just doing like the city city videography. >> Okay. City. But who in the city, like who at the city hall told you to do videography? >> Um, >> cuz people are calling because they're concerned you're recording them and taking pictures of them. >> Oh. Oh, tell them I'm I'm doing like city videography and I'm like really chill. >> Okay. You have your ID? >> Oh, fudge. Oh, no. Uh, not on me. I don't think or whatever. >> You don't think? Do you have a wallet or >> Uh, but I do I usually do like money clips or whatever. >> Okay. Can you check? >> Oh, fudge. Uh, pretend it's like the whole gear thing. >> Okay. You have to take it off. >> Oh, fudge. Uh, oh. Hey, what's up? Yo, Becca. >> Yeah, you got to look. >> What's that? >> Check for your ID. >> Oh, fudge. Uh, okay. It's just like the whole thing. Uh, do do you want to What if all three of us we just grab like coffee or whatever and I'll tell you like everything? >> No. >> Is it? >> I just need your ID. >> Oh. Cuz does it like go in the system or whatever? >> It's possible. >> Oh, fudge. Cuz uh instead of the whole system thing, I'll literally I'll buy the pizza. I'll do whatever if we all just chill. >> What is your name? >> Oh. Uh I go by like Aif is >> No. What is your real name? >> Oh, >> not what you go by. What What's your real name? >> Oh, As >> Okay. Do you have any debit cards? Anything with your name on it? >> Uh fudge. Uh a little bit kind of, but >> Okay. Can I see it? Yeah, but can we just can we grab pizza? I I swear I'll literally buy >> I just ate. Thank you. >> Oh, I got you. I got you. Yeah, you seem chill. You seem chill. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, I need some type of identification. You have a passport. You have >> Oh, Florida DL >> any ID cards? >> Uh, fudge. I'm I'm literally I'm I'm down for like if you're not hungry or whatever, if you want to do like coffee or whatever, I'm >> No, I just need your name. >> Fudge. Hey, what's up? How you doing? Um, but can can I like tell you over coffee? Is that cool? Is that >> No, I don't drink coffee. Sorry. >> Or just like water? Anything? Like just so it's not so official? >> No, I just need your name. >> Oh. Oh, >> Beck. >> Of Baker. >> You're welcome. >> But is that your real name or is that what you go by? >> No, I didn't say Of Baker. I said Of >> Beck. >> What is your last name? >> Oh, Fudge. But then it gets like real specific or whatever. >> That's the whole point. >> Oh, Fudge. I got you. I got you. That's the whole point. >> Is it for like the city videography thing or whatever? >> Yes. >> Oh, I got you. I got you. >> Yeah. >> Uh fudge. >> Uh I'm here. Uh do you want to just repark and then uh we can find like >> No, I don't. >> Cuz it could be like lemon. We don't even have to worry about what we get. >> Fudge. Okay. Fudge. Uh >> did you drive here? >> Oh, fudge. cuz we're getting real specific. C could we just go like >> like Okay, so did you drive? Did you walk? Or did somebody drop you off here? How did you get here? >> Let's just take a second and think about this. Just that this cop is okay with intimidating an American out of their ID as he attempts to negotiate with her to do anything but show his ID. >> Oh, fudge. It was like a long story cuz Yeah, I'm just doing city videography. It's just like, >> yeah, but you keep saying you're doing city videography, but you're making people uncomfortable by recording them without their permission. >> Oh, I see. So, they're getting like, >> so that's the issue. >> So, now she has come to save all the people who feel uncomfortable that the person with the camera is filming in a public place on a public sidewalk. So they thought they would feel less uncomfortable if they called a woman and her partners who are also going to bring cameras. >> Are did the business tell you to record their business? Like who exactly told you to come out here and like record or do videography? >> Oh yeah. Yeah. So I I just wanted to do like >> Or are you just doing it on your own? Like just this is your personal project? >> Uh yeah. Yeah. So, mostly just like I just came out for like like city videography and they didn't tell me like >> Okay. So, nobody from the city told you. >> Oh, no. I I I was talking about like the business or whatever. >> Nobody from the business told you and >> Oh, not from this one? >> Not from So, from which business? >> Oh, so I It's like complicated cuz I do like it's like mostly just like a city videography type like chill thing. It's mostly like >> Okay. >> But yeah. >> All right. So, do me a favor. You got to go. Oh, okay. I got you. >> Okay. So, I don't know if you want to call a ride or Uber drive, >> but we're getting calls from this this location that >> Okay. >> You're making people uncomfortable by recording them without their permission. Okay. >> Oh, okay. I got you. >> All right. >> So, just head out of Delray or whatever. >> Yeah. >> All right. We're back here. >> Out of this area. Okay. >> All right. I got you. And then Hey, we were just talking about the city videography thing. >> Yeah. So, I'll just >> All right, man. >> Is it chill though? >> Go. You're good to go. >> Oh, what? I got you. I got you. And then at what point like just so I know like the property lines or whatever? Just is there like a property line thing or was it like >> We appreciate you being super chill, but >> you're you're not trying to identify yourself or tell us who you are. >> Oh, no. I told you >> these people. >> Yeah. So, just go somewhere else. >> All right. >> All right. I got you. >> They're calling for disturbance. You're good to go. Go ahead. >> All right. Word. I got you. Back in. >> So then I guess the >> Yeah, cuz I just want to get just a couple I just So I'll back up a little bit cuz I'm not going to get >> You got to go. >> You got to keep walking that way. >> Okay. I got to leave Delray. >> Leave them. Leave this these businesses alone. >> Oh, okay. I got you. >> If we get more calls on you, then you're going to escalate the situation. >> Oh, okay. I got you. >> Okay. >> All right. Word. I got you. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right. I'll just back up a little bit. And then just like how far should I back up or whatever? Just so I know >> cuz say back all the way up. >> Okay, I got you. I got you. >> Do you have any credentials? >> Again, the channel is to a pre and I will leave a link in the description for you from one of his last videos. If you visit him, let him know here's the deal sent you. Don't bother subscribing to my high impact vlogs channel, my disturbing illusion channel, or this channel because it probably doesn't do any good.
