All these people that hate your guts is for stuff like this. Directions and you're going to follow them. No, I ain't taking that. This is for you, sir. I'm not taking that. You're a tyrant. You're no good. You're trash. You know, you have no jurisdiction here, dude. So, get out of here. Hey, you guys want to give me your name and badge number? You tyrant mother. Tyrant. Welcome back to the Lackluster channel. Nearly four years ago, I published a story featuring Wolverine Transparency, who was filming near the Great Lakes Water Authority. The original live stream was 6 hours long and gave us an inside look at how security and law enforcement act when they don't know they're being recorded. As Wolvie was leaving the water authority, he stopped to speak to a Detroit police officer who had been called to the scene. I got electrocuted, man. I died 10 times. The back of my head's blown out. In the history of law enforcement, there has never been a time ever in my experience that police have been more accountable. I agree. Cameras to a point to surveillance, transparency, all of that. When something happens in California, we know about it here in moments. Wolvie left as three of the other cameramen were arrested for trespassing, but moments later, he was pulled over by the same officer. Hello, sir. I didn't do anything wrong. Let me get your driver's license for what? What's What's your reasonable trickable suspicion? Sergeant on scene, advise me to detain you at this time while they're still sorting things out there. So, you are detained. You are not free to leave. Okay. What law did I break? What law did I break? They are still sorting it out down there. Okay. Well, I'm going to remain silent until you do. Okay. Why are you asking me some directions and you're going to follow them? Okay. So, you are under arrest. Okay. But what's your reasonable interable suspicion? I'm not going to give you that. You are under Wait a minute. You're telling you're telling me that out of the vehicle right now. I'm going to do what you asked me to do. I'm going to have you put your hand on the car here. You not know the case law? Yeah, I know the case law, but that's I don't have to I don't have to tell you that. You don't know what it is? I don't have to tell you. Take care. Thank you for calling. Hey, I need your badge number, sir. Don't worry about it. No, that's not how that rolls. That's not how that rolls. No sir, that's not how that rolls. You're not Hey, you guys want to give me your name and badge number? You tyrant mother. Tyrants. On his way to the police station to file a complaint against the officer, Wolvie found himself behind him again and was pulled over a second time. [Music] See, now now he's going to try to do a traffic stop on me. [Music] He's doing a traffic stop on me again. If I was you, I would leave me alone. I stopped you for careless driving. If you want to fight in court, you can. But I Oh, okay. So you're you're you're live on you did it live on YouTube, sir. You did it live on YouTube. Because you stopped right there in the road. No, I didn't. There's got to be somebody behind me for me to impede, sir. See, you're being a tyrannical tyrant right now. I'm I Look at me. I got fourth degree burns all over me. I'm not a threat to you and you're acting like a complete [ __ ] Stopped you. You knew why I stopped you for careless driving. No, I didn't. I I took a left. I took a left. So I told you why I stopped you. No, I'm watching you because you're a tyrant. You're a tyrant. You're no good. You're trash and you're a tyrant. You continued. Hey y'all, call the police department. Get their lieutenant involved. Hey, can I get your name and badge number? Absolutely. 71. What's your name and badge number? I need your driver. What's your name, sir? Sir, I need your driver's license. What's your name? Do I pose a threat to you? I need a driver's license, sir. Why? I need your driver's license. You commit a moving violation. You messed up. I didn't commit a new moving violation. There's rocks on there. I took a left. Yeah, there is. Yeah, there is. It's on video. I need a driver. For what? For what? A moving violation? No, I didn't. All right. Give me a supervisor. Give me a supervisor. I'll give you my I'll give you my driver's license. I'm not going nowhere. I'm turning the vehicle off. I want your supervisor right now. I want your supervisor right now. Can you run the plate and see if this is his and then I'll just mail him the ticket. Okay. Get your ticket in the mail, sir, for fearless driving. Hopefully, you'll get a summon for interfering with the Wolie never received a ticket for those stops and continued cop watching. And in 2024, he began documenting the Windot Police Department making traffic stops outside of their jurisdiction. There's the turnaround for it right there. See it? Why they coming in our jurisdiction like that? That's why we do police patrolling about a a mile into our jurisdiction. Wolvie made it a habit to document as many of these as he could and informed the victims of the potentially unlawful stops. You know you're in the city of Southgate. That's W dot that this is Southgate when he pulled you over and you can't request a supervisor. When possible, he would speak with the officers. Can I ask you a question? Why was you a mile in Lincoln Park jurisdiction? So, there was a car driving northbound. When I was on my northbound trail, I was running a license plate because we are looking for a certain car that stolen. So, I was behind a car that matched the description of a stolen vehicle. So, I'm following behind it running the license plate information. Once I got the return that it wasn't a stolen vehicle, I turned back around and I head back into my city. So, often when he is present, the officers send the driver on their way with only a warning. I'm watching them. I ain't watching you. Did he let you go? Yeah, he was fine. Yeah, that's because the Wolverines here. I appreciate. Yeah, see you. Thank you. See, he let her go. Other times, he finds officers completely outside of their jurisdiction and inquires as to why they aren't servicing the area that pays for their service. Are you aware that you are in Lincoln Park? That this is a Lincoln Park address. Do you know that you're monitoring traffic? Not from Lincoln Park. Yeah, you have. I watched you use your sirens and lights and go out of this parking lot. What's your name and badge number? So, you have talked to me before. Why are you sitting here in a Lincoln Park out of your jurisdiction? You know you have no jurisdiction here, dude. Okay. So get out of here. Sergeant Nichols is agrees with me. You have no business being here whatsoever. You are out of youring jurisdiction and you need to stop doing that because one of our citizens accidentally complained and it's already at the state's attorney's office for review. Again, I'm not monitoring traffic. Yeah, you did when I left with my lights and sirens is to go to another call. Why are you out of your jurisdiction though? Southgate. That's Southgate over there. That's not That's not Yours is over there. When you come when you're on the southbound side of Fourth Street, you are entering Southgate. That is not W dot. That is a W dot leeway. Yeah, it's a but it it's not for you to go into a multi-jurisdiction. You are two jurisdictions out of your jurisdiction right now. All these people that hate your guts is for stuff like this. You want to have a conversation, you can't don't yell at me. No. This is called redress and protest. Shame on you. Shame on you for being here. Get go back your dereliction of your duty right now. You're not in we dot. Why ain't you in the city of W dot right now? No. W dot is north. It It is southeast of here. So, you have a great day. You're wrong, dude. Have a great day. That's the driver shame right there. You're wrong. You should not have been here to begin with. Months later, Wolvie went to pick up a pizza, but the side parking lot he was going to use happened to be blocked by several W dot police officers. And after parking in another lot, he got out to film the encounter. So, they got the dog going around the car. Dog's only got an attitude problem. The canine allegedly lunges at an officer positioned on the opposite side of the vehicle. And as it moves past the driver's side, it appears to notice the man in the driver's seat, prompting the dog to attempt an attack on him as well. Sounds like you're being a little disobedient. See, he's attacking. He's just mean. I think I seen him going after them cops over there. Them two cops standing there. See him on the other side? I got it on video that they uh that cop, he turned down the cop, though. The dog appears unfit for duty. The officers still pretend its erratic behavior counts as a hit during the open air sniff. The driver is then extracted and his vehicle is searched. I knew that that dog was disobedient to begin with and her using that to get him out of the car, which you'll have video evidence for. So the dog latched latched out at a couple officers over there and then he latched out at the door which is not which is a sign of disobedience. It's not a sign of obedience, a sign of disobedience. My presinario I had to teach him at a very young age not to do that. Tear them little German shepherds up eat them for lunch. You don't recognize me, do you? No. I've been wanting to formally introduce myself. I'm your new neighbor. I just moved in. You saw me walking my dog the other day. Do you have any pets? No, not anymore. Oh, okay. I lost a 15-year-old. Oh, yeah. I haven't got my courage up yet. Although, I know a guy that that's moving away from his farm who's tried to get rid of a little goat. Well, dude, I my coconut corn husky will [ __ ] that goat up to violate this guy's fourth amendment right. They used a disobedient dog to do so. Don't come over here giving me no directives. It ain't going to work. Sir, it ain't going to work. I don't want to talk. Don't talk to me. What's your name? I don't want no consensual contact with you. What's your name, sir? As long as I stay 10 ft from you, I'm good. What's your reason to be out here? PTFO, sucker. What's that mean? Figure it out. Call your chief and ask him. He knows what he means. Are you here to go to Pizza Hut? You buying a pizza? Maybe. Is that what you're doing? Maybe. All right. What's your name? Na. Also, in the city of Wind, we have an alley use regulator. I don't give a [ __ ] All right. I'm not in the alley. I'm on private property, [ __ ] You're just in the alley. It doesn't matter. Here, I'll step in it again. Watch this. Go back out. Step in it again. Go back out. Watch this. You see that? Yeah. Get a good look at that tyrant. Yeah. I got a [ __ ] two-year law degree against your little 6 months. You're in violation of why not? No, I'm not. Be back here. Ordinance is an infringement. I'm in a constitutionally protected activity, homie. Go on with your game. I'm the press. Get out of here. You're the press. Do you have a press ID? I sure do, but I'm not showing your tyrant ass. No. And you ain't going to put your hands on me either. All right, sir. Look up uh State versus Moy. I'll defend myself. Yeah, Adam Dener. Say it right, you [ __ ] boron. It doesn't matter. You pignus. You can't ticket me. How do you spell that, sir? Pignaramus. About 5 minutes later, the driver is released. You all right, ma'am? I'm sorry they did that to you, ma'am. That was clearly unconstitutional what they did. Clearly. You want to say anything to the camera or you want to leave it be? With the stop being over, Wolie starts walking to his truck. Come here. Come on over here for a minute. Adam Dener, come here. Adam, come here. Come here, sir. [Music] Sir, come here. Hey, hey, hey. Calm down. You're obstructing. Obstructing? No, I ain't taking that. This is for you, sir. I'm not taking that. Okay. You're not? I ain't taking that. I didn't obstruct nobody. Look at you shaking like D. You're not obstructing anything? No, I ain't obstructing nothing. No, I'm trying to give you your citation for what? For aliuse regulated and disruptive behavior. Look it up. Constitutionally protected activity. You cannot use a constitutionally protected activity and turn it into a crime. I don't give a damn what you do. I'm gonna show up and make all y'all. Give me your name and badge number. Give me your name and badge number, fool. Hey, [ __ ] Give me your name and badge number. Yeah, that's right. See, the judge is going to see this. You [ __ ] pigs. You guys are pieces of [ __ ] Oh, no. I'm not going to do nothing. It's all constitutionally protected. I'm not worried about it. Wolvie was given two citations. The officers wrote in their report that they knew who he was, adding that they knew he was recording them. The linguistically incoherent report continues in perfect broken English as the officers appear to fantasize that Wolie was tactically positioning himself behind an officer, insinuating that he was possibly planning to attack them redundantly. He adds that Wolvie often appears on scenes to incite provocation by officers. Bro, what are you talking about, man? Then claims he approached Wolvie before inserting yet again that Wolvie had moved behind another officer after refusing to identify. He keeps repeating this idea to support the failed narrative that Wolvie was obstructing the stop since allegedly officer Gardiki could no longer assist. But then the officer screws himself. He tries to nail Wolvie with the first citation. Alley use regulated, an ordinance that prohibits people from using the alley without a legitimate reason. The problem is Wolvie was there to pick up his pizza, which is explicitly covered as a legitimate reason under the ordinance. However, he then wrote that he believed that Wolvie was there solely to film the police. But in doing so, he only strengthens the appearance that this was done in retaliation for recording. But then we have the second citation for disruptive behavior. You see this, you can't click on it, right? But the one above it, you can click on it. So don't if you go below it, it'll show, right? Check this out. Any persons conduct who causes disruption after good order, health, safety, welfare or peace of public, including law enforcement of the city of Wot, but not limited to loud, boisterous, a person, event or behavior. Noisy, energetic, and cheerful, quarrelome, a moody, quarrelome man. Ooh, a moody. Vulgar, lacking sophistication or good taste, unrefined. Not a crime, disruptive. Any contact that interferes with learning environment, violates social norms, or causes harm or distress to others, which the police determines not to be criminal in nature, is responsible for a municipal civil infraction subject to a fine of $500 altogether in court costs. I don't have to agree to this and I'm not responsible for this at all. On March 7th of 2025, the chief of police doubled down with a now infamous Facebook rant where they claimed that they asked Wolvie for ID for their safety. Though they also admit to knowing who he is and even call him by name throughout the video. Adam Gunlinger, come here. And issue both citations without identifying him. The post continues demonizing him by claiming he is uncooperative. The post then details the language of the citation, but it's no surprise that they fail to realize that it's dangerously vague and over broad, which is why the ordinance likely violates the First Amendment and is not linked on the city's website. The ordinance fails to define terms like disruption, good order, welfare, or peace. And courts have long held that laws must be clear enough that the average person knows what conduct is prohibited because a vague law invites arbitrary enforcement which is exactly what happened here. The ordinance covers a massive amount of protected conduct like expressing dissenting opinions even if vulgar or merely being boisterous. This means that it chills free speech, even that which is clearly constitutionally protected. And when laws are this broad, they are often enforced only against the people the police don't like, which violates equal protection and due process rights. In this case, it appears they targeted Wolvie for his history of filming them and not identifying himself, both of which are protected actions. And finally, there's the chief's unprofessional, biased, and factually misleading statement where he claims that Wolvie is well known for his belligerent harassment of others. But Wolvie has never been charged or convicted of harassment. The chief then claims to support freedom of speech, but then completely undermines his claim by his contradictory assertion that others have a right not to be harassed without providing any evidence that any harassment ever occurred. He ends the post implying that Wolvie is a liar and states that he is a nuisance of a man. I shouldn't have to explain that publicly shaming a citizen and calling a specific person a nuisance and a liar on a widely viewed public government page when he has not been convicted of a crime is inappropriate and likely defamatory. And since the statement comes directly from the chief of police means it only serves to damage the reputation of a private individual without due process, creating a chilling effect on that person's right to free speech and to petition their government and undermines the public trust in law enforcement's alleged neutrality and professionalism. Statements like this that are made by a public official, especially one in a position of authority, carry additional weight and appear more credible. And posting it on a government-managed platform constitutes publication to a third party, meeting a critical threshold in defamation law, all while violating constitutional protections under the first and 14th amendments. But whether Wolvie pursues a defamation lawsuit is still to be seen. And for more information on any of the incidents shown and to follow these cases, I've listed his channel in the description. So, be sure to check him out and let him know I sent you. And if you have a story that you want to release through this channel, use my form in the pinned comment. And of course, if you'd like to see my previous videos featuring Wolverine Transparency, they are also listed below or on screen.
