some b-roll footage listen to this looks like it may be on the phone they're on the phone with somebody are y'all calling the police or do it do I need to wait for the police or I don't want to seem like like I'm running or anything like I'm breaking a law or nothing okay I didn't know they raised a big fuss about my camera and then I'm doing a story on eclectic for my search for myself I have I that in 2021 where cameras or we're basically a surveillance State the world is basically a surveillance world and it amazes me that people freak out about you having a video camera but there's 10 or 12 video cameras within range of where they're at right now objecting to your camera and then they're going to call the police who are going to arrive on the scene with dash cameras and body cams so they're going to be recorded even more by calling the police to tell you to stop recording them I can't disclose that then I give away my whole story let's see free advertising why does it matter yeah how's it going partner uh uh doing a little filming enjoying this cool night how about yourself just just filming this is what you filming for as he's filming currently with his body camera and his dash cam taxpayer funded body cams and dash cams I might add myself I wasn't inside the store maybe you should talk to them okay I didn't call you I don't know do I need idea why I said I don't even know who you are man why do you need to know who I am I'm not breaking the law or nothing you have you do you have a crime you should expect me to commitment or something well when you interfering with these people over here in their privacy I mean how is this concept so difficult for people to grasp how can officer Brown hear from The Eclectic Police Department not understand that when you're in public there's no expectation there's no reasonable expectation of being private or of any privacy as he's recording as as security cameras are recording am I being detained sir no you're not being this did I've committed you have no reason to detain me this will be this will be a lawsuit and all the lambings laugh at the guy with the camera as they applaud tyranny you have we have we have 450 record in public is it that's not true but she doesn't have any problem usually these police cruisers have front and rear facing dash cameras this cop right here clearly has a body camera on but she has she has she has an issue with this guy's camera it's not that she reminds being recorded she just doesn't want to be recorded by this guy and then these people want tyranny foisted on the other guy with the camera even though the Tyranny that's going to be foisted on the sky is going to be done by people who are wearing cameras recording the people who are complaining about being recorded and Protect he's there to harass and collect he's there to take away freedoms he's he's about to kidnap this man put him in handcuffs and take away 100 of his freedoms and throw him in a cage we're gonna learn this guy with the camera his five children and a disabled wife That's how little these people care about protecting and serving you break the law you know what you can keep on recording the recording this video here's the update after the video stopped says the cameraman the the guy who owns the Alabama Tyrant Trapper Channel I was arrested without incident my phone was stolen and I was told the officer took it home with them to investigate thank goodness Alabama Tyrant Trapper was live streaming or they would have just erased this video you the reason this cop this there's there you go this is somebody who wants to operate in darkness and he wants his deeds to stay in darkness he do you think he had this guy's phone because he he lost his cell phone in the swim pool and he was just borrowing it to get an internet connection or do you think it's a possibility that officer Braun wanted to erase what was recorded too late officer Brown it was live stream that's why I say that if you're out there doing First Amendment audits it's probably a good idea to live stream and it's even better idea to have at least one person live stream and another person recording everything else and it's even better to have three people so you got three video cameras on the situation and then foyer requests those B those body cams but you know what they do with those body cams and dash cams sometimes they'll they'll withhold them for three four five six months two years and then they'll redact a big portion of them so that they don't implicate the badged thugs the badged arm thugs that come with you the authority of the state says uh I was po I posted Bond almost 24 hours later and didn't receive my property until the next day I was finally told that I was arrested when I was arrested for when I retrieved my phone and they moved my court date up to this Thursday that's 7 22. politically atheists just showed me that there is a pin comment update it says update went to court today and pled not guilty good for you good for you don't take a plea don't play take a plea deal these people these criminals these badged armed uniformed criminals clearly did wrong trial date set with five children a disabled wife on Monday evening about 8 30 I was doing a news story about my local town just walking down the sidewalk filming and I declined when asked by law enforcement for my information because I haven't been suspected of a crime I wasn't even told what I was arrested for until I bonded out the next day I wonder what they said I wonder what they i i i i if if you're watching this Alabama Tyrant Trapper can you give us more details about what actually happened because I want to I want to stay on top of this and I want to find out what happens to officer Brown and The Eclectic Alabama police department my phone was seized and was told the officer had it at his house it's amazing they even said that and he would be off for the next four days I'm seeking legal
