Yeah, that's the policy for the building for security, generally. >> We we have the ability to implement reasonable security measures. >> When does the police have the right to ask me for ID? 901.151, correct, Chris? So, your city attorney is saying that your policy supersedes the United States Constitution? Policy is sound based on the law. Are we serious right now? >> It's not >> We serious right now? >> Mr. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Let me finish with what I'm saying. Now, I'll allow you to speak. Right now, we definitely starting off on the wrong foot if you're telling me a policy is going to override my fourth amendment to be secure in my papers, persons, and effects as I walk into the people's building. >> Oh man, you are about to see three tyrannical city leaders get absolutely exposed. Actually, all three of them will expose themselves with a little help from this resident QB killer. So, what we have here sitting in one room called to a meeting is the city manager, the mayor, and the police chief of Hollywood, Florida. Turns out, Warren Sapp has a little beef with them on how they conduct their unconstitutional practices in a public building. Yeah, that Warren Sapp. For those of you who don't know, Hollywood, Florida is located in Broward County and it's situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood, Florida has a population of 162,000. And as you're about to see, these three clowns don't give a damn about the constitutional rights of a single resident in Hollywood, Florida. Look at this guy playing around on his phone during the meeting. Their proclivity and preference for unconstitutional policies will be made crystal clear by this four-time consecutive all-pro with 96.5 career sacks over 13 seasons. Back then, Warren Sapp established himself as one of the NFL's most dominant defensive tackles. These days, Warren Sapp is sacking city leaders and law enforcement officials who seem to think that their policies Trump constitutional rights in public buildings. Let's take a listen at how easy it is for these schmucks to abandon their oath and trample the rights of the residents in Hollywood, Florida. >> Molding. >> Warren Sapp. >> The door is locked. >> There we go. Not this >> Let's see you in >> No, we're not this small. >> Your little shirt looks funny though, a little bit. >> All right. I'm all fingers and thumbs. >> Mr. Sapp, good morning. How are you, sir? George Kelly. >> Chris O'Brien >> Yes, yes. >> Chris O'Brien >> You know. >> Heard of I know. >> First time I heard Chris O'Brien's name was when I was in uh Otis Thomas's office that morning on those whatever whatever today uh 6th of May. >> Yeah, I know. I was there. >> First time I heard his name, but uh HR was pretty helpful in trying to get me a meeting with you, Chris. You didn't get any of those messages? >> What's that? >> I said HR was uh trying to get me a meeting with you. >> Yeah, we're we're recording everything. >> I'm sorry. >> Yeah, sorry. I know you've been chasing it for a long time. Uh ever since May, right? I know that you had wrote written uh that you were looking for a meeting with me, and so I'm happy that we're finally >> No, no. I I Well, I I walked in this place on the 21st of May. >> Okay. >> Your security downstairs is demanding ID. Everybody's got to give me ID. >> Yeah, that's the policy for the building for security, generally. Everybody, just like you go uh you know, go on an airplane and there's an ID request. That's how it is here. >> And you're telling me to walk into people's building you're going to allow pro serve to demand my ID? To violate my fourth amendment? >> Well, Chris, you can respond to that. mean. >> Yeah, I mean, we we have the ability to implement reasonable security measures. >> Chris, aren't you a former police officer? >> I'm just a >> When does When does When does the police have the right to ask me for ID? 901.151, correct, Chris? That's security downstairs. Are we Are we serious right now? >> It's not >> Are we serious right now? >> Mr. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Let me finish with what I'm saying. Then I'll allow you to speak. >> Please. >> Because right now we definitely starting off on the wrong foot. If you're telling me a policy is going to overrate override my fourth amendment to be secure in my papers, persons, and effect as I walk into the people's building. Please. >> I love this. We are not 2 minutes into this. Warren Sapp is not flinching. He's not bowing. He's not licking boots. He's not placating. There's no joking around. We are talking about our rights on the chopping block. And you're saying that my constitutional rights can be trashed and dispensed with under your policies. I need to show ID to walk into a public building. By the way, 901.151 is an ordinance. It's a statute. It's Florida statute that basically says you cannot ask for ID unless you suspect that the person you're requesting ID from is in the commission of a crime. >> No, no, no. >> We can certainly try and do that if you like. Yeah. >> And we've been through this before. >> Honestly, sir, the law does allow us to set reasonable standards for security and safety in the building. And that's one of the things we do here as in many public buildings and in airports and courthouses and many places all the time. >> An airport is to travel. Let's not Let's not Let's not do that. Let's not do that. >> halls, many many other public >> Courthouses ain't asking me for my ID. >> Any other people's places. >> Courthouses not asking me for my ID. What's your name again? >> George, sir. >> George, and what's your capacity here? >> Keller, I'm the city manager. >> George Keller, do you Do you have a law degree or something? You >> So, the city manager is saying, "No, it's perfectly legal for us to trample your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person. Our lawyers have written it up. We recognize it as law." And now Warren Sapp is going to press him on what exactly is the supreme law of the land, Mr. City Manager? Marbury versus Madison is very clear. Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void. So, you can pile on as many laws as you want that in reality violate the Constitution, and those laws are null and void. Even if a whole generation of people have recognized those laws as somehow legitimate, it does not make them so. >> Sworn oath to the Constitution, George? You're not answering my question, George. Please. >> Sir, we >> Please. Please. Please, George. And the city attorney's not here to answer my questions right now. And you're telling me your policy >> No, no, no. No, no. As >> Hold on. So, your city attorney's saying that your policy supersedes the United States Constitution. >> Our policy is sound based on the law. >> Your policy to demand ID to walk in the city hall is sound. >> Yes, sir. >> Your security uh did you see Pro Serve swearing oath to the Constitution? >> They don't know. >> We got a $10 million contract with them, George. >> Okay. >> What are the What are the deliverables for the >> their job. >> What are they delivering? >> Well, they're not uh they're not police officers. Uh they don't arrest anyone. They're here to provide security just like every other [snorts] establishment in the >> Let's not Let's not talk about any other. Let's just talk about right here because I haven't been to any other government building. This is my first time in record. But, let me share some information with y'all because I >> First of all, it's a $10 million security contract with agents who aren't law enforcement, and you're going to let those guys violate the Constitution because you think it's somehow legal? >> Pro Serve. And I spoke to Carlos, the manager at Pro Serve. He informed me that yes, uh Chris, they did swear an oath to the Constitution. They did. >> Okay. >> And if you swore an oath to the Constitution as you did, right George? >> Mhm. >> You did, right Mr. Mayor? >> Yes. >> You too, Chris? >> Yes, sir. >> The The mayor couldn't be more checked out, sitting there looking at his phone, only answering when he hears his name. This guy should be the general for making sure the Constitution is respected. And he's about as apathetic and indifferent as you can get. >> What are we talking about here? We're talking about my right. >> And we're adhering to the law. >> What's the supreme law of the land, George? >> Sir, I honestly I'm not here to debate. >> We're not debating. I'm not asking you a question. >> You just said it's on the law, and I said what is the supreme law of the United States of America, George? >> here to debate. You wanted to debate, okay. >> Chris, is that a debate or is that a question? Mr. Mayor, is that a debate or is that a question? >> Mr. Mayor, >> If you don't know the answer to the question, say I don't know and I'll help you. >> I already gave you the answer. >> No, what is the supreme law of the United States, please, George? What was the answer? >> The answer is we are sound based on the law and asking for security and ID in this building. That's it's very simple. >> Okay. >> Let me see if I can help you. What is your What is your major concern? What can we What can we What can we do for you? What can we help you with? >> Can you stop talking so you allow me to talk and maybe >> You did before. >> Here we go. Here we go. So, when I walked in here, he's demanding ID. Y'all say that that ain't violating my Fourth Amendment, right? Which Which Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Let me Damn, every time I get to talking, it ain't him, now it's you. That's what y'all do? That's what y'all do? Y'all don't Y'all don't want to answer anybody's questions. So, after demanding an ID, which I know you know that is wrong, Chris. Come on. We're walking in the people's building to play phone bills and to redress my government. I I'm escorted up to the second floor. After I asked him, I said, "You know what?" Cuz I've never been here. I said, "You're not giving my ID." I said, "Won't you just call the mayor's secretary down cuz I just want to set up an appointment." I'm the only one that allow people upstairs. I'm sorry. How about I go to the city clerk? Uh you want to go to city clerk? I said, "Yeah, man. I see the city clerk." I have all this on video. So, he escorted the other guy Allen escorted me up on the second floor. And I called Pro Serve and I spoke to Carlos. I said, "Isn't the first and second floor?" And I didn't know at the time third floor is public, too. The fourth floor is the only restricted floor, am I correct? So, we have three floors of public access. Pro Serve says, "I don't know why they would escort you up to the second floor." I said, "Me either, sir." I said, "But I'd like for you to find out because after he escorted me up on the second floor, I run into the mayor's assistant, Jackie." Run right into her. But her that conversation didn't start off too easily, either. She asked me how did I get up here? We just established that the first and second and third floor are public, right? How else would I get in here? Walk through the front door, go through the magnetometer, push the second floor and come up, right? City clerk's right there. HR's right there. I'm right here on the second floor where we are, right? I wouldn't need an escort, right? But I have one. So, I'm talking to Miss Jackie. She said she going to set up the city council meeting and everything and then come back and me and her go to talking and I was speaking to her because I wanted to know how we was going to do this Halo law thing. >> Now, George is going to get on his phone. This is completely disrespectful for a guy who called a meeting with a concern about a clear infringement on his constitutional rights. >> Cuz I had ran into an officer on May the 5th. No, May the 8th. Just a month 5 months and 8 days into this new law. And he yelling at me about >> George is completely disengaged in this conversation. This is the city manager. If the city manager and the mayor and the police chief don't care about your constitutional rights, do you think any of their underlings will care about your constitutional rights? >> Recording and harassing is the same thing. And I'm like, "Whoa. Let me go find out how we going to do this cuz I've lived here for 20 years and that's a little That's a little That sounds a little drastic to me, but I want I want to meet with you or the leadership here and find out." And I really realized that the city manager is who I needed to go. That's what I didn't know about the time. So, that's why HR was trying to direct me his way. So, now I'm in there and I'm I'm discussing with Jackie right there in the on the second floor right there in the front with the flash hanging over me. I met Mr. Otis and Jamie Hernandez that day, too. Just sitting there cuz y'all finna have your meeting. Security is hovering right there. And I realized I said, "What are you here for?" "I'm just here to hang out." I said, "Whoa." I said, "You sure you here to hang out?" "Yeah, I am." I said, "No, no, no, no. I said, "Whoa, whoa." I said, "You know there's cameras around." So, I would advise you to just walk away right now. So, you know, go and do what you doing cuz I'm talking to the mayor's assistant and I'm good. I got what I need." And you tell me what you here just here to hang out? So, I go to your assistant and I said, "Jackie, you have a place where we can go talk?" She said, "Yeah, I got an office on the fourth floor." I said, "Please." So, I I said, "I don't I don't need this man in my business and he jumps up right up on me cuz from me to my hat standing there and his gun is on my side. And I'm like, "Sir, do me a favor. I don't feel comfortable with you around me with your weapon cuz I don't think you know anything about my rights. I'm in the people's house. I went through your magnetometer. I'm not armed. I'm not a disturbance. I'm not anything. Am I, Ms. Jackie?" "No, you're not." I said, "We're going to a I said, "Ms. Jackie, you have uh domain over your office. So, he ain't coming, right?" "No, he ain't coming." I get on the elevator with her. He jumps on the elevator. Oh, he has a post up there, Ms. Jackie. I said, "It's for him. Let him go to his post or wherever his job is taking him cuz I'm not his job. Walking out the elevator, he's right in front of me. I said, "Give me your name, man." You know, and everything. He's a supervisor and everything. So, he gives me Claude Sanders and Carlos and I said, "Write it down for me. I'm going to the mayor's office and you know, I I'll come back and I'll get this information from you cuz what you're doing right now ain't cool. You're trying to chill my first amendment with your gun with this intimidation." So, we get to the door which has a beep. Miss Jackie says, "I'm good, he's good, you good." Beep. Open the door. I get ready to walk in. I got a video of this Christian. He's up on me. I mean, up on me. I'm like, "Can you let the door go, my man?" He's steady holding the door. Miss Jackie, "He's good, we good." He's steady. You know, the door like closing, he's steady grabbing it. Three times in a row. I'm like, "Just let it go." "Cuz I'm not moving until you let this door close cuz I'm not I'm not dealing with you no more." You know, you you're all up on me with your firearm. I don't understand what you're doing. I really don't. I'm just here to get a meeting with the mayor. So, after I do that, speak to Miss Jackie, she tells me she'll get me a meeting with you. I go back downstairs. And I'm looking at Mark Jackson is who he said his name was. He wouldn't identify himself. He called himself Mark Jackson. His name's Claude Sanders, correct? >> I don't know who you're referring to exactly, but we do have a Claude works that works here. >> Yeah, he said yeah, that's the front. He said his name was Mark Jackson when I first asked him. He was asking me for his ID and I asked him for his his name to go up to the city clerk. I'm my name Mark Mark Jackson. Okay, Mark Jackson, cool. But, Alan Piercy gave me his real name and everything, you know, the correct name. He's the one that at the front that's demanding ID. Now, he don't want to identify himself. Really? So, I come back downstairs and I had showed Jamie Hernandez your three unconstitutional signs as we're in compliance with the law. You have three unconstitutional signs you had in the lobby saying that we couldn't use our phones in the lobby. Y'all agree with that one? Those those three signs? Cuz Claude said they had been there 30 years and that's amazing. I don't think we had cell phones, cameras for 30 years. But, you know, to be what he said and that's what he said. So, I came back down and Jamie Hernandez, who's no longer here, did the right thing. He He took the signs down. Took them down off the wall because that is unconstitutional. You can't tell me I cannot use my cell phone in a public lot. What am I missing? Am I missing something here, Chris? >> Well, you said there were three though. >> Three. One on the right here and then two on the wall. >> Three signs, not three. >> Yeah, three signs. Yeah, three signs. No, not three, but five. It's just But, he took them down. >> Okay. >> So, after I get finished coming down on the 21st, yeah, Mr. Jackson tells me I come down and I ask him about, you know, his three signs and everything and I'm asking him his name and everything. He said, "I don't fly right." He said, "I don't fly right." I asked him, I said, "Could you write your name down for me, sir?" Cuz I wanted him to write his name down cuz every piece of paper I had had Ms. Jackie's name written on it. Had Devon Helena, Chief's uh email on it, you know, different, you know, she didn't give me your I guess she did. She gave me your stuff on the back of the card and everything. So, I had all this information. So, I'm just asking him to give me his information. Right in front of Jamie Hernandez he was doing this, telling me his hand hurt, he don't do no work, he's on break and all of this. So, 24th, I come back. Cuz I haven't gotten an email, hadn't gotten anything. And I was coming to file a public record request to get this contract right here between you guys and ProServe. That's why I know it's a $10 million contract in 5 years and we fired Blue Shield who was coming in as the lowest bidder at eight. And we fired them cuz they wouldn't give any deliverables, right? Yeah. So, I like to make a public record request for that firing and the deliverables that they wouldn't giving us and the deliverables for ProServe. So, I come in on the 24th. Uh Mark Jackson is doing his thing again and he has the sign up. Back up. So, I just I see your boss Jamie can't cuz Jamie is over them, correct? >> Yeah. Well, Jamie's was uh was the emergency manager, so >> Jamie was over Pro Serve, right? And then it kicked down to you, right, Chris? >> Yeah. >> All right. Jamie took down the sign. >> Now, this is where the video ends. I'm hoping that Warren will do an update on this to let us know exactly what the outcome of this meeting was. But, the bottom line is that not one of these city leaders, we're talking about the police chief, the city manager, and the mayor, not one of them cares about constitutional rights, and not one of them called out George here when George said, "Hey, it's a law. It's a policy. We recognize it as a law and a policy." And even though he didn't say this, this law and this policy in this public building supersedes the Constitution of the United States, which means if you walk into this public building, in their minds, you've lost your constitutional rights because now you have to obey their law instead of them upholding your rights in this public building, this taxpayer funded building. I'm going to write a post under this video right here. What was the outcome of this meeting? Cuz I don't know, but the bottom line is they aren't interested in the Constitution in Hollywood, Florida. We're talking about the Florida the Hollywood, Florida city leaders. And I wish I could say that this level of indifference [clears throat] and apathy toward a resident's concern that constitutional rights are being violated, I wish I could say that that was rare. But, this is basically the rule rather than the exception. This is how city leaders view you. You have no rights when you come into our domain. They claim it's their domain, even though they're supposed to be the public servants, even though the building that they're operating out of was funded by extorting local residents to make sure that that building is built and maintained. These heartless, unconstitutional, tyrannical a-holes prove by their policies, procedures, and actions that they don't give a damn about you. They only care about themselves. They care about their $10 million contracts. They care about their cushy jobs and the prestige that goes along with it. They don't care about Warren Sapp and they don't care about you over there in Hollywood, Florida, or even in the town that you live in in whatever state you live in. If I hear about an update on what happened with this meeting or what the result was, I will definitely let you know. In the meantime, I'll leave the link to Warren's video in the description. If you visit him, let him know that Here's the Deal, Sancha. Let me know what you think about this. What is the supreme law of the land? And what should be done to those city leaders who violate the supreme law of the land in preference for their policies and their procedures.
