miller a sovereign citizen who is no
longer with us who was a proponent of
the use of certain syntax he created to
be used by people involved in legal
proceedings he referred to his syntax as
quantum language past syntax grammar
which he asserts constitutes correct
sentence structure communication syntax
this is a variation of the tax protester
capital letters argument a form of straw
man theory people seeking remedy with
miller syntax in court have not met with
success but it hasn't stopped people
from trying it in court and during
traffic stops

guy over is because he has an obstructed
license plate he's not answering any of
my questions so now he's recording me
so i'm gonna get back to it do you have
a driver's license on you i don't answer
