welcome back to part two if you haven't
seen part one click the link in the
description and watch that one first for
those who are here's a quick recap a uk
sovereign citizen gets pulled over at
one of those pop-up fair collective
stations to check to see if his car is
taxed spoiler alert it wasn't so they
told it
now a couple of weeks later he posted
this video saying he got his car back
without any proof that it was taxed
this peaked my interest because there's
only two ways to get your untaxed car
out of the pound
now let's see how he did
um
yeah i'm sorry but you can't just make
up your own rules that's why you lost
your vehicle in the first place the list
of documents you need to reclaim your
vehicle will have been on the seizure
notice which you probably couldn't be
bothered to read
um
[Music]
are you refusing to
it took me two minutes to find this and
all the documents listed are photo id i
don't know where you've got your
so-called lawful documents from
but i would request a refund if i were
you and quickly
i don't need to so you're not going to
give me the car you're recording
are you really demanding the manager's
manager
are you a soft set a karen or both
looks like we have a new breed of super
caron
[Music]
[Music]
unless you're gonna give us
acceptance right
on the condition that you can prove that
i have to accept
[Music]
give me evidence that i have to produce
a license and writing please
no problem here it is
in writing as you asked now how about
you provide evidence that he has to
pander to your delusions
see what see what they're telling me
going on here he stole my car
and he won't even talk to me about it
about the law
what's his name
i've got all the documentation here
lawful papers made to prove who i am and
that i do not leave their license
[Music]
this is this is just a lot of detriment
of id identification of me
they didn't ask you for a lawful decree
they asked you for your photo id
hey that rhymed
get a little
[Music]
yeah would that identify you that's a
lawful government
i could give you anything do you know
i'm stuck in the course of justice cut
his life sentence you know that and
that's what he's doing
i'll give you your legal documents what
you need but right i am not i am not
consenting to what this document
you're talking garbage true words have
never been spoken this manager has got
this offset pegged i don't think any of
your magic incantations will be working
here today
there's no need for the arrogance
meeting
listen to
so you're an equity lawyer now well
first of all citation required because
after everything i've heard from you i'm
a little skeptical
and secondly equity law has nothing to
do with getting your car out of the
pound for no vehicle tax
so the only reason to bring it up is to
make yourself seem intelligent
or to intimidate
and just so you know the term lawyer has
no defined meaning in the uk
but it is a criminal offence for someone
to call themselves a solicitor when
they're not
just saying
listen is that your photograph
that's a photograph of my face
yeah yeah yeah this is for our kids
future this week because they're
thinking
i live on airport
[Music]
did he just say nasa lies and how do you
know it's a planet
oh my god he's a flat earther because of
course he is
why am i not surprised that means we
have the trifecta of dumb here a
sovereign citizen flat earther and an
auditor yes we all saw the gopro
strapped to his chest in the first video
that's because he has now added auditing
to his repertoire
it's not often we get the trifecta of
dumb but here it is
what they say it's in the car
it's in the car
all the documents
i just need one person and you can go
around there
definition so you're not a person you're
a man because an outdated version of
blacks law dictionary told you so
even though black's law isn't used in
the uk because you know it's an american
dictionary and well it's not actually
the law
right and there's the oxford english
dictionary i'm speaking english
and lawful english mate
trust me i've been through this so many
times
and you all find out in the long run
like that i'm 100 correct and awful
look i don't know what he's saying
trust me says the guy picking up his
seized car from the impound
no thanks mate
because
hold on you need to read that you know
me
there have you got a problem with them
phones really
okay
for those who didn't hear that his
towing fees are 120 pound plus 160 pound
surety fees because he decided to pick
the car up without it being taxed first
this is one of the two options i talked
about in the intro
but i'll come back to this shortly
no this manager just isn't gullible
enough to fall for your pseudo-legal
nonsense which means your magic
incantations won't work on him but it is
entertaining watching you try
which one is it
r-e-s-v-e-r-v-a
that's not how we spell reserve what
kind of equity lawyer needs a sidekick
to spell for him and badly at that
huh
okay that's where the video ends but
let's look at what actually happened
it looks like he did get his vehicle
back because it's in some of his later
videos
but he is definitely misleading his
audience by making them think he didn't
have to pay the cost of his vehicle tax
to get his car back
when he kind of did
let me explain to get your vehicle back
in the uk after it's been seized for no
tax you need to pay a release fee his
was 120 pounds then you show
confirmation or a receipt to prove you
paid your vehicle tax another option the
one this guy took is to pay a surety fee
of 160 pound which you get back if you
purchase your vehicle tax within 15 days
which we heard him agree to and heard
him pay at the end of the video
so if he doesn't get it taxed he loses
the 160 pound surety fee and his car
still won't be taxed
by the way it costs 140 pounds to tax of
oxal severe for the year
yet he is plugging this as some kind of
win
but all he has done is pay for his
vehicle tax without getting it taxed
and he really does think he has beat the
system
it's mind-boggling
anyway thank you so much for watching i
really do appreciate it if you enjoyed
this video and would like to see more
content like this then please like and
subscribe
take care and i will catch you in the
next one
thank you
