What the hell is going on in Bricks & Minifigs stores all across the country all of a sudden? >> [music] >> Hey, this is Brian. Welcome back to the Here's the Deal channel. Today, we're going to hear what viral YouTuber Reckless Ben said in the back of the American Fork Police Department cruiser after he got unlawfully arrested. One of the things he addresses is the discomfort of the torture cuffs. >> Uh yesterday they put the cuffs on me so tight. I uh still have uh like markings on. >> Then we're going to watch as uneducated, ignorant, brain-pickled vigilantes enter unrelated Bricks & Minifigs stores in other states and turn it [music] into a virtual UFC cage match for no reason. Welcome back to Here's the Deal. >> [music] >> Okay, if you want to get up to speed with what's going on with this viral story surrounding Reckless Ben and this store called Bricks & Minifigs, I will leave this link right here in the description for you. Reckless Ben and his buddies have just been swatted by the American Fork Police Department by people who own a corporation called Bricks & Minifigs. >> This is the story of how I got swatted all because of Legos. The whole thing started with me investigating a Lego company called Bricks & Minifigs. The company sent two guys to steal the world's largest Star Wars Lego collection worth around [music] $200,000, and for some reason the police are helping them get away with it. >> The SWAT was unjust, immoral, and unconstitutional. And this guy's name is Ben Schneider. The kid is conducting an investigation, which revolves around this Bricks & Minifigs store stealing a very expensive Star Wars LEGO collection valued at 100 to 200,000 dollars. Ben has now been arrested. He's been placed in the back of an American Fork Police Department cruiser. And we're going to hear the conversation that ensues between he and the police officer. And in normal circumstances, it's good to keep your mouth shut and not talk to police. But I think this camera coverage is going to lend credibility to Ben's case because you couldn't be more nice, considerate, and cordial to the police officers who just violated your constitutional rights. And I did edit out all the dead air just so we can move this thing along. >> Am I being arrested? >> I'll be honest, dude. I don't know a whole lot. I know that we served a warrant for something. And you're going to be spoken to by our detectives. So >> Since we know that cops are trained to lie, I have no doubt that this cop is being completely dishonest here and knows way more than he's saying. >> Okay. >> Right now, you're just being detained. >> Okay. >> If they want to make that decision that you're under arrest, then they'll let you know. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Sorry, dude. I If I knew more, I would tell you. >> Okay. No, I appreciate the transparency. Thank you. Sorry. Uh when this typically happens, do we drive to the detective or do this Oh, sorry. I'm sorry. To interrupt. >> All right, brother. I got your phone and all this stuff up here. >> Okay, yeah. I I trust you'll keep it safe. >> All right. >> Thank you. Uh is it scary to SWAT houses? Sometimes people act defensive and >> Yeah, I mean every time you serve a warrant, you got to be careful, right? >> Yeah, I'd be so scared to be in your guys' position right now cuz you don't know if like >> Good. We're glad you guys are cooperating, right? >> Oh, for sure, yeah. >> All right. Let's get you back here. >> I guess I'd like a gun. I'm like, oh my god, I can only imagine the terrible experiences you guys have must have had. >> Yeah, I'm like I said, we're not trying to be [ __ ] when we come to doing stuff, but we never know what's going to >> It's hilarious and ironic that this cop just got done saying we're not trying to be [ __ ] when we already have the body cam video evidence of the American Fork Police Department colluding and conspiring against Ben and his friends on behalf of the Bricks and Minifigs corporate owners and the former franchisees. So, while Ben is being genuine and cordial, the cop is truly being disingenuous. >> Yeah, I'm like I said, we're not trying to be [ __ ] when we come to doing stuff, but we never know what's going to happen. >> No, I can only imagine like I've seen like Breaking Bad and stuff where they uh the police come and then they like have a shootout and stuff and Like I guess you never know what you're walking into, yeah. Yeah, I I assume this is procedure. Uh this is my second time ever. First time was yesterday. Yeah, I've never been in trouble before. Normally uh I'm the good guy. >> I got you. >> Yeah, yeah, I'm I'm a journalist. I investigate and basically take bad people to court and usually I to do things by the books and stuff and >> Sorry, what did you say again? >> I said normally I just do things by the books and I I I mean I feel like I'm This is probably like the tamest video I've ever done actually and this is the This is the one where I get arrested for. It's kind of funny. Um but I feel like I've been following everything by the books. I followed the court. They said you have to serve papers in person and got arrested for that yesterday and then >> Keep in mind, the cop driving this vehicle and every cop in the American Fork Police Department that was involved in this case knows exactly why Ben was arrested the previous day. He was arrested as he was in the process of serving a legal court document that they verified was a legal court document and yet they still did the will of Joshua Johnson, who's the former owner of the franchise that stole Brian Mansell's dad's Star Wars LEGO collection. That's the context we find ourselves in as Reckless Ben sits in the back of the patrol cruiser with torture cuffs on currently being kidnapped by the American Fork Police Department. >> Um like we I before we do anything we always like make sure we're like legally in the right, I guess. Um I don't know what Josh has been I think Josh has been telling you guys that we uh have been like walking up to his house in like masks and stuff at night and so I don't know if that's has been happening to him but it's definitely not us. So that's what's been happening. >> Like I said, I honestly don't know what's going on right now. >> Yeah, I don't know how that would like help our case out for us to do that. >> Yeah, I'm sure but what they're talking to you about right now. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. I I know you I know you have to be an unbiased source and you're not allowed to and you probably don't even know about anything. I'm I'm >> I know the basics. I mean I talked to you guys the other day, right? So, I know >> Yeah. Yeah. >> what you guys told me. And I haven't even talked to the other person involved. >> Yeah. Oh, this is a cool experience, I guess. I've never been on this side of it. I guess now I get to see what it's like to be a criminal. Normally, I'm on the other side where I watch people get in the cop car. I'm like, "Haha, I got you arrested." So, I guess it's interesting to see what I've put other people through now. Gives me more sympathy, maybe. >> This kid is keeping a completely positive attitude about this whole thing. And the reason he can do that is because he knows he's in the right. He did everything legally. He did everything ethically. He did all of his investigation and his homework. He crossed his T's. He dotted his I's. He did everything the American Fork Police Department should be doing. But, the American Fork Police Department is too busy engaging in criminality on behalf of Brandon Best and Joshua Johnson and Ammon McNeff. >> But, no, I'll cooperate however I can. Um Yeah. Like I said, I don't have a whole whole lot of information on all that side of it, so. >> The more he says, "I don't have a whole lot of information," the more I'm convinced that he has a whole lot of information. >> I am doing my part, and then they'll do theirs. >> Nice. Well, you're doing a good job. Uh yesterday, they put the cuffs on me so tight, I still have like markings on. So, right now, the cuffs are perfect, but it was so I was just in the car just like, "I don't want to I don't want to be annoying. I don't want to complain about this, but like this sucks." >> If the cuffs are tight, just just tell somebody. Yeah. Why don't want to like be in I want to not seem like a Karen, you know, like uh Like I don't want to complain. Like I I'm obviously in the back of a cop car. I'm not like in a position to complain right now. >> An innocent man has every right to complain. He's being tortured by unethical, tyrannical individuals. >> But, yeah, the cuffs are so much better today. Oh my gosh. >> He even helps him get himself out of the seat belt. This is indicative of what I've seen of Reckless Ben so far. He's actually doing the investigation the American Fork Police Department should be doing, and he's even doing their jobs in the backseat of a patrol cruiser by taking the seat belt off of himself. >> Yeah, I was able to get my seat belt So, can you out? >> You're going to hop out, man. >> Okay. >> Stay right here. We'll go on this door right here. >> All right, that's where this video ends. Let me know what you think about this interaction between Ben and the police officer. I know we always say on this channel, don't talk to police, but I think Ben basically solidified his case right here by showing the court and the jury what kind of person he actually is. By all the evidence I've seen, he's clearly not a criminal. He's respectful, he's courteous, and he's compliant as he's being railroaded by the American Fork Police Department. And these two videos right here were submitted to In them, we find that there are some ignorant, brain-pickled, social justice warriors who thought it'd be a good idea to visit some Bricks & Minifigs stores that have nothing to do with the Brian Man Cell, Ammon McNeff, Brandon Best, and Joshua Johnson saga. But, that's not stopping them from visiting these unrelated stores and stirring up trouble. >> You cannot talk to children in here. >> You cannot talk to children in here. >> Not in my store. >> Not in my store. You cannot talk to >> We're calling security. >> We're calling security. >> We're calling. >> Sir, if you are harassing our customers >> They steal from from people. >> Look at Reckless Ben's video. You are harassing our customers >> They steal from people. Look at Reckless Ben's videos. Yeah, yeah, the people who are stealing from Ben have nothing to do with the franchise owners of this store. By the way, there are over 300 Bricks & Minifigs franchise stores throughout the United States, and none of them have anything to do with the other one. Holding this store accountable for what another store did is like being dissatisfied with the food and service from a McDonald's in Arizona and driving all the way across the country and taking it out on the McDonald's staff in Maine or Florida. It just makes no sense. But, these people obviously don't operate on the plane of common sense. >> You need to get out of here. >> And who do you work for, you guys? You're working for Trump, bro. You're working for Trump. >> Okay. >> What the hell does Trump have to do with Bricks & Minifigs? >> You're working for Trump, bro. You're working for Trump. >> I am. Cool. I don't know what >> Okay, now this is a different Bricks & Minifigs store. >> I am. Cool. I don't know what No. No. No. Cool. Here in public, yeah. You guys are liars. Uh yeah, I'm in my store. You don't trust that? Hey. Hey. Hey, you called 911. Yeah, I did. Uh yeah, I'm in my store. You don't trust that? Hey. Hey. Hey, you called 911. Yeah, I did. but they're going to make Why are you in my store? >> Keep an eye on this guy right here. He's going to swoop in to save the day. >> Who are you? >> Do you work here? >> No, I don't. >> Yeah, I'm here. >> You don't want to talk to him, sir. >> Yeah, I do. >> You don't want to talk to him. >> Now, get out. >> You want to wrap yourself in this too? You don't know what you're talking about. >> I don't work here. YOU DON'T EITHER. >> YES, YES. >> GET OUT, YOU. WHO are you? >> Okay. >> Come on, let's >> Okay. >> Come on, let's >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> No, no, no, no. >> Because it's not their issue. >> Right. >> It's not state altogether. >> Okay, guys. LEGOs are typically geared toward younger people. You've got adults arguing over a case that has nothing to do with this Bricks & Minifigs store in a LEGO store. I really feel sorry for these franchise owners who put their life savings into open a Bricks & Minifigs and then all this crap happens in Oregon, which reflects bad on all of them. I'm sure their sales have taken a sharp drop because if there's a lot of these people around who really don't understand what's going on, who are willing to start fights in LEGO stores, these Bricks & Minifigs franchise owners may be in for a rough ride in the coming months and years. >> All right. >> I just want to speak with the guy. >> Then you can then you can leave. >> Who Who are you? >> You don't know what you're talking about. >> I mean this is ground and pound guys. It is amazing. It's just so astonishing. What would you do if you were standing in this store and this was happening right here? Would you get involved? Would you get out your cell phone? Would you leave the store? Would you continue shopping? Let's just take it What is that a Was that a right hook? Yeah. Did it Did it connect? It looks like it grazed the old jawline. I don't know if you heard that. This little kid was like, "Why are you fighting?" Good question, kid. Children on a playground act better than this. >> [clears throat] [clears throat] >> Why you in his business? That guy is just laying there. Wow. And the guy in the black shirt was the initial aggressor, it looks like. >> He took my phone. >> He took his phone. It looks like there's a pretty good amount of red stuff flowing out of this guy's head. We're going to get a close-up here in a second. Yeah, you can see that his face definitely messed up that guy's hand. All right, well, that's what's going on in our neck of the woods here in good old America.
