financial responsibility and no legible
driver's license in his possession and
according to this letter all charges
were dismissed because he says
i'm not that one they don't want no

but as we all know that's not how that
works your charges are never dismissed
because the court was intimidated by you
or lacks any authority over you charges
can be dismissed for a variety of
reasons and especially at a time when
the courts were in lockdown due to
covered which is when these charges and
court dates were from
also the court found you to be indigent
so they were probably just giving you a
break
i'm not sure if his car was totally
conveniently failed to pull over until
he got back to his mother's house uh
