Yo, what's going on? So, today we got a video from B Cam Police and the title of the video is stalker ex-boyfriend meets nononsense cops after refusing to leave girlfriend alone. So, let's get into the video. Let's see what they actually talking about. Clearly, you don't like this guy, huh? >> No. >> All right. So, >> hi. >> I apologize again. That's okay. Um, for future reference though, if you think it's him, don't answer. Um, so tell me what happened today. >> Um, well, we have spoke already and I know that's horrible because I'm >> Who did? >> Me and Jake have since I got the restraining order, me and her mom have spoke, which I know >> not allowed. >> But he when I was at work this morning, I wasn't answering his text because I was at work. So within 15 minutes he called me over 15 times on fake numbers. Um so my boss answered it or my not my boss, my manager answered it and >> called he called what phone? >> My phone. My phone. >> Your phone while you were at work? >> Yes. Okay. >> Off of fake numbers. Okay. >> Um and then so I told my manager about it cuz he was blowing my phone up while I was trying to work. and she took my phone and answered it when he called and introduced herself as my boss and told him that he can no longer contact me and that my phone's going to stay in her office the rest of the day so I can do my job. Um, and he cussed my manager out. Um, and the whole thing and then like an hour and a half later, I got called to my boss's office with both my managers and my boss sitting in there and they pretty much explained to me that he had called them. pretending that he worked in a hospital saying that he was in the ICU for a self-inflicted gunshot wound and that I need to leave work and come here. >> Okay. And he called the office phone. >> He called my work. Yeah. >> He called your work the the phone at work though, right? Okay. And they had answered. >> Mhm. >> How many times did he call? >> I'm not sure how many times he called there. >> Okay. >> He's called me about 20 times in the past hour. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I can probably >> from his phone number >> random text now >> and like no caller ID but I switched my phone number today >> but one two three >> so he doesn't know your number now >> he got it again >> somehow >> okay >> 7 8 9 10 11 12 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 >> 23 He's called me 23. >> I'm young. All right. Um, why why did you file for protection order and then you start talking to him again? >> Um, because I'm stupid. I don't have like a actual answer. >> I don't know. But the reason that I filed for it is because him and his three friends were following me, trying to block me in on the road, trying to run me off the road, um, getting out of the car and banging on my windows. Uh, and he ended up running into my car while I was driving. >> How long ago did you file this protection order? Was it served? >> I mean, I know it was served him, but when when was it served? Do you know? >> Not even 6 months ago, right? >> So, it wasn't recently. >> I'd say like 3 or 4 months, probably. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And how long have you been talking to him since? >> Not long at all. >> Would you say like a week? Two weeks? >> We talked like two months ago. We talked for like a week and then we went no contact again and then he started texting me like two days ago. >> And did you guys try to reconcile the relationship or something? Was that the reason for talking with him? >> No, I don't know. He I don't know. He probably wanted to, but I had told I've told him a 100 million times like no. >> So he started violating the protection order a couple days ago. Okay. >> Yep. Oh, he's in. >> Yeah, but they This is tough, man. And we see things like this happen a lot. Either domestic violence or, you know, whatever. Like, issues go on in the relationship and then they get the restraining order, but they're they're still hooked on each other, right? I know this is going to be this is spun in the direction of he violated the order but they both were I mean she's she's she's just as much as guilty as he is as far as the communication is concerned. It's not like he's reaching out and she's like no. You know what I'm saying? She's she's talking with him too but he he you know he ain't rap too tight. You know what I'm saying? He a little he a little cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs and he's taking it, you know, he's taking it um further than where where it needs to go. like as far as the excessive calling and stuff like that or whatever. But for the most part, I feel like, you know, everything is all good when it when it benefits mut when it when it's benefiting uh her, but when it when it no longer benefits her or she's, you know, doesn't want it or whatever the case may be or it's a problem, right? Like him calling the job and all this other stuff. Now it's an issue, but you're complaining about, you know, him violating the order now, but you weren't complaining about that two months ago when you really started talking to him again. So, I feel like, you know, yeah, he's a little he's a bugout. You know what I'm saying? That's excessive calling. You calling everybody and their mom and you know, that's definitely an issue, but she's a part of the problem as well. And hopefully she understands that and takes some accountability. If you're going to go get a no restraining or a restraining order or whatever or no contact order or whatever you're going to get, that means no contact. That means stay away from that means don't call him, text him, nothing. There should be nothing. >> He knows what he'll do. Like he's scares me. Like what kind of stupid are you? >> Yeah. Before we had the restraining order or anything, he's trespassed from my dad's house, too. So, he's trespassed from my dad's house and there's some protection. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And the last one was 4:20. >> You were at work this whole time. >> I got off work at 3 p.m. >> Okay. But it started at while you're at work. >> And my manager and my boss, like my manager was in there while he was calling me. Um, and like I said, she answered the phone one of the times and then he called my boss waitress. >> Okay. How does she know it was him? >> Um, my manager who was the one that answered the phone for me the first time, she was in my boss's office when he called, so she was able to confirm his voice. She was on the phone. >> Okay. Has she met him before? >> I don't believe so. So, she knows his voice because you said it's his voice. >> She Well, she she knew his voice because she was on the phone with him earlier talking to him and she said she recognized the voice when my boss got on the phone >> cuz they were >> Oh, when he called you. >> Yes. >> Gotcha. And what will probably happen, I'll talk to my supervisor. My only concern is that when you get a protection order, it's a it's a court order, right? And even though you cannot violate your protection order, he he still can even though you reach out to him, >> right? >> Okay. Um, however, it kind of defeats the purpose when you reach out to him and talk to him for the protection order. So, it has less of a meaning. >> Yeah. So, um, I'll talk to my supervisor and see if he just wants me to forward this case to the prosecutor and see if the prosecutor wants to go forward with charges. Typically, when people get protection orders, they really don't want to talk to that person or be and contact it at all. Um, and it is a court order and it's arrestable offense. So, we normally go out and arrest these people when they violate a court order. But because you've been talking to him and so now he probably feels like he can talk to you, >> right? However, technically he's not supposed to cuz there's a court order, >> right? >> And he should have been told that when served that even though she reaches out to you, you cannot violate this protection order, >> right? Um, so, and that's all I'm saying. That cop explained it perfectly. That's all I'm saying. Like, it's watered down. You know what I'm saying? So, are you going to waste the court's time with this when yeah, he's a little cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs, but you also entertaining it. So, this is this has been watered down when there's real serious victims and stuff like that or whatever that's going on that get these orders and and that's that's that. You know what I mean? But y'all y'all been talking y'all communicating like come on. I wish I could tell you right now if he's going to be arrested or not. Um, I'm going to call my supervisor first to see what how he wants to pursue this case specifically. Um, but do you want to be contacted as far as the disposition of this tonight or you want me to tell you if he gets arrested or not? >> All right. I will give you a call and let you know. It'll come from a restricted number though. >> I won't be mean >> or or I can I'll have dispatch call you and transfer you out to me. Okay. That way you know it's me. >> Don't answer any more no call ID calls. >> That was the last one. >> Okay. All right. That wasn't the one you told me at that the last one at 42823. >> That actually might Yeah, it might have been. >> Okay. [Music] >> Hello. >> Come with me. >> Want to go right over here to my patrol car. Okay. >> All right, my man. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Palms together, my man. >> Palms together? >> Yep. What? Separate your feet for me. Do you have anything in your pockets for me? >> No, I do not. I do have some property here, too. >> Okay. You want to take your property to the jail with you? >> Uh, yes. >> Okay. You want your necklace and everything to go with you or you want? >> Yes, please. Can you push my glasses up for me when I sit down? >> How's that? Good. Yep. >> All right. Let me have a seat. All right. My name is Deputy Bren. I work for the Green County Sheriff's Office. Okay. You are under arrest because the probable cause believe you violated a protection order. >> Okay. >> Okay. I want to ask you some questions, but before I do, I got to read you your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand? >> Yes. Okay. So, I talked to Meline today. Yes, ma'am. Yes, sir. >> And uh there were several calls from a restricted number. And when she answered, she could recognize that it was your voice. >> All right. Um you also called her work today. Is that correct? My man Jacob, listen to me. I already know the answer to all these questions. I'm just I'm just seeing >> No, I know. I just >> seeing your level of cooperation with the investigation. Okay. I'm trying to I'm just trying to wrap my head around the situation. Okay. Yes, I did. >> You called her at work today? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. And you talked to her boss? >> Um I don't recall speaking I don't recall the name of the person I spoke to, but I did speak to somebody. >> It was her boss. That's who you talked to. Okay. What did you say to her boss? >> Um I told her that somebody had been shot and it was an emergency contacted. >> Somebody. Did you? >> I didn't say my name. No. >> Okay. All right. And then you made multiple calls to Meline today. >> Um, I made >> four, I believe. >> Okay. Multiple, right? More than just one. Okay. And did you talk to Meline? >> Um, I did talk to her. I had previously talked to her as well. She called me multiple times uh on Saturday and Sunday. She's called me multiple times before then. But yeah, I talked to her. Um, >> I talked to her today, but I talked to her for a limited amount of time, >> and I told her, "Dude, I cannot keep I cannot keep in contact with you." >> Okay. Did you call her mom, too? >> I did call her mom, but her mom has no potential. >> I understand that. >> What did you say to her mom? >> Uh, I didn't really get the chance to talk to her, actually. I didn't really say anything to her. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right, my man. Well, you know you have a court order, right? You were served with that court order. Yes, sir. >> How long ago were you served? What's the month? What's What's this month? October. >> I believe in May. >> Okay. It's been a little while. >> April. May. April. May. >> Do you know when that protection order expires? >> Um, I actually do not. >> Usually a whole year. >> Uh, well, when we were in court, >> I remember her saying, "I need no contact for 6 months." That's what I remember her saying. I don't remember if it was a year. I don't remember if it was 6 months. I don't remember really. Like realistically, I really don't. >> All right. In the system, it still shows you do have an active protection order. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you're in violation of protection order. It's a mism going to be booked in. >> Yeah. But even if it's 6 months, you still violated it because May May to October is five months, isn't it? May, June, July, August, September, October. Five months. Either way, you still violated. Like, so whether it's 6 months or or a year, you still you still in the wrong. And these are, you know, you could he ain't like I said, he ain't wrapped too tight. Okay. But um yeah, you just you just a wacko. Ain't no other way to put it. You know what I'm saying? You calling everybody and and and I get it. She's she's been in contact with you too, you know, but and y'all going to and after this they're going to be back in contact. Okay, this is just a revolving door. This is what happens. Okay, there they they they like each other. Whatever the case may be, right? They like the toxicity. It's going to be a revolving door. Okay, but if you don't want to keep going back and forth to jail, cut the ties, man. in the Green County Jail and you most likely see a judge in the morning. Okay. Unless you >> There's no bail. >> I don't know. You can ask the jail staff. I don't deal with bails. That's something that the jail's um more familiar with because they're the ones that talk to the judge and the judge is the one that sets the bail. >> And then I do have a question for you. Is jail like prison? >> You ever been to the Green County Jail before? >> No. >> It's not nice. >> It's not a nice place. >> The bad people. >> Well, yeah. That's jail. >> No. I mean, like, I'm not trying to get raped. >> Um, >> I mean, the the jail staff is is there to protect you. >> Don't drop the soap. You know how that go. Listen, you don't drop the soap, man. You better hope they got liquid. Liquid soap, man. Cuz what? You get this little soap bars. You Oh, listen. This guy's in there that's doing life. You know what I'm saying? They know they killed somebody. They know they they know they life is cooked already. You know what I'm saying? So, you know, these are guys that, you know, you in the county jail, you really mix with everybody for real. For real. I mean, prison in general, you kind of mix with everybody, but county jails really, you mix with you, you in there with DWI all the way to, you know, murderers. You know what I'm saying? just awaiting their court dates and this and that or whatever. But there's guys that know they guilty, that know they, you know, and look, they ain't got nothing to lose. You know, a dude that just killed three guys, he ain't got nothing to lose. He know his life over. You know what I'm saying? So he trying to get acclimated. You know what I'm saying? He got to get acclimated cuz he ain't going to get none of that kitty cat no more. So, you know, he got to get some buns somehow. You So, look look, you better you better hold on to that bar of soap real close. >> So, I I don't >> Well, yeah, that's jail. >> I mean, like, I'm not trying to get raped. >> Um I mean, the the jail staff is is there to protect you, so I I don't I wouldn't worry too much. And they come after the assault has happened. Okay? Trust me, after the assault has happened. >> About that. Um, I don't I don't take many sexual assault cases from the jail. Um, if you if I'm being completely honest with you, I do take assault cases from the jail. That's about it, though. Okay. Anybody back for me? Put your seat bel. >> All right. Cool. We'll get out of here shortly. Okay, cool. It's going to be a long night here. Oh boy. He going to have a long night, boy. Hey, that's how that go, man. That's why you, you know, pre appreciate your freedom. You know what I'm saying? Cuz you going in there with they know they guilty. They know they spending the rest of their life in there. You know what I'm saying? and they they just waiting to hear the guilty plea, you know, and that's it. But, uh, I think the officers did a pretty good job. Like I he did a great job explaining the whole situation. Like, listen, this is watered down because, yeah, at one point you was afraid and that's why you got the restraining order. But ever since then, you guys have been talking back and forth, communicating, chopping it up, phone calls, whatever. This is really watered down and you wasting everybody's time. You know what I'm saying? even though he a little cuckoo, but still she plays a role in this too. So, um I but I give the officers a four out of five. They did pretty good. Um how well do you think the officers did? Comment down below and I'll see you in the next video. [Music] >> I see you shig.
