soft sit arrest comes just six days
after this arrest for no vehicle
registration in douglas county missouri
which has already been covered on this
channel link in the description yes it's
thomas humphrey again but he's not in
his car slash home this time he's on
foot and heading to the district to turn
his office in the douglas county
courthouse to put them on notice but it
doesn't go down too well because he
refuses to stop recording then refuses
to leave when asked her
douglas county courthouse
to um
file my notice on the public record
so that um
the douglas county um
courthouse is aware
yes i'm here to
put you guys on notice of my
private capacity
i um
to avoid
to avoid any confusion or unnecessary
claims against
officials public officials i just moved
into the area and this is uh
public notice of my private capacity
also my private identification and so um
it just it states you know that um you
know if you guys believe i've violated
any laws you must contact my nation's
embassy i have this contact information
there uh stating the complaints and um
you know
it you know gives you instruction but
it's to avoid unnecessary claims
for damages
i urge you all to read this notice he
hands out to law enforcement and city
councils because it's bizarre instead of
being arrested it says law enforcement
are to contact the american national
embassy
no such place exists it's just a soft
seat website
and send them an affidavit of the
disruption or injury so that the
quote-unquote nation can deal with the
member whatever that means
what kind of a crazy stuff
crazy stuff huh no not crazy it's just a
public notice to uh
of my private capacity i don't contract
with the government
and so um it's just a
it's a notice you know um
informing you guys of my private
capacity and this that my nation's
embassy is in california turn your
thumbnails uh don't record me i'm not
recording you i'm recording myself
you're recording my voice
that's fine are you the district
attorney
yes you don't you cannot record them
here
okay well no i'm documenting everything
because uh sean recorder i'm an american
national investigator with the national
action task force and we are recording
that's fine so this is official notice
that i'm turning this off
turn your phone off why
are you in your public capacity turn
your phone off really i have a right
please that's fine i have a right to
record you if you're in your public
capacity you do not write to him
at all no you don't are you in your
public capacity
you're in the district attorney's office
and being asked to leave by the district
attorney yet here you are still not
leaving and you wonder why you keep
getting yourself arrested
okay well
i will be uh you know you guys you guys
are officially put on notice here
um
it's all right perfect i actually just
left the sheriff's department and you'll
be heading straight back there if you
don't leave the building like you've
been us to
and uh i'm putting them on notice as
well but
you know i'm not being combative or
anything they're just taking offense
to them you know
that's why we need to get body cams
because um
you know they need to be held
accountable for
for what you know for their actions and
uh if if they can't be if they can't do
what they're doing on a public feed or
on camera then then they shouldn't be
doing what they're doing you know
uh we have a right as we the people to
document our public servants and their
and their duties you know
so i mean if they have nothing to hide
there should be no reason why they
should feel uncomfortable
uh being on on camera so
just because you document every bit of
your existence on facebook
doesn't give you the right to shove a
camera in the faces of public officials
there are ways to document them without
harassing them it's behavior like this
that has forced local governments into
implementing recording restrictions in
places like courthouses when it was
previously allowed so you know thanks
for that

that's fine and uh so this is actually
official notice to the district
attorney's office right now and uh he
he's
that's actually reckless negligence for
him to disregard my public notice
because there's consequences if they
violate my rights and uh
you know
so anyways
absolutely not your quote-unquote legal
notice has no merit in law it's
basically a waste of perfectly good
paper
it's more reckless of you to stay in a
building you've been asked to leave more
than once
that's perfect i actually went i was
just at the sheriff's department there
was no deputies or lieutenants there so
i uh
this actually works out some
they called the cops on me again all as
well
let me just wait for them
they have sirens
i mean it's not an emergency
from a law enforcement standpoint it is
an emergency you're a sovereign citizen
in a district attorney's office refusing
to leave
the uh
the police department has come actually
just left there as well
so
wow
they're speeding through town square
that's wild
i mean
that's why i'm
not doing anything wrong i'm just
you know
putting them on public
first of all that response time was like
four minutes
secondly you're refusing to leave after
being asked to you can honestly say
you're not doing anything the act of you
refusing to leave is seen as trespassing
yeah i uh i don't know why they're
calling the police i just said here
i'm giving hope notice late
i don't want you here leave okay well no
questions nobody has things reported
i just tried to give public notice of my
private capacity you know and i don't
know why people are taking offense to it
you know i'm not doing anything wrong
i've broken any laws and i'm not being
violent all right so why didn't you just
drop your notice off then leave if
that's all you were there to do because
by not leaving when asked to you can be
charged with trespass in the first
degree which is a crime a person commits
a crime of trespass in the first degree
if he knowingly remains unlawfully in a
building
right the team gets here i might be
entertained at this time yes you are all
right
sounds good how's it going man
i'm a peaceful inhabitant of the earth i
wish no harm upon no one
and uh
they have uh
two officers in there speeding two
through town square
i mean i'm not doing anything wrong i'm
saying i'm just exercising my rights and
uh um you know
doing what i should do actually is
putting them on notice i'm informing
them before there are any unnecessary
claims to be brought against them so i
mean
this works out
being trespassed works out for you
how exactly
i went up to the sheriff's department
and there was no deputy or lieutenant
there so uh
it kind of
helps out i guess
how's it going today sir

so i'm being illegally detained right
now and uh
you know there's no criminal act there's
no men's race there's no reasonable
articulate suspicion i've committed a
crime
and uh so i mean
all is well

i'm like the most peaceful person and uh
you guys have the whole force coming in
look they don't know anything about you
you're new to town remember all the
police have is a report saying a person
is refusing to leave the district
attorney's office and the act of
refusing to leave could be seen as
intimidating that doesn't sound like a
peaceful person to me
it's pretty good this is wonderful guys
look at this
and he's speeding too
smashing out
i did nothing wrong
i just got done speaking to the chief as
well
uh you going sir
i just i just tried to hand them public
notice and they they like get out of
here and i was just you know
did nothing wrong i'm like
all is well
and i had literally checked this out i i
just
just left the oscars
i just left the sheriff's departments
and i had
uh complaint
note or complaint uh form
because i'm filing charges against
paper uh state trooper d johnson for
violating my rights
yeah good one you mean he arrested you
for driving on a revolt's license and no
registration that's not a violation of
your rights thomas
so i was just i was just at the
sheriff's department they asked you to
leave
they asked you to leave yeah and then
you didn't leave i was i i said he told
me to turn my camera off that's what he
did and i was like
did he tell you to leave
yeah
okay and you didn't leave it's a public
it's a public place you're under arrest
for trespassing
back please all right
so they're arresting me for trespassing
on a public

two arrests within a week what a way to
introduce yourself and your intentions
to a new town
