hey you doing for the news video or something what you doing man hey i told government what you're doing you suspect me of committing a crime what okay i'm gonna make sure you ain't is there something wrong with me filming i mean i'm not i'm not doing anything i was asked for your id finding my own business filming you don't i don't answer welcome back to the lackluster channel today's video was submitted by ludwig von jackhol be sure to head over to his channel and let him know i sent you ludwig pulled into a gas station in richmond hill and observed a man inside acting strange once inside the clerk warned ludwig that the man had threatened her with a gun fortunately the man left and upon the arrival of the richmond hill police department ludwig gave a short description of the man suddenly the man returned to the gas station and that's when the recording begins and officer cameron approaches how are we all right how's it going for the news you doing there don't just film oh yeah yeah just in case yourself no just in case i don't know what you got over it yeah it's fun huh it's a phone you sure yeah you know it's phone i'm not sure you know what's going on yeah what how are you partying i'm not you're not that's it you're just interfering yourself with it i'm not interfering with anything at this point it appears that the friendly officer cameron has approached ludwig to distract him from recording the incident standing directly in front of the lens and distracting his attention away from the scene ludwig also tells me that officer cameron reached through the vehicle's window and rubbed his arms and upper chest as if he were conducting a cursory search of his person officer cameron appears to be a chameleon his tone and body language says one thing but his actions in upcoming line of questioning suggests another gotcha all right i asked you a separate question is there something wrong with me filming i'm not i'm not doing anything why do you need my idea i don't know who's all at this state with this right now i don't have anything to do with this i know i i tried to help the gentleman the officer with you okay and i believe and by telling him there might be a gun for that you all ready to put yourself in there i haven't put myself in there right now no i haven't doing it right now y'all so what's your name what's your name why do i have to give you my ideas i asked for it so you suspend me of committing a crime no you've already inside inside yourself with this situation how is that that's against the law no it ain't i'm just trying to film man i mean i was filming for for the heck of it because i can't care if it's him but why are you doing it so if you don't care everything why does it matter why i'm doing it i want to know who you are well you don't get to know that you don't know what we're doing here you don't get to know that you don't know what we're doing here do you well do you we're dealing with a guy with a gun y'all know and you're and i'm the one that told your officer that you might have a gun to be careful and you ain't telling me nothing i don't have to tell you anything no i don't i actually do why do i because you're under one you're sitting right here underwater you're telling me that you've done this for 36 years that's right and that's that gives you the authority i'm 45. that gives you the authority to so what's your name cameron cameron what's your badge number 184 104. what's your last name that is no you initiated with me i'm sitting here minding my own business filming while it's being filmed over there too minding my own business and you've got nothing you don't suspect me of committing a crime you don't i don't answer questions okay so i guess we're done so going back and handle what the real emergency is okay well take your hand off my vehicle make me take it off now see you're trying to you're trying to get me to do something stupid i'm not going to try to get you you're already doing it law enforcement officers seem to have an aversion to cameras even though this department claims to be guided by the constitution of the united states of america of course we don't know for sure that this officer's intent was to keep the scene from being documented but his first line of questions about being with the news is telling what we do know is that after 36 years officer cameron has developed a very childish way of dealing with the public minding my own business i don't answer questions take your hand off my vehicle make me take it off we are in a very interesting point in history where the old timers on the force were trained prior to having to worry about police accountability and transparency the widespread deployment of cameras on nearly all citizens is the biggest threat to old school policing they've made a huge difference but it may take generations until officers are trained enough to understand and actually protect our rights i spoke with the department and they do utilize body cams and i will be foia requesting the footage of this incident but it is important to film all police encounters as footage is extremely difficult to obtain ludwig has reached out to the department and the county commissioner but has yet to hear back a big thanks to him for submitting this video and keeping his cool during this encounter he plans on continuing with his channel please head over and show some support and let him know i sent you thanks for watching if you have a video you'd like me to review email it or send it in via facebook
