he was stopped by a north carolina state
trooper and received a citation for
speeding
well he's back at it again
speeding that is but this time he's up
against a no-nonsense north carolina cop
who is not interested in debating his
skewed beliefs on the law
let's get into the video
i was behind i got you and that's 70
miles an hour man
i didn't even tell you why i stopped you
yet
i've got to admit it's not really the
smartest of moves for you to blurt out
why you think you've been stopped before
the officer has even had the chance to
give you the reason
why you stopping for i stopped you for
doing 85 miles an hour and it actually
changes to 70 right here at 65 man
that's 70 miles now
right there

lawsuits man come on
come on well you say you didn't do
anything to be put in handcuffs but that
isn't true is it you repeatedly refused
to hand over your license when you were
asked this is refusing to identify which
you can be arrested for in north
carolina so thank yourself lucky that
you are only being detained at this
point you seem to think that you get to
decide what to do and when to do it but
that's not how this works when stopped
for the traffic violation

me your driver i ain't got to give you
my driver's license you get your
supervisor
there is no state law okay well what's
this i'm looking at north carolina
general statute 20-29
says it is a class two misdemeanor for
the driver of a motor vehicle to fail to
provide a license or other valid
identification upon request of a police
officer you may also be charged with
resist delay or obstructive or public
officer pursuant to north carolina
general statute 14-223
no law
don't rant to me bro you got a driver's
license or an id or no i will give it to
your supervisor you're supervised out
here and i'll give it to your supervisor
bro but let me explain

he does not have to show you the law
there only has to be one in place and
unfortunately for you there is and it's
very easy to find

maybe when you ask that question in the
future you should you know listen to the
answer
so after another two minutes of dead air
the video stops without any indication
of the outcome so i'm not sure if he was
arrested or let go or what his charges
are but i will keep an eye on his
channel for future updates but also for
more videos like this
