I want to make one thing clear from the outset I do not condone but rather condemn driving under the influence of any anything it's irresponsible it is dangerous you're putting other people's lives in Jeopardy as you drive your 35 or 4 500 pound vehicle do not do it that is not the point of this video right here the point of this video is when you're in the presence of a law enforcement official an agent of the state keep your mouth shut don't talk to them don't answer their questions if it's on traffic you know and it's traffic code and you actually have a license give them your license you don't have to chit chat with them you have the right to remain silent and it will go better for you if you keep your mouth shut the more you say the worse it will get because the cop when he pulls you over he's intent on one thing and that is building a case against you and taking you off the street is it good to take somebody who's swerving in and out of traffic and could just doze off and get into a head-on collision with a car full of you know you know a family of five or whoever and harming them is that a bad thing yes should that person be taken off the road yes do you have to be a law enforcement official to do it no anybody in society it doesn't take a special person with special credentials if you see somebody endangering anybody in any way for any reason you have the power and the capacity as an individual to stand in the Gap and protect Society you can do this so this isn't a a hat tip to people who want to go out there and beat irresponsible and put other people's lives in danger this is just an example of no matter what situation you find yourself in if you shut up it'll go better for you let's take a look at this stop with it man I'm not lying to you hey guys hey okay uh shut up uh don't say anything close your door roll down your window and if you if he asked you for your driver's license proof of insurance or registration give it to him you don't have to keep your mouth shut what's going on today yeah that doesn't make any sense doesn't make any kind of sense okay well I just want to check on you like I said you know I'm just just speaking to you freely you know seeing how you're doing do you live here yeah there's a police tactic I'm just speaking to you for you're speaking to me freely I'm speaking to you freely this is a consensual uh encounter where you know you can choose to talk to me or not he's trying to make it clear hey you don't have to divulge any information but if you want to here's a barrage of questions for you uh well I'm going with my girlfriend okay is this your girlfriend's house okay all right yeah everything's okay have you had anything to drink today bunny chance okay I'm picking up on an odor of alcohol coming from you when's the last time you hating a drink at all okay would you want just step out with me real quick if you wouldn't mind I'll just talk to you for a second I haven't had anything to drink at all keep your mouth shut checking out here so we're you're heading to your girlfriend's house right now I can see it in the comment section people are like Brian come on man this cop is just doing his job he's getting a dangerous person off the road I get that if there was any legitimate reason for law enforcement law enforcement policy enforcers to be out there it would be to be protecting and serving the public from idiots like this who chose to get behind the wheel after they got inebriated I agree with that the point again the point of this video is no matter what situation you're in if you just keep your mouth shut it'll be it'll go away way better for you but now you start uh lying to the cop and then now your story becomes inconsistent now they're building a case against you and then they can they can add an obstruction charge oh he was trying to obstruct our investigation by deceiving us see cops can lie to you but you can't lie to them when they lie to your stand back over here let me get you stand right here okay got his hand on his weapon right there you see that oh God I'm starting to fear for my life because that likes that I see a gun wholesome good well why not the cop should why not is it the land of the free home of the brave we have a second amendment don't you care about keeping yourself and others around you safe what's going on why would I have that well I would have one of those things I don't know no way one I see I live right down the road okay can you copy one by Florida deal so why'd you pull in right here because this is where my wife lives here now it's his wife this guy cannot get his story straight it was his girlfriend now it's his wife say hello so you said this is your girlfriend's house at first and you gave me the wrong address and you say it's your wife's house do you know the people live here your eyes are real watery and glassy okay so I just have a concern that you might not be okay to operate a motor vehicle does that make sense okay they're obscuring this cop's face right here see that blur have you taken anything today prescription or not prescription whatever you want to say man listen come on okay you don't smell an odor about alcohol you're not okay I do go ahead where are you coming from right now I'm going into my home right here right okay but you pulled in here when you saw me behind you like I said you're swerving right now okay here I'll tell you what if you want modified patch enough weapons you can put change pockets all you want absolutely another thing absolutely no I don't give up my right to be secure in my person's houses papers and effects I don't I don't consent to any kind of searches any kind of seizures I'm not letting go of my rights at all but this guy's too dumb to figure any of this out and that started with him getting behind the wheel and an intoxicated State wait for me real quick then you can put your hands in your pockets all you want how about that I'm just shooting the breeze with you I'm just trying to ask you a bunch of avalanche of questions so that hopefully you'll break and you'll say something inconsistent like you already have done so you're building a case against yourself and you're confirming my belief that you're actually not fit to be behind the wheel here's the facts dude okay this is this guy here a talking to a tyrant you're impaired by some unknown substance and you're operating motor vehicle same time okay would you be willing to perform some standardized built a body test to put my money easy tricked operating motor vehicle we're going to walk in a straight line we're going to stand on one foot I'll check your eye according to lawyers according to professionals out there never submit to a field sobriety test ever the da it's like going to a casino and thinking that you're going to win it big 100 of the time you do not walk away from that unscathed uh it's distance so keep your mouth shut according to the exploits according to the export can you be an expert of course I can according to the exploits keep your mouth shut and don't submit to an illegal search or seizure and don't submit to a field sobriety test simple tasks okay if you want to perform those we'll get them over with quickly no point no point in it you already know look at me okay I already know what you already know I can't operate my motor vehicle I can't operate my phone I can't actually have any kind of rational discussion with you uh I just can't what a what a freaking you can say I already know look at you what's that mean there is no point in this there's no point being okay well like I said I'm asking you if you want to form some standardized field sobriety tasks based upon your demeanor the odor of alcohol comes from you right now dude the way you were driving when I did get behind you would you be willing to form stainless steel supply test if you're willing to form them great we'll go through them I'll explain that to you they'll be quick they'll be easy I'll get you out of here okay all right if you choose not to perform them I have to go based on what I've observed at this point sure okay would you want to do that no you don't want to do that for me okay I'm gonna have to make a decision based upon what I've observed at this point okay this is your chance to kind of show me the truth yeah what are you basing your decision on is absolutely not applicable you're are being ridiculous okay there is no reason this guy he was digging with a shovel he was digging his own hole with the shovel now he's got a a cat 560 backhoe operating 24 hours just digging that thing deeper and deeper shut up dude shut up everybody knows you're guilty everybody knows you're a everybody knows you're irresponsible and putting people on the roadways in danger everybody knows it okay I'm trying to get an explanation as to your demeanor like I said eyes are glassy you seem confused you don't know where you're at you've told me three different people who own this house or who live here nope that's not true at all okay you're telling me you're going One Direction you're going another Direction no you are swerving inside your lane we had multiple complaints on you from people calling that we're driving behind you okay I'm giving you a chance to prove to me otherwise that you're okay to help on your vehicle it'd be some simple tasks for me they're not pass or fail no I'm not gonna do pass or fail okay so are you are you declining at this point to do some standardized skill sobriety tasks for me Matthew one more time based upon what I've explained to you would you be willing to form some standardized field sobriety tasks just to put my mind at ease a drill kit operating motor vehicle okay you need to understand to stop antagonizing me and I'm not going to subdue to your okay go and put your hands on your back for me don't tense up or if you can't find you back for me okay put your hands together like you're praying I want you to no flip your hands around make it easy to notice this body cam files channel is trying to make the officers secure in their persons by blurring their faces by blurring their name tags so this guy basically he gets arrested because he and he does push back a little bit so they get him on resisting arrest it was a real calm resisting arrest based on some of the things that we've seen but you know they take him down to the ground is it a bad thing am I saying it's a bad thing to get people who are inebriated and don't know what the frick is going on off the road to keep them from being a danger to others no I'm not saying that at all we strongly condemn any kind of activity that would impair your ability to respond appropriately out on the roadways you know while you're behind the wheel of a multi-thousand pound vehicle but what I try to what I want to bring out is the importance of even in this situation the less you say the better off you are even in this dire situation where this guy is clearly something's wrong with him he can't operate his car he can't speak properly he can't form sentences he can't seem to think to have a logical conversation he can't operate his phone so there's something wrong with this guy he pulls into the wrong driveway it lies about it being his girlfriend and then it's his wife and then his girlfriend lives down the road and he doesn't know what the address is if he just shut up he would have been in better shape and that's all I'm saying in this video right here that's just another example and this is a just a crazy off the charts example of somebody who's clearly everybody can see is guilty so he gets slapped with resisting an officer and DUI unlawful uh blood alcohol level was high they say now I don't know maybe maybe it was something else maybe it was prescription drugs or whatever but whatever it was it impaired his ability to be out on the road which is not a good thing I don't want to be out on the road I don't want my family to be out on the road when somebody like this is out there so you got a talking to a tyrant the less you say or if you say zero things you don't have to open your mouth you have the right why do people feel like they are obligated to say something to the cops that they're obligated to open their mouths to tell them where they're going where they've come from what their name is if this is the correct address you've got the right the unalienable right to be silent so so guess what it's a good idea if you remain silent if you haven't
