for yet another right to travel fail
where a sovereign citizen gets pulled
over by Spokane Valley PD for speeding
while driving his kids to school he
thinks because a cop gave him a break on
a previous stop he should be allowed to
drive without a license so he Demands a
supervisor which ends up being the best
part of the video because he destroys
every single argument he makes hence the
length of the video

I'm not required to have a driver's
license or registration and you don't

don't follow underneath the state laws

not I've only received one other ticket

stopped every other time I got stopped

not one of those cops told him he was
well within his rise to drive without a
license I know this because no cop in
their right mind would give that kind of

because he recorded the other stops and
posted them to YouTube he did get a
ticket I think for no license plate in
one video and the other two he was given
a break and a warning and as we all know
soft sets always use this as validation
for their beliefs and it gives them the
confidence to carry on brick in the law

at the time he did encourage you to

point did he tell you to go ahead and
drive in fact he told you you can expect
to be stopped and cited in the future
but this supervisor is a veteran of 26
years so he sees through all this BS
and that's what I'm saying I've dealt
with this so many times already and he
hashed me out a whole bunch of tickets
which I totally understand if he's
unwill uninformed and if you guys are
uninformed you guys gonna hash me on
tickets but you guys cannot stop me from
the right of travel in my own personal
property which is the revised code of
Washington and that's what I'm saying
that's the biggest the revised code of
Washington says that you have to have a
valid driver's license yes before a
valid driver's license no State motor
vehicle code does not extend to
non-commercial users of the highway

traveler I'm not a commercial vehicle
you guys are commercial vehicles those
are commercial vehicles anybody who has
a license to play on is a commercial

required to provide if I commit a crime

when I sign that license then that means
I am agreeing to abide by your guys's
law I don't have a license and I'm not
telling me you don't have to abide by
Washington state law when I don't sign

and I'll go to court and they'll sit
there and read that they'll understand
that the person that goes through all
those definitions everything the
arrogance of this guy is incredible the
fact that he says he doesn't need to
abide by the law because he didn't sign
up for a license he's both dangerous and
irresponsible having a driver's license
not only shows who you are but it shows
you've had the training and the skills
to operate a motor vehicle and now I'm
hoping this Deputy addresses this with
him especially because he has kids in
the car with him
Title IX and the revised code of
Washington says you're not allowed to
kill somebody right murder no no so if
you murder somebody by the law no if I'm
not harming hurting or committing any
crime therefore I do not have to ID
myself
where is that in the revised go to
Washington
which title

and when I go to court they will have

you are refusing
to call a licensed driver
and you're going to endanger the welfare
of your kids driving without a license

fish for something you're trying to
throw more stuff on me what am I fishing

do think of three cops specifically the
sergeant did a fantastic job of calling
him out on his knowledge or lack of
knowledge of the law and explained a lot
really well to him even though they were
under no obligation so did he take it on
board I'm guessing not he was too
fixated on that stupid paperwork
