obnoxious soft sit who decides to go
full ballistic Karen when he gets pulled
over for no tags because well he handed
them back to the motor vehicle
department a few months back long story
short he turns a simple two-minute
warning into a 30-minute tantrum where
he makes lots of wild and crazy claims
so let's take a look at some of the
highlights
um

I'm Trooper call ball Highway Patrol
there's no license plate on the rear of
your vehicle that's um this is not being
used for Commerce
the vehicle's not being used for
Commerce so it's on the roadway it has
to have a Lost Planet that's not true

um I do but I don't see why did you stop

lot so I didn't there was no traffic

doing it to undermine the trooper and
exert some kind of power

and that is your policy you know what's
funny about this you don't follow your
own damn policies all right but you want
me to follow other people's policies
I want you to get your supervisor what's
your name sir I want your supervisor I

okay here's the deal okay I'm very easy
to deal with I don't want to deal with
you I want to deal with your supervisor
he probably knows more than you that
would make sense right he's probably
been doing it longer he knows the job he
knows the ins and outs may be a little
better that would like be why he's the
supervisor I know what I'm doing here
this is my traffic stop okay I've been
doing this for quite a while okay I'm
really easy to deal with I'm being
respectful to you okay I want you to be
respectful to me okay you're trying to
violate my Fourth Amendment right now no
sir you're asking for my papers why am I
not surprised that he doesn't understand
the Fourth Amendment first of all he's
asking you for your driver's license not
your papers stop trying to compare the
traffic stop to living in Nazi Germany
also the Fourth Amendment pertains to
unreasonable searches and seizures
driving credentials do not fall under
that if you've committed a traffic
infraction
the reason you stopped me what you had
no no just can I just ask you a question
we're not arguing here you didn't even
have a reason to run my tag so why would
you stop me for not having one I
displayed on the rear of your vehicle
sorry if it's on the road that's not
true okay if if I'm gonna see if if I
were using my vehicle on the roadway to
make a profit then that is true can you
just work with
me no that's what why am I supposed to
work with you because you need it you
have a quota you want to fill you need
to get me in front of a judge what
well if that was his goal you're making
it really easy for him by refusing to
identify you know soft sits just cannot
get out of their own way

is an arrest no it is not step out of
the car what is it I am detained for
what crime you are detained what crime
as soon as my lights come on you are
detained okay go ahead and step by the
car for me and the fact that you don't
realize that you can be detained on a
traffic stop and even remote from your
vehicle due to your combative behavior
is truly amazing to me look up

that like how do you go to sleep at

he accuses the trooper of doing he's
doing himself he so desperately needs
him to be a tyrant but it's just not
working because the trooper is so calm
and professional and not taking the bet
is quite beautiful to watch

for their professionalism and restraint
while dealing with the ungodly amounts
of verbal diarrhea spewing from this
guy's pie hole I don't have a tag so
what what I had a tag do what he's so
rich in my vehicle he's now he's gonna
look for the VIN on the door just one
because he just can't stand that known I
am

violated my fourth
I don't answer questions get your
supervisor
he's so super he's gonna take me
to jail you can watch you want to
impound my vehicle don't you is that

right so I think that's where we'll end
the video seems unusual but it's not
when you know what happens so I'm not
gonna subject you all to this obnoxious
behavior so you can watch him get back
in his vehicle and leave I'll just
summarize by saying all his demands for
the supervisor and there were a lot
we're all denied which is refreshing to
hear he tried everything to trigger and
bit this and the second Trooper who
arrived by calling them Nazis referring
to them as Stormtroopers and part of the
Death Star complete with this Star Wars
style opening crawl but with his crazy
text he said dumb things like police
running tags is stalking and the
violation of the Fourth Amendment but he
did eventually give up his license when
they gave him two choices identify or go
to jail he chose the former under duress
of course and he left with a citation
for no tags if for some reason you would
