which is the topic of today's video
where he claims to know the law better
than the police
so you know let's see if that claim is
true
okay i can check the the vehicle has
insurance
and the person inside isn't sure to
drive well find out who the owner is and
i'll tell you who it is okay have you

because i'm what coming home from work
well the driver of the car isn't
necessarily the owner that's why they
need to check your license and yes 163
of the road traffic act says a constable
in uniform has the power to stop any
vehicle that is being driven on the road
now we do learn why they stopped him
shortly but police in the uk don't
actually need probable cause to stop a
vehicle
like they do in the us so bear that in
mind
i can stop any vehicle to make sure no

manhandle it and you don't need to take
a photo of it and that's why i know the
law you don't have to take the photo of

license that's why he needs to check it
against the database and he was taking a
picture of it because you were being a
total caring about everything
