then a warning in part two which pissed
a lot of you off
myself included well here's an update
that should put a smile back on your
face
he posted a video with the title how to
settle a court case
by negotiating commerce which sounds odd
coming from a guy who said this to a cop
in his latest traffic stop
yeah the state of florida waived our
jurisdiction forevermore over me and my
family
so let's see how this legal genius deals
with a court that supposedly doesn't
have jurisdiction over him
yep i'm here
that's fine but you made such a big deal
out of these documents during your
traffic stop
aren't you supposed to be the consultant
and beyond the jurisdiction of
traffic court you know it says a lot
when the
court needs to ask you what you want
because they can't make head no tail of
your filings
i just vacate the citation that that
that uh vehicle well that car is in uh
it's in a foreign trust i'm actually
right now
in guyana
yep that's why it's not registered and
i'm not the owner
okay
i sure do did you buy one
no because it's private and this is
public
why didn't you just file a letter you
got from the supreme court where they
waved
all state jurisdiction that's the only
document you will ever need to file
unless of course you did and it was all
part of the paperwork rejected by the
court
because it had nothing to do with your
case kind of like your vehicle being in
a foreign trust
has nothing to do with your obligation
to register it with the state
not really uh we can go ahead and vacate
the this cake
well we can dismiss the case because you
know
okay let's please

because this is the improper venue to
share that defense
i'm not in front of a judge
and rightly so if traffic court which
here's traffic cases
isn't the proper venue then why would
you file your paperwork with them in the
first place
and why are you asking them to dismiss
the case
if they don't have jurisdiction over you
okay well then let's set the case for
trial there you go
all right can we place that in a proper
venue
um such as a court of inherent
jurisdiction
let's go in front of a judge at the
federal venue
i'll remove it to the federal revenue
okay yeah good luck we've taken your no
tag case to the federal
i'm a court
so i'm gonna send you to judge taylor
and maybe you can convince judge
taylor to send it to the federal court
yeah we'll do

and what is the state offering
surely he won't accept that offer will
he
especially because as he says the
supreme court has
already waved jurisdiction over him and
his family forevermore
he would be mad to accept a deal he
doesn't need to
right okay

let's plead to uh no contest
all right i'll have that into you all

the consultant everybody the guy who
thinks negotiating
an 83 dollar fine down to 50 is somehow
winning in court
even though this is a thing people do in
traffic court every day
he says the state of florida has yeah
the state of florida waived our
jurisdiction forever moreover me and my
family
but then pleads no contest when it comes
to the crunch
which is usually the case with sausage
so unless he registers his car he will
continue to get stopped and ticketed
even more so now because he is on the
police radar for being a repeat offender
so i will be keeping an eye on his
channel and
i will update you if we get any more
interesting content
