Yo, what's going on? So, today we got a video from Cold Blue Cam and the title of the video is woman destroys evidence right in front of police officer. Bad idea. So, let's get into the video. >> Oh, let me repeat myself. >> Why are you Why are you acting like I'm the crazy one? >> What a cherry. I'm not mad at you. >> This is Ashley. Officers have responded to a call about an argument she is involved in. But when they find Ashley digging through her bags, it becomes clear that this isn't just a routine call, but the beginning to uncover a hidden crime. >> You need help, Alex? >> You call me back in here. Help me. On the afternoon of June 3rd, 2025, at around 100 p.m., officers from the Marshfield Police Department are dispatched to an area after Wood County Dispatch reports a male and female arguing. The woman is described as wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt and carrying multiple bags. As officers head to the scene, they had no idea that this routine call will soon expose a far more serious crime. Hey, someone called about uh you guys arguing over there in front of the old folks home over there. >> They actually aren't arguing. >> Oh yeah, we had a couple people that called cuz >> Yeah, they're not arguing. I'm going for a walk. Nothing. I'm going to sleep bar. >> Oh, they said you were yelling at each other and screaming and they were concerned enough to call. >> Oh, no. We were just fine. >> The woman is 37-year-old Ashley. When the officer checks with dispatch later, he will learn that she already has an open case in Wood County and a prior conviction for drugrelated offenses. Meanwhile, as the officer speaks with Ashley, another officer arrives on scene and detains the man she was reportedly arguing with, but his version of events doesn't quite match Ashley's. >> Hey, come here. >> What's up? >> Put your hands back from real quick. >> What? This is my my delta, dude. >> Is that all it is? >> All right. >> I was going to give you that gratification. All right. Got you, man. I just saw I just saw you hiding this. That's why I'm out here talking. >> What's going back here? >> Huh? >> Nothing. It says one thing. >> It doesn't know. That's all. >> 12. I'm 1095 with the mail. Uh, for right now, >> I guess something's not broken. Don't fix this [ __ ] >> So, what's going on? >> Nothing. Nothing. No. She'll explain it. Okay. >> Okay. Well, why hear your side of the story, right? I was just called for support. >> You were what? >> Support. >> I have no idea what that means. >> We got called cuz there was you guys were fighting up in front up on >> just yelling cuz I hurt. >> Okay. >> That's all I'm trying to get >> off what meth back. >> You got you got any on you right now? >> No. >> No. All right. But you guys are you made a big deal about that's why I was just like, "Oh, hey, until I get done talking. Come here." >> While the man continues to speak with the officer, his detainment doesn't go down well with Ashley, who is watching from the other end. >> What's your uh >> Why are they right there? >> What's your name? >> Ashley. >> Do you have an ID? Any? >> No, I don't. My phone's dead. Seriously, we were walking [ __ ] sleep farm. We were literally walking far. You walked from over this way. >> Okay. So, you weren't at all over by the old way. We straight up walked this road. We were We weren't even going to do anything. He wasn't even talking. >> What's your first name? >> Ashley. What is Why is he being arrested? >> What's your middle initial? I don't know. I have no idea. >> I'm Why he's being arrested. So, someone matching your guys' description. We're yelling at each other over in front of an old folks home over here. So, were you guys over there? >> No, we were literally >> Okay. So, if I look at cameras, you guys wouldn't have been over there. >> I didn't see anybody. I saw nobody. >> Right. But you were in front of walking in front of an old folks. >> I don't know where I am. I'm new, >> man. She know. She full of it, man. She talking a million miles a minute. She definitely on something. She on something. She smoking a cigarette, but she on something more than more than that cigarette, boy. Cuz that don't make you act like that. Did you see when they had the mug shot up earlier? I got to go back to that, man. She looks completely different. Wow. Face a lot more clear. this. She look the streets done got her. You feel me? Like she look like the streets done took her. I ain't gonna lie to you, man. Let's see what's going on. You think the guy's going to get locked up? Let me know. >> I don't know where I am. I'm new to Marshville. I don't walk this area. I'm walking. And did he try and catch up to me? >> Fair enough. Okay. You guys weren't arguing or mad about anything? >> No. As the officer relays Ashley's details to dispatch for verification, she suddenly gets busy digging for [ __ ] in her bags. And as the officer approaches her about it, he's about to uncover something unexpected that will change the nature of this case. >> Do you have an ID? >> I don't have my phone is dead. I only have a I don't have a copy of my phone. My phone is dead. Which >> I'm asking you about your phone. Do you have an ID? >> No, I I do on my phone. I'm my hard copy of my ID. >> You what? >> My hard copy of my ID. >> Oh, you don't have a hard copy? No, I'm going to write something else. >> You have a Wisconsin driver's license. >> No, I have a ID. >> Where do you have an ID out of? >> Wisconsin. I only have Wisconsin state ID. >> Okay. Huh? >> Okay. Please tell me what's going on with him. >> I don't know. I over here. I I got >> You really farm? Like out of the [ __ ] tree farm? >> My work stuff. I need my bag and my ticket table. I need my bag and my ticket table. Oh, my ticket number. >> Where do you work? >> Applebe. >> Okay. Okay. Don't dig around in there. Get out of the bag. Get out of the bag. Now, >> get out of the bag and put that down. Put it on the ground. >> Put it on the ground. Put it on the ground. >> Okay. >> Get on the ground. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back now. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> I'm going >> now. >> I'm going. >> Put your right hand behind your back now. >> I'm peeing myself. I'm peeing myself. >> Put your right hand. You got to be freaking kidding me. Why is his body cam are covered? As an officer, you should be aware of how your body cam is stationed or whatever. Now, it's different if you getting into a tussle or whatever and your body can't fall off or something like that or whatever. But you guys were sitting there talking and you covered up your camera. Why? So, now we're supposed to believe. Oh, well, they better start. He They better start showing some footage >> behind your back. >> Sir, I'm laying on my hand. >> Give me your right hand now. >> On it, sir. You're hurting me. I I'm laying on my hand. Although the video doesn't clearly show what Ashley is doing while digging through her bags, the body camera of the other officer who had been detaining the man captures part of it as he walks over to assist the officer speaking with her. >> All right, hang talked on. >> Nice. Good job by the other officer. >> You need help, Alex? >> Why you put handcuffs on you? >> Why you made me pee myself? Ow. >> I [ __ ] pay myself. >> While it is still unclear what Ashley did to be detained, the officer will soon confront her about it. For now, as he detains her for her actions, she has only one thing to say. >> Can I please? I literally paid myself. I'm laying on the wet floor. Please, >> hold on. >> I peed myself. I literally paid myself. I peed myself, sir. >> I peed myself. Oh, you made me pee myself. Ow. >> Let go of what's in your hand. I'm going to put handcuffs on you. >> What? You made me pee myself. >> Ow. I peed myself. I >> peed myself. >> Can I get on the ground now? I already peed myself. >> No, I peed myself. I'm not having lay on the ground. Can I drink off the ground? I'm wet and I pee myself. >> I can myself. >> Roll to your right. >> Let me [ __ ] pee myself. >> Come up here. Stand up. >> You have my back and you have I myself. >> Anything else in your pockets? >> No, I don't have pockets. But besides, I don't have anything in my pockets. Can I sit on my bag or something? Can I get my other sweater and sit on something where it's not wet? >> Take the one by that car. >> Are you on probation or anything? >> Yes. >> You have open cases? I have one of my kids for a freaking drug personal misdemeanor. I >> Anything else on you? >> No, I just You pulled my bag and you hurt me. >> Why are you Why are you acting like I'm the crazy one here? Okay, you're reaching into your bag to grab a needle to empty it out. >> Actually, I wasn't grabbing it. You were No, I was actually looking for ID. >> I was So, look, you want to see my ID? My >> Oh, so now you have an ID. I will be ID. I do not have a needle in your hand. >> I have my ID. I was going for my ID. You're >> not stupid. All right. >> I never Sir I never said you were, but you No, you let me pee myself. Let me key myself. >> Do you have anything else on me? No. Do you have any needles on you? >> No, I don't have any needles on me. >> Okay, she's going to come search you. Okay. >> According to the report the officer later filed, he saw Ashley holding a syringe filled with a dark colored liquid. When he told her to drop it, she refused, pulling it out of the bag and removing the cap instead. As Ashley began to empty its contents onto the grass, the officer quickly stepped in and detained her. And now, even while she's being searched, Ashley's still clinging to her recital. But this time, the officer has an answer for her. It's >> plastic. Can I please tell someone how to change these wet pe clothes? >> Not right now. I I didn't make pee your pants. You're an adult. You know how to >> I don't I I cannot control it. >> Okay. >> They really smell like pee. >> Well, I'm sorry. >> I'm not mad at you. I'm not mad. >> I'm sorry. It smells like pee, but that it's not my concern right now. >> Can you take any pain out of your hand? >> Not right now. Just hang tight. Let me finish searching you. Okay. Separate your feet from me. Meanwhile, the other officers start gathering some pretty telling evidence from the scene. Man, >> I think she ended up getting this one dumped out hand. Yep. We'll take all this stuff. >> He got pretty I got pretty excited when I when he saw they were both watching you pulling her, you know. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> See, and now that makes sense. I ain't gonna lie to you. That makes sense with what the guy was saying. He's like, you know, we got into an argument because I'm trying to get her off meth. You know what I'm saying? She keep she she keep tripping. You know what I mean? So now that you putting two and two together, you know, it kind of it's starting to make sense now. But yeah, the officer probably just zippered up his jacket or whatever because it's raining and stuff. But I don't know what they're supposed to do with that with the camera cuz that that's pretty crazy. I ain't going to lie. But man, junkies, man. >> She She got an open case for misdemeanor drugs. And guess what? You get caught with more drugs. Come on. You can't make this up. >> This car and he see him take something out of his pocket and throw it on the ground. Start stomping on it. interrupted, right? >> I was like, "All right." Um, I didn't see anything. I came down this way, but uh I'll walk it again. But, uh, I uh >> Okay, I'll meet you back here. >> Yep. >> Since the other officer doesn't find any evidence against the man involved with Ashley, he releases him after requesting a blood test. >> Um, if comes back, if it comes back as the the legal weed, illegal weed, I'm going to write you a ticket for paraphernalia. Okay. >> It was uh TSA is all it is. >> Okay. If it comes back, if it comes back to legal, >> um, it uh, it's fine. Okay. I won't write you no tickets. Um, >> I got a max day I seen him. I turn myself in. >> All right. Okay. >> Take these cuffs off here and he's going to get that from him. You're going to be decent, right? >> Yeah, man. I'm good. >> You're getting released is what I'm telling you. >> Well, I would uh I wouldn't do anything stupid right now. >> You're not going to want to go this way? >> Yeah. >> No, she's going to jail. >> Is she? >> Yeah. >> What's uh >> Can I get her phone before she goes in cuz I got to get a hold of her boss and everything. Let her know. >> What's your phone number? >> I'll let you know. Just don't come down there by us. Okay. >> All right. During this search, officers found a purple metal grinder containing an unmeasurable amount of green plant material along with a metal tube coated with white residue. The white crystalline substance later tested positive for drugs. While the green plant material showed a high concentration of THC. After collecting all the evidence, Ashley is taken to the Marshfield Police Station where she is eventually allowed to change her clothes. She was later transferred to the Wood County Jail on charges that included one count of felony possession of meth, misdemeanor, two counts of resisting obstructing an officer, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping. All are repeat offenses. And she was eventually released on a $3,000 cash bond. I wonder who paid that. Who paid the $3,000 cash bond? And she got money, huh? Crazy. Hopefully, man, these people could get cleaned up, man. I mean, personally, I don't I don't know how it feels to be addicted to, you know, drugs or alcohol, you know what I mean? Like, you could drink in moderation, you know what I'm saying? But you don't need it, right? and drugs. I mean I mean I I get it. Everybody addicted to to weed nowadays. They be smoking that thing. Like you know I'm not a weed, you know. That's not my thing, you know, or anything. But man, golly. Anyways, I think the officers did a pretty good job. I The only thing that I didn't like was the covering up of the body cam. So for that, you know, I give him a three out of five. Satisfactory. Uh, they let the other guy go, which was cool. And, uh, let me know how well you think the officers did in the comment section below. And I'll catch you in the next video. [Music] You no FaceTime shoot my shot.
