Hey, welcome back to the channel. Let's just go ahead and get things rolling. Let me ask you a question. What is the difference between a mortgage and a safety or a welfare check? You know, every time they say, "Hey, we're just here to check on you. I just want to make sure you're okay." You know, >> I just want to ensure your safety. So, what's the difference or what are the similarities between a mortgage and a safety check? This right here is an animal welfare check. And again, we are in 2026. It's never ever a good idea to talk to police. And if they come to your house, it's never a good idea to even open the door to police, not even talk to them through the door. As soon as you do this, you basically signed your death warrant. And that brings us to the term mortgage. Mortgage actually means death pledge. So, what are the similarities between a mortgage and a welfare check? Well, it could end up with you leaving your home in a body bag. Let's take a look at this right here. >> An officer is called for an animal welfare check at a residence with multiple dogs inside after knocking with no answer except for the dogs. >> Puppy, you get down. You get >> by the way, multiple healthy dogs inside. >> Down off that table. >> The homeowner returns to the house and the officer makes contact, not knowing what he's about to find on this man's property. >> Hello. >> Hey, uh Kevin Jones with the sheriff's office. Brent. >> Yeah. Hey. Uh, so yeah, just I guess uh well for concern about the animals. Could I see the dogs? >> Um, the one I got, I just put a leash on him. He's hates people. >> Okay. Kind of one of the things I do. Let me just explain what I do in these types of investigations. I just make sure, you know, you have food and water. I kind of feel around the ribs, see that they feel okay. >> Oh, they're fine. >> And that, you know, they're not bare bones, which they don't look to be, but you can. It's easier when you feel through the code. Is that okay if I do that? This is the one that's all okay. The other ones are fine. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, you feel pretty good. >> How about four words? Get off my property. There you go. Done. >> You feel pretty good. Yes, you do. Hi, puppy. Hi. How are you? >> For the rescue, dog. >> Hi. Hey. Oh, hi. We're friends. >> Oh, we're friends, aren't we? >> Yeah. You feel pretty good, too. Can you just grab a hold of the collar? Okay. Thank you. He's really protective of my son. He's getting better. >> Okay. Can you show their food and water? >> Yes. Right in right around the corner here. >> Remember, the supposed justification for this law enforcement agent to enter onto private property is this is an animal welfare check. Can I just check your dogs out? We got to report there may be some malnourished dogs here. Oh, yeah. Who's who's the verified complaintant? Who's the guy who made the complaint against me? Give me a chance to face my accusers. Why are you here? Where's the warrant? You're on my property. Get off my property. Or don't even talk to them at all. When you see them come up, just go inside your door. Don't even interact with these people. It's very dangerous. >> Okay. Thank you. >> And you got another bag somewhere, I assume. >> Where? >> That bag is right there. [laughter] >> Oh, hello. That's the scariest thing in the world. A cop in your house. What would you guys do if a cop came onto your property and said, "Hey, we heard you got animals. We heard uh the animals are getting abused or neglected. Do you mind if I just check them out for a second? What would you guys do? >> Oh, no. No. You look good there. See water there? >> Want to see something out there? I got a whole bunch of beef bones out here. >> Beef bones. Oh, for them to chew on. >> There's a whole tub of ribs and >> Oh, that's cool. That's cool. Um, so >> the chickens are around the corner here. >> Yeah. Could you show me those feel pretty >> unbelievable anybody would be this accommodating to a law enforcement agent? An agent of the state here. You want to check out what brand of underwear I wear? You want to know my social security number? Where I went to high school and kindergarten? >> Good. I They're definitely not skin and bones or anything like chickens and bugs. I don't know. Water. Were you here when I was by earlier? >> No, I just >> Oh, damn it. Watch. Go. That's the first. Come here. >> He's all excited. He's got company. >> All right. Well, animals look uh pretty good to me. >> No shortage of food. So, >> that's good. Brett, I guess the only remaining concern I have. >> And here we go. Here's the real reason he's on this guy's property cuz he's he's already lied all the way up to this point >> is all the beer cans and beer that I see everywhere. And that's why you never open your door to law enforcement officials who are definitely not on your side. What What is What do we have to do to get people to realize they are not your friends? They are not here to help you. Ronald Reagan said it probably better than anybody could. And I'm not on board with Ronald Reagan either. Republican or Democrat, they're all political parasites. But he said the nine most terrifying words in the English language are, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help." No, you're not. >> You have you have an open case for not consuming possessing. All of your open cases have that. >> So he's on probation for not consuming or possessing alcohol. And yet this dumbass, and this man is a dumbass, opened his garage door, opened his home to a law enforcement agent who could see the evidence of the violation of his probation. What are you thinking, man? >> Oh god, they're not. They've been here for a long time. I haven't took them in. >> Okay. >> I haven't went to a dump in a year. >> Okay. Yeah. I see you got a lot of garbage stacked up. You don't have any more in the home? >> No. You wouldn't mind me checking your fridge then, would you? Making sure you don't got cans in there. No, nothing. >> Well, I Yeah, I would mind that, I guess. >> Why? >> Well, I don't know. >> Because there are cans in there. >> There probably is for other people. Whatever. >> So, you do have more beer in the house or cans in the fridge. It sounds like >> there's some. >> Okay. More bush light. >> Does this guy not have access to the internet? What is going on here? How can anybody possibly be this ignorant in 2026 knowing the schemes of these law enforceers? >> I assume. >> Yeah. >> How can this >> Can I help you get rid of them >> if you want to? >> Can I help you get rid of them? Oh my god. Sure. Come on into my house again. What can possibly go wrong here? cuz you got four felony open cases that say you're not to consume or possess. >> And and for you as a law enforcer to enforce this when you see a guy not harming anybody, not threatening anybody, just consuming and possessing alcohol in his in the quietness of his own home. For you to push this on somebody is disgusting and evil and pathetic. Walk around you, pup. Down you go. You're okay. You're okay. >> Sorry. What's happen? [cough] >> This is so cringe. Oh my god. This is cringe. >> You want to hand that to me and I can take it out? >> Oh my god. Come on. What the >> [ __ ] Got to get back in the house. Now the >> Now the cop the cop has let one of the dogs out. Unleashed. Good job, cop. >> Come on, buddy. >> He probably won't come in now. >> Wants to play. >> Come on, Roco. Come on. Let's get in there. >> Hi, puppy. Are we friends now? Are we friends? Bye, guys. Bye, guys. Bye, guys. Oh, is you okay, guys? Oh, you're okay. >> I love dogs. I love dogs as much as I Well, I'm not even going to talk about how I feel about cops. >> Come on, pup. >> Want to try and get the lead and bring him in that way again? Did you grab the lead? Why don't we try and bring him in with the lead again? >> I'm fine. I just had to go back to work. >> Okay, >> I'll get him back in. >> Well, Brent, here's the deal. >> Brett, here's the deal. Here's the deal. And that's why I named this the Here's the deal channel because after those three words, here's the deal. The deal is it's my deal. It's my table. It's my casino. The house always wins. And the deal is you're about to lose 100% of your freedoms. Bill, [clears throat and snorts] >> you do have an open case. >> What are you doing? >> You're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> For what? >> Wow. >> 33 45. Send me a second. >> Step out or you're going to get obstruction, too. >> No, I'm calling for backup. Calling for backup already. My god. >> For what? >> For multiple felony open cases. >> No. >> Brent, >> get out. >> Brent, knock it off. >> Get out. >> You get out. >> I will not. >> Let's go. >> You have multiple felony cases. Get out. >> Move. >> No. >> I knew this was going to happen. That's why I didn't want >> You knew this was going to happen and that's why you invited a cop into your house and you let him stay on your property. You doofus. What a doofus. >> Answer when I was here the first, >> you know, and and when I say this kind of stuff, people are like, "What are you for, the cops or something?" I'm not I'm not for anybody. I'm for truth. I'm for justice. I'm not even for the American way because the American way isn't even right. I'm for doing what is right. I'm for calling a spade a spade. And I'm for actually exercising justice on real criminals. And you're not a real criminal unless you've left a victim. So I'm calling this guy a doofus, just like the cop is a doofus, except the cop is trying to set this guy up. And the guy made a wrong move. He talked to the cops. He let him into his house. You never ever ever do that. >> Time. Don't make me bust through this door. Brent, you're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Damn. Get the hell out, Brett. >> You were You were a low life to arrest a guy for possession of alcohol in his own house. Was he driving drunk? No. Was he a men of societ society? No. Was he committing a crime? Was he victimizing somebody? No. >> Don't make me bust through this door. I WILL BUST THROUGH THIS DOOR. Get out. >> Here we go. Oh. Oh. The the the neness just melted off. Mr. Officer love dogs. This Oh, come here, little guy. Oh, you love me. You love me now. He had such a kind voice. And now he's completely changed. Now Keystone Cops kicks in. >> Cue up the Benny Hill music. >> Brett, STOP. STOP OR YOU WILL BE TASED. GET ON THE GROUND. >> YOU STOP. >> He was >> Stop or you'll BE TED. ON THE GROUND NOW. >> WOW. You son of a >> Oh boy. Oh boy. >> On the ground. >> Oh boy. >> 3345. Taser deployed ON THE GROUND. ON your >> Let's just look at this for a second. Okay. How did this start off? How did we get here? Hey, I'm just here for an animal welfare check. We want to make sure that your dogs are doing well. Can I just feel the ribs? Just make sure that they're wellfed. Oh, they're wellfed. Now, look here. Here's why I'm really here. Okay, we got some reports. I see the beer cans. He let me in the house. I'm looking around. And now we got a guy being victimized on the living room floor of his own house because he left this law enforcement agent in to do whatever the law enforcement agent wants to do. The law enforcement agent already had a plan. He's always it was already a setup. The system was already stacked against this guy right here. And he basically stepped into their own noose. And the snare was set in in broad daylight. He didn't even have to cover it with leaves. This guy stepped into it. And I'm not saying that this is right, but this is what welfare checks leave lead to. And that's why I started this video off, hey, what's the similarity or difference between a mortgage and a welfare check? Well, guess what? A mortgage is called a death pledge. That's what mortgage actually means. And when you're talking about a welfare check, they don't care about your welfare. They want to exercise control over you for state purposes. And that means extracting more wealth from you, locking you in a cage, criminalizing you, f filling the prison industrial complex. They have a goal. They have a motive. >> Or you will get tased again. Get down. LET'S FIND YOUR BACK. >> NO, I GOT TO GET MY DOG IN. >> Can you even imagine electrocuting somebody? Wow. >> 33 45 on the ground. Been dazed. >> Stop touching the pro. >> GET ON YOUR STOMACH. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> ON YOUR STOMACH. HANDS. >> I told you I got to get my dog in. >> 3345. Multiple taser placements. He's on the ground. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I WILL, BUT LET MY DOG IN. >> I WILL GET YOUR DOG IN. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. NO, YOU WON'T. >> I WILL. I just got bit by your dog. >> I TOLD YOU THAT WOULD HAPPEN. Uh >> yeah, you got bit by a man's dog in the man's own house. You have no business inside there cuz again, I don't care if this guy's on probation. I don't care that, you know, he has these probationary standards of no buying alcohol, no possessing alcohol, no consuming alcohol. I don't care about any of that. Did the guy after, you know, probation, did he commit a crime? Did he victimize? No. Buying beer, consuming beer, having beer in your house is not a crime. Even though they call it a crime because, yeah, you violated terms of your probation. Now you got a man, a foreign dude, a stranger in your own house. Yeah, he invited him in. That was a big mistake on his part. He gets bit by one of his dogs because a dog sees his master in distress. So, he's all amped up with adrenaline. This dog is. And of course, he's going to try to bite this man's attacker. I got bit by your own dog. It's kind of like, it's almost like having a carjacker try to steal your tires or something and the jack slips and it falls on his leg and it's like, "Your damn car hurt me." It's like, "Yeah, but you were in the middle of committing a crime. Of course you got hurt. Should I feel sorry for you? >> Stop touching the pro. >> Get on your stomach now." >> Wow. >> I got to get my DOG IN HERE. >> I WILL GET YOUR DOGS IN HERE. KNOCK IT OFF. STOP HIM. >> THEN COOPERATE AND GET ON THE GROUND. >> I AM. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. Stop it. What are you doing? GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. Get on the ground. >> This cop can't even handle the handle this guy who's clearly out of shape. This tells me that the cop and the cop is already straining in a cardiovascular way. This tells me the cop is not even in shape to take a guy like this down. This guy doesn't look like he works. It doesn't look like he's been in the octagon. Doesn't look like he's training. But the cop is struggling to gain control of this guy. Pain compliance isn't even working on this guy. >> COME ON, DAISY. GET HIM. >> He's trying to sick the dog on the cop. Come on, Daisy. Get him. >> This You know what? This is kind of sad because telling Daisy to sick this cop is basically attempting to sign a death warrant for Daisy. Because if this cop feels like his life and is any way threatened by Daisy, Daisy won't exist anymore. >> STOP IT. DAMN. Come on. Get him, Rosco. Yeah. Get him, Rosco. Yeah, this cop is trespassing on this guy's home. But the problem is the guy didn't tell him to leave his property. Number one, he answered the door. Number two, he talked to cops. Number three, and he invited him into the home. Number four. >> Where are YOU FROM? DROP THE KNIFE. >> Get the off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Now, now this guy, this other cop. Oh. Oh, here's this cop right here. Let's see what he looks like. What is this? Colia. Columbia County in the state of Wisconsin. Does that say >> state of Wisconsin? Yeah. >> You got me. >> Look, this cop is just sucking air, man. Sucking air. >> You got me. All right. Get off the ground. Now, we got this cop right here running code three because another cop decided to enter another man's house who hasn't committed a crime. You just violated probation or whatever. He could have let the guy go. It's like, "Hey, I don't want to know about your beer cans. Just make sure you don't drive drunk. Have a good day. Looks like your dogs are healthy. See you later. I don't need to see an ID. I'm not here to make you insecure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. I am out of here." But they won't do that because they hate the Constitution. And by that, I mean, they hate you. They hate your freedoms. They hate your very life. They hate your dogs. They don't love anything. And you can't convince me that they do if they're just going to be orderf following psychopathic misfits for the parasitic political class. So you got this guy now running code three putting other lives in danger because the other cop can't even handle himself. Look at this guy. He is He is so out of breath. He cannot tackle this one skinny, frail old dude. Rosco bit the officer. Yeah. Now Daisy the dog's life is in trouble. And Rosco the dog's life is in trouble. And that other dog I don't think that other dog's life is in trouble because he just looks like a like a docel little lab. >> Old lab. >> Get off of me. Look at that old guy. Look at that old g guy or gal. Don't you love them? Don't you love them? Put a one in the comments section if you love dogs. They just I just love them. >> Want to go back now. >> Very brat. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. twice. He's from inciting the dog to bite. >> Back up. >> So now he pepper sprays Rosco the dog. >> Be aware friendly dog I've seen multiple times. [snorts] Spray. >> We sprayed the dog, too. Am I bleeding anywhere on the back side of my arm? >> Yeah, you've got broken skin. Not bad. It's that black and white one. It's not friendly. >> 3328. Just for 1043, I did get bit by the dog as well and tend to minor abrasion. All right, Brian, >> are you okay? >> So now, if the dog's life isn't in danger by the gun, the dog could be in danger by taking him to a pound for fear that the dog has rabies. Oh my god, it broke the skin. Take them to the dog pound. And the dog could lose their life in a myriad of different ways because the law enforcers are on the scene. >> Are you okay, >> Brent? Brent, talk to me here. Yeah. >> I'm a sergeant with Columbia County. Are you okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Are you hurting anywhere? I see you're bleeding a little bit on your hand. Are you bleeding anywhere else? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Let's check you out. Okay. Where' you tase? >> Uh, they were both upper chest. >> And you're okay otherwise? >> Got to see where my bites are, but got that multiple times. >> Brent, can we sit you up? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay, let's do that. >> Let's go steady. Okay. How about we get you to the front of the house? Can we do that so EMS can get you checked out? >> Yeah, as soon as I get up. >> He's all right, puppy. But if you bite me again, you're going to get sprayed again. I'm going to lift you up. Okay. Ready? But hey, back off. >> Tell him to back off. Hang on. You don't listen. >> Yes, you can. Tell them. Tell them you're okay. >> Let's go. >> You at least try to get him in this door. >> We will get them in the house. Can I have a drink of water? >> We're not getting you anything right now. They got to get you checked out. >> My name's Austin with the ambulance. What's your name? >> Got me on the kester and on the thigh still. >> No, it's not. Search him really well. He had a pocketk knife. I tried to pull it out of his pocket and then he starts grabbing at it after I get it out of his pocket. >> Stand up front. >> So, I chuck that knife as far as the ambulance. Face the ambulance. >> Carry being honest. The windows got to be closed. The bathroom doors got to be closed. >> Well, we're not going back inside the house and a dog biting us. >> You won't let me just go at least close the window and >> No, >> man. I'm telling you, none of this would have happened. None of this would have happened if this guy had just not answered the door. None of it. Joseph Doe just purchased five Here's the deal memberships for people in the room. If you became a beneficiary of one of those, give Joseph a shout out. Thank you, Joseph. >> I'll try to see what I can do to close it from the outside. >> Then it's going to have to stay the way it is. >> You're going to run out with >> Well, I'm sorry. You shouldn't have fought with us. >> Well, >> we're not going back in your house with your dog. >> You shouldn't have fought with us. How about you shouldn't have violated my rights. Uh you should have upheld the Constitution. You should have not made me insecure in my person's houses papers and effects and in my dog's lives. >> Dog has bitten both of us. We're not letting you out of handcuffs. >> I told you that was going to happen. >> Okay. Well, you shouldn't have fought. >> And you shouldn't have been telling the dog, "Get him, Rosco." >> That guy's a sergeant right there. This guy right here, this guy's a sergeant. >> Get him. >> Multiple times he yelled that >> cuz that guy had the extra charges. >> I must say, I thought I gave him a run for his money. >> Let's not Let's not even joke around about that. You understand that the consequences that potentially could happen, right? >> I've never done that before. >> Yeah. Well, it's never going to happen again. >> I miss the dog. >> Hi, baby. >> Help. Ouch. It's okay. >> Come on, Rosco. >> The bone. Come on. Let's get the bone. >> Come on, buddy. >> Hold on. Let me see if I can scam me. >> Yeah. Come with me, bro. >> Can I tell her what's going on? >> We'll tell her. >> Pretty sure you have a no contact with her unless it's for child custody stuff. Is that correct? >> No. >> Man, must have saw something wrong then. We'll verify that. >> Hi, Tammy. Um, yeah. So, myself and another deputy got bit. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. No, we're fine. Is Rosco vaccinated? >> I had taken it in personally. I don't remember the date, but he has his rabies. >> Why was >> and we were trying to arrest Brent in the process. Multiple people got bit and Brent was fighting with the deputies. >> He called me and he said that they wanted to come. >> Yeah, Brent was fighting with the deputies because the deputy was trying to attack Brent in his own living room. >> Electrocuting Brent on his living room floor, jeopardizing the lives of Brent's dogs. So, he was telling you when he called you, "If they're going to play games with me, I'm just going to go run and hide or something." >> That's what he told me. And I said, "Don't be stupid." I said, "Just talk to them. If they want to look at the animals, let them look at the animals." But I said, "Make sure you tell them about Roshco. He's a rescue. >> Just" So, his ex-wife told him to talk to cops and he took his ex-wife's advice and talked to the cops and let him in his house. >> I'm sorry. He's got >> something needs to be investigated. It needs to be investigated. >> He came to our apartment last week. He was like peeking in our windows and said he was going to break the window and get in our apartment and my son was so scared. I was going to call you guys and >> if that's true, Brent might be a really really bad dude. But you know what? To Brent's credit, he's not law enforcement. He could be ex law enforcement. I mean, he sure acts like it. He acts like a dumb law enforcement agent or ex- law enforcement agent. You know, he's as bad as Brent might be, he's not out there committing roadside piracy against other people. He's not breaking into people's homes. He's not making them insecure in their person's houses, papers, and effects. He's not violating their rights >> that we know of. If he is, then he's just as bad as cops. But he can't do as much damage as cops do because they do it legally and with authoriti. And there's tons of bootlickers who will just back the thin blue line no matter what. even if it happens to them. And you know what it is? >> I don't want to have to go to jail again. I'm like, >> don't ever hesitate to call. I I understand that the situation. >> Always hesitate to call. Never. I mean, unless it's your last resort and you're willing to go to the great beyond, never call law enforcement. If you think you your day is bad now, wait till the cops show up. >> Behind it, bud. >> Yeah. >> Let's get to the hospital. >> All right. According to court records, this suspect Brent was charged with resisting obstructing two counts of felony aggravated battery to a peace officer causing serious bodily harm and violation of probation. He is >> What about the charges for the police officer? What about breaking and entering? What about violating the Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person? What about jeopardizing the lives of Brent and his dogs? What about the in living room electrocution? What about Can we talk about that? Midwest safety. Let's see if does he even say anything at the end here? Let's see. >> Clamped down and started shaking his head. Those officers could have been hurt. Get him, Rosco. Now I'm looking at this. >> Brent was charged. >> This is Officer John here. Let's see what Officer John says. >> Once Brent starts yelling, "Get him, Rosco." Now I'm looking at this a little differently cuz Rosco didn't just randomly decide to bite somebody. From what we can see, his owner was actually encouraging him to go after the officer. >> Yeah, that's a that's just a dumbass move, especially when it's on body cam. The judge ain't going to think too highly of that. No jury is going to give Brent any slack for sickening a dog and a cop. He's probably gonna go down down down the river or up the river or up Shitz Creek without a paddle for a long long time because of that. This guy's just he's just stupid. He's just dumb. >> And a dog that size can do some serious damage depending. >> Yeah. Good dog. Good dog. Good dog. Rosco, you get a special treat tonight if you if you make bail. You know, >> on the dog, a dog bite could be somewhere around 150 to 250 PSI, which >> Oh, God. if he just had clamped on and just you know cops don't have any problem sick the canine their police canine on you but when you sick your dog on them oh gosh they they just can't stop crying about it can they tear muscle and tendons break smaller bones or even cause nerve damage now luckily these bison >> and gosh we would not want nerve damage or torn bones and cartilage and and ligaments on a law enforcement officer we do not want that guys don't call for that that's just messed up man so messed up >> pretty quick. But if Rosco had clamped down and started shaking his head, those officers could have been hurt a lot worse. Now, animal control still has to look at the whole situation. >> God, how many people How many people has Look at Look into this man's eyes. This is Officer John. He's the owner of Midwest Safety. Midwest Safety gets like a 100 million views a month. This guy is raking in the dough. When he was a cop, when he was a street cop, how many people did he abuse? How many windows did he break? How many women did he extract? How many times did he put his knee on somebody somebody's back where they couldn't breathe? How many times did he hotbox somebody in the patrol vehicle? How many people are sitting in a cage right now who've committed no crime, left no victim, but Officer John was just following orders. I'm just doing what I'm told. I'm a good old boy of the state. I'm in the big club. That person isn't. I'm going to go get him. That's what I That's how I view officer John. >> Go acting defensively. Was this an unprovoked attack? Or was his owner basically using him as a weapon? But based on what we watch, it's possible Rosco won't be considered dangerous from this incident alone. But Brent yelling, "Get him, Rosco," could create much bigger legal problems for him down the road. You know, I never understood when people say, "Oh, he's friendly. He won't bite." Listen, a good dog can still become dangerous when the wrong person is the owner. >> Yeah. Well, that's how I view law enforceers. They're always dangerous, no matter who's wearing that badge uniform gun, no matter if they're on duty or off duty. And speaking of on duty and offduty, this is an offduty police officer who gets pulled over by Arkansas state troopers. And this offduty officer is going in excess of 100 miles per hour on icy roads in an inebriated state. And you would think if anybody knew not to take a field sobriety test, it would be a cop who issues field sobriety tests. And why don't you want to take a field sobriety test? Why do most, if not all, of, you know, legal teams, lawyers, ex- cops tell you never take a field sobriety test? Because it's very subjective. It is designed to make you fail. And yet, we're going to watch this Yahoo cop putting other lives at risk, encountering the very law enforcement agents that he's a part of, and he's going to take the very test that he knows that he shouldn't take. And that's that he's used to trip up other people in the past. Watch this. Hi. Down the back windows. Roll down the back windows. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Hi. Can I see your license? Thank you. >> Now, I want you to listen to this very closely. Let me back up here. Watch this. Just keep your eyes and your ears peeled, okay? Because while this off-duty officer claims that he doesn't want and is not looking for special preferential treatment, both he and the female Arkansas trooper are saying things low-key, probably hoping that the body cam doesn't pick it up. And there is preferential treatment going on. Whether he walks away in cuffs or not, whether they give him the field sobriety test or not, or the breath test, he is going to get extra special preferential treatment because all of this is done with apology of, believe it or not, the Arkansas State Troopers, who are the worst. They are notorious for being mean to people who aren't officers. Check this out. Listen real close. >> Thank you. >> Come on, man. Huh? 100 102. >> He's thinking he's doing 80, which is stupid. Look at I don't know if you saw the the ice when she was walking up, but there's ice all over the side of the roadways. There's probably patches of ice that he can't see in the street. And to be doing 80 miles hour in those kind of conditions is just stupid. >> You got your registration. What's that? >> Thank you. Where you coming from? Oh, I just dropped your license. >> All right. >> Now, this trooper is going to ask questions. A battery of questions that this cop does to people all the time. This cop should know not to answer any of these questions. >> Okay. All right. You got to take it easy, man. I'll be right back. Look at the I look at the road. Look at the road conditions. There's snow all over the side of the streets or probably ice on the road. >> Okay. What's going to go on here? >> I didn't hear what he said. >> It's counting. >> Oh, why's he got a regular plate on there? >> I mean, I got I had a regular plate on mine all the time. What was his excuse for driving like an >> said he saw he was going 80? >> I saw you like get up behind him and I'm like, damn, they're cooking. >> Yeah. >> So that I stepped it up and once you called it out, I was like, hey, I'm going to turn my cameras now. >> I don't think I smell anything, but just go talk to him, please. Just so I want to stick my opinion. I don't think I smell anything. I don't want to read into it, but just coming from girlfriend's house, so >> just just just go up there and be like, "Hey, sorry. She just got kind of be like, "Oh, she was kind of amped up cuz you know you are going 100." So she gets kind of irritated with that stuff. You know, she doesn't like the speeders and stuff. >> So just see what he said. >> Did you ask him anything? >> Do what? >> Did you ask him anything? >> I did not. No, I didn't want to overstep on yours, but I uh >> Did you smell it? >> I I'm almost positive I did. And his eyes are kind of bloodshot, too, and watery. I don't know if you noticed this, but they're being super careful how they speak, knowing that they're on body cam. >> And he said that he was coming from uh he told you he was coming from his girlfriend's house, right? He told me that he was going to his girlfriend's house, and he's really nervous. >> Really [ __ ] nervous. You start this way. >> This sucks. >> Did you hear that? There you go. This sucks. Did they even put it in text? Let's see. >> This sucks. >> This sucks. What sucks? Well, it doesn't suck when they're pulling you over. It doesn't suck when they're economically terrorizing you. It doesn't suck when they slap you at the DUI, but somehow it all of a sudden goes into the realm of it sucking if it's a fellow law enforcement agent because they do believe that badges and uniforms grant special rights. I recognize them, too. And he's like, "Yo, you don't recognize me?" And I was like, >> "God damn it, I can't stand." If he wasn't so nervous that God [clears throat] damn it, I can't stand it. I can't stand it that I have my body cam on. You know for a fact this would go completely different if they didn't have their body cams on. If there's no dash cam running, if they didn't have their body cams on. Hey dude, I tell you what, I think you might be drunk. I just call a buddy, a cop buddy, and have them drive your vehicle home. They didn't pound your vehicle. They put you into a cage, slap you with a DUI, even if you blew triple zeros. We've seen that so many times before, but now that it's a cop, this sucks. Oh man, I [snorts] have to do this cuz I'm going to get scrutinized. I don't want to get in trouble. I'm not going to put my life and livelihood on the chopping block. No, Siri Bob, >> I wouldn't have gave it away as much. >> His eyes were a little watery from what I saw. I was just like, >> God, >> concerns. >> Do you want me to ask him? No, we'll get him out and I'll ask him. He's going to know though. He's going to understand that >> he already knows >> by how nervous he is right now. >> I thought he was. Yeah, I thought he >> What's the plan of attack? >> God, it's so crazy. Of course, I I don't care who you are. I don't care if you're a former cop. I don't care if you're a current cop. If a cop pulls you over, you're going to be nervous. That's going to be a natural human reaction. But all of a sudden, it's a standard for guilt. You looking nervous, huh? He's awfully Yeah. That's cuz you guys are notorious for killing people, for tasing people, for dragging them out of the car, dragging them through the mud, economically terrorizing them, stealing their vehicle. Even if you don't die, you're going to a cage. Of course, you're nervous >> on this one. >> But be honest with them. Be upfront with them. So, >> be honest. >> It just depends on how I mean, you've done it. I've done it. And it just depends on how um I suppose compliant he's going to want to be with everything to be honest is what it's going to be coming down to. So I'm just I just like my radio's been all messed up tonight. I'm just I was kind of hoping to knock out the other one arrest I already had. So I was like well yeah somebody said if you're relaxed they'll use that against you. anything. He was driving too fast. He was driving too slow. He didn't activate his turn signals. Everything looked too perfect. You Hey, we knew you were guilty. You know how we knew you were guilty? Cuz you were going exactly the speed limit. It doesn't You're You're damned if you do, damned if you don't around these cops, man. So you set him up there. >> I just bring him out of the car. Okay. >> I told Carl to leave because it was probably a bad idea. >> Yeah. I didn't know if he knew and I was like, "What is this?" >> Yeah. I just >> You got your sidearm on you? Leave it in the car. Okay. >> You got your sidearm on you? just leave it in the car. So calm if you told them you had a gun. As a matter of fact, if you said, "I got a CCW, man. I'm completely approved. I'm legit. I've got the permission slip from the government." And they're like, "Okay, let's go ahead and see that." And you reach back and you grab it like Philando Castile did. You will be filled full of holes like your Swiss cheese. They will mag dump on you. If they'll mag dump on you for an acorn dropping on the hood or the top of a patrol cruiser, they'll mag dump on you because they think that you're reaching for that sidearm. But look how cool she is. Because it's a fellow officer, she knows, well, there's probably not going to be a repercussions. He's got a sidearm. I'm not too freaked out about it because he is me. Just for the rest of this track traffic stop, ask yourself, would she treat me like this? He's all reaching in his pockets and they're not freaking out. Man, get your hands out of your pockets. Keep your hands where I can see them is what they tell you and me. >> Stir. Sir, those are fertive movements. >> Watch out for the roadway. He's got his hands all in his pockets. Man, this would You would not be allowed to do this. You would be face down on that cold cold asphalt. >> I don't really like that we're here. Okay. Um, >> she doesn't say that to you. I don't like that we're here, man. I hate that what I'm about to do right here. I'm I'm really sorry, man. Hold this while your eyes are watering. Okay. >> I need to do an OWI investigation. >> Okay. I mean, >> earlier >> he just admitted that he had a drink earlier. What a dumbass. >> All right. Um, any context you were? >> Yeah, context. >> I'm going to do this as as I would normally do it. All right. I just Yeah. >> All right. Um, any injuries, head injuries, anything I need to know about? >> Uh, I mean, yeah, a little bit of everything. I was in the army for quite a while. >> Okay. Um, >> I got PTSDs. I got some serious mental problems. And, uh, well, I guess that's why my county hired me to be a road pirate law enforcer. Yeah, makes a lot of sense. If you've got mental issues, if you got PTSDs, the last thing they need to give you is a badge, a uniform, a gun, and the authority of the state. Give me a break. Um, any prescription medications you're on? Anything that affects your eyes? >> No. >> Okay. Um, can you just bring your feet together, hands at your sides for me? Can you see the tip of my finger? >> Yes. >> Do me a favor. You're a little bit taller than me. Bring your chin down a little bit so I can tip my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. You understand? >> Yes. Look at this guys. He's actually going to take an FST. I don't even know what to think about that. You and I know and he knows that's completely subjective. you and I and he knows and they know that you should never submit to a field sobriety test because it's designed to make you fail. It's just mindblowing. It's as mind-blowing is the guy who just let a cop in to inspect his house for no reason. I'm just going to fast forward through this. He only does the nestagmas test with or she only does the nestagmas test with him and then because the icy conditions she doesn't have him do the other the the toe toheel thing and the other deal. Let's see. Let's go. Let's just fast forward this. See what she says. >> Now listen to him make an excuse about mouthwash and cough syrup. >> Um it's too cold and I need to do walk and turn one leg. I just want to do PVC. Okay. Your mouth right now. When's the last time you did drink anything? Anything? >> I mean, I did some mouthwash before I I got over here. >> You what? >> Mouthwash and some cough syrup. >> I did some mouthwash and cough syrup bit before I came over here. You can just know that's a lie. You can smell that lie from 50 miles away. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm battling the flu. What else is doing right now? >> I'm battling the flu. As a matter of fact, when you caught up with me, I was trying to outrun the field the flu. That's why I was doing 102 mph. >> I can see the mouthwash. Is that what the bluish t doing? >> Yeah, that's what I downed when you went back to your vehicle so you wouldn't smell the alcohol in my breath. My god. Nice deep breath. Take a take a sens. show you what it's got. It's got deep breath gobble up bubb go up go up go up go up go up go up go up go up go up go up go up go Guess what it is. Can anybody guess what it is? What's the reading for the breathalyzer test? The limit in most states is 0.08. What do you think he blew? How high do you think it went? Just take a stab at it before we proceed. Three, two, one. Send your cards and letters, folks. Here we go. >> All right. I got to read you though. I got to read. Okay. >> You got it. Right. >> I have to read your Pent. >> What is it? What is it at? 0 to 04 >> 084. He's 0.004 over 08. Just barely over. And in my mind, that's not even drunk. Hi, Problem intoxicated. The opportunity to submit your chemical test and inform you that you're refused to submit the chemical test. suspension of your driving. If you have any refusal for two years, do not take >> I don't know, man. Like I mean I >> now more importantly than what he blew is what do you think's going to happen to this cop? Let me ask you this. What would happen to you or I if Lyft or Uber found out that we were driving drunk? What would happen to you if you were a driver for FedEx, for some other delivery service like UPS, or if you were a truck driver and you had a CDL? What would happen to you? You'd lose your CDL. You would no longer live work for Lyft or Uber. You would no longer work for UPS or FedEx because you'd be a liability to that free market company. But what do you think's gonna happen to this guy when they just concluded that he's a 084? Now he's going to go in to the breathalyzer test at the police station and get it double verified that he was driving, you know, legally over the limit. What do you think's going to happen to him? >> PBT is basically [ __ ] >> PBT is not certified, correct? >> Yeah, I know. But >> how long ago was your last, >> dude? It's been hours. >> It's been hour. I mean hours theoretically she'd be on obviously know if you refuse she's gonna apply for a search warrant. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Your mouth. >> Did you hear what the guy said? He said it's probably because of the freaking mouthwash. >> After admitting to having a couple drinks. Yeah. I mean, I've only been on the road for like five minutes. 10 minutes. >> Yeah. I've only been on the road for five minutes and I just live right down the street. It's always I'm just right down the street. God, I'm almost home. It's right around the corner. >> I mean, >> did you did you rinse your mouth with mouthwash in between? >> Like in between me coming up? >> No. >> What a liar. Yes, you did. Your lips were still blue. Your gums and in between your teeth were still blue. Of course, you did. I was on the I was only on the road for like five minutes. He was probably on the road for like 50 minutes, maybe an hour. That stuff would all be gone from his mouth. He took a swig of the mouth mouthwash to mask the alcohol on his breath. Everybody knows it. >> Um, it's up to you. Obviously, I hate that you're here, but that's why we're asking you like when's your when was your last year? you're on the deep and I do a certified breath test and then it's under that's the certified result. >> Yeah. >> And I I would like it to be under >> it is what it is. >> It is what it is. Here's my thought about drinking alcohol and driving. I think you are an absolute dumbass who is self-centered and inconsiderate. So self-centered and inconsiderate that you're going to get behind the wheel of a 3,00 to 4,500 lb machine going 60 70 80 miles per hour putting my family's life in jeopardy, your family's life in jeopardy. I think that's a dumbass thing to do. On the other side of it, you can totally drink a couple drinks a couple hours before or even a beer right before and not even be inebriated. There shouldn't even be these laws. This is a violation of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This is a violation of human rights. I saw this I I think I played it uh probably in a video two weeks ago, but it was a it was a video of this farmer saying, "Man, we can't even drink a cold one on our way home from a 12, 13 hour shift." Drinking a cold one is not a crime while you're driving. It doesn't mean you're going to be impaired when you've had one. I'm not advocating that anybody do this, but I don't have a problem with those who would. The state does though because they want to pretend that they care about you, that they care about your family, and we got to get these dastardly criminals off the road. So, there's no there's no freedom. There's no leeway in this entire system right here. So, even what's that guy's name? Zack Galifanis. that that kid that was a football player at that high school and he got stopped by that that just disaster of a police officer. Totally flew through the field sobriety test, took three breathalyzer tests, blew triple zeros three times, and they still arrested him. If that cop has a hard on to put you into a cage, you are going into a cage whether you violated one of their rules, ordinances, or codes or not. I mean, it is what it is, right? I mean, >> it's either it's either yes to the certified test, which is the the breath test, >> um, or no. >> I mean, if I say no, you're taking me, right? >> So, I mean, I might as well might as well do the broadcast test. All right. >> Put my knives in my >> Wait a minute. You got a knife on you. Every everybody if if that was you. Wait, you got a knife on you? You got your hands in your pockets. Everybody pulls their weapons and fills you full of holes. No, not him. Because he's part of the club, man. When you're in the big club, you've got special privileges. >> Leave your car here. Can we just lock it up here? >> Okay. Um, is your key in there? >> Uh, it's on my >> Okay. Right now, let's go. Hang on. I have to detain you for the transportation. >> Okay. Well, can I put my stuff? I mean, you want to put stuff in there. >> Can I get your stuff? Can I have one of you guys search him? >> Let's grab you. Where's your key at? >> Now they're searching him. See, you and I would have already been searched if not searched and handcuffed. >> Like this. It was red. He agreed. do the backs of your hands together. >> So they cuff him and they put him into the front of the patrol cruiser. Let's just go forward with this >> or something. >> Hey, you're on speaker phone. I'm in a state police squad car. >> So now he's either talking to his wife or his girlfriend. And listen to her very interesting reaction. If I told my wife, hey, I'm in a state patrol cruiser. I I couldn't get the next word out without Trish going, "You're what? What? Wait, what happened? What's going on? Why are you there?" Listen to this. on my way to the Lake Station Police Department >> for traveler. >> He's all monotone and we still haven't heard from his significant other yet. >> What? >> Yeah. So, you're on speaker phone. >> She still hasn't said anything yet. I was on my way back to the house and I should be okay. I PBT at like 0.05% on the legal limit. So kind of ridiculous, but >> she still has he's been talking to her for like 20 25 seconds and she still hasn't said one word. >> It is what it is. So, but worst case scenario, I'll be giving you a call here in a little bit if I blow 0.001% over the legal limit. So, She said, "Yeah." And he said, "Okay." What What kind of relationship do these people have? What is going on here? It doesn't sound like this woman cares or is concerned about anything that's happening in this guy's life at all. >> I will keep you updated. >> What did she say? >> Okay. >> I will keep >> Do you have to do that? >> You updated. All right. and I love you. >> He said, "I love you." And she said, "Yeah." Okay. I mean, I guess that's how somebody treats you if it's likely that there's domestic abuse involved in that relationship. I don't know. I don't know if there is or not. I'm just spitballing. That's all. All right. So now here's where he I'm just I'm going to go through all the boring details. There's not really anything that Oh, wait. >> So she had just a softer breath. So >> yeah, he she leads him through this test right here. Okay. He takes it. It it it turns out to be a 0.081 with the certified machine. He's literally 0.001 over. And to me, you know, that may be legally intoxicated, but I don't view that as impairment. >> So, one was under the legal, the other one was >> both of them are over. >> Look, she's trying to keep it real. DL right on the down low. >> This is just a check. Okay. Honestly, I'm surprised she hasn't mute her muted her mic yet. Almost 103 almost 110. [snorts] >> Yeah. I personally think if you're going to be that close, you know, be be a public servant. Get somebody out there and just have them drive people home. You're a public servant. I mean, the gas in your vehicle is paid for for by us. The vehicle itself was paid for by us. Uh, your entire salary and your pension is paid for by us. So, how about a little protection and service here? I don't care if this guy's a cop or not. >> So, now he talks to his girl again. And here's what happens to I'm going to get to to the end of this right here. He got a three-day suspension. I can almost bet it was paid. Back on duty within a week. Criminal case still open. Watch this. Reckless driving, unreasonable speed, operating a vehicle with an ACE of 08 or more, which is 081 back at the headquarters. And reckless driving, awaiting trial, or waiting trial, awaiting trial. This guy's name was Thaddius Gerald Bilski. And I guarantee you he is nothing's going to happen to him. And like somebody mentioned in the comment section, he will probably be promoted. In this video, I want you to see the dynamic of authority versus authoritar. So you got a police officer who's chasing someone he thinks is a speeder, and then they enter private property where there's a gate, and you have an allied security guard who's got her set of policies and orders to follow. So she in essence is her own order follower on that private property as a security guard and he is an order follower for the state. And so now you have a clash of order follower versus order follower. And I always love to see these because I like to see who tries to take the most firm ground. I like to see who backs down and who doesn't back down. And I love to see the excuse given by one person is the same excuse given by the other person. And what evens out the entire thing is might makes makes right. Who has the most resources to deploy at this? Who has the most manpower to have their way? Who has the most favor with the public? Because there are those bootlickers who say, "No, the authority, the weight of the authority rests on the law enforcer who's supposed to be there protecting and serving, not that private security guard who's protecting that private property." So in essence, people are basically saying no, the private must always give away give way to the public, even though the public makes its living off of force, violence, extortion, manipulation, and intimidation and escalation. Let's not forget that. So, let's take a look at this. This is super interesting, man. I love to take a look at the under the hood of the psychological underpinnings of what makes this allied security officer tick and what makes the law enforcement officer tick because it's the exact same thing. >> An officer is stopped dead in his tracks by a security guard while trying to conduct a traffic stop. >> Open the gate. Open the gate. Open the gate. Open the gate. >> Open the gate. >> Yes, you can because I'm stopping that vehicle. Either open the gate or you're going to go to jail. I'm going to go to jail. Okay, hold on, sir. Cuz I do have to call my supervisor. >> I'm trying I was trying to conduct a traffic stop and you're impeding in that investigation right now. I'm a I'm a police officer at this point. We're going to have a little meeting with my supervisor, too. >> I'm a police officer. And she could go, I'm a security guard. Hey, I'm just following orders out here. I don't write the laws. I just enforce them. I'm the same way. I'm just an order follower, too. I don't write the policies, codes, and ordinances on this private property. I'm just hired to enforce them. So, you have an enforcer of policies, codes, and ordinances, and another go guy who's a follower and enforcer of policies, codes, and ordinances. >> Okay. >> So, go. >> I do. I have to >> open the gate so I can turn around and be right here and get him up here now. >> Immediately, >> the officer calls his supervisor to the scene. As the supervisor is on his way, the officer has a chat with the security guard. And >> let me tell you, before they do this chat thing right here, I hate Allied security. They suck, man. They are so willing to violate people's rights out in the public. They will come off of uh private property and tell you you can't record on a public sidewalk into their private property. So, they're just as bad as cops. So, I love it when they bump heads in a situation like this. This is priceless. >> Coming in. He was trying to, you know, he was trying to make a traffic stop. >> There's a very good chance that you may be going to jail. >> No, it's it's a chance that I'm going to jail because I didn't want to let him in. >> It does not matter, sir. I was affecting a traffic stop and affect and affecting >> investigation. You can't She can't go to >> What if he said it does not matter, sir? Affecting a traffic stop does not trump a private security guard on private property. Ain't going to happen. Oh, you're going to take the my employee to jail. Well, we're going to take you to court. I'll tell you what, we're going to lock you up in our basement. What if you said that? Hey, if you try, if you lay hands on my gal, we're going to lay hands on your guys. And then they just keep bringing out. We're going to call five more guys. We'll call 10 guys. We're going to call 15 more guys. We're going to put choppers in the air. We're going to put drones in the air. And they just keep trying to one up each other. It'd be hilarious. >> Fail for impeding. >> Wait, but you did say he was trying to make a traffic song. >> Man, were my blue lights inside? Was my blue lights on? Look at this guy. They just can't They can't believe somebody's going to stand toe-to-toe against their authoritar. I get to see like 10 people on one side, 10 people on the other side. Everybody grabbing for their cops and their tasers and their guns, just having this little Hatfields and McCoy shootout. >> Hello. >> How are you? >> I'm good. >> So, I'm the on duty supervisor. >> Yes. Is there a reason why you don't let an emergency vehicle on the road interfering with >> I have to like usually I can't just you know let anybody in. So I >> anybody call anybody but >> man you're about to go to jail. >> You're about to go to jail for obstruction. >> I love how it looks like this security guard is just totally keeping her cool. Hey, I I just got to talk to my supervisor. I I'm just an order follower like you guys. Come on. You don't have the authority to stop fresh pursuit in the state of Florida. >> You don't have the authority, Steuart Police Department, to transgress or trespass on private property. Look, it's a standoff. It's a freaking standoff. And she's calling her supervis. It's a standoff and there ain't nothing you can do about it. My authoriti trumps your authoriti and you can't do anything. Schmidy, >> she closed the gate on you. >> Wow. >> I thought about just going. >> Did you hear that? Listen. >> She closed the gate on you. >> Wow. >> Wow. She closed the gate. Wait a minute. She closed the gate on my guys. She closed the gate on the people in the big club. On the thin blue line gang. Oh, that's the last thing she'll ever do. You don't do that to us. >> I thought about just going through it. >> This guy, [laughter] he's got little big man syndrome. You can tell right off the bat. >> He was already the the uh the employee was already on site. >> This is going to have to go to the top. [laughter] It's like I'm going to have to tell mom. I'm going to tell mom you touch me. You made me feel very uncomfortable. You wait till dad gets home. Oh man, your head's going to roll. >> The vehicle came in here. >> Vehicle comes in here, runs a stop sign, calls in my other traffic stop. Dixie cut off, run around the stop sign. I come down all the way down Dixie trying to catch up to it. It turns off here and I'm still a decent ways behind it, but I'd have been stopped right here. >> Well, you were a decent ways behind it. That means you broke the speed limit to catch up to somebody who just merely ran a stop sign. Okay, gotcha. We understand what's going on now. >> And truck pulls through. >> Stop right there. >> I If this gate would have stayed open, the truck would have been stopped right here. >> Oh, this this Oh, the truck was right here. >> Yeah. >> I I don't have enough for him to be alone. >> What's your supervisor's name? This is Corporal Lee with the Stewart Police Department. Yes. >> What's my supervisor's name? Well, you can call him sir. Sir, >> our officer was attempting to overtake a vehicle that was pulling into your parking lot. As the vehicle pulled into the parking lot, my officer was behind it with his blue lights and sirens and your security guard shut the gate on him and refused to open up the gate for him to affect a traffic stop. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> What's your What's your full name? >> Titan Ty. >> What's your full name, officer? I a >> No, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. She is she's directly obstructing a law enforcement action. This is not NASA. This is not a a facility that is that has restricted access during a uh a law enforcement action. This is a fully marked police car with this red and blue lights on. >> All right. >> So, wait a second. If it was NASA, it'd be different. What's the code for that? >> Hang on. Right here. If they were the liars at NASA, well, we can identify with those guys cuz they're like us, man. They will lie about anything. So, if it was NASA, hey, they would get a pass. But you guys, you guys aren't NASA and we're going to throw your security guard into jail. >> First name Tatiana, last name of >> Oh, no. No. But yes, but you have to understand that you still have to follow the law. That That's kind of common sense. Don't shut a gate on the police officer and perform. He sounds like you look at the law >> of his duties. They had just let the employee in which in the police car was just behind it catching up and then your your security guard shut the gate. >> But you didn't open it for Okay. So the person was already >> Can we talk about the health and wellness standards of the Steuart police departments, please? Apparently health and wellness is not a professional standard in that department. And then all I seen was light just come like but >> if it was like a medical emergency or something like that. Why don't you open the gate? >> I would still have to call >> I don't I don't I don't think you understand. You have to follow. >> Yeah. If there was a medical emergency or anything like that, you wouldn't let us in. >> So that that's the issue. >> So then here's the thing. You're going to need somebody. You're going to need a new security guard here in a second. >> Here's the thing. That's euphemism for here's the deal. Here's the deal. You're going to need a new security guard because the security guard you currently have in the guard shack will not be guarding anymore uh but will actually be in our custody in the jail. And look at the hanging flash on the back of those arms right there. >> To come to the gate because she's going to go to jail for obstruction for do for obstruction. >> Let me ask you this. What time do all your employees get here? >> This time all the time or >> all different times? Okay. all these assets, but they they speed a lot. Let me just say that. They speed a lot. >> Uh you guys that's weird. Our our guys speed a lot and your guys speed a lot. I mean, you guys are constantly breaking your own speed limits. Man, we're so similar. It's like we're cousins. >> No, that No, that officer was that officer has already ordered her to allow him inside and she refused. So, no, no, she doesn't have that. No, no. How is this Steuart Police Department official going to solve any crime in the neighborhood, pursue any car thief, any kidnapper? She's got maximum 20 seconds of cardio in the tank and she's done. Absolutely done. I mean, it's like gang members are like, "Hey, I know where we can get some free weapons. Just wait till she exits the doughut shop." >> That's not how this works. Okay, I will call you back. Let's go. >> Y there's there's a butt in the front. There's a butt in the front and a butt in the back. >> Let's go. >> But but but we got butt in front. We got a butt in the back. >> They're going to actually put the handcuffs on this poor girl, man. What in the flipping hell is going on? Literally victimized no one. and actually did she actually performed a public service. She raised the gate for the guy that the cop was following and dropped the gate when the guy the cop got to the gate. She actually served and protect somebody which is the exact opposite. She was keeping this guy from being victimized by the police department. I applaud this allied security employee. She did her job. Exactly. >> She did her job. >> I'm going to go to the other side of the car. Step right here up against my purpose. >> Ma'am, do you is there another security officer that works here on scene? >> Is there another security officer that works here? >> Where would anybody be coming from if they needed to relieve you? >> God, look at [clears throat] it's just it's just a shame, guys. It is just a shame. It's embarrassing. How could the police chief not be embarrassed? The police chief probably can't be embarrassed because the police chief is 75, 80 pounds overweight as well. >> Uh, >> we got to get her ID cuz nothing's coming back for her. >> That's fine. Oh man. >> Listen up. It's two officers that usually come release me at uh 6:00. >> At 6:00? >> Yeah. >> Can you get back in there so you can call your boss back? We can get this figured out. How did you spell your first name? >> T Y T I A N A. >> Okay. Nothing's coming back for you. >> Do you have a Florida driver's license? >> Yes. >> Hello. >> M Corporal Lee again. Is there any Do you have another security guard on scene? He can send you to the gate. >> I'm the supervisor. I'm doing reliever and I'm 45 minutes away from her. I'm getting ready to come. I'm supposed to be there at 6:00. >> Okay. Okay. So, there's nobody else here. >> There's nobody at all. I'm the only one that can come over here to reliever. >> Okay. >> I won't be down until 6. >> Is there anybody in here that can come up here and take care of this for you? >> I just spoke to um um the safety guy. The safety guys, we live in the same area. We're both trying to get soon as we can. >> Okay. But there's no Is there a manager on site for right now? >> Right now, no. Is the employee over there and then um as far as like manager that can come and release her? I mean that I mean she really want because of because teaching my job. >> So So there there's a difference between doing your job and and common sense. >> There's a difference between doing your job and common sense. Could you could you explain that officer? Cuz basically you guys live your life economically terrorizing the rest of us, which doesn't even come close to what Tadiana, the Allied security woman does. At least she's not out there extorting people with a badge and a freaking gun and pretending she's the authority, that she's the king over everybody out in the road. There's and and for a law it's over the top. It's mentally over the top for me for a law enforcer to come along and try to school somebody about what the difference is between doing what you're told and common sense as they constantly do what they're told against common sense. negative on the way. >> If you shut the gate and refuse law enforcement entrance during a fresh This isn't like we just showed up for an investigation. I would understand it like if we showed up for an investigation. This officer was actively following a vehicle. >> Oh, so if we show if you show up for Let me just Can I get that on record? If you show up for an investigation, we can refuse you access, but then you're going to call us. You're going to say, "We're obstructing your investigation." You freaking liar. You're so inconsistent. You're so hypocritical. No, that's why nobody can understand you. That's why nobody can stand you. That's why you're always earning the hate into the property. And she actively left the gate down and refused to open it for him to continue his his law enforcement action. >> Oh, the horror. >> That's what he was trained for. That's what we was told. We're not supposed to let you guys ask question what's going on. We have >> We're just doing what we're told regardless of what is right. You guys can understand that, right? >> Ask question. And then we have to follow protocol because even me as a supervisor for that I will have done the same thing and then call the people or the HR people asking for green line and they'll tell me what to do to follow the jail. >> Okay. All right. We are going to work this out right now and then we'll get everything figured out. Okay. >> I'm trying to be there as soon as I can, sir. >> All right. Thank you. >> As soon as I can. All right. >> What do you think? What do you think about a warrant? >> Oh, not a warrant. You're going to ant her? >> You're going to ant her for resisting without for the obstruction. Okay. and then we're going to let her go. So, get what you got done as quick as possible. Get, you know, you don't have to do the the narrative. Get a her name, the charge, and then we're going to let her go. >> You know, if if I was part of an organization that was supposed to be professional, they were supposed to be uh public servants, just at first glance, just, you know, judging the book by the cover, which you can't do, by the way. You can do that. I couldn't be a part of an organization that was as unprofessional, unprepared, out of shape, and so against wellness as this band of, you know, I just call they're just they're just misfits. That's all they are. >> Go from there. >> Tell her I'm going to set your phone in the office. >> Ma'am, he's going to set your phone inside the office. Okay. >> I told you these I've been saying for the past two, three days, these airport people have been spinning up and down. I've been trying to catch them >> around 4:30. >> 4:30. This is why I just I cannot fathom like I totally understand like if we're coming on site to do an investigation. You can do that. You can. >> You really can understand that. You liar because if it came down to an investigation, we'd be doing the same thing. You hypocrite. >> In fresh pursuit of a vehicle actively prevent us from doing our job. That's what if in a car chase he comes, she just >> safe. You're safe. No, that's not how that works. Absolutely not. >> Is her manager on scene? >> No, he's 45 minutes away. >> Oh. >> You want to hear the good news? You're not going to jail today. You are getting a notice to appear. I'll explain all that in just a minute. >> So taking you through the whole booking process there. We're going to release you with a court date today. Okay. >> Okay. >> We're going to step back inside so you don't get so wet and explain everything to >> So why did you just get done doing what you did? Because you want to show that you can. You want to show that you're the big kids on the block. You want to show that you're the major power. You're the ones who you own this turf. The turf is yours. It's the crips and the bloods and you win. You don't want the bloods in your area. So, you as the crips have basically sprayed your area. You've laid down your scent. You showed us who's boss. Thank you, Steuart Police Department. >> So, in lie of you going to jail, you're going to be given a court date. Your court date is as stated here on June 18th at 2026 at 1:00. You have to appear for that. This is a in le of arrest. This is a written arrest. If you fail to appear, then a warrant for your arrest will be put out. Do you understand what I'm saying? >> Yes. >> Do you understand why this is happening? >> Have I been perfectly clear when I was sitting there? I think I believe I requested for you to open the gate three times and explain to you that I was trying to conduct a crap traffic stop. >> You understand? And you said, "Well, I got to call my supervisor." Well, that's not an option. >> It's not an option because we say it's not. I can almost guarantee you that Tatiana, she's almost there right now, but Tatiana will probably one day apply to be an officer with the Steuart Police Department and she's going to be doing the exact same thing that's being done to her today. >> Those lights are on and I'm conducting my business, you don't have the right, no matter what, to interfere with that. Had you opened the gate, then we wouldn't be having this conversation. Okay? Do you understand? So, I understand that if you know your your bosses tell you to do something that we all want to try to please our bosses, but you can't directly disobe with something like that. Okay. That's why you're not going to jail. You have any questions for me? >> All right. >> Do I need do I need to leave my money or anything? >> I mean, you don't have to. I just know if you need if your boss needed training. >> Nah, I think we're good. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Have a good one. This suspect, 29-year-old Titiana, was charged with resisting arrest without violence. However, >> you have got to be kidding me. Resisting arrest without violence. What a bunch of schmucks. >> The charge was later dropped and her case was closed. >> Now, it was difficult to determine who was legally correct. >> Oh, this is Officer John. Wait, what's he going to say? This is a Midwest safety. I did not know that. Let's see. What's Officer John going to say? and part us with a little law enforcement wisdom over there. William, >> however, the charge was later dropped and her case was closed. >> Now, it's difficult to determine who was legally correct here because for me, it comes down to three things. First, this appears to be private property. And second, how much authority does security have at the gate? And third, >> wait, wait a second. What if authority doesn't exist? What if there's no such thing as somebody who has a right or any kind of claim on your life and property? What if that because that's what authority is. Authority means author or originator of. And when they're trying to move in on your life, on your property, they're basically saying, "I have control over your life and property." So, does in actuality, does does authority exist? Does anybody have a higher claim over your life and property than you? Does anybody have a right to initiate unjust force and violence on peaceful people who haven't harmed another soul? The answer is no, they don't. So, if the answer to those two questions is no, then authority can't possibly exist because that's what authority says. Authority says I have a right to control you whether you want me to control you or not. I have a I have the authority to engage in a conversation. If you don't engage in a conversation with me, then I have the right they believe they have the right to use to exercise force, coercion, intimidation, escalation to get you to do what they want you to do. So authority cannot possibly exist unless you want to be uh dishonest about what authority actually is. So, so Officer John, Officer John here says that he has to consider three things. Is this private property? The answer is yes. It's private property and you can do whatever you want to on your own property and nobody's got a right to trespass on your property. That includes people who wear clown costumes. Number two, authority of the security guard. It's not so much that she has authority, it's that she has the the approval of the property owner to follow the policies that she's agreed to and that's called the free market. And John says, "Number three, third consideration, traffic stop equals fresh pursuit." What does it matter? It's a corporate traffic stop. So when you're working for corporate entities, you're actually and claiming that you're working for the will of the people, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, you know, the protection of all that stuff. when it turns into a protectionist racket where you just um use traffic stops as a pretext to look for different things and really just hammer people so that you can shove them into the prison industrial complex which is being run by Geog Group and Core Civic. Uh now you got three criteria by which you shouldn't even be asking these questions. What you should be asking is does a person, I don't care what uniform, I don't care what costume, I don't care who they work for, does a person have the right to violate the consent of another person? The answer is no, they don't. And how do we know that? You just have to ask yourself one question. Do you want somebody violating your consent? Do you want somebody forcing you to do something that you don't want to do, go where you don't want to go, steal your money, damage your property? The answer is if you're not a psychopath or a liar, the answer is no. I don't want any of that stuff done to me. So, John is starting off from the wrong foundation here. Purely and simply easy common sense. Third, >> and probably the biggest one, did this traffic stop legally qualify as fresh pursuit? Her supervisor later says she was trained to close the gate. So, I can't really fault her for following the training she was given. That's >> I can't f I can't fault her. Well, good. At least he's consistent about that. I can't fault the security guard for following orders because that's exactly what the cops are doing. >> Leaves the question of whether that training applies when an officer is trying to continue a lawful traffic stop. Here's something most people might not know. Under Florida law, fresh pursuit isn't limited to somebody fleeing from a serious crime. It can also include an officer pursuing someone for a violation of Florida's traffic laws. Because the politicians, my political parasitic overlords, said that this is the way it's supposed to be. And because I'm just a little dutiful order follower doing what I'm told, regardless of what is right, this is the way it's going to be. In >> this case, the officer had just watched the driver run a stop sign before attempting the traffic stop. So, on one side of the coin, you have a security guard apparently following her training. And on the other, you have an officer who witnessed a traffic violation, and police believe he was lawfully continuing that stop. While it's difficult to say who's right, we'd love to hear from you. Leave a comment below who you think's correct in this situ. >> Well, John, here's the deal. You have an order follower versus an order follower and they kind of canceled each other out, didn't they? But didn't it unearth the grave hypocrisy of all law enforcement? Yes, I do believe it did. So, I want to hear your comments. What do you think? Do you think the the um dutiful order following allied security guard was in the right or do you think the steward police departments who officers who initiated force and violence on Tatiana? Do you think they were right or maybe they were both wrong? I personally believe that if a property owner hired an individual as a security guard, what doesn't matter what you think about allied security. Yeah, they suck. They they have low quality, low integrity employees that are constantly making mistakes and trying to violate the rights of others. But aside from all that, if I'm a property owner and I hire security guard for a specific purpose, do not let unauthorized personnel come in. And authorized personnel is somebody that I want on my property. Unauthorized is somebody that I don't want on my property. So if she's following the policy of a property owner, I see the Allied security guard Tatiana as being in the right here and the police the Steuart Police Department absolutely in the wrong. Let me know what you guys think. All right, let's go. Do you guys want to do one more? Let Let me Let me know if you guys want to do one more. This right here is very interesting, but maybe this was more interesting. I don't know if you guys have seen these new fangled X-ray machines. I call him newfangled because I haven't seen him before. And I've never seen anybody hide a stash. You know what I'm talking about? As well as this guy. This guy, even though he had diarrhea of the mouth, which you shouldn't when you're around a law enforcement officer because when they're asking you questions, you're under investigation and you are under no obligation to help them in their investigation of you. I thought this was fascinating because this little thing, I don't know if you can see it on this thumbnail right here, this little X-ray machine unearthed a payload and the way they hid the payload was pretty ingenious. And if you haven't seen this, it might be a good idea to go over it or we can go over this one right here. This is a family who's making their way AC from I think it's Phoenix, Arizona, and they're going to New Mexico. But both of these is another example of why you should never talk to police. And you have to be strategic about it. You have to be smart. You have to exercise wisdom. You have to do it in a certain way or you can trigger the ego of a cop, which is never a good day for you, even if you're in the right, because it's always dangerous to be right when the government is so wrong. So, let me know which one. I I only have time really to do one of them. In between this though, let me give shoutouts to people who've already given super chats and bought memberships in the room. We'll take a little intermission. And apparently there's somebody in the room speaking some nonsense. Who is it? Who's who's the nonsense speaker in the room? I think it's somebody who actually has a membership and what is going on here? What what is what is the core of the situation? I was it was hard for me to concentrate on it. So tell you tell me who's who's the troublemaker is in the room because I don't like blocking anybody. But if they're going to like interfere with people's ability to communicate, that's just basically taking away somebody else's rights. So, let me see. Dubs has become a new member. Hey, if you're not a member, become one today. It'd be awesome. It's only like $2.99 a month. I put out at least one video a day on this channel. Sometimes two, sometimes three. So, it's at least 60 videos I put out a month. If you think that's worth it to you, it's if you think it's worth three bucks, I think that's what, like 10 cents a day. Uh, I'd really appreciate it. Now, if you don't want to do that and you want to um support the channel anyway, you can do it for free, just like this video, share this video, subscribe to the channel, and hit the bell notification icon. I really appreciate it. That is definitely free to do that. Joseph Doe gifted five here's the deal memberships. Now, Joseph has done this for the past gez, how many Joseph? Like the last 10 live streams, you've bought five here's the deal memberships. It's crazy. The most of my members basically have not come from organic people who go, "Hey, I want to be a member of Brian's channel. It's come from Joseph uh Joseph Doe 2586 and Jay Lobo." Jay Lobo for the past gez at least 10 live streams has bought 50 Here's the deal memberships. And I'm not sliding Joseph for the five. I appreciate, you know, even one. It doesn't matter. But, uh, Jay Lobo has bought 50 H here's the deal memberships almost every single live stream for the past 10 live streams. Of the 847 members I have, I'd say over 550 600 of them came from just Joseph Doe and Jay Lobo, and I really appreciate that. Hey, what's up HBO? Matt got the Alamo arrest videos up. Harvey was arrested for his f the government shirt. Otto was kicked out for his signs. I gotta stay with my rifle. I gotta I gotta keep up with that. I I somebody John Eagle sent me a text today that had a picture of Harvey Freeird sitting on a little half wall surrounded by 20, not 20, two um female cops. And um I'm really kind of behind on what happened on that. So, what's Brett saying? Okay, Brett, stop hiding behind a phone screen. Who wants Brett to call in and just kind of air just air his grievance? What's your grievance, Brett? What is your grievance? What's What's the main thing that Brett wants to get across here? Here's your platform right here. Hey, what Audron also has gifted at least one here's the me deal membership for the past, you know, four or five. If I'm wrong, Audron, let me know. But four or five live streams. Thank you, Audron. Yeah. Yeah. Watson out of you says, "Yeah, Brett, get it off your chest." Brett, you want me to just drop a link and you just come on in the room and just tell us what you got to say? Brett's having a bad day. Love you, Brett. Man, I if you're having a bad day, I don't want you to have a bad day. I want you to have a good day because you know, life is short, man. There's no telling how when we're going to go out. Let's see what what's Brett saying here. Ideal government. [clears throat] There's no such thing. It's like saying ideal slavery. I mean, even George Washington, who was part of the government, understood what the government was. He actually said, and these are his words, government is not eloquence. It is not reason. I'll go. It's not common sense. It's not wisdom. It's not goodness. It's not nobility. It's not anything that's wholesome in this world. Government is not eloquence. It's not reason. It is force. That's all government is. It's in the word govern. Control. If I'm a governor, I'm a controller. And what am I doing? Am I just controlling my cell phone? Am I just controlling the trajectory of my coffee mug? No, I am controlling people. I want to control people. I want to take money from people. I want to create policies that if people don't obey my policies, they get punished. If you don't do what I say, you shall be punished. You shall be vanquished by the enforcers. My enforcers. So Brett says, "I want you to tell me your ideal uh your ideal control mechanism. I want you to tell me your ideal tyranny. There is no there's there's no ideal tyranny. Just like there's no ideal evil. There's no ideal disgusting uh road piracy. It's not it's not ideal. What is ideal is the free market. And the free market is dangerous. I just so happen to be one of those crazy be people who like dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery because less people will die. More people will live a prosperous life. You'll get to keep 100% of what you own. And we will all know what crime and criminal activity is. Right now, we don't because there's legality and illegality. I mean, this United States government used to sanction and legalize the buying and selling of human beings. It's called slavery. And if you dared to free a slave, Brett, you would be seen as a criminal. Now, is freeing human beings from the clutches of other psychopathic human beings, is that criminal activity, Brett? No, it's not. No, it's not. It's freedom- minded, liberty. It's it's um it's nobility. It's goodness. It's wholesomeness to free another human being from the clutches of a psychopathic human being. But government is psychopathy. Government is the idea that other people have the right to rob and rule you. And if you don't submit to the robbery or rulership, you are the bad guy. See, it's no good measure. It's it's no indication of good mental health to be considered well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. And a government depends on a society that's profoundly sick to continue to perpetuate itself. And that's why we have elections every year because people are so brain dead that they actually cast their vote of support for psychopathic political parasites they know are liars. Democrat liars, Republican liars, independent liars, Green Party liars. They're just liars cuz when they get the reigns of power, they'll be in control and they'll head up the policies of taxation and welfare and warfare. They control the levers of the coercive state and you will be crushed under their feet, Brett. Tell me your ideal government. I'll give you an example of my neighborhood. In my neighborhood, nobody requests that other neighbors be robbed for the benefit of other neighbors. Now, they may vote on the national scale. I don't know that. But in our daily lives, everyone is an anarchist. In other words, everyone believes they are their own rulers. That they control. They're only responsible for themselves. The only thing that they are legitimately, reasonably free to exercise authority over is themselves. and no other themselves and their own property. It's called the doctrine of self ownership. And when you submit to government, you give all that away because you just said, "No, I want Donald Trump to rob me and rule me. I want Kla Harris to rob me and rule me. I want Joe Biden and Barack Obama. I want the Bushes. I want them to rob and rule me. I want them to set up the technocratic police state, the Orwellian, allseeing, unblinking eye. I want them to rule me. That's what you're saying when you go to the voting booth and push that button and pull that lever. That's insane. You would never ever suggest that one of your family members steal from another family member to provide for the needs of another less fortunate family member. You would never do that. Why? Because you know it's wrong. But somehow when it dons the clothing of government, the black robed tyrants of the Supreme Court, the the the mustachioed suited individuals and the dressed individuals in Congress and the Senate and the House and the executive branch, the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and as long as they sprinkle that legislative pixie dust and all those laws, I'm just a bill. I'm only a bill. And now I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill. Well, now it's off to the White House where we sit there and wait with all the other bills and I don't hesitate. I know I'll be a law someday. How I'll be a what someday? A law. What's a law? It's the opinions of politicians backed by what? The threat of force. If you don't do what we say, you will be punished. If you do what we say you shouldn't do, you'll be punished. You shall not buy. You shall not sell. You shall not transport. You shall not distribute alcohol. 1920 through 1933. A complete and utter failure that did what? It shoved the little guy down and it gave rise to the alapones and the mobs of the world. It always any law always steals more money from the people, making them more poor and less prosperous. And it gives criminals a leg up like gun-free zones. That's why I call them criminal empowerment, victim creation, fish in a barrel zones. Because who's going to who's going to give up their gun? Who in their right mind? Well, you can't be in your right mind if you give up your guns to enter a gun-free zone because you're an order follower. Because order followers know if I keep a gun, I'm not I [clears throat] don't want to blow anybody away. I just want to keep it for protection for me and my family. So when we enter this zone, if somebody acts out, if somebody uses a weapon to harm us, I can defend myself. It's a tool of self-defense. That's all it is. It's not a tool of personal offense. But law-abider, don't ever call yourself a lawer. You're you're just telling me I'm an ignorant fool. I just do what I'm told. I I'm just throwing common sense on the window and I will disarm myself at the state fair. But I also understand the there's a nuance to that because people are like, "Okay, I'll disarm because if I go through the metal detectors and they catch that I'm bringing a gun in, which I'm not doing it to harm people. I'm doing it to protect people. And people will be very thankful something happened and I'm the only guy with the gun protecting everybody. They'll be very thankful I brought those extra mags, too. And they'll be thankful that I spent all that range time and all that money on all that ammo. But if I go through that metal detector and they bring out the security guards and then they bring out the law enforcers and they put me up against the wall and they're like, "Oh my god, you intended to harm somebody." So, I understand the nuance and the fear that a law abider has entering these gun-free zones because if you bring a gun into that gun-free zones, all the policym order following um law enforcement agents are going to put their hands on you and they're going to take away your freedom because what you wanted to do is protect yourself and your family and everybody else in your zone of influence. Criminals will enter that zone with guns, by the way. And the reason they're entering the zone is so they can get commit criminal activity because they want a a healthy, very safe working environment. And they know if they enter a gun-free zone at a post office or a federal building or you know a fair grounds or somewhere where the government said you shouldn't have a gun, they will be the only ones to be empowered. That's why I call it a criminal empowerment, victim creation. When you are an order follower, you've created a victim of yourself because you just you put down your common sense. You shove down you submerged your conscience. It's like no, I can't I can't obey that. in Muscogee one time um my daughters and my sons and I when even when they were young we just open carried you know when they were 18 that we open carried and we went into Golden Corral in Muscogee and it said on the on the door no guns past this point well we went ahead and did it we went in with our guns open carrying and we open carried I know I know it's strategically inferior to do that because if somebody wants to pick you off they're going to pick the guy who's got the gun first, they'll take you out and then they'll take everybody else out. Now, if you have concealed carry, they don't know if you got a gun, so they don't know that you're as big of a threat as you are. So, tactically superior to carry concealed, but I wanted to do it because I wanted to educate people and get them used to a smiling face and a and and a family who loves each other walking in with guns. And it's like, oh, they're not psychos, they're not sickos, they're not math heads. [laughter] [snorts] But um the manager said, "Hey, you got to leave." And I was like, "Are you willing to accept the liability if I'm sitting here? If I disarm myself and put my my gun in the truck and I come in and I'm eating here with my family and somebody comes in who disregards your sign and you don't know they walked in with a gun cuz they're concealing, too, only they're a criminal and they start shooting everybody up like uh um George Hanard did back in the 1990s at Luby's restaurant. Remember that? It's a It's a testimony by Greta Hup. Do you remember Greta Hup? If you if you haven't seen this, if you haven't seen this, let me I think her name is Suzanne Greta Hup. This is This is This is something every American should see. Let's see if it's on YouTube. Uh Suzanne Libbyy's. Yeah, [clears throat] this is a really good This wasn't the testimony that I was thinking of. She She actually gave a testimony when she was younger, but she's sitting in this Louiesie restaurant in the '9s with her parents [clears throat] just minding her own business, eating lunch. Listen to Today marks the 34 year anniversary of the Colleen Lubies cafeteria mash. >> On October 16th of 1991, George Hennard of Belton drove his truck into the restaurant before exiting his truck and firing upon patrons. >> Firing upon patrons. So patrons. So he had a Ford I think it was a Ford Ranger. It was this little truck, this little blue truck. Drove it into the dining room restaurant of this Luby's restaurant. It's at lunchtime. It's packed. Everybody's there. He walks out of the truck that's now sitting in the dining room and just starts opening fire. If I remember right, he he offed 26 people. Henard shot 50 people in less a little less than 15 minutes with over 20 victims dying at the scene. >> He open fired and hit 50 victims >> and some dying afterwards. Hennard took his own life once officers arrived on scene. This was the largest mass shooting in US history until 2007. Colleen's Luby's Cafeteria stayed open until September of 2000. Fox 44 remembers and honors the victim's lost. >> I want you to hear I want you to hear Greta Hups. I think I'm saying her name right. [clears throat] Pam Hup. She Yeah, this is it. This is the old one where she's really young. >> Put a one in the room if you've heard this testimony. This is just this is a gut-wrenching powerful musthar testimony. I'm going to just play it all the way through. If you guys want me to put a one in the room if you want me to play this all the way through and I will. But it's something really that every American every American should hear. You know why? Because there's the savior is not coming. Nobody's coming to get you out of a jam. If it is to be, it's up to me. If it is to be, it's up to you. If your family's going to be protected, there's no better protector for you, for your family, than you. Nobody. Because I don't care if you have a cell phone and you you have your your finger hovering over the speed dial button on 911. You can call them as fast as you possibly can. When George Hernard gets out of the truck, he's already shot 50 people in 15 minutes. And the cops ain't gonna get there for seven and a half. It's fair game. And if you don't have your gun and this she had her license and she remembered that the policy makers had made a law criminalizing anybody who would carry a gun and she obeyed that law and left her her gun locked up in their vehicle. Here's here's the testimony right here. >> Let me make sure that you understand I'm not here representing the NRA. I'm not even a member. Okay. Secondly, I'd like to say that uh in your opening statements um you commented that you commented specifically on my testimony saying that basically it had nothing to do with this issue. And I had to chuckle because then I noticed you had Mr. Brady up here who was hit not with an assault weapon but with a 22 caliber revolver. So getting beyond that, I didn't grow up in a house with guns. I don't hunt. I personally abhore hunting. But I was given a gun by a friend when I was 21. to carry in my purse for self-defense. And I was taught how to use it. A couple of years ago, my parents and I went to a cafeteria in Texas on a bright sunny day. We weren't in a dark alley where we weren't supposed to be. And as you all know the story, this madman drove his truck through the window and he began shooting. Well, immediately my father and I got down on the floor and put the table up in front of us. >> I'll tell you this right now. This kind of thing brings tears to my eyes because I'm just picturing sitting there with my family and and having made the decision like she made to disarm myself and being completely helpless against one man with a gun when I could have done something about it. I can't even imagine the guilt that she felt for the first couple months and years until she resolved these issues in her mind. >> And this guy kept shooting and you're thinking, you know, what could it be? Is it a robbery? That's the first thing that generally comes to mind. And he keeps shooting. It took me a good 45 seconds to realize that this man wasn't there to commit a robbery. He wasn't there for a hit. He was there to simply shoot as many people as he possibly could. Now, I'd like to make something clear. I hear all this talk about how many bullets can go in a clip. I've been there. I can tell you it doesn't matter. It takes one second to switch out a clip. You can have one bullet or a hundred bullets. It doesn't matter, guys. I've been there. He goes, "Don't dump." Just like that. That's not enough time to rush a man. I promise you. When I finally realized what was occurring, I thought, I got him. And I reached for my purse. He was maybe 12t away. You know, is it possible my gun could have jammed? Sure. Is it possible I could have missed? Sure. But I can tell you, I've hit much smaller targets at much greater distances. But then I realized that a couple of months earlier, I had made the stupidest decision of my life. I took my gun out of my purse and left it in my car because, as you well know, in the state of Texas, it's sometimes a felony offense to carry a gun in your purse. And it just think about the insanity and the immorality of that. A felony offense to keep a personal especially for a woman. Especially for a woman. A felony offense for a woman to keep a personal protection device. One of the few devices on the planet that put you on equal footing with a much bigger attacker. I don't care if he's 300 lb. If a woman, if a 90 pound woman has a gun, she's on equal power footing with him when he tries to attack her. And it's just unconscionable to know that political parasites, and that's why I call them that, political parasites, because they're constantly sucking the life out of you, not only economically terrorizing you through taxes, but also creating laws that make you less and less free to where if you exercise those freedoms, they consider you a criminal. and now you're gonna have a criminal history for the rest of your life for simply exercising a right that's codified in the Second Amendment shall not be infringed. >> I can tell you that I'm not mad at the guy that did this. As he continued, it was obvious that he was a mad man. >> That's Chuck Schumer in his younger days right there. That is sick, sly, snaky Chuck Schumer. >> My father at that point said, "I'm going to I got to do something. I've got to do something. He's going to kill everybody in here. And he rushed the man. No way. Guy turned, shot him in the chest. He went down, uh, was obviously mortally wounded. For whatever reason, that made the man change directions and go off to my left. Shortly thereafter, someone at the back of the restaurant broke out a window. When I saw what looked like an opportunity to escape, I turned around and I grabbed my mother by the shirt and I said, "Come on, come on. We've got to run. We've got to get out of here." And then my feet grew wings and I was out the back window. As soon as I got out, I realized that my mother had not followed me out. And as I learned from the police officers, she had crawled over to where my father was and cradled him until the guy got back around her, put the gun to her head. She looked up at him, put her head down, and he pulled the trigger. If that doesn't h it's hard to hold it together. If if that doesn't infuriate you to no end and really put an exclamation point and a highlight on the injustice that's going on in this world. I I don't I don't think anything will. >> My parents had just had their 47th wedding anniversary. She wasn't going anywhere. >> As I mentioned, I'm not really mad at the guy that did this. And I'm certainly not mad at the guns that did this. They didn't walk in there by themselves and pull their own triggers. The guy that did it was a a lunatic. That's like being mad at a rabid dog. I'm mad at my legislators for legislating me out of the right to protect myself and my family. I would much rather be sitting in jail with a felony offense on my head and have my parents alive. As far as these so-called assault weapons, you say that they don't have any defense use. You tell that to the guy that I saw on a videotape of the LA riot standing up on his rooftop protecting his property and his life from an entire mob with one of these so-called assault weapons. And and what she's talking about there is during the the LA riots, there was this uh group of Koreans that basically cordoned off their entire property and had people 24/7 personal surveillance. The family members would be out on the roof with uzies, you know, they they tracked them on the news with news helicopters and all that and they were on their roofs protecting their property and their famil family's lives and livelihood with these guns. And in the mayhem of Los Angeles, everything's burning, broken windows. There was an oasis of peace where the Korean store shop owners were. I mean, if that doesn't highlight let freedom ring, nothing will. >> Tell me that he didn't have a legitimate self-defense use. Just one final statement. I'm I've been sitting here getting more and more fed up with all of this talk about these pieces of machinery having no legitimate sporting purpose, no legitimate hunting purpose. People, that is not the point of the Second Amendment. The Second Amendment is not about duck hunting. And I know I'm not going to make very many friends saying this, but it's about our rights, all of our rights to be able to protect ourselves from all of you guys up there. I love that. And she even pointed she delineated between the people and the dang task masters, the political parasites. Oh man, I just I just feel like we need to take a strong look at what's really going on in our world and understand if I if I pulled up You know what I if I pulled up pictures of George Hard and Luby's restaurant in the 1990s. There are actually some pretty gory pictures online. If you have time, it's called the Lubies Massacre. If you've never heard about it, look it up. There are photos, you know, they're blurred out on Google and you have to give your approval to look at them. But to see all of those people just laying there during the investigation, all those people who were once alive, who didn't defend themselves, who didn't empower themselves, who just obeyed the politicians laws and it cost them their lives. and just kind of just stare at it for a second and go, "Wow, that could have been me and my mom and dad or my daughters and sons. Could have easily happened to us." You just got you can't let other people think for you. You can't expect other people to save you, especially the government, because they are not here to help. They are not here to save you. They're not here to protect you. They're here to treat you as the tax cattle they think that you are. So, what video do you want me to go over? Do you guys want me to go over this one where this family is busted or this one right here where this guy is busted with this X-ray technology? And by the way, in both of these right here, I suspect I strongly suspect and have a case for this that Flock Safety and Palunteer technology, the intelligence hub that holds everything together, I I suspect that they played a part in this. So, do you want me to go over this family that was nabbed by state troopers and drug interdiction units or this guy right here? Just let me know what you want me to do and let me just give two more shout outs. I saw two more super chats come through. Let me uh put on my spectacles for this. Let's see. Auditron gifted one. Here's the deal. And Sandy says, "Please cover the story lackluster covered regarding the houseire in Oklahoma. It's so outrageous and people need to see how zo bots talk and treat people, even elderly, who had committed no crime and only wanted to save their home." I I usually make it a point to watch lacklusters videos and I've been kind of slipping in the last couple weeks. Let's see which video was it? You said it's about an Oklahoma house fire. Let's see. Police canine misconduct allegations, breaks in, arrest. Let's see. Cops had to tune her up. Um, we got a call. Oh, this is that store. This is the cop who put his service weapon against this guy's head and he was unarmed. I'm not sure which one you're talking about. Let me know what you're talking about. Sandy St. Frog Dog says, "I've proven it again. The statutory jurisdiction can only be gained through contract. My no driver's license fictitious plates has been thrown out again." And how Judge Hine is being personally held liable. Judges can be sued. Is that on your Is that on your YouTube channel? Saint Frog Dog. Let me know in the comments section if that's on your YouTube channel. People are saying K9. Oh, the K9 one. K9 bites. Cops string lawful arrested victim. Oh. Oh, I covered this video. I covered this video like two months ago. I remember this guy's >> Hey. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I covered that a couple months ago. I mean, we're talking a couple months ago. It's like a hundred videos back I covered this. Yeah. They're sitting around trying to put out a a house fire and this cop just goes ballistic on these people. Let me see. St. Frog Dog. Let's see at I appreciate you guys being here. St. Frog Dog. See if that comes up. Let's see if St. Frog Dogs put out. Yeah, good job, St. Frog Dog. I'd like to see how you did it. Did you happen to Did you happen to record that? Remember guys, always record the police. It is definitely your insurance policy. Cops lies, cameras don't. >> [clears throat] >> Yeah, I know. Michael Melo Michael 7. Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. It's kind of common sense, huh? Yeah. I love that quote because it's so true. All right. So, which one do you do do you guys want me to proceed? I don't want to. We've been on for an hour and 57 minutes. I don't want to bel labor this, but you want me to go over this family who was busted by a drug interdiction unit or by this guy who was exposed by this X-ray machine, which is super fascinating because I had no idea that they had this tech kind of technology. They don't even need a dog. They can just see and where they put these bricks is incredibly ingenious. the drug family. Somebody says X-ray guy says Aaron. I'll tell you what, put a one for X-ray guy and put a three for the family because there's three members of the family. One for X-ray guy and three for family. We'll do that. That that'll make it easier. One for X-ray guy, three for family because there are three members of the family. They were actually running the f-word, fen word, and um they had their kid with them. I got video, bro. I need help for attorney in Los Angeles. Contact at highimpactflick.com. Contact at highimpactflick.com. Attorney in Los Angeles, Chile's in LA. three. Oh, there's a lot of people who want to do the family. That's a lot of threes. Okay, we'll do the family. We will do the family. Here we go. >> Based on >> the key to this is when cops are around, shut the front door. >> Behavior throughout the traffic stop. I know you knew about it. Okay, >> ma'am. This isn't my first day. Okay. I told you in the car this is what I do for a living. Okay. >> Okay. >> I was just trying I was just driving. >> On August 24th, 2024, a Navajo County Sheriff's deputy spotted a vehicle violating traffic laws on I40 in Arizona. Behind the wheel was a woman with her husband in the passenger seat and a young child in the back. >> Now listen. He says violating traffic laws. This is Navajo County. Listen to what he says. intending only to warn the family about their unsafe driving. >> That's a lie. That's a lie. He only pulled them over intending to warn them about their own unsafe driving. That's a lie. They already knew who these people were. They already know. Guys, you got to pay attention to this right here. This is when I do these videos, it's not for my health. It's for all of our awareness. You got to be aware the one of the reasons, one of the especially in this day and age, I hate to say in this day and age, but in this day and age with technology increasing exponentially, AI getting involved in creating more AI platforms, when they ask you where are you coming from, where are you going, when did you leave, when do you hope to get there, they already know the answer down to the minute to these questions. And how they know is Flock Security paired with Palunteer uh data collection technology. They already know. They've already got the alert. They've already got the pattern. They've already got the the the entire file folder on you, including what your social security number is, where you work, how long you've been there, when you recently quit, uh banking information, financial information, any kind of police report that you have. It generates it all in one smooth efficient technological dragnet uh package through Palanteer, through Flock, through Axon, through Motorola. So this, oh, we pulled you over because you were following too close is always the dead giveaway or not activating your turn signal or you were exceeding the speed limit or you weren't going too there. It's just some pretext for a greater stop. And then they hamstring you and they detain you and they pretend like they're getting more information from you and all they're doing is stalling for their other law enforcement buddy to arrive cuz they need backup before they pull the trig the trigger. >> Deputy quickly initiated a traffic stop, completely unaware he was about to make the biggest bust of his career. >> Completely unaware. That's a lie, too. Everything this narrator said about the uh the cop's intentions is an absolute lie. >> How you doing? Deputy Austin County Sheriff's Office. Reason for the stop. There's going to be two things. Okay. First, when you pass me, I caught you about 1.1 seconds behind that semi-truck. It's way too close. Okay. >> Following too close. There you go. >> It's a safety thing. And then when you mer you went around the semi-truck, you merge right back in front of it. There's like less than a car length. Okay. >> Another lie that they will not be able to prove unless they have a dash cam. If they had a dash cam, they'd be You're lying, officer. Look, I got a dash cam. I was like 15 seconds behind, which is way more than reasonable. And I didn't I never cut the the cop off. So, you're absolutely lying. You have no ground to stand on. There's no reason for the Was that it? Or just just get him to go, "Okay, was that it? Were those the only traffic infractions?" And then get him to say, "Yeah, those are the only traffic infractions." Okay, you're lying here. I'll go ahead and play it back and I will stand on this in court. You got nothing to stand on. And anything after this is I wouldn't say this fruit of the poisonous tree. >> Something happened. You got hit your brakes. That semi go right in the back of you. Liar. All right. No ticket. Just a warning. Get your driver's license registration proof insurance. >> Yeah. >> Liar. >> Freaking liar. >> If you have any identification on you, sir. >> You shouldn't give it up. You shouldn't give. Do you suspect me of committing a crime? I don't have to give my identification. What are you talking about? Thank you. >> Appreciate it. >> All right. If you want to pull that up, ma'am, I'm going have you step back here with me. We're going to go over the warning and then we'll get you on your way. Okay. >> That's a lie. Weapons. He's not even telling the truth. Not even once. And then see if you can count how many questions he asks. >> You were in the vehicle? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> This burned me up. >> All right. I'm going to have you get in the front passenger seat. Okay. >> Separating suspects. So, you should never talk to a cop, first of all. Second of all, you should never talk to a cop. And third of all, you should never talk to a cop. And you especially shouldn't talk to a cop when they separate you. >> Okay. >> How's your day going? >> Just got off of work, but I'm still [laughter] here. >> Okay. >> What do you do for work? I am um I work I work for trans death bus. >> Okay. >> I'm a supervisor there. >> Nice. >> I'm the money person. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> Yeah. >> Where are you guys coming out of? >> Uh we're going to uh New Mexico to visit our family. >> Oh, okay. What part of New Mexico? >> Uh Albuquerque, I think it is. This was my husband's place. >> Oh, okay. Is that your husband? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. We want to uh go take my daughter. She's 3 years old. So, they haven't met her. So, >> Okay. >> We're trying to take her to meet her. >> Gotcha. How long are you going to be out there for? >> Just have to go back Monday. >> Okay. Yeah. Just just >> payroll. They'll get to see me payroll. So, yeah. >> Gotcha. And is it your vehicle or whose vehicle is it? >> Uh, it's actually my husband's vehicle. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> Oh, I didn't see you have a person in the back. Yeah, I got a dog back there. Yeah. >> So, what time did you guys leave? Where where were you coming out of? I'm sorry. >> Uh, Phoenix, Arizona. >> What time did you guys take off? >> Well, I went I got off from work. Okay. >> Like around 1 or 2:00 in the morning. >> Oh, dang. >> Yeah, >> it's early. I haven't got slept and I'm helping him dry, you know. >> Okay. At least he can drive at least two hours more. And then Yeah. >> What? Did he work last night or >> No, he didn't. >> Oh, he's still making you drive. >> Yes. >> That's brutal. >> I know, right? You know, you look familiar with uh I see your You look just like my GM. My >> Oh, yeah. I'm at work. >> Yes. >> Nice. >> So, like I said, it's just a warning. No ticket. Okay. >> Where you guys going to be staying when you're out there? in a hotel or >> No, we're trying to stay with the family. >> Is anybody counting the questions? He's up to like 15 questions now. It's super ridiculous. >> Stay for her with a little bit and then we come back. >> Okay. >> I have two girls in over there in Phoenix, but they don't want to come. They're old. So, >> I got you. >> I have a 15 and a 10year-old. >> Okay. >> So, they don't want to come. Mom is too far. I got home. >> Gotcha. So, you said you're going to visit his aunt? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Just for vacation. >> Yes. Just for a little bit, just because um she's already old and >> Right. Okay. So, he has the insurance. So, do you need to go take a look at that? Is it okay with you if I go up there and talk to him? >> No, that's fine. >> Okay. >> I know he has it in his phone. Um but we haven't because we got it and then to save paperless, you know, just save it on the phone. >> No doubt. I got you. All right. So, I'm going to go through and talk to him. I'm also going to check the VIN numbers to make sure it matches the paperwork. You can hang out here. >> Hey, were you able to get the insurance key? >> Yeah. >> Where you guys headed, too? >> Now he's going to ask him the same questions he asked her. Shut the front door. >> Okay, nice. What's going on out there? >> Just that. Oh, okay. How long you going to be out there for? >> Uh, probably Monday. >> Oh, okay. Is it her family that's out there or >> are you guys going to stay in the hotel when you're out there or uh >> even if you guys aren't guilty of anything, you could tell you could tell the same story in a different way and add a different detail and they'll still consider it obstruction of justice. They'll consider that you are lying to a law enforcement officer. And of course, we all know that if you lie to cops, it's a felony. If the police lie to you, it's policy. >> We don't know yet. I don't I don't think so. >> Okay, I got you. So, when you say family, are you talking like brothers and sisters or what kind of family you got out there? >> Uh, aunts and uncles. >> Okay. >> Come on. >> What time do you guys take off? >> Uh, like at 3:00 in the morning. >> Oh, dang. >> Yeah, we're in Phoenix, so we want >> Oh, okay. rest. >> And by the way, when you when you refuse to talk to cops, you can do it in a very strategic, methodical manner. You could just easily say you just don't even say that you're not going to answer questions. Just ask them questions for every qu now. Where are you headed? Do you is it wise to answer a question that has nothing to do with the traffic stop? Have you ever talked to an attorney? What do what do attorneys say about interactions with police? Do they recommend do they give counsel that it's a good idea to talk to cops? What do ex- cops who are willing to tell the truth say about interactions with police officers? Do they say that it's a good idea to ask answer every single question that has nothing to do with the traffic stop? You're not saying no. You're just asking a question with the question. I think the person who does this the best that I've seen who really runs out the the clock on the cops is Travis Hines. He's basically like a cop whisperer. >> I got you. >> I just had it up, too. >> Well, if it takes a second, it takes a second. No worries. >> What do you do for work? >> I work for a steel distributor. >> Sorry. >> A steel distributor. >> Oh, okay. Nice. >> Yeah, I do uh I put orders to spec for trucks. Now, this whole time when the cop is asking you questions, he's looking for physical characteristics and identifiers that he's been trained to help him determine whether somebody's lying to him. First of all, they already got your number. They've already got they're tapped into the ALPRS, whether it's Flock Safety or Axon or any one of the other ones that uh you know, basically infest that field of surveillance. So, they know where you've been. They know when you left Arkansas or they know when they left Phoenix, Arizona. They know what direction of travel, how long you've been in a certain state, when you stop to get gas, probably what you've got. I don't know there there are certain things in Palunteer where if you have administrative access, you can get a whole lot of details that are very, very scary. So, they got your number. So, when you encounter a police officer, one of the things that they look for is they're going to always paint it on you that you're nervous, and that's just a natural human reaction. But if you start developing diarrhea of the mouth and start giving additional detail that didn't have to do with that question, they already know you're trying to cover some something up. They see because this guy's life right here, this guy's life and this this guy's wife's life and kids' life is on the line. If they go to jail, their entire life is ruined. They know this, so they're very nervous. And you got to admit, some of these people do a really good job. It's called Time Tools. Oh, >> okay. Cool. >> How long you been doing that? >> Uh, like 5 years. >> Okay, nice. And it's your car. >> I' I've watched so many of these videos. I can tell this guy's lying. I can I mean I can tell this guy's got He's got something to hide. And And when I say something to hide, I don't think the guy's doing anything wrong. He's This guy right here, he's participating in the free market. He has a product that the market demands. He's bringing that product whether you agree with it or not. He's not coercing anybody. He's not threatening anybody. He's not harming anybody, damaging property, stealing property. He is participating in the free market. On the other hand, the guy at his door with the gun and the costume on, he's violating the free market. He's violating this man's right to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. Nobody's forcing you to take or buy or sell drugs. Nobody. But there is somebody forcing you to the side of the road. There is somebody forcefully detaining you with the implied threat of force and violence. If you decide to, you know, run, they're going to pit maneuver you. They're going to put out an APB on you and they're going to hunt you down to the ends of the earth. There is a coercive force in this picture, but it's not this guy with the beard. He's just participating in the free market. He's just engaging in an activity where he's feeding his family, and he's not doing it coercively. He's not threatening anybody that we know of. The only criminal activity involved right here is being done by the guy with the uniform and the c and the uh the gun and the utility belt. >> It's both of us. That's my car. Yeah. Okay. >> Sorry about that. >> Got you. No, you're good, dude. >> I try to get her on the loan, but she don't have the credit. So, >> okay, I got you. >> It might die on you. So, it's phone is up. >> Okay. All right. Yeah. >> And then I do want to check the VIN number uh on the driver door. Is that okay with you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm just going to fast forward this right here. >> Had a strong >> Okay. >> Now, listen. The narrator is going to lie again. >> All right, man. >> Extremely nervous. >> The deputy's divide and conquer approach failed as the husband and wife gave matching accounts of their vacation. Still, the deputy, whose job included intercepting crime and preventing the movement of illegal contraband along the interstate, had a strong feeling that there was more to the family than met the eye. And he had a strong feeling like these cops are some kind of superhuman. Yeah, the the video volume is down when the narrator's talking and then it goes back up when they do the body cam. I've got the I've got this video volume all the way up as you can see right here down at the bottom lefthand corner. It's going to get better when it goes back to body cam, but you know what? I think about I think about when they while they had these smalltime drug runners pulled over the big time drug runners, the CVS trucks, the Ride Aid trucks, the Walmart trucks, the Walgreens trucks, those big pharmacy, the Fizer trucks, all these other 45- ft trailers are passing packed to the gills with opiates, which is what the F-word actually is, which is what they pick up from this family. So there's legal legal opiates and there's illegal opiates. So if they're letting the legal op opiates by on the the public highways by the tons and tons and truckloads and semi-loads and semi-loadads, then they're acting as a protective force for the corporate entities for the big corporations. So this is basically corporate security to push out and penalize and take offline the middleman. So these guys are competition eliminators. That's how I see law enforcement. They won't touch the CVS's and the Raids and the Walgreens trucks, but they will go after the little mom and pop shops. >> Determined to get to the bottom of it. >> All right. And you say your last name uh Alma or I'm sorry, is your first name Alma? >> Now where's here's where the cop reveals himself as a drug interdiction specialist? >> Yes. >> Okay. So Alma, in addition to traffic control, another thing that I do out here is criminal interdiction. This is stop you trying to race. Okay. >> Now, listen to these crazy questions. We're going to go over just a couple of them. Listen to this. Listen to what the cop actually believes in his mind is illegal. Let's go. >> This is what I do for a living. I have some additional questions for you. Don't take it personally. Okay. >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? Like what, officer? What would you consider illegal? >> When I say illegal, I mean like large sums of cash. >> Large sums of cash. Did you I don't know if you knew this, but there's a lot of law enforcement agents in the good old US of A land of the free home of the brave that view large sums of cash as illegal. Really? Where's that written other than in civil asset forfeiture laws, which the other word for civil asset forefeiter is legalized armed robbery. But so you're telling me that in the na in in the minds of law enforcers speci specifically these and any criminal interdiction unit task force they believe that if you have large sums of cash you are doing something illegal. You're automatically guilty of a crime. That's the America we live in. But he's not done. >> $10,000. >> Anything from manufacturer fake IDs, credit cards, anything that >> I can understand that. I can understand that because that's basically fraud. I wouldn't want my credit card or my ID duplicated. I wouldn't want somebody to assume my identity. That is literally that is a crime. But he mixed freedom with criminal activity. Large sums of cash is a crime. He thinks uh having fake IDs or stolen credit cards. Yeah, that's definitely a crime. But holding cash, that's not a crime. So there's a convolution here. >> Anything as far as like weapons, pistols, rifles? weapons, pistols, rifles. Did you know that in the minds of many law enforcers, having weapons, pistols, rifles is illegal? Did you know that? Oh. Oh, I know you thought we had a second amendment right to be, you know, keeping bear arms, which shall not be infringed. These are the infringers. Large amounts of cash illegal. He says any weapons, rifles, pistols, illegal, he says. I don't care if you got an RPG, a bazooka, C4 explosives. If you're not committing a crime, the the the Bible of America is the Constitution. Within the pages of that Bible is the Second Amendment. And that Bible that these religious freaks, these status badged costume freaks are supposed to be following is the Second Amendment. You have the right. You have the right, the unalienable right. That means the government didn't give you this right. and this freedom and cannot freaking legitimately take it away. You have the right to keep and bear arms and that right they say shall not be infringed. But he actually views having weapons and cash as illegal, as criminal activity, >> grenades, bazookas, any of that. >> Even if you had grenades, even if you had bazookas, you have the right to keep and bear arms. Those are arms, aren't they? Shall not be infringed. >> You said that. I'm not worried about that. Um, anything as far as illegal drugs in the vehicle? >> No. >> When I say illegal drugs, I mean like cocaine. >> No. No. My dog. >> And now what he's saying is I'm a henchman of the political parasites and they tell me what's legal and what's illegal. If they say it's illegal, I am just a dope. I got no common sense and I'm just going to consider it illegal cuz they say it is. And because I'll tell you this, as soon as they decriminalize it, they're going to stop arresting for it. Why? Because the political parasites say they can't use their own consciences. They can no longer determine good from evil, dark from light, up from down. They can't do it. You know why? Because they just want to follow orders because they just want that paycheck. And they don't care how much evil they have to do to collect that paycheck. >> Okay? Methamphetamine, [laughter] >> heroin, >> fentanyl, any marijuana in the vehicle. And keep in mind in marijuana you get out to an ounce of marijuana legally. Do you have any marijuana all in the vehicle? No. >> Okay. Haven't said that like fire. >> Okay. I got you. So you said there's nothing illegal in the vehicle. Would you give me your voluntary consent to search the vehicle? [laughter] >> So what this cop is saying is I don't believe you. So I want to search a vehicle. Will you let me search your vehicle? Will you let me rifle through your personal effects? What kind of psycho sicko human being would do that? Seriously, do you know anybody who wants to go through other people's personal things? I don't care what the reason is. Sometimes I, you know, I have to sensit I've watched so many of these videos. I have to sensitize myself to just ground myself to common sense because you can start thinking some, oh yeah, there's legality and there's illegality. That's approved by the government. That is not approved by the government. I need to stay with the approved things until one day the government decides that my approved list is now on the unapproved list. Gosh, I thought it was okay to have cash. Man, I thought it was okay to have handguns and rifles and uh m extra magazines. I guess it's not. I guess I'm not in the land of the free home of the brave. It's so incredible that we've been so hoodwinkedked for so long and people are just regurgitating literal nonsense. So now he's going to say, "Hey, can I rifle through your things? I want I really want permission to go through your suitcases and your child's clothing and I want to like turn things upside down and look under the floorboards and the floor mats." >> You disgusting human beings. like get a real job where you're actually benefiting society. >> Well, you have to talk to my husband. >> Okay, I'll talk to him as well, but you're driving it. So, I'm going to ask both of you. So, I'm asking you first. >> Well, he's my husband, so >> Right. So, I'm going to ask him. Okay. [laughter] I'm asking him all the same question I just asked you. But because you're in the vehicle, I assume you have belongings in the vehicle, right? >> Yeah. I have Well, I have clothes [laughter] >> for family, >> right? So, you you have belongings and you're driving the car. So, like I said, I know it's he's registered owner. I will talk to him as well, but I'm asking you because I like to ask all adult occupants to the vehicle. Do I have your voluntary consent to search? >> Well, if he says yes, >> well, I'll ask him after, but I'm asking you now. It's a yes or no question. >> He He really wants He's pressing on this question here. >> I don't know. I have to You have to ask my husband first. That's his car, you know, and >> Okay. Well, I'm going to I'm going to talk. >> Can you ask him first and then you can come in? >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. just I don't want I don't want him to say, "Oh, you know." >> Well, the thing is, if you say yes and he says no, then I take that as a no. So, I'm asking you first. It's a yes or no question. It's up to you. Do I have your voluntary consent to search? >> Well, I don't want my daughter to get scared of. >> Okay. All right. I'm just going to take that as a no. That's fine. >> Okay. Oh, man. So, in addition to traffic control, another thing I do is criminal interdictions, stoppage of illegal crimes going down the roadways. Okay. So, I'm going ask you some questions. Don't take them personal. All right. >> So, now he's going to play the same trick on her husband. >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? >> No. >> When I say illegal, I mean like water, sums of cash in excess of $10,000. >> Anything for the man that had $10,000? >> I got you. Anything for the manufacturer? Fake IDs, credit cards, anything like that? >> No, sir. >> Anything as far as weapons, pistols, rifles, large amounts of ammunition, grenades, bazookas? >> No, sir. >> All right. Anything as far as illegal drugs in the vehicle? >> No, sir. >> Like cocaine? >> No, sir. >> Methamphetamine? No, sir. >> Heroin? No sir. >> Fentanyl? >> No, sir. Any marijuana in the vehicle? >> Keep in mind, you can have up to an ounce of marijuana legally in Arizona. Do you have any marijuana at all in the vehicle? >> God, he's just sticking with the script. What? Oh my god, what a sapsucker. >> Does anyone use any drugs in the vehicle? Okay. Um, >> I got you. All right. So, having said that, would you give me your voluntary consent to search the vehicle? >> I Okay, no worries. I'm going have you step out for me. Okay. My ass. Huh? >> My ass for what? >> Yeah, because I'm going to run my dog on your vehicle. >> You're going to run your dog? >> Yeah, I have a police K9. It alerts to the five oders that I listed. So, I'm going to be walking around the vehicle. If he alerts, we'll go from there. And if he doesn't alert, we'll go from there. >> That's >> Is there something you want to tell me, bro? >> No. I I >> Cuz you're extremely nervous, dude. >> This is what I do for a living, bro. >> I get it. I get it. I'm not doing nothing wrong. I'm just driving with my wife down the road. >> Okay, I get it. But the thing is, >> I just don't feel like there's any reason for you to run. >> I'm gonna be running my K9, bro. So, we're at >> So, so basically, he's asking for permission, but it's all a formality because he knows he's going to get into that vehicle because he's going to run the dog. And if the dog doesn't alert, which by the way, the dog doesn't alert three separate times. One of those times, maybe even two, he puts the dog back in the vehicle and then calls the dog back out to get him to alert. The dog didn't even want anything to do with the vehicle. Would not alert. So whether the dog alerts or not, whether you answer yes, you can search my vehicle or not, he's going to search that vehicle because he aims to violate the Fourth Amendment. This is what makes these people disgusting to me. This is why people call them hogs and pigs. This is why they say these cops earn the hate. This is why people laugh when somebody engages in distracted driving and just kind of veers off and sideswipes one of those troopers. This is why because they're interfering with people's right to life, liberty, and happiness. And how dare them do this to another human being. >> Pass that point. My K9 will be wrong on the vehicle. Having said that, is there something you want to tell me about the vehicle? Nothing. I have nothing to say. Okay. All right. Let's go ahead and get your daughter out. [snorts] You can look in the car. >> Well, you've already declined consent, sir. So, 431, I've got a consent refusal. You can stand right there, ma'am. Stand right there, baby. You can close my door, please. >> Come on, baby. >> In other words, I got a consent refusal. I got a person who's over here standing on their rights. I need backup as I trample their rights. I need some help. I need some extra feet on this. So, as I explained to him, I am going to be running my K9 on the vehicle. Okay? So, you guys are going to hang out here. I can't run him alone. It's just a safety thing. So, I have to wait for my second unit to get here and then I'll be running my dog. Okay. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No, sir. >> Okay. No pistols or anything like that. Okay. Awesome. Appreciate it. So, yeah. Like I said, man, um this is what I do for a living. Criminal interdiction is like all I do all day long. Like, >> so in other words, I treat everyone like criminals all day long, whether they commit a crime or not. Whether there is any material victim or not, my entire job revolves around interfering with and infringing on American rights. That's what he does. That's what if he was going to be honest, that's exactly what he said would say. That's my job. I don't take calls for service. All I do is I come out here, I pull traffic stops, and I look for people involved in criminal activity. Okay? And I'm not saying you guys are involved in criminal activity, but I have reasonable suspicion to believe that you are. Okay? >> Why? You don't see nothing. >> I'm not going to there's no reason like there's no >> like I don't get it. >> Okay. >> It just it's I just feel targeted for >> there's there's nothing to do with >> What if they pulled somebody over and they didn't have anything on them? Okay. Here's the ultimatum. Tell you what, you're going to do what you're going to do. I don't consent to a search. If you search and you find nothing, you go to jail for 12 years. How about that? How about that? There will be a penalty for you interfering with American rights. We should all be pissed off about this. That one minute of these people's lives was interfered with is because it's an injustice that happens to one family anywhere is an injustice that will happen to all families everywhere. It has to do with this is what I do for a living. >> I mean, it's freedom to drive down the road. I'm not getting >> You commit She committed traffic violations. I conducted a traffic stop >> and I'm going to be right. We're being detained for a traffic violation. >> Yeah. You get detained when there's a traffic stop. Correct. Yeah. >> You're not free to go when you get pulled over for a traffic stop. >> But everything came up to par. I mean, >> that's always their pretext. That's why I hate corporate traffic law cuz it it trumps unalienable rights every single time in the minds of a law enforcement. I'm >> just letting you know I'm going to be running my canine on the vehicle. Okay. If he alerts, we'll go from there. If he doesn't alert, she'll get a warning. We'll be on your way. >> That's how we start. You said you're going to run. You had to run. Give us a warning and we were on our way. >> That was at the beginning. It's changed, bro. >> Why? >> I'm not going to get into it. I'm just gonna let you know that that's where we're at. >> Uh in a second. Okay. 431. >> So, their intentions will always be shrouded shrouded in mystery and they don't have to tell you that they got your license plate off of a flock safety camera and they've been tracking your every movement since you left Phoenix, Arizona. >> 122. What's your ETA? He's about 2 miles out. So, show me a couple more minutes. Okay. Oh, >> yeah. You sit down, bro. Sit down. >> So, >> sit down. >> I'm just letting you know, bro. Like, like I said, all I do is pull traffic stops all day long. Okay. The nervousness you're exhibiting, it does not correlate with what's going on in the traffic stop. >> It just And I'm not used to police contact. I >> Yeah, it just >> Okay. >> I like that. I don't I don't like that. >> I got you. >> How old is she? Okay. Look out, sir. He's about to be pulling in right there. >> All right. Before he brings the drug dog out, I just want to say one thing because you can hear the trucks and cars passing and invariably some of those trucks are going to be the big pharma industrial complex trucks. Let me just refresh your memory just in case you don't know. Even if you do know, maybe you forgot. Purdue Pharma started the first major wave of the US opioid crisis after launching this powerful prescription painkiller. Maybe you've heard of it. It's it's called Oxycontton. That was back in 1996. The company and its owners, the Sackler family, you remember them, heavily promoted Oxycontton for routine chronic pain rather than just severe cancer care. executives downplayed the addictive nature all across the board of oxycodone and Oxycontton and they convinced doctors that the drug was safer and less addictive than morphine. Years later, millions of people were addicted to it. Now, what this cop is going to catch these guys uh hauling is f, you know, fent. Let's just call it fent. And that's an opioid. So basically this is mom and pop running opioids while the big corporate elite psychopaths who own these you know multinational conglomerates do the same thing. One is legal, one is illegal and they say that it's legal for them to do it because it's regulated by the government. But you got to understand while it was regulated by the government, sales teams pushed aggressive distribution while leadership blamed addicted patients for use rather than acknowledging the drug's risk. So they were gaslighting everybody who got addicted to their drug. So the major drug addictions that have happened in America happened because corporate big pharma complex industrialists and the CIA and the FBI and the ATF running cover for them. and all the local and state law enforcement officials who were eliminating their competition the entire way. It's like, "Yeah, we don't want you to be addicted to the mom and pop drugs, but we don't mind if you're addicted to the Walgreens drugs. You don't see ever a SWAT raid on Walgreens or Wraid or the Walmart pharmacy or CVS. Pharma companies have a long record of misconduct. like Purdue pleaded guilty to felony charges tied to Oxycontton, defrauding the United States FDCA violations and kickback conspiracies. The company was sentenced to more than $5 billion in criminal penalties. On top of this earlier guilty plea and all the resolutions they were trying to work through, Walgreens resolved Justice Department allegations that it filed millions of unlawful controlled substances prescriptions and and they build federal programs for them. So, not only were they getting Americans addicted to their opioids, they were sending the bill to the federal government, making the taxpayers who were they were getting addicted to their drugs to pay for it. Mom and pop shops can't do that. They agreed to pay $350 million in that case. That's just Walgreens. We haven't even talked about CVS, Walgreens, Walmart. They're multi- multibillion dollar opioid settlements. We haven't even gotten into Fizer, Madna, GSK, Johnson and Johnson, Abbott, Eli Liy. All these are protected by the government. They're protected by the cartels who are running these drug interdiction units on I40, I 10, the I-5 in California. So, so what you got here is a criminal cartel in a corporate operation eliminating competition and you don't want to get in the government's way because the government is in the business of eliminating competition for all these big pharma-industrial complex companies so that they can fill the prison industrial complex on the back end. It's the the depth of corruption and abuse in law enforcement. I don't care if you're talking about federal, state, or local paired with civil asset forfeiture. Remember Steven Lara tried to make it from Texas to California and they intercepted his vehicle. The cop came up to him, the Nevada State Patrol officer came up to him and commended him for how well he was driving. Hey, this is just a little warning. Might want to think about not following the truck too close. His own dash cam showed he wasn't following close at all. They pulled him over for no reason and confiscated his life savings out of his trunk. $86,000. Steven Lara did nothing wrong. And he would have not gotten his money back if it wasn't for the Institute of Justice. That's a different story, but it's along this same vein. This is why I can't stand these people because they're not working for you. It's not about keeping people safe from drugs. It's about eliminating competition of the real drug lords and kingpins. Now watch watch this dog refuse to hit on this car. >> Watch. Watch this. He won't do it. I'm going to I'm going to turn this down a little bit. This dog will not hit on this car. >> Good dog. He won't He will not do it. Look, even the narrator puts it up on the screen. No alert. He puts him back in the vehicle, >> prepping for another sniff. Watch. He's going to try it again. >> I think it's after this he puts him back in the car, but he's not going to hit again. No alert again. >> He's just barking. Okay, so this is the time stamp up here is 7:05 and 47 seconds. Let's see how long he gives him to refresh. 70547. All right. So he gave him about what for 13 16 seconds. >> Now I wonder he was he was running. I wonder if he gave him some kind of hand signal. Let me see. Let's see what he did with this dog. Did he give him something? Let's see. Uh, what's going on there? >> Why didn't he do that the first two times? >> And and notice where he alerted. He alerted at the driver's side rear tire. >> Yeah, the dog does sound stressed out of his mind. So, my K9's trained to work the five odors. Cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl, and marijuana. He has indicated a positive order to the vehicle. >> Yeah. Running the dog was a formality. They already know that they're hauling drugs. >> Having said that, is there any of that at all in the vehicle? Has anyone smoked any of that in the vehicle? No. No one smokes any weed or any of that? No. >> So, I'm going to have you hang out with the officer here. I'm going to be conducting a probable cause search of the vehicle based on the K9 alert. Okay. So, hang tight. >> Yeah. It's like he went from leash to harness to leash. I think he started out with the leash, went to the harness, and then he brought him back out with the leash. I don't know if that's like a a signal for the dog to immediately, you know, go up to the car and and sit. >> Good right there. >> So, now they're just going to dig through this guy's vehicle. It's disgusting. I hate it. They're going to find a white box in the trunk. I want you to notice where the white box is, though. >> Right here. Move the stroller. Okay. So, it was in the center right there. You would think drug I I I think they said this is like $800,000 worth of F, but you would think that they would do something like set charges in these so that anytime anybody other than the final destination receiver gets this that there's some kind of trip wire or some kind of booby trap would go off. Look him up. >> It would definitely make cops think twice if every time, you know, 10 times a day you heard about cops losing uh, you know, like stuff off of their persons. >> Stand up, ma'am. Actually, I'm going leave you uncuffed because you have the child. Okay. Uh, you're under arrest, dude. I'll take the wrapper. >> What's all that? >> All right. Real quick, man. I'm going to read you something. Okay. You are under arrest. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. Okay. Welcome back. >> Hang tight, ma'am. Okay. >> Can I get my wife my wallet? >> Uh, in a second. >> Yeah. Go over here. >> All right, man. >> Now, this c this guy is going to make a serious serious possibly mortal mistake right here. If the rule is never talk to cops, and it is, you never want to confess that the person who sent you is paying you, you're basically throwing that person under the bus, and you're going to put this massive target on your chest when you go to jail. >> So, how much are you getting paid to take it? >> And you're doing it on camera. You got to be kidding me. Snitches get what? >> How much? >> Yeah. >> Honestly, well, what's [ __ ] Like a,000, 5,000? like $1,000, bro. >> Okay. And how much is in there? >> I don't even know. >> Okay. Um I mean, I already found it and it's a substantial quantity. You know what I mean? So, >> I don't even know nothing. >> Do you know where you're supposed to be dropping in Albuquerque? >> No, I don't. >> You like they just tell you to call when you get there or what? >> I don't know. >> Okay. When did you pick it up? >> I don't know. I I can't I don't I'm not going to answer no more questions. They're already booking me. So, >> it's a little too late for that. You've talked way too much, man. Your time to stop answering questions was at the first question. >> All right, man. >> All right, go ahead and place my Tahoe. I'm going to search you. Make sure you ain't got nothing. Do you have anything that's going to stick with your poke me or anything? Ma'am, I'm going to read you something. Okay. >> What makes this whole stop worse than anything is the involvement of this little kid. This little kid's going to go to CPS cuz mom and dad are going to get caged. >> What's going to happen with my life? >> Same thing where they call the drugs. I got sure. >> Just have a seat in there. >> Can I give her a kiss? >> Nice. >> Yeah. >> Can you walk over? >> I'll I'll let him know. I'll ask him. >> This is his deal. >> Okay. And my baby, please. >> That's his deal. I'll let him know. >> Yeah. There you go. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You understand? He's the right side just right to you. Is that a yes? Okay. So, ma'am, based on your based on your behavior throughout the traffic stop, I know you knew about it. Okay. >> Ma'am, this isn't my first day. Okay. I told you in the car. I told you in the car. This is what I do for a living. Okay. I do. Don't you think I was asking those questions cuz I I had a good reasonable suspicion that you were involved in something? >> I was not involved in nothing. So, >> Okay. >> I was just trying I was just helping him drive. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you are also under arrest, just so you're aware of that. You're just not handcuffed right now because you have a small child. Okay? But you, don't get it twisted. You're under arrest. Okay? You're under arrest for three felonies at this point. Actually, four because of the child being in the car. All right? You got three felony drug offenses. You also get a child endangerment because she's in the vehicle. Okay? So, hang tight with him. >> Can I >> And none of what he said is an actual crime from the perspective of the Bill of Rights. Not one. >> No. >> Oh, it's fentanyl pills. >> 431 back. It's going to be fentanyl pills, not methamphetamine. >> A bunch. Hey, I just laid a massive fennel pill though, dude. Full box of pills. >> I've done so far. >> Wait for the fist bump. >> I mean, dude, it's going to be it's going to be over 100k easy. I thought it was math cuz of the packaging, but it's all pills, bro. It's It's the entire box. >> That's the only thing you searched. I haven't finished searching yet. We're going to take it back to the office. Yeah, dude. I mean, I got I'm guessing it's 10k bundles and I'm at I mean, there's probably 10 or 15 of them in a box in the trunk. I haven't finished going through everything yet, but it's just suicide loaded in the back. Personal use fentanyl, bro. Kidding, obviously. Freaking >> What a bunch of parasites. What a bunch of gangsters. >> In the car, dude. She was sitting right here. Pills are pushed up against the deck right there. They get in an accident. You know what I mean? >> Boom. There it is. Fist bump. Oh god. Success destroying and interfering with life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness. Yes. >> Is that all? Is that all in the box? >> Yeah. While Walmart goes past with 80 tons of the same stuff in a different form. >> Valero. The the the volume is very low on this. Let's hear what happened to the kid. >> THAT'S A KID. THAT'S A KID. Who's a dope finding dog? Who's a dope? >> Oh, you know what? The cop is right. This is a dope finding dog cuz he has to spend all day with a dope >> dope finding dog. Who's a dope finding dog? >> Poor little guy. I love dogs and I hate that the worst among us are making them our worst enemies instead of our best friends. >> That's so cute. >> The couple, 39year-old Jesus Daniel Zavala Gomez and 38-year-old Amaroso Valero Delgado were taken to jail while their three-year-old child was placed in the custody of child welfare authorities. Deputy >> placed into custody of child welfare authorities in Navajo County >> to more than 36 pounds of suspected fentanyl pills. Approximately 164,892 pills with an estimated street value of $824,000. >> Yeah, we can't have them offering any competition to the big dogs, can we? No, we cannot. Leave your thoughts. I mean, what do you think about the drug war? You think we should continue it? You think this right here is the epitome of freedom, life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness? Is this the very thing that Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson and George Washington thought they fought for? Would they approve of this or would these be viewed as red coat actions? And does that even really matter? Does this comport with real liberty and the free market? In my opinion, it doesn't. We know about the history of prohibition. We know it's long. It's costly. It's failed. It's dangerous. It costs a a very high body count that wouldn't have been there. It corrupts officials, whether political officials or law enforcement officials. It gives rise to organized crime because now the drug kingpins are like, "Wow, the politicians just made it more lucrative for us. Now we can sell our drugs to the highest bidder. All we got to do is find a bunch of stooges to run those drugs, and if we bring them to market, we can offer offer it up and and collect premium dollars for it." So, let me know what you guys think about this. Uh, a lot of people think that I am for poisoning America. I am for the freedom of America and I'm for educating America. And I think people should be smart about what they put in their bodies or what they don't put in their bodies. It's a bad idea to get involved in drugs. I think smoking is stupid. I think drinking and driving is stupid. But you know what? It's your life. You're the captain of your ship. You should be free to do whatever you want to do. And nobody has the right to grant you permission or withhold that permission from you. If you think that I'm wrong, I want you to tell me. Just let me have it in the comments section. Maybe I'll put some Maybe I'll put a uh a link in there so that you can call in. Let's see. What time is it? Uh, what time is it? Oh, 7:22. I might have like 10 minutes. Let's see what's Brett. Come on. Do it live, man. Just go live. Just do it live. Just talk to me. I'm not your enemy. If you got something against me, I I I see a bunch of this white people stuff. What What is all this just sounds so racist? Bakish Mill says, "Most uselessly eaters support the actions of cops." Yeah, they sure do. I saw some other Let's see what else was this. Cover Ronald Green's story one day, please. Ronald Green. You have to give me more specifics than that. I'll I'll try to look it up. Ronald Green and the Louisiana State Troopers. Ronald, Louisiana State Police. Is it gring of Ronald Green? 49year-old black man was killed after being arrested by Louisiana State Police following a high-speed chase outside Monroe, Louisiana. During the arrest, he was stunned, punched, pepper-sprayed, and placed in a That sounds so familiar. I think I've done a video on that. When his cor when Green's corpse was brought to the hospital, police told doctors that his car had run into Yes, I did do a video on this. I've done a video on Ronald Green. That happened a while ago. December six, white troopers were involved in the arrest. Five were criminally charged in December 2022. It kills me that people think it's just a racist thing when it's an actual it's a status thing. Statist is statism is basically a cancer of the mind where you think you're actually better than other people because of by the virtue of your position. Brian, drug runners really need to watch your videos. I hate how cops always try to act like they're so cool your friend before tyranny. Yeah, I know. They're really good at that, too. They really they're they're really convincing. It's like, "Wow, I think I think this cop likes me. I think like if we were neighbors, we'd hit it off great. And it's like, no, you wouldn't. You wouldn't. This guy's vile. He's evil. He's everything wrong with the world. I pulled you over because your windshield killed a bug. Yeah, exactly. That's corporate traffic club gives this wide birth of a I don't I'll make the door as wide as possible. I'll find some reason to walk into it. Those who make Yeah. All right. So, thanks for the super chats, guys. Let's go back to the live. Let's see what uh Hey, what's up, Kelsey? Kelsey Woodlatch is here. It's a cops versus everyone not a race thing. Exactly. Exactly. Because think about think about this right here. He want to think about if there was ever a time for a a black guy to be taken care of, it would be with Tyrie Nichols. See Poor guy, man. Just to hear him. Just to hear him get the life beaten out of him. 29-year-old black American man was fatally injured by five black police officers. Not one white officer, I don't think, appeared on the scene as he was being pummeled to death. And if it wasn't for this street light camera, they probably would have gone off got off free and clear. Died three days later. The guy was calling for his mom. It was by a Scorpion unit in Memphis, which was afterward disbanded. The officers, all members of the Memphis Memphis Police Department scorpion unit, pulled Nicholls from his car before pepper spraying and tasering him. They they walked out in these these uh blacked out vehicles. Nicholls didn't even know what was going on. You could see the total surprise in his face. Nicholls broke free and ran toward his mother's house, which was less than a mile away. The officers caught up with Nichols near the house where they punched, kicked, and pepper-sprayed him and struck him with a baton. Medics called the scene uh called to the scene, didn't administer emergency care until 16 minutes after arriving. Nicholls was admitting to the just unbelievable. Wasn't the unit partially black men or am I wrong? The entire unit was black. All five officers that got charged and jailed were all black. Every one of them. The five officers who assaulted in Nicholls were discharged from MPD effective January 8th, 2023. They were address uh they were arrested and charged on January 26 with secondderee murder, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, official misconduct, and official oppression. The sixth officer, Preston Hempill, who oh, he was white and present at the initial traffic stop, was also fired for violating multiple department policies. So, it was five officer, five black officers and one white officer. Black officers are abusing black people, Hispanic people, white people. White officers are abusing white people, black people, Hispanic people. Well, I I saw a lot of reasons for prohibition. One of them was about uh alcohol and the other one was William Randph Hurst and wanting to corner the paper and the tree growing market because you could use hemp pulp for uh the newspaper business and he wanted to basically corner the market. So, and then there was the ethanol issue. So, there were there were a couple there were a couple key players who directly stood to benefit from criminalizing what they then called marijuana. And the the guy who did it um God, why does his name escape me? Because I can always remember it. Just now I can't remember it. What was that psycho's name who was a part of the FBI that spearheaded No, that was that was Oh, never mind. I'm thinking of Never mind. I'm thinking of marijuana prohibition. Anslinger. Harry Anslinger. Ford was using hemp to do the shells of cars and ethanol and all that stuff. So, there's crazy stuff. Let's see. Let Did Brett ever say that he wanted to come on here, let me just uh here. I forgot to do this. Boy, do I get sidetrack. Here's the link if you want to talk. Hey, let's keep it to one two minutes max each. Um, and then we'll just move on to the next person. I want everybody to get a chance. Let's see. It's 7:29. I I really should be out of here by 7:35. So, let's do that. Yeah, Anslinger. I don't think he had anything to do with Raw Dog. You're funny. Oh gosh, that's just horrible. That's just horrible. Brett's gone. I just put the link in the chat for you there. Here, I'll just put it in there again just in case you missed it. Somebody wants to come in and impart some wisdom on us. Have I ever seen the civil war on drugs? If not, you should watch it. Is it on YouTube? What's the matter to you? Let me put that in this. Is it this right here? The Civil War on Drugs full movie. The whitest kids you know presents the Civil War on Drugs. Watch it all here. You got to give me a synopsis of it. I don't really want to sit down and watch anything that's not really good. And if somebody tells me it's good, it's got it's got to be good. >> Stupid stupid boy. Is it like a Let's see. What's this about? Has anybody put a one in the room if you if you've seen the movie Civil War on Drugs? Hey, what's up, Kelsey? >> How's it going, brother? >> Have you seen The Civil War on Drugs? >> No, I haven't. >> I haven't either. What's on your mind? Um, well, a couple things. Uh, I stole this line from you, but first I just want to say that police are the only people that could turn man's best friend into their worst enemy. >> Yeah. >> You know, and uh I don't know, man. Just when people say that cops, you know, are racist, I mean, they could be racist. Maybe they are some of them, but that's not why they arrest people. They just see is it another cop or is it everyone else, you know? So, >> yeah. >> Yeah. You know what I hate about the this whole scop, this government scop is that I love dogs, man. I love I love all animals, but especially dogs because they're just so faithful and lovable, you know? But I hate that I feel uptight when I see a dog approach a vehicle because I know it's going to be for that occupant's harm. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Yeah. They turned they turned that wonderful animal that wonderful friendly, faithful, loyal animal into our enemy. >> Yep. >> Unless it's your dog and uh they run out of the house and they just want to play or something and then they'll shoot them and blame you for that. So, >> exactly. It's so in It's so infuriating all the way around. >> Cops specialize in a few things. One is lying, another is victim blaming. Um I don't know. It just >> Yeah. Gaslight. >> You know, we're talking about the drug world right now and I've I've I've smoked uh I've smoked cannabis my whole life pretty much. And I just feel like, you know, what am I hurting? I'm not hurting anybody. Why is it illegal? How come if I get caught with it, I'm going to go to jail, you know, like or get a fine or whatever. >> Exactly. And you know what's you know what's crazy about specifically cannabis THD? I don't care if you're talking about sativa or indacica, but when when I took it back in high school and college, all I wanted to do is have peace. I I wanted to be like and and it wasn't it wasn't this you get drunk and you're like, I love you, man. I think it was kind of genuine. You know what? I know you're under the influence and you don't have full control over all your capacities possibly, but I could be wrong about that. But all I wanted I had the munchies, so I wanted to attack a bag of potato chips. That's all I wanted to attack. But I wanted like it's almost like John Lennon type of mentality. Give peace a chance. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. And the crazy part to me about that is that alcohol is legal and cannabis I mean cannabis is becoming legal now most places at least half the states so far. But um like I always tell people the only way cannabis can hurt you is if a bail falls on top of you. Like you know what I mean? The only >> That's what Joe Yeah. Joe Rogan said the only way uh yeah marijuana's ever killed anybody is when a 20 pounds of it falls from the CIA drug plane. Yeah. [laughter] >> Yeah. I mean the only thing in danger is uh the refrigerator like you said, you know, or I might I might fall asleep, but it's crazy. Alcohol is legal to me because when I do smoke, I don't get like I can function. You know what I mean? >> Can you drive back? I'm not functioning. Can Can you drive Can you drive fully under the influence of THC? >> Absolutely. >> Really? >> You know what's funny >> is I have smoked and drove my entire life and I have never had a problem with it. But I tell you what, if I take like five shots and then go try to drive, I'm going to have big time problems. It's just crazy to me. >> You You know why? I I've never done either under the influence, I don't think. But anyway, um, but with THC, I get to the point where like this is the great having a watch is a great equalizer for me because I lose track of time and I will be doing the most simple thing and it's like like go okay like uh going to the bathroom or something. I'll feel like have I been standing in the bathroom for like 20 minutes? What's going on? So I feel like if I got behind the wheel of a car and I'm at a stoplight, I'll be like how many cycles of red, yellow, green have I been sitting here? I I should not be behind the wheel of a car. You know what I mean? >> But what's crazy though is you still understand like you're not like just so out of it you can't understand what's going on. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> And I think one of the real reasons it's illegal is because the government can't make as much money as they want off of it because that's like big pharma. You you can grow a plant but you can't grow a pill. You know what I mean? Like so they don't want you being able to grow your own stuff. They want you to have to depend on them. Yeah. >> For everything. >> Yeah. >> I mean, >> what isn't what does the government not want you to depend on them for? If you can think of something, I'm I'd be love to hear it. >> I mean, you made a good point about alcohol versus cannabis because with alcohol, it tends to make people aggressive. It will make a little guy want to beat up a big guy. But have that little have that little guy do take a, you know, a couple hits off a blunt, he's not going to want to beat up anybody. He's going to want to put his arms around him and go give peace a chance, man. You know, >> I was going to say if anything, he's going to want to high five him and give him a hug. You know what I mean? Like, hey, not anymore. Like, that's pretty good stuff. Like, uh, but then that's why I brought up alcohol because it's been legal for what, when was prohibition ended? 191 33. >> That's right. So, what, like almost 100 years ago and we are just now catching up with marijuana and not even everywhere. It's still federally illegal. I live in West Virginia, but to buy it from someone not sketchy, I have to cross a bridge and go to Ohio and buy it for recreational purposes. And it's crazy. >> I live 5 minutes from Ohio. So, it goes from it's completely illegal in my trunk to I crossed a bridge and now it's a felony. Like, what the [ __ ] >> Hey, it's a it's a magic line and you are now in Oz. You know, it's funny, man. It's so funny you said that because last week Trish and I were in Arkansas and we were right on the Missouri border right across the border. There was a cannabis shop. It had a cool name too. I was like >> ah it was called it it had the word [clears throat] high in it. I was like god that's such a good name but it's not even I'm not kidding. It is not 30 seconds from the Arkansas border. And I can totally see them putting a flot camera outside that getting the license plate of a resident in Arkansas and Arkansas state police just hanging out a mile down the road and just nabbing people, you know, all day long. It'd be a cash cow for them. >> They probably they probably do it. >> I'm glad you they probably do. I wonder sometimes how many flaw cameras are up that aren't on that website. Like are there flaw cameras we don't know about? I'm sure there are. Yeah. And they're not even counting Axon and Motorola and the other ones either. >> You know what's crazy is I saw a video where you were talking about different states that had them and I noticed my state was one of the it had like some of the least amount. It was only like 180 or something like that which isn't very many at all considering other states, you know. >> Yeah. >> And still in Morgantown, West Virginia, that's about an hour from where I live. I live by Wheeling. I don't know if you've ever heard of it, but >> it's about an hour from here. Morgantown, West Virginia. That's where like West Virginia University and the college and all that is. Well, I guess during their city council meetings, they're having like people get thrown out and arrested and everything else for, you know, stuff you see everywhere, they're questioning, why is flock cameras being put up when no one wants them. >> Yeah. >> And the people responsible sitting there are just like, "Sorry, you know, too bad, so sad. You're just going to have to deal with it." >> Yeah. [laughter] >> You know what's interesting? You know what's interesting? the sheriffs and the police departments that adopt the flock camera system in their town. I think that they think they're telling the truth when they say all it's doing is grabbing license plates and all we're doing is nabbing people with uh you know out of registration or out of state and they have criminal histories or whatever. But >> right for the children. >> Yeah. Got to do it for the children. Mass warrantless surveillance for the children. It's just for them. But what I think they they may be telling the truth because they're getting the cover story by Flock, but the full story is Flock may be a self-contained system, but it can plug into the entire central system of Palunteer, and that's where everything opens up. Social security numbers, financial history, do you have a criminal history? Even Walmart, did you see where Walmart is getting involved in Flock? They alert the Walmart system when you've passed the the Flock camera. They recognize your vehicle and then they recommend products for your vehicle and then and then because you have probably have the Walmart app on your phone, there's these little Wi-Fi readers that adjust prices on the shelf for your financial situation. Have you heard about that? They got these little digital price tags now in some of these Walmart stores and they're running these these little um pilot programs on people. So if they sit if they stand for 15 seconds in front of say the Hitachi tool aisle, you start getting these tool ads and then they'll adjust the price because they researched what your financial situation is. It's just cra the techn I I don't know how we go back and like do a I'm not talking about the great reset but like a like a freedom reset but I do have hope that we someday can do it. It's just we better do it pretty quick or Skynet will become self-aware if it hasn't already. You know >> it's it's like the saying Brian and I hate to even you know say anything that has to do with violence. You know, I think everything should be as peaceful as we can be, but when you get to a certain point, when does that stop? You know, it's like the saying that, how does it go? Uh, every so often, >> liberty must be refreshed. You know the saying better than I do. Go ahead. >> Yeah. By the by the blood of patriots and tyrants. I know. It's like, >> yeah. >> Gosh, is that our re is that really our unfortunate reality? >> I think is that what's coming? Because I mean when the Revolutionary War happened, I mean it was farmers fighting the biggest navy in the world and what happened, you know, we won. And I think we could do that again, especially when you show videos like the most incompetent SWAT rate ever in one guy with a what he had a 9 millimeter and like a 22 and he held off an entire SWAT team for what hours and the whole time they're shooting pepper balls into the room. And the guy's talking about we need to get this uh this armored truck to burst through the wall. And I'm thinking, man, these poor hotel owners. And about that time, they show the hotel owners and they're asking if they're going to be reimbursed. And the cop just looks at him, shrugs, and turns around like, "Ah, [ __ ] these people." You know what I mean? Like, >> he's got he's got he's got no skin in the game. But hey, that's >> I don't care. >> That is actually a good point because that right there gives me hope that this one guy hiding behind a Motel 6 mattress holds up this entire SWAT team. That kind of It's almost like what happened in Moadishu. Remember that? They had Blackhawk Down, the Apache helicopters, and all these guys, 16y olds, 15y olds with uh AK-47s were holding off the world's most virulent and viral superpower, you know. Hey, I I love I love talking to you, man. I got people waiting and I got to get out of here. So, I appreciate you. >> All right, man. You have a good night. Thanks. >> You You too, >> man. I am sorry to make you wait, Progressive. What's up, man? >> Oh, can you hear me? Yep. Hey, so I just want to add to that Walmart thing you were just saying real quick, too. Just saw thing how Walmart is going to have uh biometrics on their shopping carts to tell if you're excited about a product, which will also link into your app and that kind of stuff. >> Now, what is does that does that work with rapid eye movement techn? What is how does that work? >> I don't know. Because you're read your palms and tell if you're sweating because you like, you know, a certain product, whatever. >> Interesting. But hey, the real reason I want to tell you is that, you know, we talked last time about Mexico, and I sent a couple of my buddies in Mexico, some of your videos to watch, and one of my buddies watched that video that you had about the cops on the on the beach that were grabbing that little girl that was drinking and put her in the back of the car, which you talking about, you were we talking about the little Russian girl? >> Uh, I don't know if she was Russian or not, but she's like a little skinny girl and they were on the beach and she was drinking and you know, and and so I was talking like, why why does that not happen next to her? They said it was just interesting because they were saying that would never happen in Mexico because that cop would have not made it off the beach because that girl has 15 uncles and 27 cousins that would have stood between her and that cop. And that's what we need to do in the US. We need to have some kind of stand your ground law against these, you know, unlawful orders, you know. And I I don't know. I'm trying to think of some kind of solution like I don't know, like an app or something that you can hit a panic button and everybody in the neighborhood can come out. kind of like how I like how on some of these ICE rates how people are blowing these whistles and and bringing everybody in that that's what we need to do because it's just unreal because these cops, you know, because the cops in Mexico, they're not they're not worried about about um um what is it called? Cops can get away with stuff. Um uh >> qualified immunity. >> Yeah, qualified immunity. They're worried about making it home without getting their ass beat because they put their hands on a little girl, you know, and everybody knows where these cops live. In the US, you don't even know your neighbor, so you don't even know if a cop is next to you, but make sure they do. And so that doesn't happen because they know not to put their hands on a little girl. And that's how it needs to be here. And it's just it's just disgusting that it's it's that way here. And I don't know, but my interesting that sentence, they were just blown away that that they would even touch a little girl, especially for drinking, which they have they uh they have alcohol laws in Mexico, but they don't pursue like that because there's no harm. they're not doing you're not doing anything if you're not beating somebody up or doing something not you know harming anybody else do your own thing you know so I just wanted to you know you know what sucks about that and why we can't get to that point is because we have people like Brandon Tel Aviv softening him up Tatum who doesn't mind a 40ome year old guy in a uniform get straddling this little 80 lb toothpick arm kid and just punching him in the chest and he's like hey I don't mind them paying compliance and softening him up I was like if you saw the kid's parents doing that in their own front yard, you'd stop it because you know it's wrong, you know. >> Yeah. >> Or that guy that you uh you you cover Valhalla, I sure his name is that loves to talk, you know, show the cops busting the windows and you know and you know I'm talking about you did a video on him. Um you follow some of his videos to kind of make fun of the guy. Um >> it's not a BFT because I've never seen him do it but >> No, he's got he's got like the Scottish accent. >> Oh, Van Valian. >> Yeah, Vanalian. There you go. You know, people like that, you know, and he puts that in people's minds that, oh, you should give your idea. Oh, yeah. You should, you know, answer. I mean, >> yeah. And I don't know because because people brainwashed since the time they're born that, you know, they they have authoriti. You know, you got to respect that authoritie. >> Yeah. >> And Yeah. It's un it's unreal. But, um, but hey, I want to keep you. I appreciate what you do, man. >> Hey, thanks, Progressive. Thanks a lot, man. >> Hey, thank you, man. Have a good one. >> Take take care. Hey, what's up, Audron? >> Hey, how you doing, Brian? How you doing? >> Oh, that's right. You tried to call the other day and your your audio was messed up. >> Is it okay now? >> I think so. So far, what's up, man? >> Cool. Um, one I wanted to discuss just one thing with you and kind of inform you. I know you know about the police and everybody in the chat. Hello everybody. Uh I I'm a little bit about myself cuz I I'm around a superstar right now. In my eyes, you are a superstar. So I am a little like >> No, true. I'm truly not a superstar. >> Just just ask Trish and Dakota. They know I'm not Hey, can you do you have your hazards on or a blinker or something because it's clicking? Rutro, you froze. >> All right. Okay. Am I here? >> Yep. So, you can hear me, right? Let me just go on with what I want to say. All right. Here we go. >> So, essentially, everybody knows that cops don't have a duty to protect. Most people that do their research, they actually know that there is no like one direct duty. And the main Supreme Court case is Dasheni versus Wnebago County Department of Social Services from 1989 where the court held that due process clause generally imposes no affirmative constitutional duty on the government to protect individuals from private violence. And if you want police specific um rhetoric, then you can go to Town of Castle Rock versus Gonzalez, which is 5 uh 545 US 748 in 2005. And that reinforced the principle in a case involving police failure to enforce a restraining order. And you know the often quoted duty is owed to the public at large language comes from Warren v. District of Columbia in 1981. Okay. But that's a DC of appeals case and not a Supreme Court decision. And and and the and it's my understanding right that private people we're in the same boat. We have the same right. We actually owe no duty to other people and aside from a moral duty like if you have any you don't I don't believe you need religion uh or do dogmatic uh you know text to have morals and to to think right about others and about your your your your u your community. So, so aside from morally, there's no legal duty binding any private citizen in America to actually protect the public, you know, as as it relates to, you know, whatever. You know what I mean? Safety and and security and things of that nature. And it's the same for for the cops. They have no general duty and you know, you have no general duty. The only time a duty actually attaches from the cops to you is when there's a contract in place. And that's that's just from my research. And you guys can feel free to correct me on my channel if I'm wrong or leave a comment. Um, but a police officer's duty generally arises uh from law and the officer's public office, not a private contract with an individual is what this stupid machine told me, right? But in fact, if you get into a contract with a police department or a police officer for protection, that does become a dutybound kind of agreement where cops have to protect you. But ordinarily, there's no duty. And where I'm going with this is that, >> and let me let me jump let me let me let me jump in real quick. Even when they have a clear duty, because it's supposed to be their duty to protect you when you're in custody, they will do crazy stuff like shoot you when you're in handcuffs in the back of a vehicle cuz an acorn dropped or they'll leave you stranded in the back seat, handcuffed a patrol car on a railroad track while a train's coming. So even even under the obligation they will abuse you whether through abuse or neglect. >> That's such a good point that I didn't even think to you know bring up but that's you perfectly you nailed it. And that is basically derelict of duty right? >> Yes. >> If they have a duty to protect and and you're in their custody they have that duty to protect your life and they don't do that. That's derelict of duty. But I was going to this level where where you know a lot of people talk about adhesion contracts. And so basically what an adhesion contract is is it's like your driver's license or insurance or any any of these any of these like uh contracts with the government or they're more like agreements because a contract is something that's negotiable. But an adhesion contract is something that's non-negotiable. It's one-sided. You either agree or you don't. And when you agree to these adhesion contracts, you have to also agree, especially when there's a when there's a state involved, to their terms and conditions, which involve the application of the state's laws and c and certain traffic laws. And I know that you harp on the traffic law a lot, corporate traffic law. And I want people to start recognizing that, you know, we're putting ourselves in the position of, you know, creating this duty, you know, to protect and and and make everyone safe, a legal duty. We don't have to. We can do it morally. And that's kind of the position where I'm where I'm coming from. What I'm saying, I wish more people would wake up to realizing that, you know, a moral duty and standing on that is more is more it says a lot more about who you are, about your integrity than than a stupid legally binding contract that the state is going to use to, you know, make sure that you mind your peas and all have morals. You must sign this legal agreement. We're going to assume right there. Here's why l driver's licenses are mandatory by the states in the state's opinion, right? And I I know there's a lot of people that want to, you know, debate this. It's a huge issue, but it's because they think we're [ __ ] criminals and that there's no, you know, burden of there's no like assumption or presumption of of innocence before guilt. It's there it's the complete opposite of that. They always presume we're guilty before before innocence. And that's why they force this mandate on us. And that [ __ ] pisses me off. And I think I'm going to I'm going to stop and I'm going to let you go on that note. But thank you for giving me this platform and and time. >> No, I appreciate it. That's why I like the sarcastic approach by James Freeman when he goes up to a car, a police car, and he says, "Hey, is there anything in the car that I need to know about? Do you have any contraband, any drop drop guns or anything like that?" Uh, you you don't mind stepping out of the vehicle. Keep your hands out of your pocket. it becomes really really ridiculous in the minds of the law enfor. So everything that you're saying I completely agree with and I really love the approach of some people who like they are just it's almost like they were born to do that and I love it and I think none of us is greater than all of us. Everything you just said is completely valid in my opinion and it's something that we should really munch on, chew on and like set brush fires of freedom around. You know what I mean? >> Absolutely. Absolutely. And we'll do we'll do do it again hopefully. So I can't wait till you go live again. Have a great day. >> Thanks. I appreciate you, man. Thanks. Thanks for the donations during the live stream, too. I appreciate it. >> Oh, it's all good. I uh I'm trying to take up after Jay Lobo who's doing I can only do one one subscription per per stream, but he's crazy, man. All right, guys. Later. >> He's a great guy. All right. Thank you, >> man. Thanks. Thanks for the donations during the live. >> What's up? What's up, Backmo? Oh, man. I'm getting a lot of feedback back. How you doing? I'm trying to take after Jay Lobo >> back one but all right guys later. >> He's a great guy. All right. Thank you. >> Yeah. Thanks. Thanks for the >> What's up? What's up? Oh, man. I'm getting a lot of feedback. How you doing? >> Back. >> Hey Backmo, you got to turn your volume down >> or put your audio in your ear. Uh oh. Back just left the building. All right. Hey guys. Um, uh, how many people are in here? Did everybody hit the like button? If you haven't, make sure you hit the like button. And also, I wanted to show you this real quick. This is the last thing I got time for right here. Um, this is what I was talking to you about. I don't know what this guy's name is, but somebody shared this with me the other day. I think it was Paulie D on [clears throat] X. His name is Jimmy Rig. Listen to what he says about how Walmart's tracking you, but they're kind of using flock security safety cameras to do it. >> This coming up right here is the definition of draconian. >> Grabbing everybody's license plate on the way in. Automated license plate readers, ALPRs, may also be in use on our properties where permitted by law. >> Now, he's he's reading from the Walmart customer service privacy notice, which is online in the store. I double checked this. He's actually reading straight from it. >> Personal information is collected. Personal information is collected from the automated license plate readers. All right. >> Now, watch how personal it gets. >> Here's our entrance to Walmart. There's our license plate reader right there. All right. So, let me tell you what's inside before we even get in there. They have Bluetooth beacons are going to try to connect to your Bluetooth. And then they have the Walmart Wi-Fi connector that's going to try to connect your Wi-Fi. So the question is, at what point when you go into Walmart, do you give them authorization to pull all of your personal information? I'll show you right here. So here you go. Right here they have the QR code to the privacy notice. So that means you have consented. We obtain personal information about you such as device or online identifiers and internet or other network information in our store. So right here we got now watch this. Watch this. It's not just the video cameras. There's other technology. I've seen this in Walmarts near me. >> Camera there. There. >> And I haven't been in a Walmart and let's see. I was at a Walmart recently, but it' been the first time in a long time. I think like a week ago or something. And they I looked for these boxes and then these other different cameras than these globe uh condor looking cameras that they have at the at the front and there and there. Gotcha. Right there. And here you go. Right here. Here's your telemetry device. This device will pull your MAC address from your phone. I >> Now I have to I've not verified this. Is it true? What? First of all, what is this device? I don't recognize it. I've seen it before in various Walmarts, but does it really pull your Wi-Fi from your phone? >> Ify you and track you through the store right there. So, if you accept the prompt to get onto the Walmart Wi-Fi or you leave your Bluetooth on, >> I don't know why anybody would do that. Why would you accept the prompt and get on Walmart's Wi-Fi? Why would you do that? >> God forbid you're on the Walmart app. You're being tracked everywhere you go in this store. as well as shop counts, pass through stores, where people stop and how long they stop there. Once it grabs you and knows who you are, connects you into the database [music] with all your data, it's going to follow you around the store. We may be able to recognize the location of your mobile device in store. >> We may be able to recognize the location of your mobile device. You know that they can. We may use Bluetooth technology in our stores to allow our mobile services to show you nearby products and they are tracking your every move and do something like this. Stop to check out the power drills. >> Now watch this. >> It's going to relentlessly try to market you according to your data and everything it has built on you and even tailor the price to what you can pay. They're telling you in the stores they are tracking you. People don't believe this right here. You read it. You heard it. Why is Walmart at the level of collecting our information equivalent to what our federal government is? Ask yourself that. >> Oh, for ask yourself why anybody would have that power, even people in the government. Uh, hey Brett, stand by. Okay, Brett, hold on a second. Stand by. Let me just finish this thought. There was something in this video where I thought there was an adjustable price tab, and I've seen them, but I've not seen them in stores near me. Does any has anybody walked into a Walmart store where they actually have these price tabs on the shelf that are like these tiny LED screens that change the price according to a person's financial status. I've not seen I've only seen them online. I have not seen them in person. If you guys have seen those in person, let me know. Brett, we're I'm with you, man. I just wanted to finish that thought. How's it going, man? >> Can you hear me? Can you hear me? >> Yeah. Hey, I just wanted to say I love uh I'm gay and I just love men. >> So, I don't care. >> I am. My name's Brett and I'm gay as [ __ ] >> Okay. >> So, what what's your what's the deal? >> Uh I just wanted to say like I can't believe how much you guys hate pigs cuz I love them. >> Okay. Why why do you love them? H. They were just remind me of Dicks. >> You're You're just a horrible spammer, man. Take care. Gosh, he's not even good. He's not even good. Like, if you're going to be a troll, specialize in it. Geez. I don't know. I'm a sucker. I always try to give people a chance. I always try. You never can't tell. I know. Officer right here. I mean, I can't even call that trolling. That was if let's coin a term subtrolling. Let's call it that. I don't even [laughter] want to I don't care what your sexual orientation is. It doesn't matter to me. Just leave me alone. Let me opt out. Leave me be. All right, guys. I appreciate you. Thanks, Mark Green. I know, man. It was a Van Balian soldier. Okay, I gotta stick around and read I gotta read. Sovereign says wasted our time. No, I'm not. I am I will not do that. I will not ban. I I cannot do that. I'll I'll temporary like I'll temporarily suspend somebody from the chat if they're interfering with other people's ability and right to speak, but I I just I can't ban I can't ban anybody. His meds got says Thomas. See, this is what I love. I love about this. None of us is greater than all of us, man. I could not come up with this stuff. Maggot trolling says rebel. A Peter Puffer can't be [laughter] [sighs and gasps] failure at all. Yeah, it was horrible. Like, if you're going to troll me, I I need I need high quality trolling, you know? You know what I mean? My channel just hit a thousand subs. Holy cow. I appreciate you sharing the video, man. It's taking off like a rock. Let's see. Let's see. Let us see. Officer, right here. I love that name. What's your What's your name and badge number? Right here, officer. Oh, Brett. I love you, man. I love you, Brett. I'm sure I'm sure if I was your neighbor, you'd be you'd be thankful that we were neighbors. Let's see. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You gotta check out You got to check out Officer Right here's videos, especially this his most popular one right here. >> I love the fact that he got a hold of this body cam footage. I I love the fact that this this cop grabs a hold of this kid and says that he will lose and the officer ends up losing him losing and for the next 15 minutes the guy is totally out of breath. That was so classic. Breast. Bread is the consmate tool. Yeah, this is officer right here. This is the YouTube channel officer right here. And uh Hey, officer right here. Are you the one that actually does these officer safety kits or is that somebody else? Is that you or somebody else? Let me know here. Let me scroll to the bottom. Officer, right here. Are you the Are you the originator and creator of the officer safety kits? Yay or nay? I'm looking in the chat right now. At least Brett is self-aware, says Kelsey. Yeah. Skin. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Let me let me uh here here's the link to his channel. Here's the link to officer right here's channel. You got to put officer right here. You've got to put up more content, man. You got to do it. I bet you'd be awesome at it. Like commentary and stuff. Yeah. So, it's you. Okay. Okay. Hold on, guys. Hold on. Hold on. Let me show you something. Just a second. I'll be right back. I'll be I'll be back in 10 seconds. All right. All right, I'm back. Uh, I am not Oh, man. What just What just happened? I can't see. I I can't see. Where? Come on. Stabilize. What happened to my What happened to my camera? You got to be kidding me. I do. Oh, there it is. Okay, so officer right here. And he will testify to this, I think. Can you guys hear me? Brian looks like Brett. Do we know what Brett looked like? Do we even know? I don't think we knew what Brett looked like. I didn't. All right. I am not being paid. This isn't a paid sponsorship, but you guys got to get one of these things. Check this out. I want to show you something really cool. First of all, I cannot wait for the next time I get pulled over by a cop because I am totally going to go through every item in the officer safety kit. He's going to have to wait on me. Officer, my priority during this traffic stop is your safety. And I care so much about your safety. I've carried the officer safety kit for the last year in my vehicle just hoping and praying that I would have a chance to share this with you. I got to show you this, guys. I am going to turn off my I'm going to turn off my studio lights, but check this out. If you're having trouble finding the officer safety kit, and it happens to be nighttime when you get pulled over. Oh, you can't see it because my screens are on, but it glows in the dark. I don't know if you can see that. It glows in the dark. If I could turn everything I would have to turn all my screens off. Shoot. I'm getting glare from all my screens. But anyway, this this officer safety kit glows in the dark. They don't all glow in the dark. But officer right here sent me a bunch of these. So, here's here's the regular officer safety kit. And then you've got officer safety ponytail pigs. This is especially if you get pulled over by a female officer. This right here. And this is this is quality, guys. This is uh the filming expedition or the fishing expedition, sorry. And then you got this. And these are all interchangeable. Check this out. Again, this isn't a paid sponsorship. I just love this. This is great. And you get you can get this from officer safety. Put your Hey, put your uh website on here. It is right here. Let's see. See, when I'm excited about something, I can just sell it without getting paid for it. I don't care. So, here's here's the officer safety kit website. You got to you got to get some of these. Support fellow freedom fighters, man. Support fellow freedom fighters. Let me just continue with this. These are interchangeable. You can just slide it in. Let's see. Do I have this backwards? I don't know. I'm probably botching this. Yeah, I'm Oh, wait. This This isn't Oh, this is thicker. Oh, that's a thicker one. Okay, these aren't interchangeable. Huh. For some reason, I thought they were. Maybe it's interchangeable with this. Oh, yeah. Yeah. You can tell I'm not not ready for this. I'm just excited about this. Okay. So, you got this one box, but you got these different little little deals that it can go in. So, these are interchangeable on this one. But, let me show you what's inside the actual officer safety kit. There's the road pirate edition. See that road pirate? And these are 3D printed only. There's only a few bad apples. This is green, of course, so you can you see through it. This is uh Curious Cops with the Curious George on there. But for as for the contents, and I think I went over this before, but check this out. You've got band-aids, you know, cuz they're little [ __ ] Grandma's always got to have the bad seal. And you have the little spoons to go with the baby food because they're a bunch of freaking babies. Just so it'll slide in a little bit better for people like you, Brett. Got the little pacifier that's got hair all over. Oh, this is a must, guys. Always. Always a must. What is this? Maid doll. Couple more band-aids. What's this? Oh, callous cushions. Cuz in every way, shape, or form, it's all about officer safety. So during a traffic stop, you've got to know that your primary goal is to make sure that your officer on his traffic stop. It's not your traffic stop, it's his traffic stop. Make sure that officer goes home safe as far as you're concerned at the end of his shift. That's the officer safety kit. That's the link right there. I don't get I don't get a dime from this. I don't want a dime from this. I just think it's awesome. And if you ever do it, if you ever do get that kit, you've got to you got to record it. You've got to. And it's all professional, too. This is seriously about this cop's safety. He will appreciate this. Okay? I want you to give me the maximum fine. I want to be I want to be pilered from. I want to be extorted, officer, and I want you to be safe in the process. Can we put a little of this on you right now? I love it, man. I just love it. Hey, what's up? Cameron's here. Power inherent in the people is here. You got to join his You got to join his uh website. Let's see. Let's go ahead and pull that up. Yeah, officer right here. Man, I appreciate you. I love that concept, man. It's so awesome because they're always talking about officer safety. Terry v. Ohio revolves around officer safety. Here, let's get to power inherent. The people, there's power how we're inherent in the people. Definitely a shout out to Cameron. Just a good guy doing great work out there. This right here is Oh, great. See, officer, now you made me a liar. Now I just got a kickback. And I did not expect that. I gotta give it back. I gotta give it back. Any filmed Leo interaction with the kit will get you a free kit. Look at that. There you go. If you film an interaction with the kit, you will get a free kit. That is awesome, man. I love this community. I love it. No hemorrhoid cream says sim. You got to consider Hey, officer right here. You got to consider um hemorrhoid cream. You have to. And if anybody has any additions that can be added to this, I I don't know though. officer right here has this packed pretty full. At least mine was. Yeah, I do too, Michael. I love it. So, let me If you want that officer safety kit, again, I don't guys, I don't want kickbacks. I don't have sponsorships. I I I don't need to be rich. I don't need to be driving a nice car or anything. I just want to feed my family. That's it. So, I don't need kickbacks from this. So, if you get this from officer safety shop.com. Oh,shop. It's right here. Yeah, I don't I don't get or want any kickbacks. This is all for officer right here. Auditron says, "Hey, power power to the people." Power to the people says, "Hey y'all, donuts." I don't think that would work in the kit because unless the unless they're McDonald's donuts. If they're McDonald's donuts and they can fit in here, good for 20 years. They won't even deteriorate. You could even put one of those big arches or Big Mac in there, but it'll be fine. It'll be fine. Look at that. Michael's buying one right now. Just ordered. Says do do not operator. Tampons in the kit. You bet there are. What do you call that right there? Come on, Sabros. Come on. This There it is. I love it. Back laughs. All right, let's see. I think somebody else did a super chat. Virtual says, "Do not operate or check out my Myrtle Beach arrest. You won't be disappointed." Let's see. Is it on that channel right there? Let us see at the virtual Reparium. Oh, shoot. What is that? Where Where's your channel? Did I spell it wrong? Reparium. Oh, wait. I put a W in front of it. There you are. Your last Myrtle Beach arrest. Is it a Is it a short? Is it a YouTube short? Tell me which one it is. virtual. I'll just bookmark it. I don't really have time, man. It is 8:13. I was supposed to be out of here by 7:35. Holy cow. Cops terrorize and kill people. I'm wondering which video that is. Virtual send me. I know. I got to go. Dang it. This is addictive. Yeah, I got a van moose. It's dark outside. I was I was already supposed to get a workout and rake up the rest of the grass and leaves. Guess I'll be doing it in the dark. He's got great content. I don't even Let's see if the take a break from the snake. Oh, cool. It's a bunch of nature stuff. All right, guys. I I got a vamoose. All right, I got to say hi to back. >> What's up, Brian? >> Dang it, man. I I wish I had more time to talk to you, but I just wanted to spend 30, 45 seconds with you. what's going on? >> It's all good. Not not much, man. Just saying hello, that's all, you know. Um, yeah, man. It's just kind of crazy. We're living post pandemic era and it's absolutely insane. The data centers, artificial intelligence, you know, and facial recognitions and all that stuff coming along to 2030, you know. >> Aren't you aren't you sad that Dolly Madna Parton is gone though? >> Not really. >> No, really. I'm here for 2030 and my, you know, robot puppy basically and my UBI basically. >> You you your universal see you're shooting low because it shouldn't be uni universal basic income. It should be um universal maximum income. [laughter] >> Maybe >> I feel like if we all made a million dollars a month, every everything would change. >> But that's where we're heading. I mean, no matter what we talking about here, you know, jokingly or not joking around, but that's where we're all heading to. And >> can you tell me what the Can you tell me what the most comfortable pillow is? [laughter] >> I'm not sure about that. >> No, I'll tell you. Can Confucious said the most comfortable pillow you will ever own is a clean conscience. >> That is true. Yeah. But uh >> so if you always do if you always do right by your fellow man and you're always doing good to people and you live a noble life and you're good to your kids and your wife, doesn't really matter what else h happens in the world. I don't want mass surveillance. It's coming. But I still have hope. I know you you don't have hope, right? [laughter] >> You don't have any hope. >> No, I mean I'm I'm happy. I'm content with my life. I'm I'm just saying like I'm happy where I'm at after all the nonsense that you know we all went through right since 2020. >> You know me losing my job getting you know there's a bunch of other things that happened but uh >> you're you're happy but do you have a do you have hope for the future? >> Do I have hope? Not well what kind of hope we talking about >> that things will get better >> in which way? I mean if you ask one person they say okay this is great. I mean we're going to have a UBI. I'm not going to have to work like I work two jobs now. Honestly, I don't feel like working at this point if you ask me. >> I know. I mean, I like I don't want to be flippant about it, but I I have to have hope, man. Because if I don't have hope that things are going to get better and not deteriorate into a Terminator Skynet scenario, I I I just it I I don't want to live hopeless. You know what I mean? >> No, I get it. I get it. >> And and I may be completely selfdeceived, but but I can't bring myself to going, "Okay, yeah, we're dead. That's it. The machines are coming." And even if we got a cabin in the wilderness and we were truly off the grid, Skynet's going to come down upon us, our heads, you know. >> Yeah, true. You got the point there. But data centers are being expanded, uh, Brian, no matter how much people push back. I mean, the only time, the only way to stop this as a physical force. We can go and go on this stupid protest and, you know, being just a physical force. At this point it's it takes about this much to stop it. A physical force nothing else. Uh the the 2030 is coming. The surveillance state is coming. Everything is coming the way they promised us during the pandemic and I see it. I work in a data center. I see everything transpire. >> I watched that New York Post that you uh video that you sent me and I did a video on it on my illusion channel. >> Yeah, I saw it. Why? I mean, based on that and and that's just the stuff that we know about. If if the New York Post is telling us about out, they have way more advanced technology than that right there. But it's not Block isn't even the least of our problems. They have a surveillance thing where they did you see where they have a duplicate of the entire globe and it's refreshed constantly to where they they they even see a a tiny change like tracks in the dirt, you know, and and if somebody's digging underground, they have sensors for that. It's like under the ground, in the ocean, in the skies, on the land, it's all covered. >> It's Yep. Absolutely. 100%. So >> just just like remember when um remember when our orange savior uh Donald Trump said we will have the visa what do you call it the visa entry exit tracking system it will be on the land it will be on the sea it will be in the air and everybody's like that's exactly what we want this is wonderful >> get miss me with that stuff right there man >> yeah it's a global thing it's not just uh you know in our country it's a global thing if you go to airport. They facial recognitions everywhere in any airport that you go to. You don't even have to present the passport. You just, you know. >> Yeah. And try walking through the airport obscuring your face. That's not going to end well for you. >> Yeah. That's not going to end well. Yeah. >> But but if you did it in 2020 through 2023, it's mandatory. But now it's like, wait a second, I'm I'm just following the old plan. Are we not on the old plan anymore? >> God, it's absolutely insane. >> We live in upside. It's like we are stuck cemented. Our feet are cemented on the set of Idiocracy and we cannot get out and Rod Serling's behind the building smoking a cigarette going and now you are part of the Twilight Zone. >> And we do have all the technology self-driving self self-driving cars already present, right? We have those cars. We have delivery robots that deliver things. Uh drones are flying, you know. So everything's coming together and 2030 will be the year that we're going to able to see how everything is going to merge into one central thing and like you keep saying uh what's that company name I keep forgetting. Palanteer. Yeah. Palanteer, right? >> Yeah. >> So yeah, it's going to be centralized and it's going to be fully controlled. Uh you know the you know like I told you I didn't pay my income tax for state. They they just took out out of my paycheck without me doing anything. So, and as long as you have a bank account, it's easy to withdraw money or funds, whatever, whatever they want to do with you. >> Yeah. >> So, thank you for taking Thank you for taking my phone call and uh you have a great night. Take care, guys. >> You too, brother. Appreciate you. >> All the best. >> Take care. Bye. Uh do not operator said I meant this one, Brian at Isn't that the same as that? Not the virtual reparium. I have two channels. Is it [groaning] I'm confused. Which isn't hard to do. You have to wait a second. The virtual Oh, not that do not operator. Oh, okay. Okay. Gosh. Dog gone it. Look at [ __ ] as do not operator. Why can't donut operator TV? We're looking for do not operator. What if I separate it? Do not. Oh, there. There we go. Yeah, you got to separate it to get it. And is it the last video? Oh, North Myrtle Beach. Cops went too far. Okay, I'm gonna have to watch this. Dog on it. I'm gonna have to watch this in later. >> Okay, that sounds like a good uh good start. Okay, I'll I'll look at that. Do not operator. You mind if I cover it like I don't know later this week if it's interesting? Getting rushes like crazy at work. What? Where do you work? A smile. Breathe my bathroom fan does. What the heck is Brett still in here causing trouble? Oh gosh. Oh gosh. Here we go. Oh gosh. Oh my gosh. I've just totally absolutely cover it. And Myrtle Beach Airport. Russ. Both are great videos. Okay, brother. All right, guys. I got to get Man, I don't want to leave. I don't want to leave. I appreciate you guys. Thanks for thanks for sticking around. If you haven't done so already, like this video, share this video. Michael, you did not have to do that, man. You did not have to do that. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to. And if you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them. That is that is a great quote to end with. Thank you for being here guys. I really love you. I appreciate you. I really hope we can pull through this thing. And if I have hope and I have to lie to myself to have hope, I guess I'll just lie to myself about that while I'm telling the truth along the way. But man, I just hope we make it through all this stuff because they're really stacking the deck against all of us. Appreciate you. Have a good one. And you guys make this channel what it is today. Have a good rest of your weekend, which is there's only a couple hours left. And I hope you have a great week. Take care.
