of hillsborough county in the state of
florida
from a supposed american national
driving without tags on his car
and he seems to be gaining in confidence
because the police have been going easy
on him since his first stop
because they don't want to lump him with
a stack of tickets
but they are starting to lose patience
with him because he continues to drive
without tags
he of course has spun this into a right
to travel win even though he
has a license registration and insurance
however the title of his videos
is different hello

i'm pulling you over is that plate um
it's not a real plate
yeah i went to the supreme court already
about all that stuff supreme court
yeah i'll show you the order

yeah with my notice and everything and
you know you're dedicated sir uh
have you been stopped before for this
tag yeah
you don't have a physical copy of your
driver like you got a picture of it yeah
i got um
let me show you this
yeah everything is in my other car i
just got my this car back we're building
on it and everything
that's why i have my private tags on
there i thought you
have private tags on your car because
you are traveling
come on man at least be honest about
what your claims are
your video is titled how to travel with
no license
tags and registration which later turns
out to be false anyway because you have
a valid driver's license
and registration it's my passport and
everything

what exactly
i mean you gave me all these papers what
does that mean i mean yes
it's private yeah it's like like a car

it's my private car calling your car
private property doesn't exempt it from
your obligation to register it with the
state
um well you know you have to register
the vehicle in the state of florida i
mean you gave me all this paperwork but
i don't really know what this means you

yeah it's just like you know like this

uh your kenneth jones was appointed to
the state register of vital statistics
you know well i'm gonna this is your
child this is your birth certificate
right here
right it's all and this right here says
that the supreme court has received the
following document reflecting a filing
date of 4 12
21. that's the notice so that doesn't
really say anything about anything
right like i don't know what that what
that applies to i'm an american national
that's well yeah okay so you're an
american citizen you're saying well
national is there any document that says
that you don't need a license
yeah uh none of this said that though
yeah well i mean it's all in the supreme
court case and everything i mean i'll
take a ticket and
go to court about it i don't i don't
want to give you a ticket i'm just
trying to figure it out you know
i could file papers with the court
saying i'm the queen of england
it doesn't make it true or legal if if
you don't have any evidence to back up
your claims
then it's just a waste of your time on
paper and there are no
supreme court cases that say you don't
need a driving license to drive a car
oh yeah i'm an american national i'm
just traveling that's it you're
traveling
you're not driving yeah i'm not doing
anything with commerce you know the
whole
yeah have you ever had problems with the
law enforcement with this before no
no how many times i've been there two
times before yeah twice
okay and they understood and everything
a cop giving you a break by advising you
to get your car registered does not mean
he agrees with your
pseudo-legal arguments that's such a
leaping logic to convince yourself
you're in the right of course we'll see
later in the video that
it's exactly what is happening and it's
giving him the confidence to continue
driving
illegally yeah that's all this paperwork
you gave me i mean it doesn't really say
anything about anything
so i'm gonna hand this back to you okay
it doesn't really apply to what you're
talking about
in my opinion i'm not the legal expert
but right right i mean
it looks like it's just some random
documents doesn't say no it's not it's
is there something on there that says
you can drive this car on the road
without having to uh
this notice right here says that but
that's all it says okay i mean
i mean i'll take it i'm not trying to
give you a hard time i don't know what
you're saying you know what i mean yeah
i got what you're saying you know
i mean i'll take a ticket and i like how
he suddenly changed the subject
from those random documents to give me a
ticket and i'll fight it in court
seriously though it's it's good to see a
cop shutting down his arguments and
asking the right questions because there
is no supreme court ruling that says
you don't need a driving license to
operate a vehicle
on a public road there's a lot of
cherry-picked cases out there but
not one that supports his claim
all right sir i'm gonna go check my
computer and see if i can figure out

tell them things you wanna take it to
court i gotta double check i wrote the
venn right did you
do you happen to maybe find if you have
a registration or a title or anything
with the with it on the piece of paper
i can give you the pen what's up

uh what's this
okay yeah here's the event on there yeah

you're not very good at this traveling
thing you're not hiding your vin number
you have a valid driving license even
though you say you don't
and the cop doesn't bring up insurance
so i can assume you have that
what i'm saying is you have taken some
of the steps to becoming a false offset
just not all of them for whatever reason
hey sir i was able to find the vehicle
so i'm happy that it is registered to
you
and you have valid license um there's a
problem though the tag that's associated
with this vehicle
is over a year expired so you know i i
know your
interpretation of the law is different
than my interpretation it is uh so this
is the supreme court
that says yeah you've got around without
tag yeah they relieve all jurisdiction
over the state i'm always in the federal
jurisdiction if like any
uh controversy happens in the public
everything goes straight to the federal
court
you call breaking state law a
controversy
and that controversy can only then be
dealt with in
federal court because the state doesn't
have jurisdiction over you

and that's the notice you can keep that
one because i don't need to keep it um
but this doesn't really say anything
about your
tag you being able to drive with that
tax it's the jurisdiction
that's that's all i mean if that was the
case though i mean everybody would do
that and not just get a florida license
plate
everyone can that's the thing everyone
cannot you said they can't
watch out there's a process you have to
go through
if you are driving a vehicle in the
state of florida then they absolutely do
have jurisdiction over you
and this process you have to go through
to drive without tax doesn't exist
the 10th amendment gives each state the
right to enact and enforce
traffic laws all right sir
um i called one of our motor unit guys
that all they do is traffic to ask him
because this is kind of a strange
situation
and uh what the gentleman told me was
that
in this circumstance i don't know what
deals with that tag if you want to take
it to court that's totally
if you want to do that's totally fine
but uh what i was advised was the tag
that belongs this vehicle that when i
ran your registration from your event
popped up is expired by a year so i'm
going to write you a citation for that
you take care of the expiration um
registration for that
um i believe the state will take care of
the um the extra money for this
okay so just register your vehi i mean
get the updated uh
sticker for your for your tag so and i
and the the license plate on there
is your tag that belongs to this car i
did take a picture of your license plate
you have here and i'm gonna i'm gonna do
a little little mini report
that says that so you know if there's
any issue in court it's all gonna you
know type together you got something
else
yeah it belongs there to that estate an
employer identification number
so like a tax number yeah that's this
yeah i don't really see if this applies
to a vehicle
it does say that somewhere it's in my
trust documents i'll bring that off
great another useless document to add to
the pile
take it up with the judging court
because that's the place to present your
frivolous arguments
well you know if you can keep you can
pay i'm not going to keep in your
paperwork but you can bring that if you
want to bring it to court but um
you know if you just uh pay the
registration fee then
you know this all will be taken care of
but if you want to go to court that's
fine too
i have no problem with that all right so

you've got a citation for no tags that's

the cop didn't buy any of your rights
travel nonsense
in fact he called you out on it your
claims of being
unlicensed and unregistered turned out
to be false
because the cop confirmed you were legit
well
apart from your tags okay i've decided
to split
this video into two parts because i have
two separate traffic stops to cover
and it makes them a bit more easy to
digest at around 10 minutes each
