So maybe the black chick is friends of the other white chick and then they all went out cuz the the white chick she said she came with me, you know, but I don't want her in my car pretty much, you know. And um damn, man. Now, see, that's why you can't go out there drunk like that, man. You got to be able to control your liquor when you in public, man. Just getting plastered like that and being in public is not it's it's a so dangerous. So dangerous, you know, because your faculties is not all together. You not rap too tight when you when you when you under that when you like that in public, you know? Now, if you at home, okay, you know what I'm saying? You in the confines of your own home, you know, it's all right. But um there's nothing wrong with going out, but getting sloppy like that. Nah. >> I was bleeding. >> RESISTING. >> FOR WHAT? Um, she claimed that she put $150 cash in the uh checkbook. We checked cameras. That didn't happen. >> Okay. >> When I got back downstairs, she informed me that she actually paid it, so she was good to go. >> Have the receipts, too. >> All right. She kept saying that she wants a change and started getting belligerent and crazy saying she wants a change. I told, "Can you please depart the restaurant? We can talk outside." >> Then she pull her phone out and started saying his cameras and started going crazy. Um then she slapped my hand and threatened me and then she said and then and then um her friend tried to talk to her. She started insulting the friend. At that point, you know, we were trying to get her out, but she was not taking any of our requests to leave. So she slapped your hand like did you did you touch her or no? She also accused me of of touching her six times. >> It was me though. I was trying to get in the middle and then I think she thought it was him but it was me. I was >> I mean >> the only reason why she slapped my hand. She started recording. I said please don't record me. She slapped my hand out. >> Okay. >> That's that's what happened. >> You don't any charges for the battery? No. Okay. I just want a trespass. That's it. She She must be on something else because that can't just be alcohol. >> Yeah, >> cuz I mean you guys came with her. >> If you know, you know. [snorts] >> And she's still acting like crazy like that. >> Yeah. >> I mean, you're afraid. You afraid to take her in your vehicle? >> Um, Strange in the car started yelling at me about like crazy things and I was just like, "Yo, we're going to like have fun." Like, this is my first night out. I just moved out. I haven't been out. >> Was she drinking at your house? Um I think she was drinking champagne. She like ordered um a Postmates or something. She was So I've noticed since she's been staying with me, there's been little orders, right? Cuz I don't have alcohol in my house. I'm not really a drinker. >> Maybe socially if you go out have one or two. So as far as I know, it was from champagne before we got here. And when I remember when we sat down, I said, "What did you drink?" She said, "She only has she she only had one, though. That's why when the >> What's her baseline? Is her baseline like that or is she >> She could drink a lot. >> No, I mean like what's she act normally? >> Is she a calm? She's a calm rational. >> Oh, yeah. Usually she's friendly, like social, nice, not like argumentative, yelling. She was like saying something about like, you know, someone's fat, you know, when people start getting all mad and they >> Does she have any issues with her gate? Like, does she walk normal? >> Yeah, she walks normal. She doesn't have any issues walking, walking in a straight line, keeping balance or anything like that. >> She's normal otherwise. >> Okay. So, her stumbling around is not normal. >> Yeah. No, that's like from the alcohol. >> Manifestly under the influence of alcohol. >> Yeah, for sure. >> Okay. Yeah. Make the public detox uh case a little stronger. But what like I was going to say is that um I said this a little while ago. We had a topic about um I went on a little tangent about um you know drinking and you know you got to know which one you are. You're either a happy drunk or you're an angry drunk or there could be certain types of liquors that make you you like in my case right I'm normally a happy drunk right if I'm drinking it's normally happy but when I was younger when I was like I say before 25 it's not like that now. Now it's pretty much drink whatever. I'm pretty much, you know, whatever. But um when I was younger, I noticed vodka was like my favorite type of thing. And then well, no, wine has always been my favorite, but if I'm talking hard liquor, it used to be vodka. And then um you know hanging out with some of my friends or whatever they used to like uh you know the Brown like Hennessy, Remy Martin and all that like you know what I'm saying and so I got into that but what I noticed is that that made me angry like I was in an when I was drinking that I was more on edge. It's like I go to the bar you step on my shoe I'm ready I'm I'm all hulked up. You know what I mean? Like it's it was ridiculous. absolutely ridiculous. But um but as I got older, you know, now, you know, whatever. But um yeah, so I knew that, okay, I like the clear, you know, tequila, um you know, uh vodka, stuff like that. You know what I mean? The only brown that was kind of cool was like, you know, like Captain Morgan, like spiced rum, stuff like that I was cool with. But um yeah, like you know the whisies and everything and and like the the Hennessy and all that, man. Yo, I used you you do not want to be around me, man. But um you know, and then I don't know what switched, but as I got older, you know, I I don't really drink henny too much anymore. Um I still have some, you know what I mean? I have some, not the regular honey, but the pure white and stuff like that. No problems. No problems. Um you know, whiskey. I like whiskey. No problems. Uh, rum, no problems. You know, just, you know what I mean? Um, but wine is still my favorite. But like I was saying, you know, you got to know you. You have to know you. So that way, if you're in front of people and you want to be pleasant, like when I was younger, if I want to be around people and I want it to be pleasant, I'm not going to be sitting here off a bottle of Remy Remy Martin. You know what I'm saying? Like it's just like, no. You know, from 1738, you know, [laughter] Remy Boys, you remember that song? But yeah, man. Anyway, let's go. Let's continue. Sorry. You got it. I did. I'm sorry. I have a wedgie. I'm pulling it. >> Do you mind? Never mind. You're good. And I didn't liance on my left arm. If you don't mind, I >> Okay, I'll keep that in mind. X-rays. Okay. >> No, I'll keep that in mind when I take you out of cops and everything. I just have to do a search. >> Thank you. You don't have anything in your pockets or pockets on your weapons or anything else. Hopefully, >> I didn't understand. I'm sorry. >> All right. And then back up towards here. We'll take those cuffs off you. Yeah. Here. Thank you. The bonus there is floating. My Sorry. Yeah. So, I just have to take this one. Oh. That's the broken wrist. >> Do you need medic here for it or are you going to be okay? figure out. >> Amy was arrested and charged with trespassing in a structure, disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence. During her first court appearance on November 22nd, 2024, she plead guilty to all charges, was sentenced to time served, and later had her unpaid court fees sent to a collection agency in March 2025. >> What? Your stuff going to collections, too. You shouldn't be at no fancy hotels, man. You got Oh, you you got to get your stuff in order, man. ASAP. No, >> Rocky. [music] you've ever seen. >> I [music] got a reaction >> full time.
