Today we have a video from Body Cam Files and the title of the video is Lady Blocking Isle at Shakira concert gets karma. Police respond to a Shakira concert after an entitled woman blocks a critical stairwell and arrogantly refuses to move for anyone. >> Are you going to touch me? CAN YOU JUST LISTEN? NO, WE DON'T WORK LIKE THAT. Trespass trespass. >> You going to trespass? >> If you trespass >> Yo, CAN YOU GUYS LISTEN? >> JUST STOP YELLING. JUST STOP YELLING. Let him >> I'm trying. The only reason I'm yelling is because of the concert. [cheering] >> I'm not getting your face. All I'm trying to say is like you guys are looking at me and my friends are standing right there when there's a whole group of five people doing the same thing. I'm not yelling at you. >> A different way to go about it, right? So right now you >> What am I doing wrong? >> You're going to let me talk or you going to keep telling me. >> I'm not cutting you off. I just want to know what I'm doing wrong to get trespassed. That's crazy. >> You have two choices. You're going to go back to your seat or you're going to get trespassed. Which one is it going to be? >> Can I Which one is it going to be? Why are you talking to me like this? I didn't do anything wrong. >> Are you going to go back to sea or you going to get trespassed? >> Sir, I didn't do anything wrong. >> Are you going to go back to sea or you going to get trespassed? >> Are those people getting trespassed? >> Are you going to go back to your seat? >> Listen, there's a group. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. No. No. >> No. >> I'm not doing anything. >> No. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Yo, I'm not doing anything wrong. Yo, y'all are big, bad, aggressive. I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Try to give you options and you don't want to take the options, right? >> I'm just trying to tell you. I'm trying to tell you. You want to trespass me, trespass the other five people doing the same thing as me. Yo, I'm not doing any >> Damn. And you know what's the worst part of this? She missed the best song. She missed the best song. Do you hear the background, man? Oh, no. Tonight that whatever that [ __ ] is. Yo, Shakira, she start doing that belly dancing, boy. Okay. You missed the best song, man. Because you want to you you don't know how to control your liquor. That's how that's what it comes down to. Got to run it back. Do you hear the background, man? The best Shakira song came on, man. >> Not doing anything wrong. >> Yo, I'm not doing anything wrong. Yo, y'all are being bad aggressive. I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Try to give you options and you don't want to take the options, right? >> I was trying to tell you. I'm trying to tell you. You want to trespass me? caught the other five people doing the same thing as me. >> Yo, I'm not doing anything wrong. All I simply ask you guys, >> you got an idea on you. >> Yes, I have my >> bro. No, until you answer my question. You're not saying [ __ ] All I simply ask YOU back and forth. I ask you A SIMPLE QUESTION. I'M not doing anything. Yo, I asked the dare question. Y'all want to tackle me, bro. I didn't do [ __ ] No, cuz you guys are looking at me like I'm drunk as [ __ ] I really didn't do [ __ ] I'm just trying to talk to you guys. >> Listen, we tried to talk to you multiple times. >> I did. All I >> You are definitely drunk as hell. >> Fine. I want that. I want that. I really do. >> Y'all, you're not going to treat me like I'm A PREJUDICE. I DIDN'T WANT TO SIT DOWN. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS STAND AT THE RIM, BUT I DID NOTHING WRONG. Sit down for a second. >> Ma'am, I did nothing wrong. These guys are not listening to me. I didn't do anything for a second. We're going to have A CONVERSATION. >> I WANTED TO HAVE A CONVERSATION from the point, but Mr. What's Can I see? Can I see please? Mr. Wheeler and Mr. Franco. No, it wasn't Franco. It was Aurora. They don't want to listen to me when I walked up. 203 204. Is this recording? Yes, >> please. Thank you. And it's for the court case. This is ridiculous. I walked up the 203 204. My tickets are 204 Q, right? I asked the bouncer. I said, "Hey, 204Q is very high up. [snorts] Can we stand right here at the rail?" He said, "That's fine. If you want to stand here, >> 204Q is very high up." Well, why the hell did you buy that ticket then? What the hell do you mean? Like, what you talking about? Get the Get your bread up. Get your bread up. Okay. And get something closer. What are you What are you talking about? Like, come on, man. You You mad about the seat that you that you bought. You bought that seat. >> Is this recording? >> Yes. >> Please. Thank you. I used for the court, kid. This is ridiculous. I walked up the 203 204. My tickets are 204 Q, right? I asked the bouncer. I said, "Hey, 204Q is very high up. can we stand right here at the rail? He said, "That's fine. If you want to stand here though, it's going to object other people's views. So, I need something to tell them to calm down." I said, "Whatever you need, I got you. I got cash." He said, "Give me $20. I'll keep him calm." I handed him $20. Whoever the security was in the yellow shirt, I handed him $20 in 203 204. And he told me, "That's fine." Then this gentleman right here in the bucket hat walked up and said, "You can't stand here." I said, "I just gave this gentleman $20 to stand right here. If I can't stand right here, can I please get my money back so I can go to my section?" And when I went to him and asked for my money back, he said, "That's not a possibility." And I was like, "Listen, you just told me if I can stand right." >> Nah, I I nah, I believe her story. I've worked security in the past. No, I've Yeah, stuff like that happens. You know what I'm saying? Pay to skip the line and all of that or whatever. cuz honestly security guards don't get paid nothing. So they do things on the side to make make more money. So I believe that I I believe her story. Now I still stick to my guns. She shouldn't be mad about the seat that she actually bought. But I believe this though. Yo, if I throw you this, can I can I say in here? You know what I'm saying? And I believe a security guard would would say, "Yeah, throw me 20, you know, 20, $40, whatever. Yeah, you can stay in there or whatever." You know, but the problem is is that this guy in the bucket hat, whatever is probably the supervisor or whatever, and he's not he don't know about that what's going on. You know what I mean? He don't know. That's why if you going to do something like that, you got to go to a a higher up, not not the peeon. The guy in the yellow is just a he just a low-level guy. Like, you know what I mean? This guy, if you would have threw him, you know, $50 or something, he would have let you rock cuz this is this is clearly the the the head, you know? He the head of the crew. But I believe her story though. I ain't going to lie. I believe this this this sound this sound about right. This definitely sound right. >> When I went to him and asked for my money back, he said that's not a possibility. And I was like, "Listen, you just told me if I can stand right here, it's $20. Like, I'm not trying to make a scene for anybody. I barely had anything to drink. I just want to have fun at this concert." He said, "Listen, whatever you gave me is whatever you gave me. If you can't stand here, you can't stand here." And then all of these officers walked up telling me to go to my section. And the second I tried to explain that to Mr. Wheeler and Mr. Auroro, they didn't want to hear the explanation. I wasn't trying to argue and go BACK AND FORTH. I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK. Give me my 20. I will go to my [ __ ] section. That's That's it. Like, I didn't do anything wrong. [snorts] I did nothing [ __ ] wrong. >> She believe that. >> Well, no, because this IS RIDICULOUS. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I WAS JUST TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION, but these two guys are too high IN POWER THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO [ __ ] person trying to talk to them. I did nothing wrong. I'm not a problem. I'm not. YOU DID NOTHING [ __ ] WRONG. >> NOW GO TO COURT. I don't care what it takes. I did nothing wrong. AND PEOPLE BEING IN POWER BECAUSE OF whatever reason is not my fault. >> You're talking to me right now, right? >> I am. >> I'm the supervisor on this side. >> I appreciate you actually going on. >> I did nothing. >> So, can you just relax for me for a few minutes? You guys just hang out. That way she can >> Yeah. I walked up >> told me she she standing now >> show me the ticket down there $20. You need to stand here. I said, "Okay, go get the user trying to calm her down. Trying to calm her down. Trying to calm her down." At that time, usher came back and I said, "Look, give his wallet money back." He went in his wallet, gave a woman, gave her $20. >> Gave her $20 back. They were doing it all back. >> So that uh offic arguing would not start arguing in her head and she starting around as she got. So, are you guys willing to press charges for the trespass? >> Trespass. Correct. >> Are you willing to press charges? >> Correct. >> Give me one second. >> Nothing wrong. >> You talked about nobody read you your rights earlier. We're going to read them to you so I can ask you questions. >> Yeah, but you you have physically already arrested me before my rights were read. So, you >> detained. We never said you wererest. You >> told me I was under arrest. You did. You did. You said if I don't comply with yours, I'm under arrest. And you did exactly that. And it's on your body. So, reading your rights, we don't do anything wrong. >> I want to explain something to you for a minute. I don't have to read you your rights until I want to ask you questions about something that you're accused of doing. Okay. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> He's going to read them to you and then we'll ask I'll ask you some questions and then we'll >> I will not answer any questions. I will answer questions and then Miranda rights can be read. >> That's we can't do it. >> Well, you guys have physically already arrested me. It's past detained because detained means you lock me up and you question me beforehand. I am now in a physical point where I'm not able to leave. I have no freedom of nothing. I am arrested at this point. I'm in your guys's legal obtain. So you reading me my rights right now is not changing when your officers [laughter] should have read it out there. >> That's not We don't have Listen, you guys. >> You're reading them now. The hell is she talking? You don't want to talk then? >> I do want to talk because this this is [ __ ] I did nothing wrong. >> What I'm trying to explain to you is random rights are read when you're going to get asked questions. They're not when you get put in handcuffs. >> Your officers should should be some decent human beings to a point where they want to have a conversation. But then you guys are arresting you. So what's being kept off of me? >> I want to ask you questions about that, but I can't see I read you your rights. Will you let me read the me? You reading me my rights is agreeing to me being under arrest and Miss Brinkley. I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Listen, now you are officially under arrest. Okay. I may have you step up and I'm escal to my car. >> No, cuz you're Why are you being so aggressive, Mr. >> Cuz we gave you multiple tries to continue to No, you've been this aggressive from the point because I tried to talk to you when you came down there. >> When you came down there, I tried to tell you if you want me to go to my section, that's fine. The people to the right of me. There was five people that were standing at the rail, the direct so we could have a conversation. >> But you're not listening to me. You're not listening to me because it was a simple conversation from the point. But you want to you you want to be so aggressive with your power for no reason. I'm not the problem. >> Can I read you your rights so we can have a conversation? >> No, sir. >> Okay. So then let's stand up. >> I didn't do anything. >> Can we stand up, please? I don't want >> I didn't do anything. Can we stand up, please? >> You guys want to read me your rights because you realize that you you you missed the point when arresting me >> for you. >> Can you Okay. Ask the question, ma'am. >> You cannot ask question without reading your rights. >> Yeah, but you arrested me before reading my rights. Not once. You never said that. And I want the I want the body camera footage of that because not once did you say I was detained. >> Like this is ridiculous. I did nothing [ __ ] wrong. >> Here, come over here. Come over here. >> Y'all want to question me for what? I did nothing wrong. Y'all got people out here that are speaking in real [ __ ] and you're worried about me. I'm not the problem. Abuse of power and it it'll get brought up in court. This is ridiculous. This is [ __ ] ridiculous. I did nothing wrong. I asked you if you want to treat me like this. The people to my right, can you treat them the same? And y'all got mad that I brought that out to your attention. This is [ __ ] ridiculous. Can you please get your hands off me? >> I got to I'm trying to scope. >> You can guide me without your hands on me. I have to >> Can I Miss Brinkley, can I please have your hands on me versus him? >> I'm going to count your money for you. Okay. >> The second you are arresting somebody is the second you need to read that person being the right. >> Can I Can I count your money for you? >> It was never explained. >> Can I count your money in front of you? It was never 10 20. >> You're not listening. And this is the exact This is the exact 10 11. You have $31. Okay. >> Why are you so I didn't do anything wrong. Seriously, this is a mistake. I did nothing wrong. >> OKAY. BUT why am I being arrested for the fact that this bouncer was trying to get a quick off? THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. >> NO, I'm not going TO JAIL. I DID nothing wrong. >> You are going to jail. >> I did. The bouncer tried to get a quick off. No, you did. Okay. You wasn't satisfied with the seat that you paid for. So, you tried to pull a fast one. You tried to pay your way through or whatever. And from what the the supervisor saying, you got your money back. So, what's the what's the big deal? I mean, you should have just went to your seat, you know, not taking accountability for yourself. Should have just went to your seat. Now, security officers like that, I understand why he did it, but you shouldn't do it, okay? Because when you do little things like that, it could come back to bite you, okay? you know, you letting people slide here, there, you know, cuz they could pay their way through whatever the case may be. It's a gray area, you know. It's a gray area. So, but she needs to take accountability for herself. If you don't want to be that high up, you shouldn't have paid for section 200 whatever Q. Like, you shouldn't have paid for some [ __ ] in the nosebleleeds. Okay. Shakira looks like an ant. All right. She look like an ant. You can't even see her doing the belly dancing. You can't even see it. You so high up, man. You so high up. You up there with the birds. Okay. You up there with the birds, man. You shouldn't have paid to be that high up. You should have went in the in the You should have paid for the pit, you know, which is the closest to the stage, you know what I mean? You there ain't really no seats. You're just standing, right? That's the closest. or section one, you know what I mean? Cuz you got in section two and there's probably a section three, 300, you know, but you got in the 200s, but you in Q, you so far up, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE IN IN THE 300S. You gotdamn so far up it's like, damn. At least if you pay for 201A, you know what I mean? Like, okay, boom, we good. We down low. Nah, man. >> Nothing wrong. I was just trying to see right. >> And her problem is is that she don't never listen to the officers. She always wants to overtalk everybody instead of just listening and then letting the officers get out what they got to say and then, you know, respond accordingly or whatever. You know, that's how a conversation works. You talk, I talk. I stop, you talk. You stop. I talk. Right. That's how people interact. It don't go I'm talking. Cut me off. Goddamn. I can't even finish out what the hell I'm gonna say, man. I'm losing my train of thought and everything. Man, >> we're going to give you one more opportunity to get inside the car. >> I don't want to talk to you, sir. >> I really need someone. >> Ma'am, I didn't do anything wrong. >> At this point, we are pass. >> But you guys aren't listening to me. I didn't do anything wrong. You guys want to have a conversation? I've been explaining myself for the past 15 minutes. >> Sarge, step back and let the officers get her together. Sarge, >> all you got, all you guys have told me is you're under arrest. You haven't explained to go back to your seat. You need to go back to your seat. >> And I told her you're going to jail for resisting. >> Resisting what? >> Resisting an officer. >> I didn't resist anything. And I found the body. I found the body. >> Trespass now, too. >> I'm not trespassing. >> They asked you to. They told you you had to go back to see. >> Hey, you scared. No, ma'am. >> All right. I need you to get in the car. We have to go. You didn't do anything. >> I need you to get inside the car. >> Nothing. All I asked for. All I asked for was like >> by your law enforcement that was scheduled to work here. The bouncer. Yo, stop killing on me. >> He's got to get you in the scene. >> But I did nothing wrong. I'M NOT A PROBLEM. I asked you guys, GIVE ME MY $20. I'LL GO TO MY SECTION. I DID nothing wrong. The woman was charged with the following offenses following the incident at the concert. Battery on a law enforcement officer resisting an officer without violence, bond, $1,000, and trespassing in an occupied structure, bond, $1,000. The state attorney filed no action on the felony battery charge, and the case was officially transferred to county court. Both of the remaining charges were dropped on January 30th, 2026, closing the case. Okay, charges dropped. You know, nothing new. But that's just the point, man. It it it's just a cluster, you know, the security guard, he's a liability because you could just pay your way and do whatever, but you know, if you're going to do that type of stuff, you got to you got to go to somebody that the head, you know what I mean? or a supervisor of the security, not the the the little guys, you know what I mean? Somebody that got a little pull, you know, cuz she paid the guy. That's cool. 5 10 minutes later, the boss man, he coming to make his rounds and he like, "Wait, hold on. You can't Oh, nah. But if you would to pay boss man, you be good. See, that's how you got to you be good." But yeah, you could pay your way through things with security guards. They ain't making no money for real. I remember one time I went to Miami and uh freaking a few years back I went to Miami and uh man, we went to uh what's that joint called? It was Story Night Club, man. Story nightclub, man. The joint fire. Celebrities be in there. Everything, man. It's it's lit. But anyway, um yeah, so the line is so long. It was like Memorial Weekend or whatever. So the line was super long, man. Like I'm talking down the block around the corner. We got there, I said, "Oh no, I am not. By the time you get in the club, it's going to be damn near over." It was that bad. It was bad. It was bad, man. Man, I went right to the front, man. I like, "Yo, yo, how much to, you know what I'm saying? How much to get in here, man?" It was just me and my boy, man. He like, "It's it's 100." I'm like, "Dang." Uh, yeah. 100 each. I said, "All right, bet." Went across the street, [snorts] got that bread out. Went right back. You know what I'm saying? Went right across the street. Here you go. And then the crazy part was this was the crazy part cuz my man's um he my my boy he dressed kind of um like uh how can I say it like not urban like all right you see how I am right here this is kind of this is like urban he kind of dress like with loafers and you know more like a sophisticated look you know what I mean and um I dress like that too. Now, don't don't don't get me wrong. I clean up on you, but you know, especially for a club and all that, but he so he kind of dressed like that. So, some of the some it may look kind of nerdy, you know, to some some women and stuff like that, right? So, boom, my boy I said, "Yo, wait in line or whatever, and I'mma go to the uh cuz my boy was still in line." And then I went up, talked to the bouncer or talked to the security in the front, whatever. Boom. He told me 100 each. I went back. I said, "Yo, I'mma go across the street. Boom. Get this thing out. Just stay right here or whatever." So, but behind us, there was a group of like four or five girls or whatever. So, when I came back, I said, "Yo." Boom. So, when I came back, I went to go pay the bouncer. Boom. And then he like, "All right, y'all good." And then I went back to the line, grabbed my boy. Yo, come on. We out. And then my boy told me, he like, "Yo, they was clowning me because of my shirt." Like, they was like, "They was clowning me or whatever." And I'm like, and then like a couple of hours later, right, those girls actually got in and now two of them was trying to mess with my boy. And I'm like, wasn't y'all just clowning them? That was crazy. Yeah, we skipping that line. It's over with. I'm not sitting in that line like [music] that. But like I said, that's a way for bouncers to make money and all of that type of stuff. [music] You know, that was an easy $200 easy. You know what I mean? I don't even know what they getting paid that night. Probably $100, you know, maybe $200, but they just made that that quick. You know what I mean? I'm not sitting in that line. Got me confused, you know? But yeah, man. That you know. Yeah. That's crazy. You You could pay yourself. You know, money talks, man. [ __ ] walks.
