claims to be traveling not driving and
not under the jurisdiction of virginia's
statutes and codes but at the same time
uses them when he believes they support
his position
unfortunately though he is up against a
no-nonsense virginia cop and ends up
turning what would have been a simple
traffic warning into what looks like a
slew of charges ranging from obstructing
justice and failing to identify to
driving without a license
let's get into the video
to me yes i am
this is a violation it's a state code

under the same jurisdiction in the codes

don't know anything about what you're

if you don't give me
your information you're gonna go to jail
today
so this is pretty much textbook in my
opinion at least on how to deal with a
sovereign citizen as soon as he realized
he was dealing with this offset he'd
call for backup he's not interested in
reading any of his paperwork downloaded
from the internet and then tells him
straight that he will be going to jail
if he doesn't produce his license and
registration so
10 out of 10.
i don't want you to go to jail it's the
fourth i want to go to jail okay i

there's the statutes and everything

what you mean statutes like 46.2-300
which says no person except those
expressly exempted shall drive any motor
vehicle on any highway in the
commonwealth until such person has
applied for a driver's license as
provided in this article satisfactorily
passed the examination required by
46.2-325
and obtained a driver's license no
unless the license is valid
and if you do decide to go ahead and
drive without a license you can expect
to be charged with a class two
misdemeanor and a class one misdemeanor
if you get caught driving a second time
oh and lose the license you don't have
and spend up to 90 days in jail
so

for that like i remember all i said was

the opposite way

travel stunt on your way to work
your supervisor or manager is going to
love you maybe telling me it doesn't
have jurisdiction over you that should
work
