That is your last and final warning, both of you. >> Yeah, you. >> Hey, turn >> Nope, she's going. >> No. >> She's going to jail. You are under arrest. >> And you're going to lose your [ __ ] job. >> If at any time in any place on American soil, a band of costumed but deputized bandits and gang members can ride up on you and even temporarily suspend your rights for arbitrary and pathetic reasons written down by political psychopaths, you're not paying attention or you've chosen to be willfully ignorant of the reality and ever-present danger of American law enforcement. Welcome back to another episode of Land of the Free, Home of the Slave. If after this episode you don't recognize the true nature of our oppression, you are stupid, pathetic, hopeless, incompetent, ignorant, and well, how can I put this nicely? A bootlicker, a leather muncher, as it were, a sap-sucking boot swallower. Roll the tape. >> go to jail for obstruction. That is your last and final warning, both of you. >> Yeah, [ __ ] you. >> Record me, that's clear. >> I am. You're recording yourself. >> This is your final warning. If you guys step foot off of your grass onto your driveway or the sidewalk >> So, you're telling me if I step anywhere other than where you want to, we're going to jail? >> Arthur. >> Can Can Okay, you seem like you gave me your name, but you didn't >> Remember, he refuses to. >> Um What's going on? Why is he trying to tell me where I can and can't be on our property? >> Uh it's not necessarily about where you can and can't be on your property. >> Yeah. >> It's whether or not you're you're interfering with the police >> Well, he pulled him over for bright lights, so I get that, you know. Okay, and they're family members. We told him that she has epilepsy. He said he doesn't care, he'll call an ambulance if she gets in trouble. That right there >> And I'm I'm not really >> This is my child coming home. >> Okay, nope. You they can go around. If you step on the driveway you're going to jail cuz that's interfering with my investigation. >> Warrant you >> You're going to lose your job if you try to arrest one of us. >> your final warning. You step on the driveway you're going to jail. >> What a [ __ ] tyrant. >> she's going. >> No. >> She's going to jail. You are under arrest. >> And you're going to lose your [ __ ] job. Are you kidding me right now? You see this? They're arresting her. She's on her own property. She stepped on the driveway. >> You're telling me in America you can be arrested in your own driveway on your own property because a control freak psychopath told his buddy control freak psychopaths to put their hands on her. She's now in torture cuffs. She's going to be kidnapped and thrown into a cage >> cuz this guy got his feelings hurt. >> Exactly. >> Probably got picked on in school. >> No doubt. >> All right, you guys do you want to be included in the lawsuit with this guy? You can let her go or are you actually going to go with an arrest for walking on her own property? >> Yep, I got to go. So I got to explain >> Listen, man. I I know the laws. I know the Constitution. You want to read the back of my shirt? I know all this like I've seen this happen a hundred million times. I've been like I know that right there, that's a lawsuit. It's going to go to a lawsuit. I know you guys have qualified immunity so you don't care. >> We actually don't on a lot of things. >> Well, this right here, you're [ __ ] If if you're going to comply take her to jail for walking on her property I mean, what crime did she commit? >> Like I was trying to explain to you before >> Okay. >> Um it's >> obstructing >> So inter- interfering. >> Interfering. So we're standing on our own property. >> the deal. Your guys' actions have very clearly taken this officer's attention away from his traffic stop where there is a danger, right? And >> wasn't and he's on my property. >> There there is a a long-standing standard that there essentially could be danger, right? And we don't know until we >> So, you guys are scared of everything, basically. >> No, that's >> Shoot first, ask questions later. I've seen it a million [ __ ] times. >> When we're doing a traffic stop in order to make sure everybody's safe and everything ends safely like we want it to, right? We have to be able >> Okay, if you're worried about safety, he wouldn't have told me to [ __ ] off. He'll call an ambulance once she has a seizure. We said she has epilepsy. Why I ain't worried about >> that? I don't I don't know what happened. >> Okay, that you don't know. He knows. He's the one who told you to arrest her and you listened to him. So, that puts you on the lawsuit, too. >> Okay. But, we're just trying to get through this traffic stop. >> Okay, so she needs to be taken out of the back of there. >> That's not my call. >> So, you're you're not a police officer? >> He's the He's the one who's making it >> He made the stop with her. Nothing to do with her. >> That is BS. He could literally take a moral stand right now, but because he's not a moralist doing what is right, regardless of what he's told, he's a conformist doing what he's told, regardless of what is right. He should have never put his hands on this woman. He should never have torture cuffed her or had his fellow henchmen put her in the back of this vehicle. >> He's the one who's developed probable cause to place her under arrest. >> Nothing to do. Hey, that's >> What do you >> And everything that I just said transcends a constitution. You don't need a bill of rights. You understand that no crime has been committed. There's no verified complainant. There's no victim. Therefore, there is no crime. So, there is no logical or moral reason to put your hands on somebody and take them away. >> Done. >> Is this your property? Is she your wife or girlfriend or >> Girlfriend. >> So, generally we wouldn't leave it with you. If she says we >> Okay, we live together. >> Right, if she says we can't, then then we can't. >> Can Can you guys get a supervisor down here? >> That is a supervisor. >> He's the supervisor? Are you [ __ ] kidding me? Yeah, get him down here. You need to let her back out. >> They can come right back out, just let you know. >> She can go to the bathroom and stay in there. >> Nope, she's she has to come back out. >> She's a passenger. You pulled him over a driver. >> So, I don't Did he articulate to you that he smelled weed in the vehicle? >> He said he smelled weed. He pulled him over for the lights. >> smell weed from the vehicle. >> Okay, but >> when I got I'm sorry, I don't know who the front is. >> The The passenger has nothing to do with it. You got the driver in the back. >> If there's a legal substance in there, she is still detained because we have to determine whether or not the weed that we smell belongs to her or the driver. >> So, what does her being in the back of a cop car because she stepped on a piece of concrete that she owns? >> Like I said, that's a >> Can you honestly look at me man to man and tell me that she deserves to go to jail because she stepped on a piece of concrete where you're standing? >> Very clearly walking towards the traffic stop. >> No, she was not. She went and stood right behind the car. >> She was taking the attention of the officer who was trying to conduct the traffic stop right there. >> He can look at them and do whatever he wants. He I'm standing here. What Is there a law that says how close we can be? I mean, I don't know about you, but >> Right. >> Seems like he'd be okay. >> There's no law that specifically says that. >> You got bulletproof vests, you got guns, however many of you are here, and you're scared of a woman standing on her driveway? >> That has nothing to do with whether or not we're scared. >> You just said you're worried about safety to everybody's safety. And you So, how did she pose a threat? >> Because she walked towards the traffic stop. >> Hey, do you mind giving me your name and badge number, sir? >> Talking to me? >> Yeah. Yeah, if you would. >> Officer Maguire, 304. >> Thank you. >> Mine's Officer >> Even if she walked toward the traffic stop, she's on her own property. Even if she walked toward the traffic stop in a public place, off of her own property, she still didn't commit a crime. The people in the car being pulled over haven't committed a crime. This whole thing is a mess. There is no freedom in this so-called land of the free, home of the brave as long as we have corporate traffic law, as long as we have these drug war laws. >> Oh, you're finally going to say it now, huh? Been a smart ass earlier, and you're finally going to tell me cuz everyone else did their jobs the right way. Mhm. Well, when we see you in court. Are you guys going to let her back out of the car? >> No, she's going she's going to jail for obstruction. >> Okay, well you're getting a lawsuit. >> Okay. >> That's you can't arrest somebody on their own property. >> I can if they're obstructing my investigation, sir. >> She didn't instruct obstruct anything. You got butt hurt. >> I'm I'm going to have to sit in that car. >> Officer, I might just put her in there. No, come on, officer. I'm going to put you in the car. >> This is ridiculous. Now this cop is violating rights, violating the Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects by rifling through someone else's vehicle. >> Our commander command tent or lieutenant, I'm sorry. He's is on his way. >> Okay. >> He's a little ways away and he's not going to run out of your code if that makes sense. So, he'll be along shortly, okay? >> Yeah, well I mean you guys are stomping all over her constitutional rights. I mean her freedoms. Cuz she's on her prop- I could see if she was you guys are out on some other piece people's property or something like that, but she's on her property. >> And I understand your position on that as well. >> We can go anywhere we want on our own [ __ ] property. Just cuz he's butt hurt because somebody knows the law and talked back to him. >> And >> Like this is like classic. Like oh my god. I see this daily. People go and you get somebody like that and then you were decent coming up, but you rather than be the good cop and tell the bad cop he's [ __ ] up, you put her in the back of the car. Like are there no good cops anymore? Yeah, you know you can't answer that. You're laughing about it. >> I'm not I'm not laughing at >> You are smiling. You know I'm right. >> as much as I am. >> Yeah, because this is [ __ ] ridiculous. You guys arrested my girlfriend. Her kids are inside. Her children are inside and you're going to take her to jail because he's a [ __ ] [ __ ] I mean >> We're going to take her to jail because she walked on >> She stepped on the concrete where you're standing. >> Walking toward the traffic stop. >> On her >> That she was very much taking that she was very much taking the officer to the back not to drive to >> No. No. She was walking on her own property. >> And the good thing about this situation is this, obviously there's court, right? She's not convicted of it, right? She's just been charged >> Yeah, you guys can just do whatever the [ __ ] you want because >> Absolutely not. >> there's no repercussion. >> There's a lot of repercussion. >> Okay, so you guys just stole her constitutional rights, her freedoms on her own private property. You have no jurisdiction over somebody on their private property unless they committed a crime. Obstruction is not a [ __ ] crime. >> Obstruction is a crime. It's written in Nebraska state statute. >> Well, you're going to find out. You can't just say anything you want is obstruction. >> That's why law enforcers are dangerous because law enforcers are order followers and if it's written down, we have to enforce it whether it's right or not. It doesn't matter. >> What if you What if he looked at me and said, "If you fart, I'm going to smell your fart and I can't smell the marijuana, so that's obstruction." And then I farted. You take me to jail? >> There's case law. >> I mean, what the [ __ ] >> These cops proved that if it's written down, if it's a law, if it's the law of the land, if it's case law, if it's signed off by the Supreme Court, we will enforce that law because we just do what we're told. But maybe that's not enough for you. Maybe you need to see more. >> You got your driver's license on you? >> Identify yourself. >> Uh state police from Michigan. >> What's your name and employee number? >> Trooper Lemieux. >> Employee number? >> Like badge number? >> Employee number, spit it out. >> 1714. >> What do you want? >> I need a driver's license. >> For? Why are you >> stop. >> This is not a traffic stop. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay, what are you stopping me for? >> When I run the plate, it says it's got no insurance. >> [ __ ] >> Well, can I Do you have proof of that? >> How did you run my plates when you're in front of me? >> Cuz I ran your plates block I ran your pri- plates prior to stopping you. >> Have you been drinking tonight, officer? You can't even put your words together. You're slurring your speech. Care to submit to a field sobriety test? >> Why didn't you stop me when you ran them and seen that there was no insurance? >> Because you already stopped You already parked your vehicle. >> I need your supervisor. >> For what? >> Get your supervisor out here. >> For what? >> I'm done speaking with you. Get your supervisor out here. >> I need your driver's license, sir. >> Get your supervisor out here. >> I need your driver's license. >> Show me your papers. >> Show me your papers. I need to see your papers, sir. >> For the traffic stop I just conducted. >> Am I free to go? >> No, you're not free to go. >> Why am I being detained? >> You're not being detained. >> Then I'm free to go. >> You're not free to go because I'm making a traffic >> am I being detained? >> Because I'm making a traffic stop, sir. >> Why am I being detained? >> Because I made a traffic stop. You're not providing your driver's license or any information. >> This is not a traffic stop. >> It is a traffic stop. >> No, it's not. You're in front of me. You blocked me when I'm going back to work. You're [ __ ] with me. I need your supervisor. >> I'm not screwing with you. I'm making a traffic >> Call your supervisor out here. It's your policy to call your supervisor when one is requested. >> I don't think we have a supervisor on duty right now, sir. >> Well, you better find one. >> Do you have any idea why you were stopped, sir? >> I need to speak to your supervisor. >> Regarding what? >> Your conduct. >> Of what? >> Your conduct. >> What do you mean my conduct? >> This [ __ ] Get your supervisor out here. >> There's not one on duty right now. >> Call a superior. >> By the way, a cop shining his light into a camera lens of a man who's recording is called prior restraint. The video ends there, but you better believe that the law enforcer is not going to let this go, and he will require that you show your papers or they will break your window, pull you out of the car, and take you into a rape cage. And to put the end cap on this episode of the land of the free, home of the slave, this is Trooper Royster from the Missouri Highway Patrol harassing a fellow American for not activating his turning signal coming out of a roundabout. >> Hello. How are you, sir? >> Doing well. How about you? >> I'm doing okay. Are you lost? >> No, not at all. How are you doing, Royster? >> go all the way around the roundabout once and then back east or west, rather. >> Okay. Is that against the law? >> No, I was just wondering if you were okay. That's all. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license with you? >> Uh am I suspected of a crime? >> Yes, sir. >> What crime? >> Well, you didn't signal when you left the roundabout. >> Wait, I thought you were just wondering if he was okay, and then you said, "That's all." Now you're adding something else to it. Were you familiar that you had to activate your turn signal coming out of a roundabout? >> And you're following too close. >> To [snorts] who? >> After you exited the roundabout, you merged in behind in front of that tractor trailer and behind that car. And you were following too close for just a period of time. >> How close was too close? >> Too close is less than one car length. >> One Oh, well, I wasn't that close. I actually have a dashboard, sir. Well, it doesn't matter what it looks like. It matters what actually happened. >> Correct. >> All right. >> Would you go ahead and give me your driver's license, sir? >> I don't have my driver's license cuz it's being >> Do you have a license? >> Yes, I do. >> Thank you, sir. >> You know who I am? >> I do know who you are, but can I get your physical driver's license, please? >> I don't have a physical driver's license. They took it away the night that you came over to Brookline in Joplin. >> Yeah. >> And um I haven't got anything back yet, but there's a stay order on my license >> Okay. >> for that. >> What's that? >> This is a paper um >> Let's see it, please. Barry, do you have insurance on your vehicle? >> Yes. >> May I see that, please? How you doing tonight otherwise? >> Well, I don't like my rights being infringed upon for no reason. >> I'm not infringing on your rights. >> Don't you just love it when the initiator of the harassment ask you, "Other than my harassment, how you doing tonight? You having a fairly decent evening other than being detained by a roadside pirate and put in jeopardy because you guys are psychopaths?" I guess I'm doing okay, but that's a silly question to ask. That's like a carjacker asking, "Other than me taking your car against your will and without your consent, how you been doing?" >> What's >> You actually are cuz you pulled me over for nothing. And now you're taking my ID for nothing. >> Okay, Barry. >> There's no You no crime being committed. >> Okay. You have no reason to pull me over. >> Thanks, sir. Can you hop out of the car for me? >> Sure. >> Thank you. >> Does it Do you not feel safe? >> Just get out of the car, Barry. >> Okay. >> Over here and talk to me for a >> So, this is Missouri and in Missouri, you are not required to activate your turn signal when you leave a roundabout. It's kind of a suggestion, but they don't require it as a matter of law. That makes this traffic stop illegitimate. Always record the police. This is why you always want to activate a body cam and a dash cam in these situations where these cops pull you over and try to harass you and trample on your American rights. >> I Nobody was cut off. I wasn't following too close. I was not anywhere near >> to you, Barry. Go back to your car. >> I'm just I'm just out here. >> Yeah. We're done. Go back >> We're actually going to leave so that I don't have to deal with you. Go back to your car. >> No, I'm going to stay out here. If I can go back to my car, I can stay out here, too. >> I don't care what you do, Barry. >> Thank you. >> Don't follow me around. >> What do you mean? I can record you doing your job. It's actually That That's already been covered by the Supreme Court. Supreme Court's decided that I can follow you and I can record you doing your job. Does that bother you? If you'd like to see more of these episodes, let me know. And what do you think?
