go ahead and mention it right now congress which is the opposite of progress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or congress shall not make a law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press if congress can't do it then a judge can't do it then a a law enforcer can't do it and if they try to infringe on your constitutionally protected rights according to their own federal code then they've operated in unjustly under the color of law and that's 18 of 18 ufc 241 and 242. what we're about to see is here is conspiracy against rights we're about to see the deprivation of rights under color of law and we're about to see the violation of 42 u.s code 1983 civil action for deprivation of rights and it's all going to be done at the hand of this guy right here this guy's name is judge daniel moulter who celebrates his 35 years in the newton county superior court where this incident happens so i'm going to start this from the beginning this this video right here is from ch and thai audits and everything that we're about to see should infuriate us to no end because injustice that befalls this guy will come down upon us if some public office left around somewhere this is another good point and another reason that we need first amendment auditors doing what they're doing the state allows us for the child support bureau we are not allowed to let people be on the no i got you well i mean if it's not a public area i can't go back there you know that's just the rule so she looks like a wrestler i just have to say and there's also there's another rule the state does not allow you to keep private information in the public view right which is where it's behind it we need to take care of that if it's if that's not the about me not being allowed to practice my constitutionally protected activity on the second floor of a courthouse do you get what i'm saying and that is called courtroom education you see roadside education all the time this is courtroom education look at this guy's face he came with authority he came with assertion even moderate physical aggression coming into craig's space right here and what did craig do he stayed calm he stayed rational he he pulled out some knowledge from his knowledge bank so he could put it into this order followers brain to let him know hey that's not a law that may be something that may be a preference of people in the courtroom but your preference does not violate or trump my constitutional right to be in here doing what i have a constitutionally protected right to do and if you swore to uphold the constitution not only should you know that you should actually protect my right to do what i'm doing but he's not going to why because he's a conformist and we're going to see how this guy crumbles because he perceives the judge has authority and power over him he takes the seat the back seat the submissive seat of being a little child and the father the patriarch of the courtroom judge daniel moulter gives the directive and he will follow it to the t this is why germany was a problem people following orders endangers lives when you sear your conscience and you just decide to do what somebody else told you to do because it was they who told you to do it and you turn off your mind and you just act like a robot that's what happens to society in other words it's out of our control so he has a perfect right to film in this courthouse on this second level just not in my courtroom that is the testimony of the judge so according to the judge's testimony craig is doing nothing wrong but craig is going to end up leaving that building in cuffs because of this judge for doing the very thing that the judge said was okay to do if that's not insanity i don't know what is okay all right you know what we're going to play it back we're going to listen to this again you know i got rights if you don't use them you lose them right okay so the couple words okay about judge daniel moulter here because we do have a first amendment congress shall make law no law politicians shall not make a law judges shall not make a law congressmen senators uh governors shall not make a law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press yet they do it all the time the judge actually said there is no law against you filming in this courthouse court room yeah jury room yeah but not the court house so even according to the law the first amendment that they're supposed to be following even according to the word of the judge what craig was doing was absolutely above board wasn't criminal activity he wasn't causing a ruckus he wasn't violating anything he wasn't violent violating any of their stupid laws and yet they still went hands-on executing the violence of the state to move a person unwillingly into a courtroom so that the contempt of court charge would go as though that's going to stick because of locality if it does stick we got a serious problem with the injustice system 42 usc 1983 that chile from delete laws is always talking about every person judge yep lawyer yep uh prosecutor yep governor yeah every person cop congressman senator yeah every person who under color of any statute ordinance regulation customer usage uh of any state or territory in the district of columbia so state and the district of columbia subjects or causes to be subject i would say that's cause what they did to craig is causing him to be subject to their will any citizen of the united states or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights privileges or immunities secured by the constitution shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law if this isn't a clear clear-cut case of a violation of 42 1983 there is no such thing as a violation of 48 90 42 1983. they violated this guy's rights on so many levels a peaceful individual conducting a first amendment protected activity gets arrested thrown into a rape cage losing 100 percent of his freedom for a period of five days because he had done nothing wrong an innocent person injustice happened to one man somewhere that injustice will befall you and me if we don't get together and do something about it this is also a violation of 18 usc 241 conspiracy against rights the bailiff and uh the the security guard you know who i'm sure took an oath and the judge all conspired against craig if two or more persons and that happened conspire to injure press threaten or intimidate any person in any any state territory commonwealth possession or district and the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the constitution of the united states is your right to freedom of press secured in the constitution you bet it is it's right there you don't need a law degree you don't need to have a high iq you can completely understand this that nobody can make a law saying that you can't film here i.e freedom of press it's a violation of that so you got a violation of 42 usc 1983 18 241 and 18 242 deprivation of rights under color of law if it's not dep if sitting in a prison cell having 100 of your rights taken away isn't deprivation of rights under color of law and what law did they use what law what law did he break if craig is sitting there and hasn't been deprived of his rights then there's no such thing as deprivation of rights whoever whoever i love that i love the wording judge prosecutor attorneys cops congressmen senators whoever under color of any law statute ordinance regulation or custom willfully subjects any person in any state territory commonwealth possession or district to the deprivation of any rights privileges or immunities secured or protected by the constitution guess what
