he was um I guess like flipped like sticking his middle finger up at me before like extended period time because if he was like begging me to like stop him I don't know if the comfy thing but it was a video of me on YouTube you drove by and it looked like you need assistance I don't know what you was doing and what appears to be retaliation Nate was issued a citation during the stop for a medallion hanging from his rear view mirror he took the citation to trial a few months later is flipping off a cop a crime no he's not a crime you claim that my license was expired did you run that before or after you pulled me over but before I pulled over sir are you sure I have your body cam footage which shows you stopping me at 2 16 a.m and then on the cad report it shows that you ran the license plate number at 2 18 a.m so are you telling us the truth yes I am okay your honor is there any way for me to show the body cam footage for us to see it I'm not sure it relates to the violation it does because there is no probable cause for pulling me over and so I believe that the initial stop was unlawful
