today we have a sovereign citizen well
kinda because he does a few things that
raises a red flag for me and that is
refusing to identify demanding a
supervisor and winding his window down
just that couple of inches
which i do realize doesn't necessarily
make you a soft sit but all three
actions together is what a typical
sovereign citizen would do so he gets
the
title for me
anyway the police stop him for an
illegal license plate border and for an
illegal lane change the driver claims he
was stopped because he flipped the cop
off
either way he makes things way worse for
himself by refusing to identify and then
refusing to exit the vehicle
let's get into the video
hey how are you doing my name is deputy
gruesome kind of sure is the reason you
stopped me for yep the reason i stopped
you is because you have an illegal tag
border and you also made an illegal lane
change on white horse road back there no
i do not give me your license
registration insurance please no i did
not give me your license registration
insurance please that that's not the
reason you pulled me over that is the
reason i pulled you over i did not know
making an illegal claim your license is
registered i had my license please no

and you probably stopped me over because
i had uh my
i had flipped you off that's why charlie
you can give me your license
registration insurance and this is go
can go easy
sure
you put me over because i i flicked the
middle finger to you no i pulled you
over because you have any legal tag
border sir no i do not legal turn yes
you came
down
when you came off a salute a damn road
right there
and crossed over to west marion you went
across all three lanes of traffic
i had my i had my signal on it doesn't
matter if you have your signal on i
can't cross all the way three lanes of
traffic like that sir the lane was clear
can you give me your license
registration sure i did nothing wrong

you know i did nothing wrong
temple you know i did nothing wrong sir
he's just refusing to provide
information
you really gonna violate my rights i did
nothing wrong
i have probable calls and pulled you
over for a traffic stop
which means you have to give me your
license registration and insurance sir i
did not i did not do no nothing illegal
you're accusing me of doing that
you can come look at your tag right now
and show that it's illegal
you can't have a tag border
i've drive i've driven with them
according to section 563 1240 of the
south carolina state code motorists are
prohibited from displaying any type of
tag signed monogram tinted cover or
inscription of metal or other material
above around or upon the plate other
than those issued by the south carolina
dmv
so this along with the illegal lane
change does appear to give the office a
probable cause for the stop so the
driver is legally obliged to identify
himself then take the ticket and fight
it in court
this is the first time
me getting pulled over for that your
license is ready no sir you know you
know i did nothing wrong so don't you're
going to go to jail sir you know i did
nothing wrong okay you can go the easy
way the hard way you can give me your
information so you're going to throw me
to jail you're going to threaten me you
can give me your information or you can
go to jail you know i did nothing wrong
sir
you can give me your information or you
can go to jail what's your name and
badger number
you can give me your information and you
can go to jail and my badge number will
be on your ticket
what's your name and your best number
you'll have my badge number when you get
your ticket
so you know i did nothing wrong you
don't give me your information you're
going to go to jail for interfering
interfering yep interfering with a
lawful investigation
that's the reason you put me over you
like 20 times you know i did nothing
wrong sir i'm gonna give you one more
chance
can i get your supervisor if you do not
come come out of this car and give me
your information you're going to get
pulled out of this car and you're going
to go to jail
can you get your supervisor here you can
give me your information
and you can talk to the supervisor you
know i did not do no illegal traffic
lane change listen
i'm not going to argue with it here on
on scene you can argue that in court

but i'm going to give you this one
chance to give me your information
so you know i did not do nothing wrong

sir you put me over for an illegal
traffic lane when i had in my life when
i had my lifetime when you're gonna go
to jail

registration you know that's bogus right
what you pulled me over for right
dude no i'm gonna break your window in
about two seconds really now roll it
down or we're gonna break it

you're going to violate sir stop open
the door then you're going to violate my
rights because i did that
just because i flipped you off
all right stop man
really now okay so after requesting his
license registration and insurance 20
times i know because i counted and then
after requesting he exited the vehicle
which he refuses to do
he leaves the officer with no option but
to
well i'll just let the video play
now three
two one
hey keep dude recording
so what did we all learn what is the
moral of this story
well flipping off a cop will only draw
attention to you but it will also draw
close attention to your vehicle and the
manner in which you drive
okay so according to the original video
description he spent almost two days in
greenville county jail before he was
bailed out and needs help on what to do
next he also asks if we have any
questions or tips for him regarding this
stop
