Okay the reason being stopped is well
you didn't front plate and you weren't
wearing your seatbelt okay so now you've
just changed the story you've just

irrelevant so

it kind of a rest video for you today
it's out of Pahoa in Hawaii they claim
to be American Nationals complete with
those fake plates we've seen in previous
videos uh the police initially stopped
them for driving without a seat belt but
the violations some begin to rack up
when they see no registration plates and
when the driver attempts to script
instead of cooperating which leads to
the driver being arrested and their car
being told which is full of coconuts for
some reason
right let's get into the video
so no one told you that you had to pull
me over and harass me this is harassment
this is harassment so listen do you uh

without a seat belt and now you've been
stopped so they can see that you don't
have a front plate and no none of those
violations are irrelevant seat belts are
to keep you safe and registration is
needed to determine vehicle ownership
completely irrelevant so I need your
license your registration you do not
need that where is the emergency are you
refusing to provide it to us where is
the emergency refusal provider you can
be arrested for so you're threatening
you're telling you I'm not I'm telling
you threatening me with harm we step
outside the vehicle no I'm staying no
you are you are a trespassing you are
trusted you are trespassing

all right wow so this PD do not mess
around when it comes to soft set
nonsense I think this is probably one of
the quickest arrest videos I've seen at
around one minute surpassing even Thomas
Humphrey but I'll have to check on that
that's assuming the stop began when the
passenger started recording

and there's a lot of practice okay

have a Fourth Amendment right now the
court of course
well now you're violating my eyes with

seriously though why do soft seats find
it so hard to understand the term
unreasonable search and seizure your
Fourth Amendment rights are not being
violated when a cop asks for your
license and registration during a legal
stop and by then arresting you for
refusing to comply

looks to me like the passenger knows the
drill by the way he's collecting
everything they need out of the vehicle
I don't think my wife would be quite so
calm and understanding if I put her in
this situation

I know what's the deal with the Coconuts
why would anyone need this minute and
why transport them like this and if it's
work related then I'm afraid it debunks
their claims about not driving in
Commerce or they might just really enjoy
coconuts who knows

complaining like a cabin that his fourth
amendment rights were violated and the
passenger was left hunting down missing
coconuts and removing personal effects
from the vehicle because yeah they were
telling you for no registration and I
think I heard no driver's license as
well because they did ask the passenger
if he had a valid license anyway I
really do hope you enjoyed this one I
think this might be the first traffic
stop I've covered in Hawaii at least
lately anyway and I think the police did
really well by refusing to entertain any
of his paperwork or pseudo-legal
theories instead just going straight in
for the arrest and instead of dragging
this out for half an hour but what do
