today we are taking a look at another
video posted by the
freedom law academy they're giving the
police and tow
truck driver a hard time because they've
turned up to tow their vehicle for
non-payment of parking fines
which totals around 15 grand
this can happen in california if you
rack up more than five or more unpaid
parking citations
this video was posted a couple of weeks
before the tow truck
protest video which you can find in the
description
and it looks like the same vehicle that
was toured in that video
so let's get right to the video
yeah if you got more than five of them
but apparently i'm gonna i'm just here
because they
yeah i think here's the thing there's no
conversation
you're in violation and the car's
getting towed
if you continue to cause a problem and
not let the tow truck driver do the job
then
you can both go to jail for delay for
delaying
yes do you realize that if you do that
you're the one that's committing a crime
okay like i said i'm not having
someone's property
towing a motor vehicle to pay your
fifteen thousand dollar fine he's not
stealing
sure you can claim it is but it's not
however you could be in violation of
penal code section 148
a one if you decide to pull your usual
shenanigans by
willfully delaying or obstructing a
police officer
or peace officer in the discharge or
attempt to discharge any duty of his or
her
office of employment this carries a fine
of one thousand dollars
do you really want to push it especially
because you already are 15 grand
plus towing fees okay like i said i'm
not having a career
you're stealing someone's property okay
if you don't pay your parties
then you're totally fine but that's not
a crime service who is the victim there

not contributing to the upkeep of those

responded within
21 calendar days of notice of citation
the vehicle can be towed sounds to me
like the code was tailor-made for your
situation
there is an alternative route stop
breaking the law

a commercial vehicle is used for hire
this car is a private conveyance a house
car a passenger car
my friends we have been duped and
deceived
you're the one who has been duped into
believing you can pick and choose which
statuting codes apply to you

who peddle misinformation about the
right to travel
and you guys have just locked it all up
so we have put these guys on notice for
a 15 000 inconvenience
fee you guys are conspiring under color

there is no crime being committed except

get the authority
to take this car they cited a vehicle
code i asked where
do you have the application of that code
they did not show me any documentation
they just come over
to take my car my friends if you don't

a commercial driver look up the
california vehicle code
260a which defines a commercial vehicle
for you
my friends this is a private house car
this does not require
any type of permission or
documentation unfortunately for you
the california vehicle code also
requires the registration of private
vehicles too
268 is just a definition of a commercial
vehicle
and some exclusions that's it
registration requirements are at section
4000
so long as you have a vehicle covered by
section 4000
it needs to be registered unless there's
an exemption
i'm just saying i do not consent doesn't
count as an exemption
so what you're seeing here is organized
crime take a call without consent

they refused to show me the paperwork so
