on October 26 2023 a Florida officer
with Tallahassee Police Department
observed a vehicle with a cracked
windshield traveling 42 and a 35 and
conducted a traffic stop the driver told
the officer that he did not have a
license and was borrowing the vehicle
from a friend the officers quickly
discovered marijuana and narcotics
including Alpha a dangerous drug similar
to bath salts a detective later arrived
on scene and based on the questions from
the detective it appears he witnessed
the driver exchanging something with a
female prior to the encounter

reason I'm stopping you two reasons had
you 42 and a 35 and also noticed your
windshields pretty severely cracked so
yeah yes sir it's not my vehicle at all

she just let you take my girl to work

I was just going back she need need some
gas she got my vehicle and I got her car

back of his shirt and a mask on while
there's a bunch of cops standing out
here that just pulled a bunch of dope
out of the
car okay um passenger is like yeah I
don't know nothing about the the dope
that y'all found by the door but that
bagg in my pocket I I found that in the
marathon I picked it up I was going to
smoke it I was hoping it was
Molly all right but the other dope and
he's I don't know nothing about that
other dope
though so I almost they both are willing
to talk I just don't know how much
information they're going to be they
going to talk about if you don't know
anything about it the one the one that I
have is not one to give a bunch of info
until he can get talk to like an actual
investigator the other big dude there's
an investigator right there well I was I
don't know if he's [ __ ] trying to be
all secret squirrel and [ __ ] or not cuz
I was like hey man you good and he was
like yeah my car's [ __ ] up I'm like
okay so he's not that was my way of
testing to see if he's going to talk to
me or
not but big sexy
was what's happening big guy how you

situation car always jail doesn't want
to do
anything you that same opportunity
should that is not the that you're lying

look at them camera you'll see it I pull
right beside her by the KFC on the other
side over here in the corner I know

grandma if you go look at the camera

clothes between now and then

one point I thought he was going to bail
out cuz he's like hey you can to get out
and use the
bathroom I thought he was going to Buck
for a

um I think because they couldn't put the
dope on him he's not getting a dope
charge um he had his medical stuff and
all he had was a license violation so I
think they just going to give him a
ticket for
that I don't know for sure I'm not the
like the primary officer I'm just giving
I'm driving you to the jail so the other
officer can work on your arrest
paperwork and then that way get you
booked in quicker and um hopefully out
of jail
