what's going on tonight I don't answer any questions to law enforcement why is that that's a question okay why have you been knocking on my uh vehicle wondering what you're doing here he alleges that prior to the video starting three officers surrounded his van and began shining lights into it banging on the window and rocking the vehicle back and forth they eventually identified themselves as officers of the law and demanded he speak with them my violation of a city wouldn't it I'm starting what you doing here I didn't say you're in violation or anything we're just making sure that you're okay everything's fine it was fine and now I'm surrounded by men with guns why that's the case what's the legal justification am I being detained we're just trying to make sure everything's okay so I'm not being detained so I can roll up this window and you'll leave me alone sure it's best to follow this as an example of what to do as it was a near perfect specimen of how to react to these situations
