let me start the end from the beginning on this video right here and then I'll backfill it this guy this Randall Hall says we have been the bigger supporters of law enforcement until this happened this is another classic example of back the blue until it happens to you look what happened to this guy I'm gonna read some of this right here and then we'll play this video so this guy is suing League City in Texas after he says police officers wrongfully arrested and jailed him and his wife more than three weeks ago this thing's gonna go over it a little bit and then we'll get a little bit in depth with it I think there's another yeah we'll actually go through this video right here where they deal with more information on it but I want you to remember the guy who became the victim of police brutality and violence and theft and evil in front of his family used to be big supporters of law enforcement until the blue line gang members went against him big supporter Blue Line members don't care you're our slaves you're our servants power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely and this is what they do to people like that League City after he says its police officers wrongfully arrested both him and his wife it all started with what they thought was a minor fender bender in a parking lot more than a month ago so we do want to mention that this is a very complicated case with many layers of details ABC 13's Rosie Nguyen breaks it down for us and how the city is responding we are big supporters of law enforcement until this happens Randall well how many times have we how many times do we have to hear that what is it going to take for people to understand that the cops are who they are and power is a corrosive Force within the human psyche when you get that power especially when it's unquestioned unrivaled unbridled power where they actually believe they have a higher claim over your life and property than you how many stories like that does it take does it really have to happen to you does the force and violence and brutality and aggression from the police department actually have to visit you and your family before you wake up and smell the coffee it's like do you actually have to put your hand over the fire to get burned to realize hey that's hot and I probably shouldn't do that how many kids do you have to see stick their tongue to the flagpole and lose the first 12 layers of skin on their tongue before you say well I probably shouldn't do that I probably shouldn't be a subscriber to the tongue on the flagpole gang I should probably shouldn't be a part of that group you probably shouldn't be supporting Thugs and tyrants and brutality mongers you should probably be smart enough to realize hey that doesn't have to happen to me and my family where I I get the idea where I should probably back off and not only not support them I should probably do my civic duty and start exposing these criminals because you would do that if you lived in Chicago in the 1920s and 30s you'd be exposing Al Capone in his gang of Misfits yeah I saw Guido again walk down the hallway past my door I know it's only a matter of time before he comes and busts in my door but he went to Richie Heller's door and he busted his kneecaps because Richie Heller didn't pay him what Guido and the mafia Al Capone's Mafia thought he should pay and I don't I don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that it might be my door today or tomorrow that he's banging on and Swinging that baseball bat on my kids kneecaps or my kneecaps oh didn't have to spend a night in the League City jail with his wife Rachel after she was involved in a parking lot fender bender more than a month ago she says she was not went to jail for a fender bender there's a lot of lessons here by the way I agree with this news lady there's some layers of complexity we have to take you know take apart and dismantle and research and scrutinize but the bottom line is The Thin Blue Line gang across the line again cross the line of morality between morality and immorality and they did to somebody else what they wouldn't want done to them that is the bottom line this man and this woman who have three or this man right here and this woman who had three minor children were yanked from their house and thrown into a rape cage for a fender bender that fall which is why she left the scene without providing her information according to the probable cause statement the other driver claimed she was at fault and called police who responded after she left there is lesson number one if you get into a fender bender get things in writing record don't just record the police record the interaction of what happened better yet have a front-facing and at least a front-facing rear-facing and in-cab dash cam so you've got everything recorded when you get out of your car to see who hit you record it record the person saying hey it was my fault please don't report it on the insurance now you've covered your bases it's called cover your ass what is it cya cover your ass using a photo taken of racial's license plate by the other driver an officer came to Hall's home and asked for her information my wife was intimidated to the point where she called me I asked him on the phone as I was in the El Campo 90 miles away this occurred on September 2nd that he either provide a warrant or I would take this up with the police chief the next day the officer stated in documents that quote it is state law to provide information to the involved parties if involved in an accident involving damage and quote after requesting the proper information she declined to provide me with her driver's license and insurance information and only provided me with her name and cell phone number documents stated Randall told his wife not to provide police any information to give to the other driver because of security concerns from a prior stalking incident the officer left two other officers returned to their home more than two weeks later now I can understand okay cops are you know they're just doing their jobs or they're just following orders hey it came down from the chain of command they told me to come to this house they say basically you were involved in an accident there's property damage on the other person's vehicle the other person is saying that you ran into them and then ran off so that's what we're here to investigate but to take somebody to jail for that you look you already know where this person lives you've already got their address you've got their name and you've got their address if the car is parked out in the parking lot or the driveway you got their license plate number you got everything that you need why would you have to take these two parents of three minor children to a rape cage why would you have to do it doorbell camera video shows when League City police officers arrested Randall at his home for quote interference with public duty his attorney Randall callanan believes the charge was unreasonable the Galveston County District Attorney's Office ultimately declined to prosecute for merely speaking on the telephone in a polite manner to the officer without any vulgarities or anything well that violates freedom of speech Rachel was also arrested and jailed the same night for quote an accident involving a vehicle they say what was most alarming was leaving their four kids who are between the ages of 15 to 10 by themselves all night and our kids traumatized because seeing their parents arrested dread drug from our home had no idea what had happened had no idea what was going to happen Randall think about it if that's how it played out you got the cops inside your house and there was a picture of them inside the house with this guy his hands cuffed behind his back but if if how it played out was this guy this Randall Hall was in his house with his hands cuffed behind his back in the presence of his kids you would think that there would be a moment of realization in the minds of at least one of the cops on the scene going wait wait wait can we just pause for a second at least let's slow things down and think if I had three minor children I would not want them left in a house all by themselves with their parents in a rape cage there's basically Sitting Ducks what if they burn the house down or are we going to be liable for that is the city going to be on the hook for that kind of thing what if somebody breaks into the house tonight and there's nobody there to defend them I mean aren't we responsible for what we're about to do shouldn't we leave at least one of the parents here we already know where they live they're not going to flee the country because there's a fender bender especially if we have one of the parents in custody there's nobody thinking outside the box there's nobody saying what would I want done to me if I was the person who the cops were coming in to harass and collect from because that's what this is furthermore I don't think it would be necessary to take anybody to jail in other words you got their name you got their address you've got their phone number if there's anything that needs to be done you can visit their house again it's kind of like when cops just recklessly Chase somebody down the street it's like why'd you pull them over because he was doing 100 miles per hour but they but then you followed him doing 100 miles per hour and then that caused the guy who's doing 100 to do 110 and then 120 and now you're doing 110 and 20 and then you're calling your your fellow buddy Thin Blue Line cops now you got five cars on the road doing 110 20 miles an hour when you've already got their license plate just wait till they go home you know where they're at just put a bird in the air and just follow them till the guy runs out of gas why put everybody else in jeopardy but they don't think about that kind of stuff because they're drunk on their own I'm drunk on my own power man we're gonna get this guy even if we have to end his life it's just no wonder people say oh you guys hired the lowest IQ individuals that you could put on the force because they're easy to control you can just push them around you can just give them orders and they'll follow it they won't question it they'll just do whatever you tell them to do and then they'll start acting on their own power and authority and then they'll stick the dog on somebody till they rip the calf off this guy's lower leg for doing nothing he's already handcuffed on the ground just rip his calf off it's okay just let him do it just letting them Chaw on it just letting him Chomp on it chasing people beating people brutalizing people threatening people tasing people amazing people shooting people Daniel shaver is trying to do the best that he can to keep up with all the commands of Philip brailsford wasn't good enough those three scared fully armed fully protected man in that hallway of that LaQuinta Inn in Mesa Arizona the Mesa Police Department was so scared of Daniel shaver they had to unalive him I was asking for 25 million dollars in the lawsuit vowing to use the money to help others who feel mistreated by police they also want a public apology from the police department look at that behind my badge is a Heart Like Yours I bleed I think I love and yes I can be killed and although I am but one man I have thousands of brothers and sisters who are the same as me and they will lay down their lives for me and I them we stand watch together The Thin Blue Line protecting the prey from the Predators the good from the bad End of Watch what a load of steaming BS you may have a heart but it's not being used or maybe it is because it's a blackened heart but you're doing to others on a daily basis what you would not want done to you which you would not want done to your loved ones and don't give me this I will lay down my life for you you're kidding you're actually out there taking lives uh Taking Lives from who from burglars from murders from rapists no from people who are sitting in a the parking lot of McDonald's trying to enjoy their hamburger from people who are out in the ocean just trying to enjoy a sunny day from people who are minding their own business sitting in a state park sitting in a public place or recording on a public sidewalk you just gotta walk up to them and mess with them and harass them so you can find something anything to Justify Your Existence as a badge Tyrant and more training for their officers in a statement to ABC 13 a spokesperson for the city and District Attorney's Office says they cannot comment on the specifics of this case due to an ongoing lawsuit we can't we can't comment on the specifics of this because Unfortunately they got a lot of that stuff on videotape this is why you always always want to record the police guys don't don't let them defuse you and mentally disarm you with fine sounding language or friendly conversation or jovialness and joking around don't drop your guard for a second there's a there's a reason they're acting like your friend there's a reason they're being nice there's a reason they're joking around with you and trying to make you laugh because they want you to loosen up and just start talking they want you to start talking and divulging information because everything you say they're recording and they're going to put it in their log books and they're going to make sure that it works against you and for them it's going to take money from you and put it in the coffers of the state that's how they work that's how they're trained they're trained to lie they're trained to be deceptive and they're trained to train to bleed you of information one of the best things that you can do you know in every situation is different you got to feel it out but one of the best things you can do is say absolutely nothing remember last week that guy went through this border patrol Crossing and he would he didn't say anything nothing they kept trying to say I need your ID you need your ID you need to roll down your window and he's like you just said nothing or maybe talk to him like Batman what is your business here what is your business here why did you pull me over did I commit a crime just keep asking questions in a real intimidating Voice or just don't say anything at all they have no power the more you talk the more power you give them the more justification they have in their minds to oh we got to investigate even drinking tonight sir when was the last time you had a joint you get any drugs in the car is there anything in the car that could stick me stab me poke me hurt me why are you if you're so concerned about being stick stabbed poked and killed or hurt maybe this isn't the job for you maybe you need to get a clerical position or start flipping burgers at Carl's Jr so I want to bring up that uh right there mansu's League City police this is in Texas claiming officers wrongfully arrested and jailed him and his wife and it does look wrongful to me it looks wrongful it looks to me like you know the cut the cops are just exercising their power it was a retaliation stop or they just didn't have anything better to do this is another thing why is crime so high in cities because cops are too busy harassing and collecting from peaceful citizens who are just minding their own business and are productive members of society they're not going after murders and rapists and thieves and BLM and all these people who are causing trouble I mean heck you could probably throw a Molotov cocktail in the middle of the city and they'll still go after you because hey somebody said you backed into them in a parking lot we're going to take this person in so leave your thoughts about this because this is the kind of thing that's infuriating this is the kind of thing that you want to just shake these people this you know these people who say yeah uh we've been big supporters of law enforcement it's like why why are you doing this why are you waiting for the inevitable to happen to you it's not a matter of if it's gonna happen dude just a matter of when you really think they're on your side they're not all you got to do is look at the drug war it's not a War on Drugs it's a war on people they
