This DUI trick question gets everybody convicted. You're driving down the road and you're swerving all over the road. Maybe you're distracted, I don't know, but you get pulled over and the officer suspects that you're driving under the influence. He's going to ask you to take a few tests to make sure it's okay for you to drive. But if you're a Dr. Judge follower, you should never take those tests. Well, the officer at some point is going to ask you on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being nothing to drink, completely sober, 10 being commode hugging drunk, where do you rate yourself? 99 out of 100 of you are going to say two, maybe three. Let me tell you why it's a trick. If you say anything but zero, then you're telling this officer, "I'm impaired a little bit." In Tennessee, a little bit under case law means you're convicted of a DUI. If you're affected ever so slightly by the alcohol, then you are guilty of driving under the influence. The only answer to this question that's the safe answer is, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer."
