Steven Paladino observed a tagless Dodge
Challenger being operated without lights
he attempted to stop the vehicle when
the suspect later identified as
28-year-old rodri Leon fin Iz took off
at a high rate of speed the suspect
reached speeds over 130 mph before Stop
Sticks were deployed disabling the
suspect's vehicle as well as the
officers the following video is footage
from the
encounter

when I turned my lights on he almost hit
a car and then went around
them cuz that's when he but he was
driving reckless prior to you prior to
him seeing
you the suspect's vehicle was towed and
he was charged with fleeing and alluding
law enforcement with light and sirens on
resisting without violence and driving
without a valid license his bond was set
at
$6,000 he was also cited for driving
without headlights and having no tag on
