I recently did a video on how the police are now using more often than not facial recognition at protest to identify people. One of my followers says, "So, does that mean we can sue AI manufacturers for using my image and likeness? It worked against video game creators." People can sue whoever they want to for little or nothing, but are you going to be successful at the lawsuit? Are you going to be throwing good money after bad? You're not going to be successful suing the AI manufacturers because you're willingly giving your likeness and your image when you every time you open your iPhone. You've already given Apple full access to your facial recognition. You're giving all of your information to these big conglomerates and you're doing it willingly. So, no, I doubt very seriously you'd be successful in a lawsuit against AI manufacturers.
