he made contact with four individuals
leaving a bridge in the Florida Keys
upon inspecting their cooler he

so for mang gr Snapper you're allowed to

40 Snapper limit is for all the

so you could have 40 Yellow Tail and be
totally fine all right but you're only

why it's five these fish are highly
regulated it's why we have size limits

in the keys five per person the only
time you can keep 10 per person is if
you're on a boat in federal waters you
have to be further than 3 miles then you
could have 10 but they got to be 12 in I
explained to him that I I looked it up
because yeah you just got to make sure
if you look it up that it's different
from federal water s 10 fish per Harvest
that's aggregate you're allowed 10 but
only five five of those
10 perfect so there's a there's an app
called fish rolls okay that app you
search the exact fish you click on it it
tells you size limits how many you catch
and it goes off the GPS for where you
are we still have you know enough to
fishing but we we reached
the we were we were counting before we
left just to make sure that we weren't
if there if there would have been like
yellow Tails yeah so that one Yellow
Tail you had to make it to your 40 right
that Yellow Tail is totally good
different fish yes exactly and that's
why you were and that's why you were
able to keep 20 m Groves and still have

why in the end all four suspects were
issued notices to appear for misdemeanor
charges according to court records the
state attorney's office recognized the
attempt to do a Google search for the
fishing regulations as a result three of
the suspects were ordered to complete an
ffw course and each had to pay $313 in
total cost Elaine the 26-year-old male
is currently represented by an attorney
