First of all, you don't yell at me. >> You're lying, man. >> Don't yell at me. >> You're you're bad news. >> your driver's license. >> You're bad news. >> Give me your driver's license. >> There are a lot of people under this original video that we're about to watch together that do not like this motorcycle rider. Personally, I think he embodies the spirit of America. >> Why'd you brake check people? >> Objects in mirror seem larger than they appear. >> Why you brake checking people, man? >> Don't yell at me. >> You're you're bad news. >> your driver's license. >> You're bad news. >> Give me your driver's license. >> Stay tuned cuz I want to see what you think about this. I need us all to pay very close attention to the first part of this video that nobody seems to want to address under this video. And that's the speed of this Missouri State Trooper from the get-go. His speed right here is 63 mph. But watch how quickly he decelerates when the two motorcycle riders get behind him, which in my opinion causes the whole problem. Let's watch this together and I'll make some comments along the way. >> On June 8th, 2025, a Missouri State Trooper traveling in Lincoln County notices two motorcycles approaching from behind. As the riders catch up, one of the motorcycles begins following dangerously close to the patrol vehicle before [music] accelerating away. >> Following dangerously close before accel- Look, he's down to 9 mph right now. Watch this. As the narrator is speaking, this cop goes from 63 mph to 59 to 47. This guy is slowing down fast to 9 mph in the middle of the road. We're going to just start it over. I just want to show you there's no break in time right here. >> On June 8th, 2025, a Missouri State Trooper traveling in Lincoln County notices two motorcycles approaching from behind. As the riders catch up, one of the motorcycles begins following dangerously close to the patrol vehicle before [music] accelerating away. >> As the riders catch up, how about as the driver of the patrol vehicle decelerates quickly. It's a brake check. >> [music] >> He stops in the middle of the road. He is over the the dotted yellow line into the other traffic where this guy right here has to go off to the side of the road. Look at that. Watch. This This car right here has to be over on the other side because of the trooper's actions and the motorcycle rider had to go around the cop cuz he stopped in the middle of the road. Look at this. 6 mph. Let's go back. 9 7 6 mph 13 15 Now look, he stopped in the middle of the road at 0 mph as this fellow motorcycle rider is pulling up to the side of the window to talk to this trooper. >> What's the problem? >> What's up? >> What's his problem? >> I don't know. >> Well, tell him if he rides my ass again, I'll find him. Huh? Tell him if he rides my ass again, I'll make sure I find him and he'll go to jail. >> Okay. >> Don't be disrespectful. I'm not giving you guys a hard time. He doesn't need to give me a hard time. Understand? >> Understand. I'd say brake checking and stopping in the middle of the road in front of two motorcycle riders is giving them a hard time. Maybe I'm wrong. Let me know what you think. But we ain't done yet. >> A short time later, the same motorcycle appeared behind the trooper once again. After noticing the rider had returned, the trooper pulled into a nearby gas station where the encounter quickly escalated. >> Let's see. I wonder who escalates. >> You're real big, man. Why'd you brake check people? >> First of all, you don't ride on the back of a police officer. >> riding on your ass. I was two cars up, like the law allows. >> The fact that I can see you right through it through my side view mirror. >> Objects in the mirror seem larger than they appear. >> Okay. So, do you >> Why are you brake checking people? >> Well, first of all, my lights were on whenever I got >> No, no, no, they were not when you originally put your brakes on. Your lights were not. >> all, you don't yell at me. >> You're lying, man. >> Don't yell at me. >> You're you're >> "First of all, you don't yell at me," says the officer. Now we are beyond the point of no return. The ego has been shattered. Now the cop is operating on 100% pride. From this point forward, in his mind, he has to win, which means he has to initiate force on a man who simply talked to him the way he didn't want to be talked to. Again, that's just my opinion. You let me know if it's unreasonable. >> Give me your driver's license. >> You're bad news. >> Give me your driver's license. >> No. >> I'm not asking you, I'm telling you. Give me your driver's license or you go to jail. >> No. >> Yep. Yep. >> Then ask. >> What did the motorcycle rider think was going to happen when he provoked a cop like that? I mean, seriously. You got to handle these people with kid gloves, if not, they will explode on you. Now we got a do-gooder injecting himself in a situation that he doesn't understand, that he doesn't have any knowledge about, and he's going to step in and help the officer. >> Dude, why did you yell at me? I don't want to fight myself. >> You don't want to call that a >> You're going to make an issue where there doesn't need to be one. >> [ __ ] off the bike. >> THEN ASK. THEN TAKE IT. >> DUDE, YOU STOP FIGHTING. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> Stop fighting. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> They're on my back. >> You're good? >> Let go of your hands. >> I'm not holding my hands. He is. Let me roll. >> Nope. Stay down. >> I'm fine. Dude, I got my keys. You stop. >> [ __ ] on my shoulder. >> All right, [ __ ] up. Not hurting you. >> Not hurting you. I'm chill. I'm chill. >> Stop. >> I'm chill. >> You're going to get tased. >> Let me breathe. I got a helmet on, dude. Pull the helmet off, please. I can't breathe with it on. You got the strap around my neck. >> Stop moving. You're going to get tased, bro. >> I'm trying to get the helmet off, please. I can't breathe with it on. You got it tilted around my neck. >> Can I help him get his helmet off? >> No, not right now. >> Thomas, please pick my bike up. There's nothing in it that's worth anything. Stop, don't do that. >> Bring your other hand back. >> I can't, man. >> Thomas, can you come grab his helmet? >> Let him get my bike up first, please. Get out of my [ __ ] pockets, dick. >> I'm not a cop. >> Are you a cop? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, he is. >> Then get out of my [ __ ] pockets. Stop [ __ ] with me, man. I ain't [ __ ] with you. >> Yeah, you are. >> No, I'm not. I'm telling you you're a dick. >> And the other man who's helping the cop is putting his hands in another man's pockets. Man, this is just so perverted. No crime was committed, nobody was threatened, no rights were trampled until the cop got out of his patrol vehicle. >> Any bike, man? Thanks. Thanks for being a dick. >> You're hurting me more. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. >> But there's no reason he has to be hurting me. You slammed my head on the ground. >> He's getting You're hurting me. >> I know. I'm trying to >> Now, I don't know if you heard that. Other cops have arrived code three. Putting other lives on the roadway in jeopardy for a guy who didn't commit a crime. >> I'm going to get your Trying to get your back so we can get that in there. There we go. There we go. >> I'm trying to help. >> Okay. All right, nice. No, that hurt. >> No, it didn't. >> Let me tell you what your rights are. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law. >> I'm glad you seen break check us. >> Bro, stop moving. >> Yeah, he definitely brake checked. Definitely and stopped in the middle of the road on the other side of the dotted yellow line. >> What are you doing to me? >> I'm pulling your stuff off. >> Dude, it's not that hard to get off. I've just got one of the gloves >> No. >> Let him close my bag, please. >> That's a fine. That key, put it in both bags, turn it, lock it. >> I just break that to him, man. That's why we started all this tonight. >> You got a idea where you want to identify identify yourself? >> I got to be in this family pack right here. What do you need ID for? >> Well, you're going to take his stuff, you're locking it up. >> Yes. >> Guy on the ground's under arrest. The other guy's friend, he's okay. >> I I work with Maryland Heights. I'm a officer. >> Right, right, right. >> Well, we were back before where you turned your lights on. >> Yeah. He works with Maryland Heights. That doesn't mean he's a fellow police officer, even though the Missouri State Trooper said that he was. >> And they came through and I mean they >> Oh, they passed you all on the left. >> No, I mean No, man, we were two >> Okay, did they break a law? Did they even break a traffic law? Were they exceeding the speed limit? Come on, be less vague and stop lying like cops lie. >> No, get your story straight. And then he kept coming so I turned my lights on and he [ __ ] went around. >> Messed up. Way [ __ ] awkward. >> Hey. >> Way awkward. >> Are you good? You're not involved in this, right? You're his friend? >> His guy, yeah. >> All right, before your ass goes to jail, you go home. You shut up. EMS is here to deal with you, all right? >> to shut up, man. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. EMS, you want to check him out? That's fine. That's good. I'd get gone. You go get the trailer like he said, get gone. >> Please don't intimidate my friend. >> I'm not I'm telling him what to do. >> No, you're telling him to Chris, deal with him. >> That's exactly what the black cop's doing. He's escalating, he's intimidating, and he's attempting to violate this other motorcycle rider by saying, "Hey, if you don't get gone, you're going to go to jail, too." If that's not an abuse of power, I don't know what is. Let's go again at it. >> And then his buddy, he was stopped on the side of the road. >> Yeah. >> And he also >> Oh, okay. Yeah. >> Thanks for what you do, sir. >> Yeah, no problem. Thank you for the help. >> Appreciate you. Is it a white helmet? Because your friend had a white helmet in his hand. >> My helmet's black. >> Whatever. Hey brother, I'll get you out of here. They just told me you saw stuff, so. Sorry bubs. Uh where were you? What did you see? >> I was right behind you. >> Okay. When we're going north? >> Yeah, when we were going north. Then they got up on me. >> We got us a whole bunch of cop suckers out here today. >> Just like they did you. >> Yep. >> I was like, "What the [ __ ] is this guy doing?" I'm like, "Does he not see the [ __ ] state trooper in front of me? Like what's he doing?" I didn't even ride up on your ass. >> Yep. >> What in the [ __ ] dude? >> We got to act differently cuz there's a state trooper out on the road. Don't you know we need to cross our t's and dot our i's out here? Yeah. As the troopers speed by you and engage in reckless driving activity and put others in danger on the roadway. >> And then like you slowed down or whatever, you flipped your lights on, and he flipped you off. Went around him. >> Yep. >> You all right? >> Yeah, I'm good. Thanks brother. >> Yeah, we seen it. As soon as it happened, it's like "Pull him off. I don't know if you need him." >> How many boot lickers are there on this small stretch of road? >> Statement or anything? At which point I ask him, "Why the [ __ ] did he brake check me?" Instead of answering the question, he goes, "WHY ARE YOU TOO CLOSE? YEAH, I SAW YOU IN MY MIRROR." >> And the cop has on his own dash cam footage the fact that he did brake check this motorcycle rider. >> It says in all those mirrors, "Objects appear closer in the mirror." We were two car lengths up, which is perfectly legal. >> There is a two-second rule in Missouri. >> And he just got [ __ ] aggressive. He's like, "Ah, I WANT YOUR LICENSE." I GO, "WHAT? I didn't do anything." "Oh, you left my turn my lights on." No, your lights weren't at me. There was no direction at me like you were pulling me over. You getting it off? There was no directions like I was getting pulled over. He didn't even roll the window down. So, yeah, he then tells me to get off my bike. Before I can get off my bike, he [ __ ] pulled me off my bike, knocks my bike over, slammed my [ __ ] head on the pavement. He proceeds to put his knee on me. >> We were coming on the highway and they They were hauling ass and I was like, ah. >> Yeah, we're good. We're good. >> Hey brother, I appreciate you. >> Hey man. >> All right, you're okay. >> Yeah, absolutely take her. >> His vitals are okay. He's a little hyper sensitive. >> Thank you for your service, officer. Really appreciate your extortion services out here on the highway. >> He is a little tachy. >> Yeah, no, no. >> help him in like and out of the sun. Into a cop car. Is she going to go? >> Yeah, he's going to go to jail. >> Okay. >> All right, we'll just go this way. Just walk right to the lane there. Just walk this way in there. I know. I'm I'm going to stop right here so you can turn and look at it better. Okay. >> This is my first new bike. Can you show the big guy? >> You want some sweat? >> Yeah. >> All right, I got some. That inside not comfortable? >> No. >> You want shirt? >> Left eye. >> Left eye? >> Yeah. >> New baby. >> All right. >> Head looks >> All right. >> We'll get you in some AC, okay? >> Thank you. >> Both of these are locked? >> Yeah, this front one is locked. >> Dude, there's probably something in there. >> Well, >> friend was over here doing [ __ ] He said, "Well, his friend's fine." So, I kind of just watching his friend make sure his friend didn't grab nothing out of there. >> Mhm. >> But if I knew what [ __ ] >> Like he kind of said, "Yeah, he told his friend to lock the >> Yeah. >> And [ __ ] why didn't you stop it? >> Like >> Why you tell the [ __ ] to go away? >> Yeah. >> And his friend's here, they're talking [ __ ] back and forth. I was like, "Hey man, you better get the [ __ ] out of here or you go to jail too with him." >> So, the other officer, this one right here should have said, "Wait a second, you threat You're a man with a gun and you threaten to put somebody else into a rape cage because why? Did he commit a crime? Is there an actual verified complaint? Did he create a victim? Why would you do that, man? That's unconscionable. >> Like, man, don't talk to my friend like that. Like, [ __ ] you. EMS is going to talk to you. I shut the [ __ ] up. Tell your friend to get the [ __ ] out of here before he goes to jail. >> Man, you don't got to be so hostile. >> Hey, [ __ ] you. >> You're all right. >> Hey, man. You muted? >> No. >> Cut that [ __ ] off. >> I am. >> You got to be muted. Come on, man. I don't want anybody to see that I was unprofessional. I don't want anybody to see that I hate the Constitution and I love trampling rights and telling people what they can and can't do cuz I got this badge and I got this perceived authority. I'm going to abuse my power. Turn that body camera off. Mute that thing. >> Listen to me again. >> Hey, man. [clears throat] You muted? >> No. >> Cut that [ __ ] off. >> Cut that [ __ ] off. Come on, man. I don't want what I just said to get out. >> Too late, you Missouri state tyrant. >> Christopher pleaded guilty to three misdemeanors, including two counts of resisting arrest and one count of careless and imprudent driving. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and ordered >> He had a bad lawyer then or they didn't have this dash cam to see that this Missouri state trooper brake check this man on a motorcycle in the middle of the road. Could have caused this guy to wreck, the people behind him to wreck, the people on the other side of the road to wreck. >> or to complete an anger management program. >> Just to recap, the Missouri state trooper went from 63 to 29 in less than 7 seconds. And then from 29 to 9 in a little over 3 seconds. In my book, that's called a brake check. And a brake check is reckless driving. And he didn't just do it to another car. He did it to a guy on two wheels. Could have cost people their lives. And then to add insult to injury, the trooper got out of his car acting like the guy on the motorcycle did something wrong.
