don't trust because i've seen time and time again they'll approach your car and they'll act like you're they're your buddy and hey hey did you see that game last night that was a real good game oh you're in a motocross i see your sticker on the back of the window don't trust that that's all a ploy to have you let your guard down so you can run your mouth and if you run your mouth anything you say can't they even say it can and will be used against you in a court of law in other words i'm not your friend i'm not here to protect you i'm here to enforce the law and i'm here to make up laws even i'll even go outside my own laws the cops aren't saying this but by their actions they do i'll go outside of my own laws to harm you whereas if somebody who wasn't a law enforcer does the same thing that i do well he's not going to suffer any kind of negative repercussions for that so even in the good stuff that the cops do like what he said very good it's like yeah somebody breaks into your house that i i take it as a threat to my family if somebody knocks down my door no matter what time of day they don't belong here and they can pop they can no way be possibly up to anything good and they're probably here to take my life and my family so i'd rather it be their life than my family's life even in him saying something good like that i just don't trust it you guys take away from that whatever you want to this is my own personal opinion this is my uh my observations based on years looking at law enforcement i don't give them the benefit of the doubt i never give the cops the benefit of the doubt why because they're there to set you up to make you look bad to put the torture cuffs on you to throw you into the rape cage to fill up the prison industrial complex because there's money to go around there's there's money in civil asset forfeiture and confiscating your car and impounding in the car lot where where the the local police department share in the in the spoils or the let's call it the plunder it's not even so much the spoils it's the plunder they they impound your car last time i got my car impounded which was uh i don't know about three years now three and a half years oh gosh time has gone by so fast uh they impounded my car because my uh my tag was out of date or something like that and uh i i just pushed back a little bit and questioned the guy's authority he immediately got offended step out of the car he's already called the car of the uh the the um the wrecker service that thing was not if this is like 12 30 at night because i was just getting off of work i was there at eight o'clock in the morning when the wrecker service uh opened it so that's what seven and a half hours later i got my car to the impound lot 208 dollars i bet you anything the wrecker service did not get all that money some of that kickback probably goes to the police department i've seen other people say that it does i can't verify that but i just wouldn't doubt it so anytime they even say something positive like this i i always suspect that i don't know there's something there's something tyrannical behind that happy smiling friendly face uh the next thing i wanted to talk about before we get into the main event tonight is this right here was coming out of the hcso watch listen to this uh listen to this report right here this sheriff's deputy clips the back of this 18-wheeler and ends up in the fatality of this sheriff's deputy listen to this right here a deputy with the harris county sheriff's office for just two years has died after a collision with an 18-wheeler the crash still creating backups along 249 in the northbound lanes we will have a traffic update for you coming up in just a moment sheriff ed gonzales shared the deputy's body will be escorted from the hospital in the woodlands to montgomery county the crash happening on the tomball parkway just north of spring cyprus this afternoon deputies say 27 year old robert adam howard clipped the back so robert deputy robert adam howard 27 years old he's got two kids i take no delight in the passage of anybody but i i can't stop myself from asking the ques when i see this as as sad as it may be for another human being to die uh was he dr drinking and driving was he under the influence of alcohol was he uh was he texting his girlfriend or mistress was he doing things where if you and i did it we'd get the book thrown at us because he was going at a pretty good rate of speed to clip that 18-wheeler to do that kind of damage to that vehicle back of a parked 18-wheeler you see it there on the shoulder it caused oh oh another thing is what if he had in the back of his cruiser that suv that sheriff's suv what if he had the back of his cruiser an innocent person who had done nothing wrong that he put the torture cuffs on and he's transferred transporting him to the county jail and they get their you know uh cranial structures taken off because he clipped that i mean it peeled the the top of that cruiser off like it was just a tin can so he had to be he had to be going at a pretty good rate the unit to share the pieces part of it even stuck to the back of the driver's side and part of deputy howard's vehicle was actually stuck on the back of the 18-wheeler look at that that's where his head would have been right there and you know i they didn't say this but you can probably guess that things didn't go too well for this part of the body here their sheriff deputy was rushed here to memorial hermann the woodlands medical center where he died the sheriff said he was just an elite member of the department was part of the gang unit he was described as a hard worker i'm going to play that again just in case you didn't catch it was just an elite member of the department was part of the gang unit he was just oh yeah oh yeah that deputy was a part of the gang unit the thin blue line gang unit described as a hard work an apologetic apologist thanks for being a member man appreciate that just a workhorse he said a funny guy that leaves behind many loved ones we're here to console his family he leaves behind a wife he leaves behind a mother and father a sister cousins extended family and of course his family in blue as well i'm told that as he left his home earlier today to get to work his last act was to play with his two-year-old daughter that is sad that is truly sad because he was a dad he had a two-year-old daughter and i think he had like a five-year-old son just absolutely heartbreaking to hear the sheriff tells us deputy howard is from the jersey village area and he leaves behind a two-year-old daughter and a five-year-old son again the deputy's body will be transported to the mountain yeah so i don't i don't take any delight in that but i can't help but question well how many criminal acts was he involved in before that ended up catching up to him and happening to him so let's say he he joined the force at 21 he's 27 now he's got six years on the force how many um how many times did he harass somebody how many times did he engage in road piracy i don't know i don't know but i can't help but ask this question um i don't know i don't know and then you talk about well you know it's one less pig you know that we got to deal with oh it's another one or two or three are going to rise up in his place so here's the thing that i wanted to talk about because lackluster touched on this on may 19th today being the 21st and it was about the um gosh somebody somebody helped me with this pronunciation osceola ocala maybe ooccalla ocala ocala ocala florida florida county sheriff's department um a biker was reportedly with a group of bikers brandishing weapons you know showing their weapons driving erratically running stop lights running stop signs almost cutting people off the road reportedly i'm going to show you some helicopter footage that i don't think lackluster had available to him during the time of his uh editing his video but this is from the ocala sheriff's office and i'm going to show you this video right here and then we're going to get into some more details because this is one of those things where the possible criminal activities of an individual who's not law enforcement collides with the criminal activities of law enforcement this is this is super interesting put yourself in the position or maybe put a loved one's life in the position of being on the road while this 26 year old biker was you know weaving in and out of traffic those bikes those those uh those dirt bikes can weigh like four or five six hundred pounds if he lost control and went into your mother or father or wife or son or daughter's windshield and cause them to wreck and possibly put them in a situation where they lost their lives that's that's what i want to look at but i also want to look at the criminal actions the over-the-top tyrannical criminal actions of the ocala sheriff's department let's look at some of this tonight and i might have to cut into some of this kind of stuff guys because on some of these news channels if you play too much of a of a snippet and i'm sorry i know this frustrates people me breaking in and talking but um you know according to what is it um uh sh it's fair use policy i can't remember the title 107 or 106 or something like that according to fair use you can't run a whole string of content and claim it's your own you have to be able to stop and make comments on it so i apologize if you're frustrated at that that's why i do this partly charges for a deputy and a suspect who's seen here on fire at an orlando gas station he picked up the discarded taser that was located in gas it says you're about to get tased dude immediately after that up to deploy it that makes it even worse than him grabbing the taser out of his holster and pointing it at knowing that there are gas fumes around knowing that gas is volatile and combustible let's listen to this he picked up the discarded taser that was located in gas there you go it says you're about to get tased dude man that makes it worse because uh lackluster pointed out that this guy is low iq this even brings his iq quotient down even more because he didn't just deploy it fresh out of a dry holster this thing was in gas probably dripping with gas and anybody who knows anything about tasers and that's probably you know pretty much everybody it's got an electric charge kind of like that little spark you see on top of your spark plug on your lawnmower it's got that little you know that charge well you can light a fire with that little spark so you you can't be a thinking rational individual and be doing that you're not a very you're not even a smart individual so this makes it even worse dude immediately after that statement with the taser in his hand the fire ignites surveillance video showing 26 year old gian barretto covered in flames his attorneys who provided the video from wawa 2 nbc say he was cooked alive 75 of his body sustained third degree burns they're thinking about putting him in a drug induced coma and he might not make it this guy's 26 years old we are not yeah exactly curtis baker that's a good way to put it the taser became a detonator that set not only this guy on fire beretto it set two or three other officers on fire and and man it is a comedy of errors it's a tragedy of errors because it wasn't the guy that deploys deployed the gas dripping taser it wasn't just his fault but the guy who approached and i'll show you why they felt like they would approach him like this which is not justified at all but he basically lunges over the bike to get to him as he's getting beretto and and tackling him in mid tackle the bike falls over with the gas cap off that's spilling gasoline everywhere saying anything other than let's get the truth out and it's not out blue dirt that that is a good wheelie right there this this is this is reportedly the guy and this is from a news helicopter who followed him going through 13 stop lights almost cutting people off in traffic doing wheelies they even counted his wheelies and stuff we'll go over the flashing guns at other drivers a law enforcement helicopter followed and it was at the wawa gas station that deputies caught up with barreto whose bike they say matched the description of one of the suspects this is horrible but you know what what else do you do it's the law people call and complain you gotta go after these guys you got to put a stop to it it's bad behavior the sheriff saying barretto was refueling when deputies confronted him the gas cap was off and fuel started leaking that's when the sheriff says deputy crawford fired a taser at barretto and they get okay so this is on the other side of the gas pump from the footage that lackluster showed us this is on the other side see his bike right here his bike is already over a cop had already come across the gas pumps right here this stall and kind of lunged at him tackling the beretta barretto and uh and dumping his bike which is spilling gas everywhere deputy crawford fired a taser at beretto and the gasoline ignited setting and three deputies on fire the case report cites the bureau of fire arson and explosives investigation saying the taser was the probable cause of the inferno barretto's attorneys saying he had third degree burns covering 75 percent of his body sheriff lopez says i mean you want to talk about i mean you you guys have had a third degree burn on you know point zero zero five percent of your body can you imagine third degree burns on 75 or even just 20 or 10 percent of your body the pain that you're in deputies immediately got a fire extinguisher to put out those flames and other deputies including crawford suffered severe burns as well barretto now charged with if i was one of those cops that was having to put out the fire be like wait how did this happen and then you find out later oh it's because one of the cops detonated this fireball that put everybody in that area in jeopardy i'd be like how how am i working with with a bunch of dip shiites like this what is wrong with how how is it that you guys aren't thinking aren't there other options do you guys do you have his license if you do why are you chasing him down the road why are you putting everybody in the road in jeopardy by chasing this guy where he feels like he's gotta run from you two felonies fleeing the police and a third wheelie offense plus reckless driving the sheriff also announcing deputy crawford will be charged with culpable negligence a misdemeanor sheriff lopez says he has faith in his department culpable negligence what if you did that what if you what if you or somebody you love started a fire at a gas station you think that well it's a well let's just give them a misdemeanor of culpable negligence they'd be they'd throw the book at you burrito's lawyers say after 10 weeks in the hospital he continues to fight for his life and will soon be placed in a medically induced coma all right that video and those photos are just horrific steve wrote so let's look at the other angle that lackluster provides us with here the man the first one surprising him by tackling the first one officers close in on the man the first one surprise let me start right back here right there top off about a minute after arriving several officers close in on the man the first one surprising him by tackling him over his bike other dominance jump in and eventually perhaps one of the lowest iq officers in world history who was not involved in the actual struggle standing off to the side fired his taser at mr barreto the sparks of me now something that looks like lackluster did not know about this is not just firing a dry taser which would have been bad enough because that would have been the spark that would have started the fire but a gas dripping taser that he had to pick up off of the ground according to the sheriff's department or that that sheriff immediately ignite the gas fumes from the now knocked over bike causing an explosion that burned several officers and mr barretto the osceola county sheriff's office claims that they received a call reporting a group of bikers pointing guns at people while attending a motorbike enthusiast event they claimed that this botched arrest was linked to mr barreto's attendance of the event lackluster lackluster you felt like you had lackluster's like i'm gonna get me some views man bent but after three months they have yet to present any evidence that he was even a part of it mr barreto has also never owned a gun the event in question was nine miles away from this gas station incident the sheriff's office acknowledges that a stun gun was deployed but would not say if it sparked the fire however a fire marshal's analysis of the crime scene determined that the gun obviously caused the explosion the sheriff's office refuses to release any records of the incident hmm that's interesting the sheriff's office does not want to give the public the information that the public needs so they can find out what actually happens or would that would actually happen body cam dash cam personal witness testimony you know you know the cops went all through there hey we need to get your testimony about this sealing all of it huh is the uh osceola uh sheriff's department interested in any measure of transparency no written reports no dash cams no body cams or dispatch recordings have been made available to the public over the past three months yeah and if you look at the osceola sorry if i'm slaughtering that name but if you look at their facebook page they still haven't even addressed the issue on their page look at this but they are sure to let you know that uh you need to be wearing your seatbelt we're participating in a national click it or ticket seat belt enforce mint campaign but no word on burning 75 of a young man's body when they really didn't have to do that also refuse to identify the officers involved the florida department of law enforcement has been asked to investigate and the sheriff's office is also investigating it don't worry public we'll investigate ourselves and we'll we'll get back to you and let you know that we found that we ourselves have done nothing wrong it was just a misdemeanor itself mr barretto was essentially cooked alive he sustained third degree burns on approximately 75 of his body from his feet to the bottom of his neck he is wrapped and unwrapped in gauze on a daily basis and because he doesn't have the proper amount of skin to contain his body fluids he continues to bleed profusely his head is just infuriating was the guy being reckless on his motorcycle from everything that i see looks like he was we'll go over some of this actually i'll do it right now it says uh cops release footage i bet begrudgingly too the cops release footage of a high speed chase of a fedex worker 26 years old they say he was a menace on the roadway looks like he might have been might have been but weren't there options available to the sheriff's department did it really have to end in an explosion at a gas station before he was set on fire at the gas station by a cop using a taser dripping with gasoline i might add according to the sheriff there deputy faces charges of culpable negligence hilarious while pumping gas in osceola county jean barretto 26 was cooked alive after a deputy from the sheriff's department taser him let's go over some of this right here osceola county sheriff lopez also said the officer who fired the taser identified as deputy crawford thank you thank you very much will likely face misdemeanor charges of culpable negligence for igniting the explosion another example where they have more rights than you badges uniforms and utility belts and the authority of the state grant special rights in the minds of an authoritarian power tripper dirt bike rider jean barreto jean barretto 26 is still hospitalized with third degree burns says osceola county released footage on thursday showing beretto i wonder if it's because of foyer request not because that they voluntarily did it who cops targeted after he allegedly skipped a trap um skipped a traffic stop set up after a 911 caller reported rider on a blue motorbike threatening him on the road with a gun writing recklessly as deputies pursued watch this you'll see what a menace this guy was on the roadway did we finish this video right here yeah i here's another piece of footage right here so there's this white truck you'll see the motorcycle right here there's there's the motorcycle so they're tracking him it's not likely that a guy on a motorcycle so he said he just pulled into the btv i'm gonna i'm gonna mute this right here it's not likely that a guy on a motorcycle with the helmet and his engine revving is going to know that there's a helicopter in the air the helicopter could have easily followed him home or to wherever he stopped and let the cops know and and that the cops actually made a smart move they were in a high-speed pursuit and some of the cops decided hey let's back off because it's better to just have one guy on the road you know weaving in and out of traffic than having one guy in the road chased by 10 cops because if it's bad having a guy weaving in and out of traffic at high rates of speed if one guy is bad then it's 10 times worse when 10 people are on the road doing the exact same thing you know they got this guy's number they've probably already got his license plate number they can just wait till he gets home and they can pick him up there nice and peaceful like not putting anybody in harm's way okay so we got this footage right here and this says passing cops popping wheelies and going against traffic he doesn't care lopez said during the presser narrating the footage which shows a bird's eye view of beretto performing stunts and going against traffic as the helicopter gives chase overhead we deal with this all the time sick and tired of this stuff according to lope sick and tired sick and tired are you sick and tired of cops committing a roadside piracy every day are you sick and tired of cops pulling peop innocent people out of the car and bludgeoning them and beating them till within an inch of their life or throwing the torture cuffs on them or kidnapping them roadside and throwing them into a rape cage no you're not tired that but you are tired of wheelies in the road and weaving in and out of traffic it's amazing what these cops are sick of while they're not sick of their own antics according to lopez the video shows barretto who had been on his way home from a peaceful motorbike memorial ride in osceola county run approximately 13 red lights perform six wheelies and drive in the opposite lane of traffic five times of course that would be dangerous of course none of us endorsed that of course we wouldn't want to be on the road and we wouldn't want our loved ones to be on the road while this guy is acting like a you know you're putting everything putting lives in jeopardy but does that mean the guy should have been burned over 75 of his body with the chance of him losing his life no not in my opinion no at one point in the footage the writer confirmed to be beretto can be seen driving through a red light at a busy intersection they're only missing multiple cars yeah that's bad imagine this 450 pound 400 to 500 pound bike hitting the windshield of your mother the video then shows barretto who is followed by the cops several miles from osceola county to orange county during the pursuit arrive at wawa gas station roughly a mile from his house where he proceeds to fill his bike up with gas minutes later the deputy faces char facing charges deputy crawford can be seen arriving at the scene pulling up in the wawa station before exiting the vehicle and approaching barretto from behind and that's where um that's where lackluster points out that when the guy pulls up in his cruiser he actually puts this family in jeopardy for their lives before i let you go i would also like to point out that deputies appeared almost at this family while they speed through the gas station did you see how close this cruiser came a man who had done nothing wrong this father should also receive some sort of medal for getting his kids the heck out of there as fast as he did this incident will likely have plenty of updates in the future and as they become available sorry i didn't even know that wasn't in frame guys sorry let's let's take a look at this looked like it was out of frame for you before i let you go i would also like to believed he was unarmed then why'd you walk up to him like that at this point lopez said deputies believe beretto oh was armed sorry crawford then tackles barretto from behind in the footage where uh at which point where at which point according to lopez as he began to resist the officer he didn't have time to resist the officer was on him like white on rice man eventually the officer gets beretto to the floor as other deputies arrive on the seam during the struggle however barretto's bike which had been filling up with gas tips over leaking the liquid onto the asphalt near the gas pumps let's see if they they say that the taser was uh in the gas the moment the bike tipped over the gas cap was not securely fastened the gas started pouring out of the vehicle at that point in the footage one of the other deputies who arrived to aid crawford produces his taser and deploys it as cops continued to struggle with barretto according to lopez crawford then yelled to his fellow officers after noticing gas had been spilling on the ground beneath them kill the pump kill the pump gas the deputy said according to the sheriff i i want to see the body cam video video at that point the deputy who deployed his taser a weapon that lopez reminded attendees does not constitute lethal force unless you're pointing it at a volatile substance drop the stun gun to the ground apparently electing to different while he's filling up with gas well i'm sure the osceola florida fi the police department is going to uh use this as a training situation where other officers won't do this in the future
