officer with a St Petersburg Police
Department was on patrol when he
observed a female engaged in a verbal
altercation with a group of male
subjects the officer observed the
suspect later identified as a
23-year-old named Olivia making
aggressive motions and taunting the
group the officer told everyone to walk
away but she

refused bro he tried the [ __ ] out of
me y'all a even listening they're
literally saying I watched the whole
thing I watched the whole thing did you
hear them yelling they're going to do a
video
then you seen he he said he was going to
rape me okay well why didn't you come
over there while I was standing right
over there or call the police instead of
come over here and trying to instigate
him to fight can I can I speak sure I
didn't see you guys over there okay I
was scared for my phone do you have a
phone I do did you call 911 you just
then you obviously weren't scared cuz
you were walking over here trying to get
him to fight you phone can I speak sure
my phone is not on me you just by
standing on the police car right over
there see guys over there the police car
the lights are I did not see you guys
over there I was scared for my [ __ ]

instigating did you not see him talking
to me before I couldn't hear what what
exchange was going on he was talking to
me beforehand okay he was trying to get
me to come at him okay and so I [ __ ]

do just call the police I mean yes
there's yes listen yes there's 20 of us
around here if somebody's harassing you
more you're more than welcome to come up
to us and we'll solve the problem yes I
admit I could have I could have handled
different handled differently I I know

listen okay we're all adults we all know
what we should do in a situation and
trying to fight somebody is not the
right thing to do as an adult in a
situation and there are
consequences for adults when they make
decisions like that and especially when
a police officer comes up tells
everybody to walk away and gets told I
don't give a
[ __ ] she's just she's had a little bit
too much to Dr like of course you know
it's Christmas you know we're just we're
just trying to get her home safely and
just trying to well unfortunately she's
going to
jail um she's going to be charged with
disorderly intoxication so the lowest
misdemeanor that can get it is a
misdemeanor okay um obviously I can't
say ultimately what happens but nine
times out of 10 um she's in
jail gets held until she sobers up and
then whatever happens after that happens
after that she'll be release on no bail
or that's that's up to the jail usually
it's either none or very low I am so
sorry I was really trying to

trying to get her to stop I really
wanted to deescalate the situation you
know and then I mean I was I was across
the street watching the whole thing so
I um I'll hang out until she's done with
the phone and then I'm going to take her
phone so that she can have it with her
when we go up to
County

guilty to the charge served one day in
jail with credit for time served and was
