responded to a call for a man
shoplifting and acting erratically in a
grocery store upon arrival the officer
made contact with a suspect later
identified as a 24-year-old man named

him to detox over in C Grand and give
him a citation for the crimes he
committed against your establishment all

that's not not acceptable in Maricopa or
